MALCLIMA - Il cambiamento climatico è diventato un problema evidente nel 2023, con alluvioni in Europa e inquinamento atmosferico a New York a causa di incendi boschivi devastanti in Canada. ITALIA - La COP15 di Parigi ha introdotto il concetto di "finanza climatica", investimenti finanziari per l'adattamento al cambiamento climatico. Tuttavia, un'indagine rivela che molti progetti etichettati come "climatici" finanziano attività non rilevanti per la crisi climatica. La doppia contabilità e l'inappropriatezza dei finanziamenti sono problemi diffusi.
