Her influeces, Charles Burns, Dan Clowes and Jamie Hernandez sent her down a path of self discovery through comic-book making. Plus fake food freaks her out, but in a good way! 
We also get into how horror stories help us deal with anxiety and depression. And how creating art will expose your deepest thoughts and feelings to the world. 
In a very special Let's Check in With Ben, I talk about something that blew me away this week, The Sweet Electric's New Planet (Liam Lynch). It reminded me of a "song" I made like 15, 16 years ago called Another Planet Entirely.
