Maxwell. So, a twenty milliondollar donor, has disengaged from the Ron
de Santus presidential campaign. Apparently hedoes not like Dasantis's opposition to abortion.
Specifically, he does not like Dasantissupporting a six week ban, saying women

might not even know they are pregnantat six weeks. So what some women
don't know until they are several monthsalong. That's not relevant. But frightened
Republicans are coming out of the woodworkand making noise. They're scared by the
way Democrats have weaponized abortion. They'rescared by the segment of their own donor

base that dismisses abortion and other socialissues. They're scared of losing elections.
They're scared to do what must bedone. Go on offense, turn into
the fire, and fire back.Make it clear that the twenty million dollar
donor and others squishy on abortion shouldbe ashamed of waffling on the butchery that

is, the modern day slaughter ofthe innocence. Imagine Republicans in the late
eighteen fifties saying slavery is too divisive. A lot of people are okay with
restrictions, but not outright abolition.We must soften our position on slavery to
win moderates and independence repulsive right.We must show moderates and independence that there

is no moderate or independent position onabortion, just as there wasn't on slavery.
Republicans need to rediscover the boldness thatlaunched the Republican Party in eighteen fifty
four to fight slavery. Abraham Lincolnstarted out as a pro choicer on slavery.

I don't support it, but Iwill permit others to do it on
a restricted basis. He finally realizedthat such a position was fake, untenable,
nonsensical. A house divided against itselfcannot stand. Slavery was a cancer,
especially in a body politic whose topvalue is liberty. Slavery had to

be removed, not accommodated abolition.Republicans burst onto the scene of American politics
in the eighteen fifties, shoved theWhigs off the stage of history and dominated
the Democrats for fifty years because theyhad the guts to call out slavery for
the abomination that it was and eradicated. Abortion also is a cancer, an

abomination, a denial of a constitutionalright and a fundamental human right, the
right to life. Don't apologize forwanting to rid America of this demonic process.
By the way, the candidate whogot an unprecedented seventy four million votes
in the last presidential election and sofar is blowing away the field in the

president to speak in person at theannual March for Life. He did not
mince his words when denouncing abortion,and he produced the Supreme Court majority that
overturned Roe v. Wade. Quitback pedaling and playing prevent defense. Republicans,

get out in front of this withthe facts and if necessary, the
images, and own the argument.Eventually, history will look back on this
national argument the same way it doesslavery. Democrats were on the wrong side
of slavery, and they're on thewrong side of abortion. Republicans, we're
