how just goes out there? A few days go, Binny,
old man come from Indiana. Preacher wish your thank his name,
drove in there and and a a van. He said,
I had bad heart trouble. Brother, more than God. He said,
if you'll go, I'll help you. And he said, we
just come. And you know, I was preaching one night

and I stopped and I will right here. If I
can feel just right, we'll lay everything down and see
what God will do. But you know what, Lord, touchman,
I said, get on up here and God will help
you right now, Come on, God will help you here.

He broke out of there.

couldn't learn to read. He couldn't learn to read. Now,
I repeat my suffocation, that's read, and you don't pay
to take me. Sometimes same old thing, sometimes same old thing.
But you know what, he couldn't learn to read. Why
pastored his mother and daddy. And here's a little boy
come around where is at go up to be a man,

and went to school, couldn't learn to read, couldn't learn
him to read. And one night is at church at Kellerville, Oklahoma,
and the Lord said, if you're being prayed for seven times,
I'll heal you. Well. I'd get some embarrassing after a
while seven times, but he just kept getting paid farm
seven times. And you know what, picked the Bible up.

They'd tried to teach him, but he never couldn't get
things straight. He just couldn't get it, for he could
ever understand how to pick the Bible up onces reading it. Yeah,
I'll take you down there, pay him a way down
the back. Let you fly me down the back tomorrow.
If we can make connections, let you shake his hand. Sure,
and he he said, oh, what a miracle. So he
went back to the great physicians. Out of x rayed

his head and it already told him that part of
his brain that helped you to read is dead, and it'll.

Never be any better, and you'll never be able in
the world to read.

So he went back and he said, now watch God work.

He ain't gonna do like you want him to. He

wanna let God have his way, forget it.

And the Lord spoke to me, said, tell us she'll
walk again. McBride bone in joint. I'm talking about men.
It's been through and got the sheep kins and knows
all about it. I'm talking about specialists down there. I'm

bone and joint.

An't I try to teach preach too long because I'm
not near as interesting as I want to be. And
most of the time, as I think I am. The
word of the Lord came under Zacharai. And now, if
we could get that to happen, that would assist us
immensely in our church work.

Well, they had they had the prophets, they I mean,
they had some scriptures, they had the Moldes' writings, but
they had something called the word of the Lord come
unto him. If we could just get that to happen
a little more, the word of the Lord came on
to him.

See, in other words, God was talking to him.

Thus speak the Lord of Host, the Lord of Who,
the Lord of Host over everybody, over every saying, the
one that talks in the glory world, and the door

Oh, I wish we had that breaking out everywhere. I
wish folks should execute true judgment. There are people that
I know that have got it in for certain people,
and they think because they have, you should have. And
they have passed judgment upon them, and they think you should.

But we need people that will execute true judgment. Amen,
execute true judgment, and shoe mercy. We got some folks
don't want to show any mercy and compassions. Every man
to his brother, be merciful and compassion. I don't understand
why people cannot be touched with the conditions of people.

I can't understand it.

At night, if I think of it too long, befo
go to sleep. I do just and I had to
do this morning. I reckon, you just have to get up,
praise God for daylight, and get with it.

I just can't take some of that.

If I think of them chilling sleep in the in
the streets, and India covered with newspapers, and them mothers
pictures and pictures of mothers I've seen laying there in
the street with no home, I can't hardly take it.

To have a good bed and so much food.

I'll tell you what I can't understand the world that
has no mercy or compassion. Every man to his brother,
that's good enough for him?

Speaker 1 (11:45):
Is it?

If it happened to you, would you want him to
say it? You're not like the old lady said, if
he's my boy'd run him off, would you, are you?

And the brother said, yes he is. If he's yours,

Mercy and compassion and oppress, not the widow. I hope
the preachers won't take offense, but it can't hardly stand
for them. Preachers, whoever they are, wherever they are, to
get up on the radio and say, send me mother,
if you have to. I've heard them say it, send
me your last dollar, as approved me offering why I

wouldn't have the internal fortitude of the eternal ignorance to
ask any mother that had one dollar left to send
it to me. I'd rather say, send me your address, mother,
and I'll send you another dollar to go with that.

I know a lot of folks getting things don't deserve.

But I tell you what, we've got some people in
America they're cutting off of some checks.

Ort to back down again and reject that raise yet
and turn it back into our national treasury and send
that money to them people that needs it. And that's sense,
whether you know it or not. Yes, sir, that's good sense.

Went into restaurant in Tulsa the other night, tuss Oklahoma.

I told you, Tusia, you know what. I went in
there to eat and two black preachers come in. I
didn't ask him whether this preacher's not or watched them
open the door, and I watched him walk up, never
seen him before. They walked up the counter and they
got to counting the money, figured the money, said, what

are you going to buy here? What do you want? Said?
See here? He said, what we got here? How much
money we got? And you know I got watching that.
And I went on and sat down, and the Lord
touched me and said, you go and give them an offering.
I washed him pray over the food. I eased over
the table, and a lady a bill down enough to

pay for the food. And the Lord bid me not
tell him my name, and don't tell him who you are,
where you're from, or nothing. If you want me to
use you, have some sense, if you want me to
have the glory, have some sense. So I just laid
the bill down, and I said, God saw you when

(14:45):
you prayed. God was watching you when you prayed. He
saw you by your head. He knew your need. He said,
who are you? I said, I preach your man goodbye.
Went off down the road, shooting the gas to it.
So I wonder havn't broke the speed limit. Get that

(15:09):
idea out of your mind. You need to press somebody,
get even with them, do them dirty, cause it done
you dirty. Now. God don't like that, he said, don't
oppress the stranger nor the poor. No, sir, you know
we get ready to save money in America where we
go to saving it on the hardest working people. That

they stuck their fingers in their ears.

Acting like little children, that takes the cake. That's about
as good as that old boy He hit the Evanders
tabourine in the according case, while I was a praying cozy,
didn't like tambourines and full of wall, I'd fit and
hit it right in revival and evangelists, according case, while

much like children, I wouldn't preach to us like we're
like children. If the human family wasn't so full of
this shoulder trouble, I wouldn't say anything about it. But
I'm gonna have to diagnose the case tonight and say,
we've got a lot of shoulder we along caring.

He promised me at his mother's funeral that I preached
that he had meet her in heaven, prayed with me
in everything in his dad is a preacher, and he
wouldn't listen. Pulled away the shoulder. Well, I once seem
in the hospital. They call me all night long and delirious,

strong in the condition. When I got up there, he
thought I'd do like I used to do. But it's
a different story. It's time. It's time to get in live,
it's time to hush up and put up. After a while,
it's too late. And when I went into his room,
his daddy left. He's a preacher, a good friend of mine.
He knew what's fixing happened, but I didn't come to

her saying, honey, it's a pitiful shame. No, no, it
wasn't time for that. He was still alive and had
plenty of life in him. You know what I said,
one of you gonna do what you told God? You do, son,
You messed around and fooled around and won't do what
you told God till you're gonna die on and save
what's gonna happen. You know, he got mad at me,
but he ain't. But he ain't. But you wouldn't listen.

And how many people do you know that wouldn't listen
to God? I'm visiting them in the hospitals. I'm looking
at them with broken homes. I'm telling you what I know. Children,
They would not listen. They pulled away the shore. Ah
do lie, I want to You can't get away with that.

You can't. I don't want all any involves. I'm not
going to try to get specific tonight, but I feel
like Lord that one. Did you notice in Acts of
seven chapters fifth first verse, one of the best deacon,
they said, is a deacon. I'll take that, you stiff. Next,
he's a preaching you stiff next and UNCircumcising heart and yours.
You do always resist the holy gorses. Your fullfather did so.
Do you you know what they've done to him? Fixed
seventh verse.

got in the hospital.

No, what are you talking about? He got electrocuted. I
mean he still lived, but I forget how many volts
went through him. He led in the hospital. Doctor come
in a couple of days. We got taken arm off, Oh,
he said. Preacher said, pray. No, Well you believe me.

They took an arm, and a leg and another leg.
And I mean what I'm telling you. And when he
got out that last arm, he didn't have to take it.
He had one arm left. He said, I'll pray, I'll pray,
I'll pray. Pull away the shoulder, pull away the shoulder.

Wouldn't listen, wouldn't let.

God have his way, said we'll do our own thing.
We'll do what we want to.

We don't make it of what anybody else said.

We'll do it like we want to do it. They
refuse to hearken, pulled away the shoulder, stop the ear
that they should not hear. Yeah, they made their hearts
as in a damu stone, lest they should hear the
law and the words which the Lord of Hosts had
sent in his spirit by the former prophets. Therefore came
a great wrath from the Lord of Hosts.

You can't get to them. They got shoulder trouble. They
pulled away their shoulder from the truth and made their
hearts the hard You couldn't touch them.

Why they can come to church and set back there.

I'm not saying you're sitting back there doing this you
hear me, but I do know what's happening. They can
set back there and say bad words and stick their
tongue out of the preacher and don't have any fear
of God about them.

They're so hard you can't touch.

Them with nothing.

What's happened?

That's that shoulder troubles where it's started. They pulled away
their shoulder and said, we're not listening. You can't tell me.
I'll go where I want to and do what I
want to. I don't know whether there's anybody here with
that in mind, but but you better listen if you are.
In Proverbs twenty eight fourteen, the Bible said, happy is
a man that feareth alway. But he that hardeneth his

heart shall fall into mischief. Now you make your own
heart heart, and you start that out a little bit
at the time sometimes, and you resist God and resist
the truth and resist the spirit, and resist what the
Bible says. And the first thing, you know, it just
