we're conflating what because ring culture, to me is someone
who thinks, you know, you can only be one of

Morrison is in the Goat conversation, you know what I mean.

But this his quote was, it's become a problem now
because you have guys thinking that winning is more important
than loyalty and doing it the right way, and it's
not their fault. So he's kind of talking this like,
you know, the big trades that you make maybe for
some superstars based on where they want to go, It
isn't as fulfilling and doesn't have the same long term

My position on this goes back to twenty sixteen when
KD went the Golden State Warriors. I think ring culture
put pressure on him to have to win, and he

not that important, or you can never be a top

in his prime is Tres. I think they were in

with Montredecal, I think, I don't think that much would
have changed, but maybe Tres sticks around a little longer,
Maybe he has another great year after the sixth Man
of the Year year.

I mean, I think he at least looks at the
numbers that showed that Jokic was shooting seventy five percent
against Trez and only forty eight percent against Zoo in
that series in the bubble. Because he's much more analytics
driven than Doc at least, well, I think.

he said he wanted us in the conference final. Hey,
same once. The way the NBA works now is once

you get to the conference final. The way my brain
works is it's kind of a toss up. The West
is so good, you're it's just like you're at And
I'm not saying it's the pinnacle, but in terms of
like maybe feeling confident one way or another about how
a series is going to go It's really hard to
go into a Western Conference final and be like, I

think we got this because every team is good. Even
if the sixth seed makes it to the Western Conference
Final next year, it would be an annoying ass six
seed to play, you know what I mean.

Once in a while you get some anomalies, like I
think when Portland made it after beating Denver in the
second round and then lost to Golden State, that didn't
feel like a worthy Conference finals team.

most of that series. Yeah, So every once in a
while you get something like that where you're expected to win,
but most of the time it's going to be highly competitive.

I I've will see if that changes this season.

had the Watts Tower like the mosaic stuff. That set
such a high bar for me that the last year's
city edition with the Jonas Wood design was cool. Right,

because you have guys thinking that winning is more important
than loyalty and doing it the right way, and it's
not their fault. So he's kind of talking this like,

some superstars based on where they want to go, It

put pressure on him to have to win, and he

to chase that ghost of validation's past that he never

in his prime is Tres. I think they were in
terms of like head coaching, because he was there in
the bubble obviously when Trez was getting certain minutes when
maybe he shouldn't have been, Like head head coach Tyleru

with Montredecal, I think, I don't think that much would
have changed, but maybe Tres sticks around a little longer,
Maybe he has another great year after the sixth Man
of the Year year.

I mean, I think he at least looks at the
numbers that showed that Jokic was shooting seventy five percent
against Trez and only forty eight percent against Zoo in
that series in the bubble. Because he's much more analytics
driven than Doc at least, well, I think.

Presumably he will reference analytics pregames sometimes like he knows
the numbers to a t, like Justin Rousseul is bringing

coach Lou went into expectations for the Clips season, and
he said he wanted us in the conference final. Hey,
same once. The way the NBA works now is once

you get to the conference final. The way my brain
works is it's kind of a toss up. The West
is so good, you're it's just like you're at And
I'm not saying it's the pinnacle, but in terms of
like maybe feeling confident one way or another about how
a series is going to go It's really hard to
go into a Western Conference final and be like, I

think we got this because every team is good. Even
if the sixth seed makes it to the Western Conference
Final next year, it would be an annoying ass six
seed to play, you know what I mean.

Once in a while you get some anomalies, like I
think when Portland made it after beating Denver in the
second round and then lost to Golden State, that didn't
feel like a worthy Conference finals team.

most of that series. Yeah, So every once in a
while you get something like that where you're expected to win,
but most of the time it's going to be highly competitive.

Yeah, Shannon Sharp didn't specifically say James Harden. They might

people don't like that. He talks to the media after

it sucks, and you want them to talk to the press.

But honestly, what do we think James Harden would say? Yep,
I was pretty timid with the ball. Yeah, I made
really bad decisions out there. It's the same thing is
when people are like, how come you don't hold the
coach accountable? Well, because they know how to answer questions

came out after a game and he's he's done it
before too, right, what was the quote the ball just
didn't find me or or something like that when he
was with the seventy six ers, And it's like, we're
not going to get some illuminating look into the psyche
of James Harden in a game seven if you talk

how much he'll be in attack mode confidence now, having

I think all that is going to play a role
