Despite strong winds keeping me off of the mountain, I celebrate 6 years of Compulsive Overeating Diary. Mark and I have a great time with Magician, Bryan Saint at the Magic Castle. I ponder why disappointment doesn't sting as much as it used to. BC Mary calls the Bravery Hotline to update us about her journey and shares a great resource. New BC Yulia from Russia writes in now that she's caught up with all of the episodes. BCs Joy and Carrie comment on Day 181. BCs Fionna and Svetlana are having fun with Color Street nails. Even though I feel like a beauty klutz, I try them and Mark reacts. Today's dance moment is called Figure it Out and it's a fun and quirky ditty I chose because it put a BIG smile on my face.
