Ho letto diversi testi in merito all'ansia di psicologie ed esperti del settore. Partendo da Jordan Peterson, psicoterapeuta Canadese, fino ad arrivare alla dr.ssa Judy Smith esperta di gestione di stress e ansia. Ho raccolto diversi strategie e consigli e vorrei trattarli in diversi episodi quindi in questa prima puntata dedicata a questo tema mi concentrerò su quelli che mi sembrano essere 2 buoni suggerimenti basati su studi e ricerche che possono aiutarci a gestire ansia e stress. Certo non penso siano definitivi, o tanto meno bacchette magiche, però credo che siano un buon punto di partenza per chiunque si trovi a confrontarsi questi stati emotivi che possono creare non pochi problemi.
