Lo que no solemos oír es que todas las emociones que sentimos son para algo, incluso el miedo. Y que el primer paso para trascender algo es RECONOCERLO y SENTIRLO.
Es evidente que el miedo nos mueve para protegernos de un peligro inminente pero, más allá de lo obvio, a menudo el miedo está en el futuro, en los "y si pasa esto o lo otro..." Y la mayoría de las veces... no pasa nada de eso...
Detrás de estos miedos a desastres imaginarios, quizás se esconde un deseo de vivir experiencias que nos gustaría, pero en cambio nos ponemos mil excusas mentales para no abrazar lo desconocido.
