Un’obiezione che mi viene fatta, quando dico di essere vegana è legata alla nostra natura di esseri animali umani, che secondo molti sono nati per mangiare carne.

Ma non puoi vivere di legumi e verdure, gli esseri umani sono carnivori! È un dato di fatto, punto.

In realtà, non è così, parole come onnivori o carnivori, spesso usate come sinonimi, racchiudono due concetti diversi e una sostanziale differenza, la scelta degli esseri umani di mangiare o non mangiare carne. Scelta che per alcuni animali non è possibile.

Oggi a consigli vegani ti parlo di qual è la differenza tra chi mangia carne e chi può scegliere di non farlo. Perché come vedrai non è solo una questione di predisposizione biologica, piuttosto di una scelta di vita.
