Speaker 1 (00:06):
And welcome Constitution Radio time on km T fourteen ninety am.
Great to be here, Great to have you. We are
on live. If you're listening at the on the dial
at fourteen ninety am, or or if you are checking
it out later, then I guess the next part I

(00:26):
get ready to say won't matter if you're listening live
nine five one nine two two three five three two
nine five one nine two two three five three two
nine five one nine two two three five three two.
I'm expecting people to want to talk about this. We'll see, Uh,
this is the only topic. And you know, there's something

(00:49):
I've been considering talking about, wanting to talk about, hadn't
talked about yet. And uh, you know what was it,
Dennis a couple of weeks ago when you asked me
what I thought about the Epstein story.

Speaker 2 (01:03):
Yeah, I believe my question was one sentence long and
your answer was two words. So we didn't spend a
lot of time, but we did cross that subject matter.

Speaker 3 (01:13):
Yeah, about two three weeks ago.

Speaker 1 (01:15):
And I pretty much have considered it to be a
non story. But the media, the left, they have made
it a story. So and so, after Dennis talked to
me and asked me about it, and I told them
was a non story. I paid attention what's going on.
I believe there's no betrayal. The MAGGA base is not
up in arms, and the Trump administration is telling us

(01:37):
what they can Beneath it all. However, it may be
a little bit more complex than what we think. Trump's opposition, though,
is doing what they always do. The left, the Democrats,
the Commune, whatever out there. They're doing whatever they can
to create a narrative, to create a story, to create
what looks like there is turmoil in the Trump amp

(02:01):
a turmoil among the MAGA, and that the MAGA people
are upset and he's losing support over Epstein and all
sort of stuff. None of it is true. Like I said,
it's a non story. They're making a story. Trump's opposition
is doing what they always do. They're trying to create
a false narrative out of it, hoping to damage Trump's presidency.

(02:24):
The media, you know, all the all of it out there,
all of them, they're trying to sell you an erritation.
My wife, people came to me, She's like, hey, is
this true about Epstein. I'm reading it, and Trump's you know,
losing No, it's all a carefully crafted illusion. That the
MAGA base is in full blown revolt over the Epstein memo,
that Trump's approval is tanking, that Pam Bondi's days are

(02:47):
number that cash Betel Dan Bogino, or storming out of
the FBI headquarters with their MAGA mugs in hand. It's
all a lie. It's all a fabrication. It's all a
fantasy cooked up in the fever swamps of the dimmocratic
echo chamber. Because they have no agenda, they don't have
any policies, they don't have any ideas, they have nothing

(03:09):
to stand on. So the only thing they can do
is attack Trump. And that's what they've been doing, and
all of them, all of them falling on their face.
You know, well, the tariffs are gonna call inflation cause
inflation inflation says zero. And we've got you know, billions.
You know, we got a surplus because of teriffs. Oh well, uh,
there's gonna be uh, you know, mass unemployment because no,

(03:30):
the unemployment numbers have gone down. Oh well, prices are
gonna go up when you start. No, the prices are down.
Everything they've tried to throw at him, every false narrative
they've tried to put out there has been proven wrong
by the facts and just by time, and this is
gonna be no different. They have they have to attack

(03:53):
their That's what they do now. Granted, there's some chatter
on the social media, conservative chatter. Even so, people in
my circles, even influencers that are venting saying, well, I
really want to know about Epstein. What if there is
something to it because they've been listening to the left.
They're letting the left get inside their head. Let's not
confuse a few loud voices that have been poisoned by

(04:16):
the left's narrative with the heartbeat of the movement. The
magabase is not buying the hysteria. They're not calling for
Bondie's head, they're not turning on Trump, and in fact,
CNN has polling that shows that Trump's numbers has actually
been going up. But I'll get into that later on.
So what's really happening? So, as I said earlier, the

(04:38):
left is desperate. They thought that their attacks would damage Trump,
and it hasn't. They thought that their resistance would increase
their chances to win the midterm and hurt Trump. It hasn't.
And they thought the Epstein files would be their golden
ticket to discredit Trump, to fracture his base, to sow chaos. Instead,

(05:06):
the base is holding firm. We're watching Trump brush off
the noise and double down on his agenda and say, hey,
it's a bunch of junk, don't worry about it, and
his base trust him. We put Trump into office because
we trust him, and they can't stand it, the left
handstand because everything they have tried hasn't stopped him. So

(05:28):
they're manufacturing betrayal. They're inventing drama. They're projecting their own
disillusionment onto a movement that has never that's never been
more focused. I never planned to spend much time on
the Epstein thing. Like I said, it's a non story
to me. The reason I'm talking about it is not

(05:49):
because the Maga bass is crumbling, but because the leftist
media and the democratic left wing political machine is making
it into something and it needs to be talked about,
the deception and needs a spotlight on it. And I'm
hoping that I shine that spotlight bright enough. So now
we've got Attorney General Pambondi, Deputy ag Todd Blanche filing

(06:11):
a motion to unseal grand jury transcripts tied to Jeffrey
Epstein and just laying Maxwell. Why because President Trump is
done playing defense. He's flipping the script. They want to
play this game, they want to go on the attack. Fight.
We'll find the information, We'll put it out there. Let's
be clear. These transcripts aren't just some justty courtroom relics.

(06:34):
They are the backbone of the twenty nineteen indictment against
Epstein and the twenty twenty chargers against Maxwell. They hold
the testimony, the time, the timelines, the names, and Trump
wants them out in the open, not selectively, not sanitized,
all of it. After all, despite the less ranting he
has nothing to fear and everything to gain. The media

(06:55):
circus has reached peak absurdity. The Wall Street Journal wants
a financial reporting. I used to subscribe to the Wall
Street Journal. I used to read it. Now they're redroduced
to tabloid theatrics. I can't even watch the Wall Street
Journal show. I think it's on Saturdays or Sundays on Fox.
Can't even watch it. It's The Wall Street Journal has

(07:16):
gone so far into left field, and they published a
hit piece claiming that Trump sent Epstein a body birthday
letter featuring a naked woman. They're trying to make it
look like see Trump was in it with Epstein, that
he's a part of the problem. This is the kind
of garbage you expect from a gossip blog, not a

(07:37):
legacy outlet.

Speaker 2 (07:38):
You would think they would include the letter so that
you could see it, but they do.

Speaker 1 (07:44):
That. Absolutely there is because it doesn't exist. Trump denied it,
he called it fake. He doesn't. He didn't flinch, and
he fouled a libel lawsuit because they got no evidence
in this label. If they got it, it's gotta appear
right here in the lawsuit. During the court hearing, Dow

(08:05):
Jones News Corp. Rupert Murdoch and the two reporters that
pushed this mirror all being sued by Trump. This is
not retreat. This is not a man who's afraid or
thinks his name might be on something. And these are
not the actions of a man in fear. That's not
someone trying to appease anyone. That's in your face, unapologetic offense. Meanwhile,

(08:29):
the whispers aside the FBI suggest that evidence tied its
Epstein may have been destroyed. A whistleblower claims files being
shredded day and night, and Bondie she's not backing down.
She's demanding answers, she's demanding transparency, she's demanding accountability. Now
you have to realize, and this is where I want
to defend Bondie here, Pam Bondi. Well, she said she

(08:51):
had it, Yes she did. She said she had those
files on her desk. She said as much, and she
figured that all the information she was looking for was
in those files. She had not looked at him yet.
She sat there on my desk. He figured a client
list or something like that was in those files. And
I believe that the files were all tempered with missing

(09:15):
key information and filled with false information. Not exactly the
kind of files you suddenly wish to throw out there
for the hard left progressive maniacs. You I have a
field good with That's the reason why they did that.
They're like, whoa wait a second, Not only is what
we expected to be and they're not there. There's a
bunch of fault. We know it's false information. We could

(09:35):
tell we can't release this. Nobody's like, ah, he's not
releasing it because it's because it's not true information. The
truth does have to be found. The reality is that
the truth was not in those files on her desk.
That's why those files are not out there for you
to see, not because the Trump administration is hiding anything,

(09:56):
but because they want you to see the truth, not
a fabric catered version of it planted by deep state
swamp creatures. And that's why they are seeking to unseal
the grand jury transcripts. They're hoping evidence, clues of the
truth may be in there somewhere. Representative Anna Pauline and Luna,
who I absolutely adore. She's fantastic representative. She confirmed it.

(10:21):
The decision to unstill these transcripts was not a knee
jerk reaction. It was in the works. It was strategic,
it was deliberate. And the Trump's message on true social
this scam perpetuated by the Democrats should end right now,
That's what Trump's saying. Trump is saying, it's all theater,
it's all a production. That's not just a quote. That's

(10:43):
a declaration of war against the narrative machines spewing out
false information. And then we've got Giselaine Maxwell Epstein's longtime
associate convicted trafficker, saying that she had a special gift
for Epstein's fiftieth birthday, a leatherbound album filled with letters
from his elite circle, including one bearing Donald Trump's name.

(11:07):
And what does a Wall Street Journal do? They run
with it. They published a hit piece claiming Trump's letter
was body framed by hand drawn naked woman with quickly
Donald signature mimicking pubicare folks, this is tabloid trash masquerading
his journalism. Understand some they didn't publish and this is
what Dennis was saying in a second though. They didn't
publish the letter, they didn't show the drawing. I'm talking

(11:30):
about the Wall Street Journal. They didn't verify the source,
they didn't confirm whether it was part of the Trump
administration's recent review, but they ran the story anyway, because
the goal isn't truth, it's damage.

Speaker 3 (11:42):
Well, Doug.

Speaker 2 (11:43):
On top of that, they did call, and I believe
if we read everything, that Donald Trump the day before
it went had a direct phone call with Rupert Murdoch
and told him it's false.

Speaker 3 (11:57):
Don't go with it.

Speaker 2 (11:59):
And so he did deny it to two or three
of these people, which is why he so kicked off
and he says, and now I'm gonna sue their ass off.

Speaker 3 (12:07):
That's that's what his wording was.

Speaker 1 (12:09):
Yeah, yeah, he's not gonna take it lying down. It's fake.
He says, it's fake as defamatory. So he's suing. He's
suing Murdoch, he's sueing News Corp. He's suing the reporters
behind the smear. And that's not just a legal move,
it's a declaration of war against the media machine that's
been trying to tie him to Epstein for years and
try and take him down in all places, in all directions.
I mean, he's done just calling them the fake media.

(12:31):
He's done just telling him that he doesn't like him
and they and they and their smear machine. Now he's
taking it to the courts. Now, now we get back
to the game of deception. The left is claiming that
the Epstein files what weren't released to protect Trump? That's
what and that's what this is all about. Right. These

(12:51):
are the same Democrats that four years under Biden raised
those files, four years with Garland as DJ four years
would call me daughter on the case. And what did
they do? They buried it, they shredded it, They destroyed
the evidence, and now they act all shocked to that Trump.
The Trump administration, after months of pressure, is trying to
unseal grand jury transcripts. Even the Washington Post, no friend

(13:15):
of Trump, published a report that dismantles the left's narrative.
No credible evidence links Trump to Epstein's files or crimes,
no documentation implicates him in trafficking. And we have been
told that Epstein really did commit suicide, something I'm not
so sure of, and I'll talk about that in a bit.
But uh, Trump and Epstein, they yes, they shared some

(13:38):
social circles back in the eighties and nineties. They split
in the early two thousand over a real estate deal.
That's not criminal as capitalism. When you're out there and
you're and you're schmoozing and you're talking to people and
you're networking, you're going to come across people. So yes,
has him and Epstein had conversations, been in the same room,
had drinks together. Yes, But it and it's like the

(14:01):
whole It reminds me of when Trump first appeared on
the scene back in twenty fifteen. And I can't hear
well Trump, you know, it was once a Democrat and
you know he used to hang out with the Clintons. Well, yeah,
because he was a business to make money. And when
you're in business to make money, here's what you discover.
Democrats and Republicans both have money, and they both have

(14:22):
poll If you're trying to get something approved, so what
do you do? You schmooz both sides. Profit saw no
red and blue, It's all green. Because he was a businessman.
That doesn't mean he was politically a lefty anymore than
bumping into Epstein a bunch of times and talking to
him a gathering makes him any part of Epstein's sickness.
And that's and so now we got to figure, Okay, well,

(14:44):
if that's all false, then what's really going on here? Well,
because it's not about Epstein, it's not about justice, it's desperation.
The leftists doing what they can stopped Trump. And despite
all their efforts, including this one, they're watching Trump's approval
numbers rise. Even CNN admits it, and they're panicking. They're

(15:07):
throwing everything they got hoping something sticks. And the base,
the base isn't budging. The truth is surfacing. The media
they're the ones that are drowning. So they decided to
manufacture a new production. That's what they do. They are
the Hollywood of politics. Tell a story, no matter how fictional,
and sell it like it's the real thing. And they

(15:28):
will keep pushing the false narrative. And they have and
they have kept pushing it, even though Trump's approval defies
the narrative. The Democrats media and their media lap dogs
are trying to convince you that Trump's administration is imploding
over the Epstein files, that pambodies on the chopping block,
Cashptail and Dan Bagino or are packing up. They're ready

(15:50):
to head for the exits. Trump's approval rating is plummeting
faster than CNN's primetime numbers. And none of it, none
of it is true. They're lying across the This is
what the Left does best. They lie, They spin, they project.
Bondi said she had the files on her desk. She did,
She assumed they contained bombshells. Turns out they didn't. That's

(16:11):
not a cover up, that's called doing your job. But
the Left song opening and pounced, hoping to fracture the
MAGA base and pain from the man betrayed by his
own team. And what happened Trump's approval rating went up.
Let me see that again for you. Way out there
in the back on the far side of the country.
His numbers went up. Even CNN was stunned. They were

(16:35):
probably warming up the graphics, prepping the doom and Gloom segment,
ready to declare the Magma movement dead on arrival. And
then suddenly the numbers didn't cooperate. And there's this guy
that we see Fox put on all the time at CNN.
He's always showing these different numbers, these different polls, and
they're always in Trump's favor. And the CNN host that's

(16:55):
you know, in the room with him, has got this
look of dread on their face. And he and he's
and he was reporting this and he says, and he's
showing the graphic of Trump's numbers, what his percentage of
approval was before Epstein began as an issue during this
term and right now, and he says, I think this
one surprised me a bit. You might think his approval

(17:18):
ratings were going down with the Republicans. If anything, they're
going up. Donald Trump's approval rating has gone up since
the whole Epstein saga started. Now listen to this next part.
This is the part that cracked me up. He says.
Republicans who said the top issue was the Epstein case
one not one percent, one person. According to the q

(17:38):
Peck poll, Trump's approval among Republicans jumped from eighty seven
percent to ninety percent. That's not erosion, that's consolidation. So
while the left is busy chasing shadows and thinning fantasies,
the MAGA base is standing tall. They see through the noise.
They know the difference between scandal and a smear. They're

(18:01):
not abandoning Trump. They're rallying behind him because, like I said,
we voted him in because we trust him. This isn't
and if there is some type of truth to any
of that, it'll be out there. But we trust him.
This isn't a crisis. No matter what you might be hearing,
the swamp creatures who were and some who still are
part of the Department of Justice wants you to believe,

(18:22):
without a shadow of a doubt that Jeffrey Epstein committed suicide.
Case closed, no client list, no foul play, just a
lonely man in a sale who took his own life,
scared of the consequences, beyond whatever and even Trump and
BONDI bought into that idea. Now, let's pump the brakes
on that narrative for a moment. So Michael Francisi, I

(18:43):
got to meet him a bunch of years ago in
Orange County. He was promoting his book and I bought it.
I got his autograph in it. And he's a former
Colombo family of Capo who spent seven months in the
exact same tier of the Metropolitan Correctional Center that Epstein
was in. And he says, the official story doesn't add up.

(19:04):
And let me let me tell you, folks, this isn't
some conspiracy theorist in a Reddit rabbit hole. This is
a guy who knows prison from inside out. Christian now
conservative minded, and he gets it. He was like the
top guy of the mob. And he said, and he

(19:25):
says in this interview, there's just no way to hang yourself.
There's nothing from the ceiling, there's nothing from the bed.
You have to be a midget and really work hard
to try to hang yourself. That's what he said on
News Nations Banfield. He questioned also the infamous camera malfunction,
the missing minute. You heard about that right in the
surveillance footage he said, Hey, in eight years, I was

(19:46):
behind bars. He says, never saw cameras go down or
guards skip their rounds. In fact, he said it was
so constant you couldn't even use the toilet in peace.
So what are we left with? The only chink in
UMP's epsy deal a DOJ memo that says Epstein died
by suicide. There's no client list, there's no further information

(20:10):
it will be released. Is that a chink in the armor?
Or is that Trump playing the game? Binds some time, Achil,
they can finally get the truth. I believe there is
a client list, but they have but they don't have it.
What they have is a false list and false evidence.
So they are holding on to it for a moment.
But I don't buy the suicide thing. As for the left,

(20:31):
they're salivating. They're spinning this as a betrayal of the
MAGA base. They're claiming Trump supporters are furious that Bondi
botched the release and that Battel and be Gino are
threatening to quit. And here's the truth. Trump's face is
not buying the political theater. Some folks are questioning, Yes,
that's healthy. Debate's a wonderful thing. But the majority they're

(20:54):
not falling for the bait. They know the Left lies,
they know the media manufac outrage. They know that if
Epstein had secrets worth killing for, the people had four
years under Biden to release those files, and they chose
to instead shred them. The truth is still being pieced together,

(21:16):
and deep down Trump may not believe the suicide claim.
They may simply be saying that for the moment, just
to by time as they seek to figure out the
truth from the few clues remaining after the Democrats of
the deep state destroyed most of it. In the end,
we have to understand that much of this isn't about
Epstein's death. It's about the left desperation to fracture of

(21:37):
the Magma movement, and it's not working. Just saying Maxwell
hit Epstein's longtime associate and convicted traffick. Or she's back
in the headline. She's saying, Hey, that that that special deal,
the Habeas corpus that you know rid Off k You
know that that that deal that that Epstein got. It
includes me, desperation, her her legal team with a leaning

(22:03):
heart on It's the two thousand and seven non prosecution
agreement for Epstein, arguing that it should have protected her too.
That deal, crafted in the shadows, signed off by the
Southern District of Florida, promised not to prosecute Epstein's so
co conspirators. But here's the catch. Maxwell wasn't named, and
the DOJ says the deal only applied to that district.

(22:25):
She was charged in New York. Game over, but her lawyer,
playing the Trump card, say, hey, you know, Trump's a
deal maker, he should want nice try. Trump's not the
one who cut the sweetheart deal that was the Bush
era DOJ. And let's not forget Trump's administration is the
one trying to unseal the grand jury transcripts. He's not

(22:46):
protecting Maxwell, he's exposing the rot. Meanwhile, the DOJ and
FBI dropped a memo that reads like a bureaucratic shrug.
No incriminating client lists, no credible blackmail evidence, no reason
to investigate uncharged third parties. Epstein died by suicide, and.

Speaker 3 (23:05):
The left.

Speaker 1 (23:08):
They're they're they're losing their minds. Representative Jamie Raskin and
his Democrat colleagues are demanding subpoenas they want Bondie Batel
Bongino and Blanche dragged before Congress. They're accusing Trump of
hiding something. They're claiming the MAGA bases in revolt. If

(23:28):
there's anything being hidden, it's they didn't commit suicide. Other
than that, and you know, Jim Jordan, the representative, he
knows just like the magnet, just like magnets, as something's up.
He said that. And the Democrats have been demanding that
Bondi and battel Or being scheduled to testify over this,

(23:50):
and that's what they do every year, No subpoenas, no circus,
just facts. And George Jordan's support for the administration as
rock solid anyway, So what really happening. Maxwell's trying to
rewrite history. The Democrats are trying to rewrite the narrative
and the media. They're trying to rewrite Trump's legacy, the
bases of budgeting, The facts aren't changing, and the truth

(24:12):
is starting to fight through the muck and hopefully will
eventually shine through. So after years of silence, the Democrats
suddenly care about Jeffrey Epstein, not because they want justice,
not because they care about the victims, not because of
any reason other than they see an opportunity to sabotage
Trump's nomination of Alex Costa ended and to sabotage his presidency.

(24:36):
By the way, Alex Acosta was the man who oversaw
the original federal case against Epstein. Let's not kill ourselves.
Epstein was not a lone predator. He was part of
a long, sordid list of sex offenders tied to the Clintons,
And when he was arrested in twenty nineteen, that magical
curtain of immunity, carefully stitched together by powerful hands was

(24:58):
ripped open. That arrest led directly to his death in
federal custody, and with it the truth was very deeper
than ever. Hence the reason why I don't think it
was a suicide. The Epstein story has long since left
the realm of crime reporting. It's now a playground for grifters,
conspiracy theorists, and political opportunists. The Democrats are using it

(25:21):
to target Trump, the media is using it to distract,
and the truth it's nowhere to be found. The truth
is out there somewhere, and I suddenly feel like an
episode of the X Files. As upon us. The Trump
administration will dig it out wherever the swamp is hiding. It,
I hope. So what's really revealing is how both sides

(25:42):
left and right have decoupled Epstein from the Clintons, the
only people who could have protected him across three straits,
three states, shut down federal investigations, and reached into a
federal prison to kill him. But politically, the Clintons are
old news, the grifters have moved on, and the truth
it may never be known if Trump's team is unsuccessful.

(26:03):
Even Alan Dershowitz, Epstein's former lawyer, claims he knows the names,
or he said he knows the names, and then in
the same breath he goes on to tell News Nation
and Chris Cuomo that there is no Epstein list, never
has been, So which is it? I like Grshowitz a
little bit, but one wonders if someone has gotten to him.
And that's the story, the whole thing, and that's why

(26:23):
Trump's team is having so many difficulties getting at the truth. Lies,
cover ups, deceptions, and threats on people's lives are all
mixed into this. President Trump has doubled down, though he
says that he thinks that the Epstein files may have
been created by James Comy. Barack Obama Joe Biden. He's
calling them a hoax, a scam, a political weapon forged

(26:45):
in the fires of the deep state. Stranger thinks have happened.
Look what they did regarding January sixth and the Russia
Russia Russia hoax. There's no place these people are not
willing to go to try to create a spin to
damage your opposition and cover up their criminality. For years,
it's Epstein, over and over and over again, wrote Trump,

(27:05):
Why are we giving publicity to files written by Obama,
Crooked Hillary, Comy Brennan, and the losers and criminals of
the Biden administration. That's not deflection, that's frustration. That's a
man who watched the media twist every narrative, every memo,
every binder into a weapon against And the reality is
Trump's theory may have legs, there may be some truth

(27:26):
to it. So where does that leave us? With a
story that's been hijacked, with a truth that's been buried,
and with a base that's still standing, still asking questions,
still refusing to swallow the spin, and it's all a distraction.
The left wants you mad at Trump and his team
over Epstein so that your attention will be diverted away
from all of his successes. They've got nothing and they

(27:47):
know it. So smoking mirrors and deceptive narratives are all
they have remaining. And as CNN's polls have noticed, it's
not working. Let's take a break. When we come back,
Dennis and Allan, we'll have a first box, Don't go anywhere.

(28:24):
Repeal Democracy by Douglas VH. Gibbs is finally available. Doug
Lady's book examines the importance of being a republic, How
we can restore a republic, Why democracy is so dangerous.
Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good
of its victims may be the most oppressive. C. S. Lewis,
And that is the very first page that you will see,

(28:47):
right before chapter one. Can Repeal Democracy. Repeal Democracy by
Douglas V. Gibbs on sale now.

Speaker 4 (28:56):
Still loyal to your utility company, It's time to declar
your independence, break up with the utility and go with
someone hotter like the sun. At as Guard Energy, we've
been powering southern California since two thousand and eight. We're
a certified C ten electrical contractor specializing in solar and
battery systems. But we're so much more than just a

(29:17):
solar company. EV Chargers, custom home wiring, ADU, wiring panel upgrades,

Creator by Douglas V. Gibbs is on sale now. His
eighth book, A true action Plan for Christians. When it
comes to restoring the Republic, the keystone of American liberty
is the creator. Without a godly foundation, like an arch
without its keystone, our whole system comes crumbling down thanks
to age old ideologies and an ancient lust for power

(30:22):
and wealth. Once again, our world is upside down. Evil
has become good and good has become evil. The churches
have been infiltrated, and the rule of law has been replaced.
By the rule of man. To restore our liberty and
the virtuous nature of our country, we must understand what
is happening and.

Speaker 5 (30:39):
What to do.

Speaker 1 (30:41):
Creator is a book that illuminates the realities that scroll
around the foundation of American liberty and addresses seven critical
issues directly related to our system of liberty that we
must understand, address, and fight for if we are to
re establish our American way of life on a foundation,
a cornerstone based on the founding cause, beliefs in our Creator, and,

(31:02):
as Thomas Jefferson wrote in the Declaration of Independence, the
laws of Nature and the Nature's God, whenever any form
of government becomes destructive of desends, it is the right
of the people to alter or to abolish it. It
is their right, it is their duty to throw off
such government and to provide new guards for their future security.
That was in the Declaration of Independence. And now our

(31:24):
time has come upon us. Now it is our turn.
How do we address what is going on? What are
the true causes of the rise of tyranny in America?
What steps must we take as a people to keep
the republic? It all begins with our Creator on sale

you would probably ask, and so we started that last night.

(36:53):
with him. All Right, I just spent half the show
talking about Epstein and a quarter of the show promoting myself.
So Alan, you've got the can.

Speaker 5 (37:07):
Well, good afternoon everyone. You went through it pretty thoroughly.
I haven't studied much on this topic, but this is
what I understand. On August tenth, twenty nineteen, he died.
Forget how he died, where he died, He died twenty
nineteen August. That is getting pretty close to six years ago.

(37:34):
Where have all the records been? And that's one two
for four of those years you had Biden in office. Now,
my understanding is he is not a big fan of
the current president, and if he could have buried him,

(37:55):
he would have. Why were these records until touched during
this time period? Why were they not out there? So
that this doesn't make sense to me. That's number one
two you do. I mean, it's nice they have the
transcripts from the the grand jury. Okay, let's see those.

(38:22):
But in whose custody have these records been in that
either have been or have not been touched. Isn't this
a federal agency and they don't know how to keep
records untouched? That putting Epstein aside for the minute is

(38:46):
why haven't you talked about this over the last seventeen years?
I want I want that question answered. If things in
there are so revealing, why wouldn't you put out there
leading up to the last election that would take care
of it? But there was nothing. And if people are

(39:12):
suggesting that these records have been in the hands of
the Department of Justice, and I use that term loosely,
then how could they be tampered with? It does not
make sense to me.

Speaker 1 (39:27):
Unless you've got somebody on the inside who wants to tamper.

Speaker 5 (39:30):
But I'm thinking, okay, there's not too many people who
are more high profile than Epstein, which means, oh, wait
a minute, did we ever figure out what happened to
the camera, So you know, there was that minute when
he died and we have no video of it. All

(39:52):
of his screams, lots of problems, and why are we
not dealing with who created these problems? And why are
we dealing with this so long ago, that something that
happened so long ago that four years that Biden was
in office it wasn't dealt with.

Speaker 1 (40:11):
You got these conspiracy theorists and these grifters are giving
us all kinds of stories on one side, the other
side saying there's nothing to see here, or Trump's attached.
And I've always you know, and I believe the same thing.
I believe in most things. The answer is somewhere in
the middle. As I like to say, you know, the
old my old saying anyway, is that's what he said,
what she said, and what really happened. Those are three

(40:32):
sides of the story. And I think that the third
side of the story applies here.

Speaker 5 (40:37):
Well, has anybody asked Biden why he didn't release these
documents during his time in the office.

Speaker 1 (40:44):
Well, they're still trying to ask Biden which room he's.

Speaker 5 (40:46):
In, Okay, all right, well, I okay, see, we got
to take this step by step. That's okay. Yeah.

Speaker 1 (40:52):
Well, and I believe that he knows or knew, depending
on where he's at right now in his mind, but
he knows. I think that the deep state, the swamp,
the high ranking Democrats, and anybody who's involved with Epstein
all know the truth. And I think that the truth
is so powerful and and so and a lot of

(41:15):
conspiracy theorists is kind of where they go with this.
It's so powerful that it could bring down families, it
could bring down political careers, it can bring down maybe
even very large organizations or segments of the country's system.
And so they're doing everything they can to hide their criminality,

(41:38):
to cover it up, to keep it from coming to light.
But at the same time they're saying, hey, let's see
if we can use this against Trump somehow, so that
it's a double edged sword. But I think Trump's got
I think Trump's close. And and what makes me mad is,
like I said, is there's a lot of people who

(41:59):
are suppose to be alice of Trump that are falling
for the left argument, the left narrative, the left's you know, explanations,
and we know they lie. You know that they give
you a false story every time you turn around. Why
are you listening to them? Is my message with those people.

Speaker 5 (42:19):
One last thing, I'm looking at an article that was
published in June twenty twenty three, over two years ago,
and it's it refers to that the AP obtained let

(42:42):
me find it nearly four years later, so that's twenty
twenty three. From twenty nineteen. AP has obtained more than
four thousand pages of documents related to his death from
the Federal Bureau of Prisons under the Freedom of Information Act,
including a detailed psychological reconstruction. Has AP release these.

Speaker 1 (43:08):
I don't believe, so.

Speaker 3 (43:11):
Why not?

Speaker 1 (43:15):
Good question to me?

Speaker 5 (43:18):
To me, we don't have any The point, that's thing.

Speaker 1 (43:21):
The point is what that's the frustration. There's no answers.

Speaker 5 (43:25):
It's it's that if what would be called back in
the day, the fourth estate, the press, the fourth estate
was to look out for the other three.

Speaker 1 (43:40):
Yeah, but instead they're colluding with the fourth branch, the
administrative deep state branch.

Speaker 5 (43:45):
So it's I'm not going to draw any conclusions because
my questions are unanswered.

Speaker 1 (43:52):
Right, Well, then every question unanswered. I've got some speculation,
which I mentioned, but yeah, we don't know. Yeah, and
I think Trump and his no some of it. And
I think that's part of the reason why we didn't
get the information we were hoping for because they've realized
it's deeper, nastier, and more deceptive than originally imagined.

Speaker 5 (44:15):
So for me, instead of making bold statements, accusations, et cetera,
keep making constantly make the request for the documents and
the information in order to come to a conclusion. Don't
make one first. That's what that's what I object to. Okay,

(44:35):
thank you, thank you.

Speaker 1 (44:36):
All right, very good, Dennis. You got about ten minutes
as promised, kind of promised. Yeah. Now, I went to
a lot and I prepared it all this morning. I
usually don't script things up and all that too much,
but there was so much information, most of it I
had written down. You could also go to Douglas G.

(44:57):
Gibbs dot com or Political Statue dot com to read
my blog. It's my latest post.

Speaker 2 (45:02):
Well, I read it this morning, and when I was
looking at it, I thought, gee, I narrowed down and
there were still two three paragraphs. And I'd go back
and read I narrowed down and there are still two
three paragraphs. I thought, this is about the longest. Yeah,
that's about one of the longest things I think you've
ever written. And when I asked you the question, what
do you think I got two words from you.

Speaker 3 (45:23):
So a lot has happened in a couple of weeks. Now.
When I when I got your.

Speaker 2 (45:28):
Text back and you basically said non case, I uh,
I thought, okay. But to me that was all superficial,
you know, because I had a lot churning inside me,
and I think you probably enjoyed giving me.

Speaker 3 (45:46):
Just a two word answer, but I.

Speaker 1 (45:48):
Took it out, but go ahead.

Speaker 3 (45:50):
Well, but I took it on face value.

Speaker 2 (45:52):
I said, now there's more here, but uh, you know,
and it's been on my mind. And then when I
got the show for up this morning and started reading it,
I thought, aha, okay, there there is more there, and.

Speaker 1 (46:08):
That's kind of way I think we're Trump, you know
you a little bit right now, But there's more, but
I can't really talk about it yet until he's got
it all before him.

Speaker 3 (46:18):
And I think that.

Speaker 2 (46:24):
Your direction is really pretty squared up, you know, the
fact that the polls are showing that as well, especially
when the polls are coming from people that don't like him.
I agree with Alan that if there was something at all,
even minutely, that was a grain of truth that they

(46:46):
can magnify into a mountain, they would have done it.
And they would have released it during the four years
of Biden's administration, but they didn't because there are people
who would be damaged personally.

Speaker 1 (47:00):
And that's where your question comes in. Where's the letter,
where's the image? You know that? Well they didn't. They
don't have it, because if they did, they want to
put it out there slicker then not.

Speaker 3 (47:11):
Well, yeah, they don't have it on Trump.

Speaker 2 (47:13):
I don't know if they don't have anything at all,
Like you say, if they buried all this.

Speaker 3 (47:18):
You know, you've got Clinton.

Speaker 2 (47:19):
That was on the on his airplane like you know, twenty.

Speaker 9 (47:24):
Two times, okay, and they they've got the logs of that.

Speaker 2 (47:28):
They know he's been on the airplane, the Lolita Express,
you know, and they know he's been there. You got
you know, Prince Andrew, you know, they know he was there.
Bill Gates has been there. There's a lot of people
that they know have been there. You know Deoshuwitz, you know,
he was being accused years ago, and as a principal,

(47:49):
even though he had to sign non disclosures, he you know,
he said he saw it all.

Speaker 3 (47:54):
He saw the list.

Speaker 9 (47:55):
He knows the names, but you know he can't speak.

Speaker 3 (47:59):
I think somewhere.

Speaker 2 (48:01):
That's going to be uh, it's going to have to
break the people that destroyed the evidence. Somebody somewhere is
going to have to say I destroyed the evidence as directed.
And then you start going up to chain. And if
you give people immunity, then they cannot take the fifth.

(48:22):
They can only either tell you the truth or they
can lie to you. You know, there's no other way out.
And I think that's where we're marching that. You just
like the people that are being asked, and there's been
four or five that have come in so far about
the mental acuity, and they're all taking the fifth.

Speaker 3 (48:40):
They bring them all back in and they say, we
give you immunity.

Speaker 9 (48:45):
Well, now the doctor, now the aid. Now they have
to tell the truth. And if they don't tell the truth,
then they get them for lying to Congress, they get
them for prigery.

Speaker 3 (48:53):
You know.

Speaker 2 (48:54):
So I think that's kind of where this is going
to have to go. But you may be right, ninety
of all of the videos, of all of the documents
may just be shredded, you know, they may be burned.
They may be in the bottom of the Potomac. I mean,
who knows, you know, And with that you've got Trump
trying to be fair to the base, but he does
not want to contaminate the trust he has with the

(49:17):
American people by being the release point of giving out
to the public the very fake news stuff that has
been manufactured and given to him.

Speaker 3 (49:28):
He doesn't want any part of it, you know.

Speaker 2 (49:30):
So I agree. I think they're going to take a
step back. I also think that Trump can use this
to draw out the trust is loyalty inside his own party.
You know, you've got Tucker Carlson has made some pretty
negative comments about Trump. You've had Steve Bannon make some

(49:54):
pretty negative comments about Trump that this cannot stand, you know,
and all this stuff. But he may be denying it
now knowing he's going to release it later, but he's
denying it now to see who's still true to him
and who's not.

Speaker 3 (50:09):
So he might be.

Speaker 2 (50:10):
Playing three four five D chess even amid his own
support group, but overall his support group is still there.
Like you say, we voted for him because we trusted him.

Speaker 3 (50:23):
We voted for.

Speaker 2 (50:24):
Him because we knew he loved America. And now he's
dealing with all the snakes. And I'd rather have him
dealing with those snakes than Kamala Harris. So you know,
I'm not about to abandon the one guy that's been
able to stand tall through all this stuff. He may

(50:44):
not be able to be as effective as he'd liked
to be because of all the disinformation and fake information
and destroyed information that's been gotten away with us to now.
But you know, I think a day erect is coming.
But you and I are impatient. We've been talking about
orange jempsuits, you know, for five years. But you know,

(51:08):
I trusted Komi and Brennan and all the stuff that's
going on about the Mall report and the investigation going
on with that. I'd like to hope that Hillary, you know,
is it going to get away with what they gave her.
You know, they gave her a fine for the Steele
Dotsier and I put all of this stuff in that

(51:31):
same category. But you know, I'm I'm with them because
I'm not with them. Who am I with right now?
I mean, who else is there? I mean, you know,
that is the guy for the next three and a
half years, like it or not. And and if I know,
if I knew in November what I knew now, even

(51:52):
if there were some.

Speaker 3 (51:53):
Wondering going on.

Speaker 2 (51:57):
The vote would still be exactly the same because there
was no choice compared between him and you know, those
those traders.

Speaker 3 (52:07):
You know. So I tell you your article was well read, and.

Speaker 2 (52:12):
I I'm glad there's a lot more thinking going on,
and I think you've pieced it together pretty well.

Speaker 3 (52:22):
Well.

Speaker 1 (52:22):
You know, I'm a critical thinker and you are too,
and Alan is and you know, my wife and I
were talking about this not too long ago, how critical
thinking has gone out the window. And that's the reason
why the left sometimes succeeds is because they throw something
out there that's obviously not true, but the average American

(52:43):
isn't critically thinking enough to recognize it for what it is.
And I think one of the things, one of the
major legacies that Trump is going to have, aside from
you know, remaking the courts and remaking the Republican Party,
is that he's not just making America great again. He's
making Americans critical thinkers again. I believe, well, I believe

(53:08):
that's happening.

Speaker 2 (53:09):
Well, yeah, and I think that's why poll numbers are
going up, because more and more people, the more they understand,
the more they read this, the more they come out
from the fog and uh and hopefully that will continue
between now and you know, the.

Speaker 3 (53:23):
Mid term elections and that that will happen.

Speaker 2 (53:26):
But uh, I think there's a couple of other questions,
not to try to get out this subject matter, but
just concerning the deception that's going on. Is uh, you know,
what's going on with missus Macron, what's going on with
Big Mike, you know. I mean I think those are

(53:48):
some questions that need to be answered. You know what
sex are they?

Speaker 3 (53:51):
Yeah, I mean.

Speaker 2 (53:52):
There's deception going across the board all over the place.
And I think right now with the lawsuits, I mean,
he's already won against Stephanopoulos, he's already won against uh,
you know, two or three lawsuits so far, eight digits
you know, you know, lots of money and who went
on this one.

Speaker 1 (54:13):
Oh yeah, I think so. I think so. I think
we're and I think we are seeing the dawn of
a golden era, golden age. I think I think and
that that's as long as we keep the enemy at bay,
and we don't. And that's the reason why I'm excited,
because he's also doing what he can to stop the
election tampering and he's really working on the next election Uh,

(54:36):
Historically mid terms, the party out of power wins. I
don't think that's gonna happen this time. We've been talking
Red Way for years. I think we're I'm hoping we'll
finally get it. I think we'll finally get it. I
believe we'll finally get it.

Speaker 2 (54:49):
Right, We'll make a phone make a phone call for
me called Tulsea Gabbard and quit telling her, quit talking
about the Democratic Republic.

Speaker 1 (54:59):
All right, we got less a minute, So Alan, real quick.

Speaker 5 (55:01):
What you have, Uh, the Macron issue. You can solve
that pretty quickly. Get the persons high school yearbook.
