kind of thing go wrong. But anyways, and David and
welcome to the podcast.

Speaker 4 (03:32):
Thanks you having me on Jacob. Hopefully this time it
won't crap out. And as time.

Speaker 2 (03:38):
Yeah, now, the last time we did this, there was
actually like a shadow figure that went by.

Speaker 4 (03:45):
Last time, Yeah, we had a some kind of like
a disparentched spirit that was passing by the camera left,
right and center as crazy as hell. I remember that.

Speaker 2 (03:56):
Oh yeah, now yeah, oh yeah, go ahead.

Speaker 4 (03:59):
I was gonna say it happens again, you know, call
it out, And I mean, if I see it and
notice it.

Speaker 2 (04:07):
Was that, I I don't know, I thought I'll saw something.

Speaker 4 (04:13):
I thought I saw something too. As I was putting
the handset back on the telephone receiver, I mean the
charge or so, because we have land lines in this house,
because we don't get great silver recepts from up here
in the hills. I have actual landlines because it's better
and safe from cases an emergency.

Speaker 2 (04:32):
Now to get started, can you tell people a little
bit about yourself.

Speaker 4 (04:40):
Yeah, people know me because I built this house about
one hundred and fifty two hundred feet down the driveway
from where Sharon Tate's house once stood. And the house
that we built turned into being quite the haunted house.
And you'll have to excuse the sounds in the back. Yeah,
there's heavy construction going on next door here. I'll show you.

(05:03):
I'll open the blind to their feet. This property right
here next to me has got major remodeling going on,
so you'll hear the sounds of air hammers slung up.
I hopefully they'll be done soon, but that's what we've
got going on. And that's my dog in the background. Hello, Reggie, Reggie,

(05:27):
you mind sitting down so we don't hear false positives? Reggie,
sit down, Reggie, why down? Lie down? And mind who
I can't hear. I can only hear him, but if
I hear him, it'll distract the out of me. So

(05:50):
hight down, good boy, All right, he's lying down. Yeah.
So that's my shirt, my ghost shirt. And it turns
out the house has been notoriously active with the panormal
activity going on here. I guess this month we'll make

(06:10):
it twenty two years since I moved in here, since
we finished building the house, and since two thousand and two,
we've experienced strange stuff happening here all the time, so
much so that I installed about almost a little under
ten years ago, I installed fifteen cameras that then turned
into twenty five cameras that them turned into thirty cameras

(06:33):
throughout the entire house, and we've recorded stuff for the
past nine years in here that's just out of the
batshit crazy, just you know, stuff that you know you
can't And it's not like I'm actively looking. I'm talking
about when we're going about our everyday lives, stuff happens
and I'm like, all right, what time is it? Right

(06:53):
down the time, right down the room?

Speaker 2 (06:55):
What did I hear?

Speaker 4 (06:56):
And I write down then and we review it. I'm like, wow,
that is crazy. So just lots of things, objects getting moved,
a lot of that on video.

Speaker 2 (07:10):
Now do you keep like a like a notebook field
of stud that that has happened throughout the whole entire house.

Speaker 4 (07:19):
Well from I think it was the year two thousand
and four to about two thousand and it was like
twenty twenty two. I kept a diary of when stuff happened.
But what happened was I started saying, you know something,
I'm recording it. What do I care I've already got
I mean, I've already been saving and recording and saving

(07:39):
the incidents so I have them later on to look
at to review. I mean, that's why I made this
book Behind Me Coast of ci La Dry that I
wrote about the house and the auntings was basically the
narrative in the story of all the different experiences that
have happened in the house over the past. Got up
to like twenty fourteen. I think it's about ten years

(08:00):
ago it ends that this book ends, and it's amazing
the stuff that we've recorded and recorded. I mean, I
have to do volume two because it'll go from twenty
fourteen to the present day. But I mean, I've had
people dragged up to the corner of the ceiling by
an unseen force in the third level, and people that
are total skeptics. I mean skeptics as well. It's not

(08:23):
just like well I'm a ghost Hundrug I got drug.
That was like, no, I don't believe it. I got
accept to the corner of the ceiling, see the force.
I don't believe in ghosts. So and this is stuff
that happened. They hate to say twenty years ago, but
twenty years ago that we've got recorded incidents that go
back long before the first episode of ghost Hunters even aired.

Speaker 2 (08:46):
So I mean, now now, I've seen you on a
lot of YouTube channels. One was Jordan de Lioncot then uh,
I think recently was what's a Thank God my Yeah,
Scott Michaels and also Scott owned tape on YouTube yep.

(09:06):
How was the recent one? I think it was, And
how you're very popular on YouTube?

Speaker 4 (09:12):
Yeah, I mean I've had a lot a lot of
YouTubers come here to the house and visit and do
their videos here and stuff. There was a great video
that happened when Jordan the Lion was here with his
friend and we were in the on the top floor talking.
We were just talking and out of the blue, it
was just myself, Jordan and his friend and her hair

(09:34):
got pulled up and she's like, oh my god, something
to drab my hair. And you saw it on the
security camera that I'm sorry a lot about. To me,
I find it amusing because it's not I mean, you
think about it. It was threatened and goes, oh god,
you pulled up a strand of your hair. Isn't that threatening?

(09:54):
And I find it so amusing because the stuff, it's
how you take kit that makes this story either dramatic
or not dramatic and interesting. And what I'm saying is
is she could have gone like, oh my god, oh
my god. So he just pulled my hair up because
I guess they need a hair can. He must be
telling me something, or it's like, oh my god, my

(10:16):
hair got ould my god, oh my god, oh my god.
It's like, yeah, so you got your hair got bold.
He didn't wrap your finger his fingers around you and
started choking type of the thing. It was just like
one of your little You could see this monster the
hair just go And I'm like, had to be Jay Sebring.
He's a hairstylen, so you can only imagine, you know
that it figures that was possibly and probably him making

(10:42):
an appearance.

Speaker 2 (10:44):
Now have the spirits in the hey in your house,
and do you feel threatened by him or do they
just feel like you know, people that just pass them through,
just doing what they want to do, or.

Speaker 4 (10:57):
Well, when you see the spirits in my house, there's
the understanding that I want to make and clarify that
in my estimation, there are three different types of spirits
that are in the house. Really it's two different variations.
Ones that are visiting here that are just popping in
and going through the house, and that's either by conveyance

(11:17):
of on the other side, they see this light, this
house is so radiant and to them, they basically migrate
towards it like insects in the night to a light bulb,
or they're coming in with people that are around it
that come into the house. So that're around these people.
And I don't believe that people have attachments so much

(11:38):
as they have guardian angels and the form of spirits
that are around them. So when they walk in the house,
they hit this environment just like the other spirits do
when they start having fun and started inter reacting with
whoever they want, and then they're the spirits that are
basically actually say that are staying here pretty much all

(11:58):
the time. That just here, and it's like, oh, thank you,
like a permanent residency in Vegas. And what I mean
by that is it's like they're too accustomed to hanging
around here and they've been in for so long they
don't really have a need and they have nowhere else
reeling to want to hang out but here because they
enjoyed so much. And this is based upon what Lisa Williams,

(12:22):
the psychic has said. I think it's about eighteen years
ago around the forgot the twentieth anniversary of the thirtieth
Universe or the murders. She was out here in two
thousand and No, not the thirtieth. It was the twentieth
anniversary of the murders. She was out here to see
the house, and she wanted it to be known that

(12:45):
it was just for her own purposes, not for TV.
She was just curious because she's seen me at ghost Hunters.
She comes in the house and she said to me,
she goes, there's a lot of spirits here. She goes,
I see Sharon and Jay and some Native Americans and
some other people in the den. And I'm like, I

(13:07):
what do you see? And I said, you seeously, I
can't see a thing. And she said that they all
want me to say thank you for getting them hang here.
And I said, well, far be it for me to
be the one to kick them out of here, because
I don't want to be on the other side and
get land on the other side of existence. Have them say, hey,
there's David Omen. He kicked us out of his house.

(13:28):
You remember that time, You remember how that felt. Well,
let's serve him up the heaping pid piece of humble pie.
Get what you're deserving for doing. She laughed, and I said, well,
she goes, well, they hang here, they lived, they reside here,
so to speak, and they're showing their appreciation. She goes,
and then she goes, there's other spirits that just seemed
to be like coming in and out. And Maryanne Winkowski,

(13:51):
the real life Ghosts for It, said, your house has
got a revolving door where spirits are coming in, hanging out,
going for a vaca, and then going out.

Speaker 2 (14:02):
Wow. And so you're basically running a ghost nightclub. I
guess ghost.

Speaker 4 (14:12):
I'd almost want to say a ghost hotel.

Speaker 2 (14:15):
Hotel. Yeah, yeah, ghost hotel, yeah, ghost hotel.

Speaker 4 (14:19):
I'm just I'm just the caretaker at the Ghost hotel.

Speaker 2 (14:23):
Yeah. Now, now with your house being haunted, and how
do you sleep at night?

Speaker 4 (14:28):
Fine, I mean how do you sleep at night?

Speaker 2 (14:33):
Was I sleep good? Yeah?

Speaker 4 (14:35):
I mean you know, I mean, how should I say this?
They we have a mutual understanding of respect towards one another.
And I mean sometimes I'll go to bed at two
in the morning and see pencil about nine. But it's
not like I'm woken up in the middle of the
night by one of the spirits saying David, get up,

(14:56):
get up. I mean I have had that experience in
the past, but that was more related to my previous hobby,
which was collecting Jack Johnson memorabilia. So I would get
woken up at like three in the morning. It's like,
what the it's like? Go on, go on, go on, epay,
look on, ebe there's something that's like and Jack spirit

(15:17):
literally And when I say Jack Johnson, I mean the
first African American heavyweight boxing champion of the world. This
guy here whose apparition has been seen by other people here.
Luckily for them, I never had the opportunity. I never
saw him. But oh shut up, that's just my phone.
But I would be woken up and say go look

(15:38):
on Evan. I'd go on the Evan sure enough. In
the UK there would be something listed and it's like,
oh my god, that's a great picture. I've never seen
that before. As he's like, go off for one hundred dollars,
it's like, oh, come on, it's it's worth will it's
worth like a thousand, Jack, it was off for one hundred.
He'll take it or something of that. And me it's like,
all right, fine, he's out. He's strung at like twelve pounds,

(15:59):
which is like me two bucks. So I'm like okay
with that, and I said it to my weight and
I'm waiting the turn off. I get a response, sorry,
I'll take you a hundred bucks. I'm like thanks, Jack,
and I'd say all right, let's close the tail and
get the piece. And this didn't happen once, but several
times through my experiences with that year at the house,

(16:19):
it's like all right, all right, all right, all right,
you're right. I know every time you wake me up
at this time of mine and go look on the eBay,
you're always right, you're right. And it's like it was
non stop. I mean, I had over eight hundred pieces
of memorabilia at one point and my collection on display,
and it was just like, you know that that didn't
bother me as much as it was just going broke

(16:41):
on the process of buying all this memorabilia. But other
than that, it was, you know, nothing malicious, nothing scary,
nothing threat scary. Yeah, well, at the moment this things
startle me, but doesn't fight me to the point where
I feel threatened. Oh my god, there's a knife coming out,
and I say, no, I haven't felt anything like that,

(17:02):
not from somebody that's dead. People the living more problems
than the dead. Let's just go with that now.

Speaker 2 (17:10):
And what is your opinion on Zach Bacon's no comment.

Speaker 4 (17:16):
That's my opinion. I have no comment. I think that
what's funny is that you mentioned that. I was just
looking on YouTube. There's some videos that have been out
in six months with over three quarters of a million
views about the aforementioned mister Baggins, and they haven't been positive.

(17:38):
They've been from people that are reformer employees at his
at the what was it at the Haunted Museum.

Speaker 2 (17:46):
Yeah, Las Vegas, I think exactly.

Speaker 5 (17:50):
Yeah, former employees and workers of people that have worked
with him in the in the in the television field,
and other people of whose comments and obviously some fans
that had met him and other people that had you know,
worked with him and said, like Dr Barry taff I
saw him and spoke to him and had nothing good to.

Speaker 4 (18:09):
Say about the situation that happened with him in the
Demon House, and how his how his interviews were edited
and inserted into questions that weren't relative to the questions
or answers to the questions that were being asked. They
were manipulating and video cutting and stuff. He said a
lot of his clips were edited where he was about

(18:30):
to say continuation and say this is the thing that
I really think that's going on, but before he had
a chance to answer, it was edited out.

Speaker 2 (18:39):
Now. I think we talked about this last time before
he got interrupted, that when they came to your house
to do something, they uh, kind of put everything together,
and then when you watched it later on, it wasn't
what you thought it was.

Speaker 4 (18:58):
Hmm. To say that was is that a lot of
stuff was was not accurate in the sense that some
of the stuff that I had said to them in
confidence about the house and about the especially the Earth
and Wallroom and belaying to him what had been told
to me by Lisa Williams, who had mentioned earlier when

(19:21):
she came here, she went to the earth and wallroom,
and she was here in two thousand and find out
I hate you know, because this is the Internet, and
because whatever I say can always be used against me
in the future. Might as well get it right, you know, accurate.
Let's see the first Coast Investigation, Ryan Institute. First time

(19:44):
to Mandels See Lissa Williams must have been but two
thousand years July two thousand and seven, so exactly seventeen
years ago Lisa Williams came to the house. I don't
have the date. It's in the book. Again you want
to find out read more about this in the book.
But Lisa was here, and when she went to the
third level to the earth and ballroom, she looked up

(20:07):
and she's into the left corner of the earth and
mound under the house. And all it is is I
never put up a false wall behind which was the
earth and the third level. Because I'm built on the hillside,
You're going to have earth underneath and bucking on each
one of the floors. So basically she says, I see

(20:30):
a Native American on horseback, and I'm like, and he's
been here for several hundred years. I'm going okay, And
she goes, he died on his horse when the horse
was walking on what is now the driveway, which was
the horse path to the end of the street that
was where this plateau was that looked out across or

(20:51):
down into the valley going up the canyon. And I'm like, okay.
She said that the horse got spooke, lost it's putting,
fell down the hillside and broke its neck and the
rider's neck and they were stopped by a tree. Well
when we built the house, and we had photographs during
the before we started building the house where there was

(21:13):
a tree there that was an old blowth tree that
we'd cut down and and the earth and ballroom. You
can look up the hill on the side and you'll
see this. I say, it's about a good fourteen inch
diameter tree stump where this tree was.

Speaker 2 (21:28):
Wow.

Speaker 4 (21:29):
And she said that through the years his remains and
the horses remains were scattered on the side of the
hill and were covered by the mud floats. And as
we excavated that area of the earth out which was
after Zach was there. We found the layer upon layer
upon layer upon layer of mudflow that it basically built,

(21:50):
as you say, built up on the side of the
hill through the years and centuries, I guess. So there's
a possibility that what she said is true. I told
this to Zach. He turns around and says that the
house is built on Native ceremonial burial grounds. And I said,

(22:12):
one guy died by accidents, supposedly according to one Lisa Williams.
I said, and you're turning this into a full blown
graveyard on the side of the mountain, like there was
nowhere else in the hills to bury on flat land.
What are you talking about? And that's what I said

(22:35):
me when we watched the show, is like, what ceremonial
Native ceremonial barrel grounds are you speaking of here? This
is the side of the hill. And furthermore, when I
did be such from my book, I looked up in
all the old newspapers and the local history of the
area to see if there were any Native American burial
grounds found in Benedict Canyon and again before nineteen seventy seven,

(23:01):
which was a seventy eight when the Native American Repatriation
Act was an act which meant that if you found
Native American bones on your property, you had to basically
excavate the bones and have them repatriot and me buried
at a location that was in within the doctrines of

(23:21):
that Native American group or tribe. And nothing did I
find except for one instance in the area, even around here,
within a mile of here. Was in nineteen twenty five
when ground was first broken for the Beverly Hills First
Woman's Club at the corner of what is now Chevy

(23:44):
Chase Drive in Benedicte Canyon, they found the remains of
three Native Americans from a battle that took place in
the early earlier in eighteen forty two between the Native
American tribe, the Tongueva tribe and the Latin and the
Mexican who owned the Ranchero Ranche delis Aguas, which was

(24:05):
basically the forty five acre tract of land that was
given to her after her husband, who was a commander
in the Mexican Army, was killed. Wow and her i
guess Ranchero was raided upon by the Native Americans and
her ranch hands basically had a running battle with them

(24:26):
all the way up to the spots which is now
Benedict Kenyan Chevy Chase Drive, and it was in those
days was a walnut robe and three Native Americans were
shot and killed on the spot and buried where they
were killed on that spot. So eighty seven years later
when they brown was first broken for the regular those

(24:46):
women's club, they found the remains of those Native Americans there.
That's the only incident. And again again again again that
is not a Native American ceremonial ground. It's again they
were shot in battle and perried on the spot. This

(25:07):
guy died supposedly riding his horse or mule across the
driveway the horse path and fell down and broke to
his neck and died there. And then we saw him,
and through the years his remains were covered. That's what
I took umbrage with with mister Baggins.

Speaker 2 (25:30):
Now, can you tell me one time before that he
said that you kind of faked some stuff. I don't know.

Speaker 4 (25:37):
No, he said that I was possessed, Yeah, and I
knew that stuff was happening before it happened. And he
said in his book, I am haunted that he would
know when stuff was happening like he accuses me of knowing.
Oh yeah, we were upstairs before the show was shot,
was shooting, and I was showing him around the figurines

(25:58):
on top of the gray which of these beetles use
figurines about Faneca. They about eight inches tall. And I
was talking to him and Nick at the at the
aquarium and I said, these figurines get knocked over all
the time. You gotta be careful about it. And then
they started shooting in the figurine got the big feed
peel juice. Figurine got knocked over, and it's like he says,

(26:21):
like you knew. It's like, no, I just got to
telling you this is what happens in the house. This
isn't something I'm making up. But not like saying, oh, yeah,
you know this is this is something I know it's
going to happen. I said, this is something that happens
in my house. It happens all the time. It's something
that's an occurrence, that's nothing, nothing special. And then and

(26:44):
then later on in the episode when they were nicking
Aaron and Aaron and Zach were standing there in the
doorway between the den and the living room. They're ten
feet away from the aquarium and what's the space a wilse.
He gets on the fund says, guys, guys, did you
see that? Did you hear that? And they said no,

(27:05):
what And by the time he tells them what he's
about to say, if ten seconds has elapsed from the
moment that the figuringe gets knocked over, he says, the
smoking the thin black smoking man figuring got knocked over,
and Zach didn't hear it, and Nick didn't hear which
is virtually impossible because anytime thathing drops from here to

(27:28):
here and flops over, it makes a sound. It's got
to make a sound. It doesn't make sense, it doesn't
make a sound. It has to make a sound. It's
making contact. So Zach goes, oh, my god, did did did? Did?
And Nick's like, because Zach, zachs stuttering.

Speaker 6 (27:49):
It's like, yeah, Zach's losing it, man, because it doesn't
make sense.

Speaker 4 (27:54):
But again, it happened ten seconds earlier. Why is he
having a melt down in this pants about it? And
I was like, you know, some professionals, it's happened to
me a million times. So I'd been in the room,
in this room four below it, and I've heard stuff
get knocked over, and I go up and going. That
was loud enough that I could hear it down here.
How could you not hear it from ten feet away

(28:16):
when I'm here here and all the way here under
the floor below.

Speaker 2 (28:21):
So now, and when did you find out that your
house was right down the road from the Sharon Tates house?
Did you know about it before you built the house? Oh?

Speaker 4 (28:33):
Yeah, I've been here when I was a kid in
high school. We used to come up here with my friends.
You know, I was an underage driver, and I used
to drive up here with my friends and follow them
to come up here and say, oh wow, that's And
we were up here in like nineteen seventy eight, so
we were up here nine years after the murders had
taken place, and we had all read Helter Skelter, so

(28:53):
we were all like, we knew the story, but you know,
it's kind of like disappointment. We were all disappointed because
when we came up here, you had a wooden slat fence,
and then you had a chain link fence, and then
you could look in and you saw that short pony wall,
that like three foot high rock wall, and then you
just saw in and you could only see in. Again,

(29:15):
we're there at night, so it's pretty dark and you
can see the twilight twinkled the city lights and you
can see basically you can just see the driver going in.
But the house again sat way to the right and end,
so we didn't see anything more than just the driveway,
and of course the newspapers at the bottom of the
gate that were literally weathered and you know, almost like

(29:40):
becoming paper ma shape because they'd been so wet and
so molded to the bottom of the driveway. They were
literally sticking to the ground. And that was about it.
So I mean to me, it was like when I
came up here in nineteen ninety nine, ninety eight, I
was like, oh my god, they can't believe it. And unfortunately,

(30:02):
by the time when we got up there in ninety eight,
the house that was there had already been demolished. So
I'm looking at the end of the driveway and then
it just turns into gravel, and then there's this big
fence where fencing going on, and then I'm just seeing
nothing but gravel and demolition going from the entrance in.

Speaker 2 (30:21):
It was all gone now, it didn't now, and didn't
this home one take a piece of the house, like
I think it was a door.

Speaker 4 (30:29):
With them Trent Besner, when he knew that the place
was being demolished, he asked if he could have the
front door, and he took it with him.

Speaker 2 (30:39):
Oh yeah, because I read about that somewhere.

Speaker 4 (30:41):
They just I just saw the shadow fly right by
the camera right now as you said that, right if
you're looking away, I see this like, as a matter
of fact, a week from tomorrow is the fifty fifth
anniversary of the murders. As a matter of.

Speaker 2 (30:58):
Fact, already eight tonight. Yeah, I was, I'm sure. Well,
I was, I'm sure. And you have a lot of activity, then,
I'm sure.

Speaker 4 (31:07):
Not really. Usually, from what I've seen, the activity diminishes
spectacularly because I've said to people, what's the incentive for
them to be getting all happy and active? And again
I associate it happy and active, not unhappy and active.
I considered happy and active under the anniversary of your passing.
It doesn't make a lot of sense.

Speaker 2 (31:29):
Oh yeah, Now, going back to the Sharon Tates house,
the last time I checked how the guy that lives
on the property now was the guy that created full house. Yes,
I'm not sure if this is correct. Yes, yeah, well
I'm not sure if he lives there now or yes,

(31:50):
I think.

Speaker 4 (31:50):
He still lives there. He's trying to sell the place
from what I understand. Yes.

Speaker 2 (31:55):
Uh. Now for people who are I guess with people
that are afraid of ghosts. What your advice to those
who are kind of terrified of ghosts? And should they
be afraid or.

Speaker 4 (32:09):
Well, I hate to say it, what are you gonna
do when you turn into Wormford yourselves? I mean, I mean,
let's be honest, you nobody lives forever. As Jim Morrison said,
no one here gets out alive.

Speaker 2 (32:22):
That's true. Yeah.

Speaker 4 (32:23):
And the idea that you're afraid of people that have
already passed aways that are coming to visit you, and
they're just like saying, oh, well, I'm just coming to visit,
but I'm just coming to visit. Just well, I'm just
well I just pinted crap. I just came to see
how the hell you were doing.

Speaker 7 (32:39):
Is that a problem to you? You want to make
me a demon? Well, fine, I'm getting you know, don't
ever ask me if I'm fine to buy them out
of here? How do you feel if you're a ghost
going Well, that's what the hell. I just turned from them.
They got three decks. They said, came by to see
you see that they're doing. And they all had a
melt that ca me a demon and said I'm saving

(33:01):
and I'm some some lying demon and say listen, I'm
out of here.

Speaker 4 (33:05):
Forget that. I'm forget it. They got scared, you know,
until somebody like you know, some bad, bad friend of
theirs comes back and visits them. Then they'll tell me
about how bad it was. Then not for some reason
to bitch. But you know, I'm down to their grandmother,
my god, come on with her grandfather? Come on, no
that way. See it's not so fun, is it now?

(33:29):
Grandpa came to visit me last night. What did you do?
I just came to yell he goes, because I can't
stand Grandpa even left me when I was a kid.
It's like, well, that's okay, he's not gonna try to
ext use it, because how do.

Speaker 2 (33:38):
You know, I didn't expect that right there?

Speaker 7 (33:45):
But I'm the spirit saying let's let's let's throw a
curve ball in that.

Speaker 4 (33:52):
Okay, that's a good one. Grandpa, grandample, what are you
doing this? I'm heard him left, He's like, get that
out of your grandpa, you're dead.

Speaker 2 (33:59):
Oh yeah, right, okay, now can you tell us about
us some of the projects you worked on, which I
think one of them is called The House at the
End of the Road.

Speaker 4 (34:13):
How's at the end of the drive?

Speaker 2 (34:14):
Yeah, drive? Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, the House at the
end of the drive.

Speaker 4 (34:19):
Right, House at the end of the drive. That's the
that's my movie. It's out right now in demo Vimeo.
But again, you can go to House at the End
of the Drive dot com and there's a link right
to it. It's got a three day rental. I'm going
to be putting it up on what was it YouTube
and also on Amazon, but Amazon takes a little while

(34:40):
to get it actually up. They wanted to review it
and spew it, and it's et cetera. There's some other information.
I guess there you go. Oh yeah, Now, I got
the guys next door and they're playing their music. So no,
that's not ghost music, kids, I apologize. Those sounds are
not ghostly sounds. That's construction sounds.

Speaker 2 (35:05):
Now, now, I guess the next question would be to
get a lot of people to come by around on
how to ween.

Speaker 4 (35:15):
Yeah, as a matter of fact, but usually on the anniversary.
We're expecting a lot of people next next week as
a matter of fact, because people always come up here
around the anniversary to see the the Tate House, especially
around the anniversary, and because it's summer, people are out
on vacation and stuff, and you know, cross country tripping
and coming out and stuff. I have a funny film

(35:36):
that you know, because it's the fifty to fifth anniversity.
That's me a lot of cars. I'm lucky for us.
A lot of the neighbors are not gonna be around
because they have the construction going on right next door,
so they're not going to be around to hear that.

Speaker 2 (35:49):
So now at the house being just a few feet
up the road to get a lot of tourist step
there all the time. And also how does your neighbors
like it?

Speaker 4 (36:05):
I don't know if the neighbors like if they put
up with it. I'd have to say. I actually was
outside last night at about two fifteen in the morning
and I had to take my dog, who was twelve
years old. He had to go out. And I always
get up in the middle of the night when he
gives me that and I'm like, all right, honey, stop stop.
Stop looking breathing in my ear. It's getting a little

(36:25):
humid in there. You know, I'm gonna get a forest
going on in there. Come onths enough and I wake up.
It's Reggie. It's like, all right, I gotta take him out.
So I took him out, and I swear to god,
I'm like, you're a sound of the car sing bage,
Come on quick, quick, REDI read quick. So I brought
him across, and then sure enough, car drives right by.
Because the end of the street lights headlights, one goes

(36:47):
right to the gate five feet away from the gate,
puts his current park, the lights are on, starts taking
video and photos, and I'm like, at two fifteen in
the morning, okay, and that's just one of the times
that I happened to be out with a dog that
that happens.

Speaker 2 (37:05):
Now do you think your place.

Speaker 4 (37:07):
Has did you see that?

Speaker 2 (37:09):
You saw it? Yeah? I saw it?

Speaker 4 (37:12):
Yeah, yeah I saw that. Keep up staging me, don't you?
But what I need more water? And well thanks you
right I did.

Speaker 2 (37:23):
Now, Now do you think your house just like a
tourist attraction in California?

Speaker 4 (37:29):
No, thank god, it's not.

Speaker 2 (37:32):
How it was.

Speaker 4 (37:33):
I would definitely strongly advocate for putting a gate at
the bottom of the driving.

Speaker 6 (37:37):
No matter what the hell the neighbors say, Well, just
one neighbor's being a little bit. It was being a
pill about about fifteen years ago, complaining about not getting
his fed X packages up here.

Speaker 4 (37:48):
I'm like, you'll get your fed X package. And so
far he's the only one that's been burglarized twice, so
it's kind of like ironic. It's like, had he gone
with the gate, it would have been a lot less problem.
Possible that his house would have been burglarized because they
probaked right in front of his house they did.

Speaker 2 (38:07):
Wow, that's crazy. Before you wrap up the podcast, David here, uh,
where can people find you online?

Speaker 4 (38:17):
Oh?

Speaker 2 (38:17):
Which, I know you're on YouTube.

Speaker 4 (38:19):
I'm on YouTube at YouTube dot com. Forward slash David
Omen that you go right there at the top. It'll
focus all right.

Speaker 2 (38:31):
Right there it is. Yeah, Oh, nope, Okay, there we go.

Speaker 4 (38:37):
That's the one. And then of course house at the
end of the drive dot com for the movie, and
of course my book Ghosts of Celow Drive the afterlife
of Sharon Tate in the Spirits of the Omen House,
and then the bast story of the man who lives
with ghosts and this isn't.

Speaker 2 (38:57):
Afraid it was that book available on Amazon.

Speaker 4 (39:02):
No, it's only available at Ghosts of Oh, they just
did it again. You got I'm in the middle of
pitching this gosh done book. Would your mind please, it's
really rude. You can hold on for a few seconds,
not for dramatic effect. Just let me talk about the
book where the people can buy it. It's available at

(39:25):
the type Did you see that I did.

Speaker 8 (39:29):
Yeah, you got to catch some set of balls. And
that goes to the women ghosts as well. Really Jesus,
as you're saying, ghosts.

Speaker 4 (39:39):
To steal a drive.

Speaker 2 (39:41):
Ah c o M.

Speaker 4 (39:45):
We just did it again.

Speaker 2 (39:48):
It's now people, people watch it again.

Speaker 4 (39:52):
It's little bastards.

Speaker 2 (39:53):
Now people are going to watch this. I think that
we all planned this out for the interview.

Speaker 4 (39:59):
Well we didn't. This happened the last time when you
were saying, oh, yeah, we're still here. We haven't gone anywhere.
We're still We're still the Gremlins and David's frau God.
I swear it's kind of funny. I mean, it's kind
of amusing to a certain degree. To be honest with you,
it's kind of funny that they like to I interact

(40:19):
the way they do. Oh yeah, you know, you can
never you can always see this. It's never been dull moment.
Oh man, yes, dull, far far from it. Uh. Well, yeah,
I got the show tonight, Jacob. Oh yeah, again, it's

(40:42):
been a pleasure being on your show. And to your audience,
thank you for stopping in and watching me babble about
my aunt in the house, et cetera. And you know,
I hope you enjoy it and get the cop with
the book and see the movie as well. This one.
It's and it's an original movie too. It's not some rebate.
They just did it again. You just hand hand hold

(41:03):
yourselves together, can you You really are like you're like
like the seam stealers one ship up yours ship.

Speaker 2 (41:15):
God kind of seems that they're they're.

Speaker 4 (41:19):
Forget right, if I did that, she got some You
guys are really obnoxious today.

Speaker 2 (41:24):
Really, it's like just some pranksters or something again and again.

Speaker 4 (41:34):
Uh and funny, you see, it's not it's not there's
not a rhythm or a pattern. You just look, we've
been talking now and they haven't done it for the
past fifteen seconds before it was boom boom, boom boom.
They're laying off the little.

Speaker 2 (41:54):
It's crazy.

Speaker 4 (41:55):
No, it's my it's my story. My life is what
it is. There's why chime in and say goodbye. See
isn't it funny They're not doing a damn thing now
people think of David's doing and saying, I am not
doing a GDP thing. I'm near by myself. My dog's

(42:15):
over there, sitting there, sleeping, rolled up and build up
in a ball. And now the spirits aren't doing it.
It's like, you know, you guys are really funny.

Speaker 2 (42:25):
Now people are going to think that you get some
kind of flight. You flickering off.

Speaker 4 (42:30):
A damn thing. I'm looking at it. I mean, I'm
paying more attention to the video now than I was early,
just to watch. And I'm not saying any activity that's
funny though. I mean, I'm serious. It's like they're not
manifesting right now. Maybe maybe now they're deciding.

Speaker 2 (42:49):
To be nice. Good luck Oh with David, I won't
think you would come on the podcast My pleasure.

Speaker 4 (42:58):
Jacob, thank you for having me on again in the
great time, And like I said, you know, tell your
audience to please do something with the movie like watch it?

Speaker 2 (43:07):
Uh now now on this goes up, which I'll put
a link to your website in the description down below.

Speaker 4 (43:15):
You perfect answer the move, answer the book, the book.
Oh yeah, get ordered soon too again Jesus.

Speaker 2 (43:23):
All right, all right, David, oh, which, I glad you
appreciate you being on, and I want you to stay
on after we end so we could talk about something else.
So until then, that wraps up this episode. Tune in
