dark topic, but we're going to be covering it as well,

what that's all about. Okay, this is spiritual warfare that
we're and there's no doubt about it. Now, the big
story this weekend is was Wisconsin because on Friday, October three,
Judge Manuel Judge Michael Maxwell, who was a state Circuit

court judge and Wakesha County, Wisconsin, gave an order to
the west to the Wisconsin Elections Commission and the Wisconsins
the Department of Transportation to stop registering illegal aliens to vote. Now,
this is the first time I can see that we've

got a judge issuing order that illegals can't vote, and
the order was very specific. It involves the Department of
Transportation and motor voters. I've just written over the weekend
an article with Peter Tickton, who is President Trump's attorney
working with him since the beginning of the Trump second administration,

and Andrew Piquette, who is the computer genius who'd found
the algorithms in the state databases. So we've been talking
about this now since the beginning of the Trump term
since January, and what I've been telling is going to
happen has started to happen. Okay, So the judge said
the parties, the Consin Election Commission and the Wisconsin Department

of Transportation. The judge ordered them they shall meet and
confer on a process and plan to evaluate the current
voter roles, whether through the matching of information contained in
the dot files or other lawful available means to determine
if there are any registrants in the voter roles who

are not lawfully entitled to cast a vote in Wisconsin.
The review of the current voter roles for this purpose
shall be substantially completed prior to the next regularly scheduled
statewide election, the midterm election. Now what this goes after
is the motor voter scheme where the Democrats the cheating, lying,

treason as Democrats have figured out that if you can
take a illegal immigrant and get them a driver's license
based on a green card, and then you automatically, because
they've got a driver's license, you register them with the
Wisconsin Election Commission to get them registered to vote, that

you now have registered an illegal immigrant to vote. Okay,
So this lawsuit was bought brought by two private citizens,
and what they did was that they got in this opinion,
very strong statement from Judge Maxwell. For instance, he really

specified that legal voters in the state of Wisconsin were
required to be US citizens. He ruled, quote, the Wisconsin
Election Commission has a plane and positive duty to verify
the US citizenship of every person seeking to register to
vote in Wisconsin. Further, Wisconsinlection Commission has a plane and

positive duty to determine whether any non citizens are currently
listed as eligible voters on Wisconsin's voter rolls. I'll get
another section because the judge cited a lot of the
Wisconsin statutes. And by the way, in twenty twenty four,
Wisconsin passed a constitutional amendment by seventy percent of the

people voting that only citizens can vote in Wisconsin elections. Okay,
so the judge continued as Judge Maxwell in this case,
the Wisconsin Election Commission, along with any local election official
it regulates through the administration of elections as defined by
Wisconsin Statute Section five point h five, is hereby enjoined

from accepting any request to register to vote, whether electronically
made or through a paper process, without verification that the
applicant is a US citizen, along with any other lawful
requirement as currently defined required by statute. Okay, So remarkably

(05:51):
the Wisconsin Election Commission, which is again dominated by woke
Democrats who think that we need to destroy the government
by opening into immigration. So we fled the country with
legal immigrants, then we let them vote. Do they become democrats?
They go woke, the cities go broke. Anti five takes
over and we have chaos. And Chris iph you'll put

up my book because this book is now coming to
be prophetic. There was a book I wrote called The

predicted in that book is that where we were going
with the woke agenda, and I showed you how it

free us. That that was Mark Cussy with his book
Arrows and Civilization when I was at Harvard as a
graduate student. But this book is extremely important to understand
how this negative, nihilistic ideology has taken over the universities

has taken over the youth and is producing what we're
seeing in the streets is anarchy. Now, what this judge
did in Wisconsin was essentially to refute the argument that
Wisconsin Election Commission says, well, we don't we take all voters.
We don't have to be just having citizens. But the

judge of the petitioners, the two citizens who brought this
case argue that the citizen information of the Department of
Transportation records do not match that of a registrant in
the Wisconsin Election Commissions record. Wisconsin Election Commission has a
duty to remove the registrant. Okay, So, in other words,

if they're not citizens, the Apartment of Transportation gives you
a motor voter who is really listed as not a
US citizen, just get a green card. That person can't
be amitted to vote, and petitioners the general. The petitioners
further argue that the wisconsul Action Commission is failing to investigate

unlawful voter registrations, failing to bring lawsuit for unlawful registrations,
failing to promulgate rules ensuring lawful regulations, and failing to
issue procedures to municipal clerks to ensure lawful regulations. Okay,
so this is I think now the first time that

we'll beginning. And Wisconsin has been working very closely with
the Trump administration. So this is not an isolated act.
This is the first signaling of where the White House
is going, where Trump is going. Trump is now going
to start. I believe you're going to see more and
more coming out about this. And the person blocking all this,

by the way, and I want to pound this again
in the Department of Justice is this Todd Blanche, who
is a Deputy Attorney General. And Todd Blanche came to
con Pam Bondie, Pam Blondie that she could work from
home in Miami. Doesn't that have to come into the office.
It's too hard for Pam to manage one hundred and

thirty thousand person agency. So just let Todd do it now.
Todd was one of Trump's attorneys in New York, and
he was very much defending Trump and saying Trump was
unfairly being indicted by all these New York district attorneys,
and so he cozied up to Trump, and Trump trusted him.
But Todd Blanch is the reason why Tina Peters is

in prison. He blocked that. He's the reason why we're
getting no J sixers with compensation. He's blocked the voters.
If there is being written right now in the White House,
a voter a news executive order, and what he and

Peter Titkin has made this public. Todd Blanche needs to go.

let's go back to what the judge ruled, because I
want you to understand how important this decision is. I'm

going to do an article here an American Thinker with
Peter Titkin and with Andrew Piquett. As I mentioned, I
have a couple of quotes here that are important. This
is one problem. Let's first do Kevin Scott, who was
one of the attorneys for the plaintiffs. He said, we
expect the Wisconsin Election Commission of the Wisconsin Department of

Transportation will try to appeal Judge Maxwell's decision. He says
it took courage for Judge Maxwell to rule the way
he did. The overwhelming tide of judicial decisions on election
integrity in Wisconsin has been for judges to decide the
law is whatever the Wisconsin Election Commission says the law
is with little or no regard to the plain language

of the statutes. Judge Maxwell's decision is the first time
any judge in Wisconsin has ruled that voters' rights should
belong only to US citizens, with proof of citizenship being required,
prohibiting an overly broad reading of statutes taken out of context. Okay, so.

I also interviewed Jefferson Davis, who is a spokesperson for
the Election Integrity for Wisconsin ad hoc Committee, and he
told me a telephone interview yesterday in Wisconsin, during the
twenty twenty four presidential election voting, Wisconsin passed an amendment
to the Wisconsin state Constitution to prevent non citizens from

voting in any local, state or federal elections. He said.
The voting amendment to Wisconsin Constitution passed with more than
seventy percent approval. In twenty twenty one, after our ad
hoc committee formed, we were approached by poll workers and
clerks across Wisconsin who raised a red flag about non

US citizens registering to vote and voting in our elections.
This is Jefferson Davis. We do not want to believe this,
but we approached the Wisconsin Department of Transportation to quantify
to in January one, twenty nineteen and December fifteenth, twenty
twenty three, how many ID cards and driver's license were

issued in Wisconsin to non US citizens? Okay, so it's
shocking how many they were between January one, twenty nineteen,
and and I guess since January twenty. Between January and

December fifteenth, twenty twenty three, the Department of Transportation issued
forty one thousand, ninety ID cards and two hundred and
eighty five two hundred and fifty eight thousand, three hundred
and fifty six driver's license to non US citizens. And
so Jefferson Davis said, we want to work immediately with

the Trump administration to see how many of any of
these nearly three hundred non US citizens are in the
Wisconsin Election Commission voter registration database. Okay, and they're working
very closely with the White House. This is this signals
where the White House is going. Okay. So remember President

Trump issued an order in March twi, twenty twenty five
that demanded This executive order was called Preserving Effecting the
Integrity of American Elections. It ordered that we would have
voter IDs proof of US citizenship, the elimination of universe

mail and voting and return to dire traditional, more tightly
controlled absentee balloting, as well as the use of paper
ballots to replace electronic voting machines and recording voter selections
and tabulating results. Okay, the last paragraph that we write
in this article, let me read it. All of the
freedoms that we Americans enjoy could disappear overnight if the

elections are allowed to be rigged. The election of twenty
twenty six is as actually the pivotal issue pending at
this time. Republicans were to lose the House of Representatives
in the Senate, which could occur overwhelmingly if the machines
are permitted to determine the outcome, it could lead to
the complete dismantling of the Trump administration with impeachments and

possibly removal. If that were to occur, there would be
no control over those who would weaponize our Department of
Justice against our own citizens, as the Biden administration started
the process in twenty twenty one. President Trump's historic win
in twenty twenty four, Okay, this is this is very

important news, and I want to stress that this is
the White House President Trump is going to clean up
the elections, and without this action, we don't have it.
We don't have a republic. Democrats talk about a democracy,

to move on now to a couple of other topics,

now is that Trump has got the National Guard going

He's got the National Guard in Memphis, He's got the
National Guard in Washington, d C. Backed up by US troops. Okay,
so Trump is taking over the cities, and these antifat
guys are getting they're violent. The Democrats, the Democrats, the

and he's going to do whatever is necessary to get
a deal here, just like he is in Gaza. But
neither one is going to be easy because its a
lot easier to start fighting than it is to stop.

trust those you're trying to make a deal with at
this point. I get Vladimir Putin wants a certain area
of Ukraine. I get that no one's going to be
happy with any kind of negotiation if they want to
stop fighting. So what is Look, we already know Ukraine's
in trouble, but Russia is also having trouble recruiting people

to fight for them as well. They have the upper hand.
We get that. And when it comes to Gaza, ook
Hamas has come to the table instead, they might agree
to it to release the hostages. How many times by now?

won't make a deal until they know that hamask can

up marriages, they have to be for all the things
