Ancora una volta il primo passo della puntata è dedicato alle competizioni continentali, con un occhio alla stagione della European League of Football che si aprirà questa settimana con le sue prime sette partite ed un altro al campionato europeo di Tackle femminile ed alla sua calendarizzazione decisamente "particolare".
La Italian Football League ha visto giocarsi le ultime tre partite di campionato, con cui si è deciso il tabellone playoff che decreterà la squadra campione d'Italia 2023 nell'Italian Bowl di Toledo, anche se sarebbe più corretto parlare di quattro partite contando anche quella (giocata o non giocata?) di mercoledì tra Warriors e Frogs.
La II Divisione italiana è l'unico campionato senior che deve ancora giocare una giornata, dopo l'unica partita disputata nel weekend passato. Con le partite che mancano si definiranno le classifiche di tutti e tre i gironi, anche se in realtà le posizioni sono abbastanza chiare da tempo e servirà più che altro per organizzare il tabellone che porterà al Silver Bowl.
Mentre l'ultima giornata della III Divisione è stata davvero chiave per dirimere i cinque gironi, ma come sempre per il CIF9 la post season sarà un "salto nel buio" per fare pronostici, dato che non essendoci interdivisionali ogni partita potrà potenzialmente rivelarsi una sorpresa!
