In the early hours of February 15th, 2020, after attending a Valentine's Day burlesque show with her friends, Amie Harwick was attacked in her Los Angeles home and ultimately succumbed to her injuries. Amie's story paints a picture of a brilliant, successful, confident woman who had built a beautiful life for herself, and highlights the importance of education about domestic violence and stalking, and how current laws do not strive to protect victims or prevent tragedy.
