On the night of April 11th, 2008, 34 year old mother of four, Susan Casey, went out for the evening with her new boyfriend. But the next morning, when Susie's children realized that their mother had not returned home, they tried calling her multiple times. And when they received no response, they alerted the rest of their family that something was wrong.
The investigation into Susan Casey's disappearance spanned a total of five years, from the moment she vanished, to the moment the perpetrator received a life sentence. And in the years between, Susie's family faced two more unfathomable tragedies.
