The Unsolved Homicide Of Paul Tam

In February of 2016, while walking down a busy street, a man was murdered. This heinous act was caught on video surveillance. Sketches went out to the public showing what the attackers looked like. Even though there were witnesses, and a video showing the attack, 8 years later the murder remains unsolved.
