According to several employers that I interviewed, AI has made

makes it harder for them to fully understand concepts and

plus side, employer said that AI can help gen Z
workers resolve conflicts, be better communicators, speed up their work,

for executives. The big question is how they can use
it to help their gen Z workforce without creating more
