some gen Z workers dummer because it weakens their attention spans,
makes it harder for them to fully understand concepts and
more difficult to evaluate their own work. But on the
plus side, employer said that AI can help gen Z
workers resolve conflicts, be better communicators, speed up their work,

and increase their creativity. AI will likely pose continuing challenges
for executives. The big question is how they can use
it to help their gen Z workforce without creating more
