Speaker 1 (00:00):
Hey guys, and welcome to another episode. I know we
had a long break in between, but it's another episode
of Cube, the Marvel Snap podcast. As you can see
here tonight, it's not cubed. It is duoed at the moment.

Speaker 2 (00:16):
Just squared.

Speaker 3 (00:17):
Yeah, it squared. That's right.

Speaker 1 (00:19):
Don actually got a new house, so Don aka Dark
Helmet box Man. So you know, he's going through the
motions of setting everything up, and you know, he has
his family to worry about, so he is gonna be
in and out maybe out. And he is graduating this December,

(00:41):
so that's another baby. So he graduates December fourteenth. So
make sure you guys go ahead and give him a
shout out, d M him, you know, whatever you want. Yeah,
so that's exciting for him. We stopped because there was

(01:01):
just so much going on. I had a trip to Hawaii.
Dakota had his honeymoon. Dakota is going through a lot
at the moment because he he is applying for CHP.
So if you guys didn't know, and you know, he
had to take tests and all this stuff, and you know,

(01:23):
everything's good now he's he's still on track to applying,
but you know, his testing, testing is done, right.

Speaker 4 (01:34):
Yeah, for the most part. My my physicals are all done.
There's one that's gonna be coming up, which is like
an obstacle course at the end. Yeah, just like the
final poof. But I got a stress test coming up
and stuff like that. But my major things are out
of the way.

Speaker 3 (01:47):
Finally, Yeah, yeah, finally.

Speaker 1 (01:50):
So yeah, so that means we do we will have
more time.

Speaker 2 (01:56):
Yeah, shadow with the back, bro, what you're.

Speaker 3 (01:59):
Doing with it?

Speaker 5 (02:01):
Hey, hey.

Speaker 3 (02:03):
He's getting it, dude.

Speaker 5 (02:05):
Getting it back there. Get out of the way, bro,
it's not the pod. When he clapping then oh my god.

Speaker 1 (02:17):
Oh by the way, uh g g Markley and back
choy to everybody's left. We haven't done this in a while,
so it's just like taking you know, we're just it's
not like riding.

Speaker 3 (02:29):
A bicycle, you get, you gotta it's like ice skating
with roller blades on.

Speaker 6 (02:34):
So yeah, so we get We got a lot to
talk about in a very finite amount of time, because
you know, we don't want to talk your ear off.

Speaker 1 (02:46):
Uh so let's get right into it. Let's let's just
recap the season that we've done. We'll talk about the
cards that that came out, We'll talk about Deadpool's diner,
and then we'll we'll quickly talk about the cards coming
out next week or tomorrow, sorry, not next week. So
the first card that so Sully wants us to talk

(03:09):
his ear off.

Speaker 2 (03:11):
Excellent.

Speaker 1 (03:13):
So you know, we always say it's gonna be short,
but we do tend to run like extra long. So
even yeah, even even our short episodes are long. So
all right, So for this season, the card that was
the season pass card was a Serterer and this was
a three power fore cost card and it's a after

(03:35):
you play a card with ten or more power, this
gains plus three power. Now, this card has probably taken
the meta by storm. Let's go ahead and start with you, Dekode,
how do you feel about this card?

Speaker 4 (03:49):
Okay, so when the first two days hit this card
was out, you saw this everywhere, Like taking by storm
is one right on the head with this one. The
ability to go up plus three after every you know,
ten drop happens is insane. This definitely brought a big
pop with you know, yeh shadow Kings show up. But
the cool thing about it was if you're playing this,

(04:10):
you're running Cosmo, you're running Armor, so you have some
ways to kind of work around it.

Speaker 2 (04:15):
If you are able to get ahead of.

Speaker 4 (04:17):
Your opponent on at least by like turn three, you
pretty much have owned that match.

Speaker 2 (04:22):
Like it's insane.

Speaker 4 (04:23):
This this card has definitely been I think my all
time favorite season card that's ever popped up.

Speaker 1 (04:29):
Yeah, and with the deck that's that's running it, you know,
they're running Cosmo, they're running armor, they're running tons of
ways to protect not only Serterer, but the cards that
you are playing that gets the ten power. So each lane,
you know, you don't have to also dive into two lanes.
You could spread your power because you have these these

(04:51):
cards like Arrow, you have what are the four tens?
I forgot the names of it, So you have Crossbones.

Speaker 4 (05:00):
Bones, Cold City in you could throw down the Tumba
now if you throw it in an armor lane, Like
there's a lot of abilities with these cards now.

Speaker 1 (05:07):
Yeah, So with the combination, you know, you played a
similar deck before this Serter card actually came out. It
was it was, but it ran the same thing, right,
It had armor in it, it had Cosmo like you
were just a scar that's right. So you're just playing
ten costs cards with all this power and your opponent
can't chunk chie it. There's no way to shadow king it.

Speaker 3 (05:30):
You know.

Speaker 1 (05:31):
The best way to do it is to enchantress something.
But you know, you got to enchantress before they Cosmo
or something. I don't know, you know, so it's really
hard to get around stuff like this. The only way
to do it is to go even higher. Yes, you
got to elevate higher. So it's just like you got

(05:52):
to play airsham deck with a blob you know that'll
get over it, or you play the war machine deck
that has infinite on turn six. So there's a lot
of things you can combat it with, but you can't
combat it with shang Chi, which this is where Shanxi
kind of fell off in the very beginning. But uh,

(06:15):
sur is even till towards the end of the season.
Sura is a good card, and it's not bad by
any means necessary, but it's not as relevant right now.
I think it has a lot to do with Deadpool's
Diner that the meta is changing.

Speaker 2 (06:29):
I don't know, so could be I agree on that one.

Speaker 1 (06:33):
Yeah, So the next the card that came out with
it this week or you know, the first week was
a Frigga and Frigga is a three costs three power
on revealed card that adds a copy of the last
card you played to your hand if able, you know,
barring you don't have a full hand.

Speaker 3 (06:53):
So this card didn't really.

Speaker 1 (06:56):
Do much, uh as I thought it would, because I
thought this would be like in Bounce, This would be
in like you know, good on reveal decks where you
actually want a copy of a low power card. But

(07:17):
it kind of felt clunky because it is a three
cost power is a three cost card that it felt
like you were if you didn't play it on turn three,
it was like useless because it's like my combos later
on won't do anything with it. So it's just like,

(07:38):
I don't know, it felt very clunky. It felt like
being forced. So I didn't think it's a bad card,
but I think I don't know. I don't know if
a cost down would make it broken, So I mean
it is. You know, it is a very fun card
to play, because then it could lead into you know,

(08:01):
doubling up on another card, which if you play say
a three cost card, right, absorbing that on turn four
is kind of like the same thing. But you know,
it's just a cost less I don't know it felt
like a like clunky in some ways.

Speaker 3 (08:18):
How did you feel about the card?

Speaker 4 (08:20):
No, I agree on that one completely. I think that
as the seasons progress, I know that this next season
coming in with like Bruce Banner, I could see this
card having a lot more potential. You know, if you
can get two Bruce's out fantastic. But yeah, it was junkie.
It was clunky. It just moves too slow. I feel
like the decks that flow well don't run her. It

(08:42):
is too many things. Like you said in the past,
decks have to have something that makes sense. This one
it seems like it adds another step.

Speaker 2 (08:49):
It's not necessary. There's other cards that does its job.

Speaker 4 (08:52):
If you're trying to do something with like wind Jet,
like you're trying to get some other synergy where it's like,
let's bring it back in our hand, but drop it
one cost less cool, but still, what are you running
on turn three? You know, what did you play on
turn two that you wanted to copy on turn three.
There's a lot of things like that that just doesn't
seem to flow very well in my opinion.

Speaker 1 (09:11):
Well, Ghost See in the chat has mentioned you know,
playing it in bounce, and that's exactly where I played
it when I tried to use it at first. But
you know with bounce, oh he said, he played it
with bounce move, but also with bounce you have what
is it?

Speaker 4 (09:27):
You have a.

Speaker 3 (09:29):
Beast that's a three costs. You have.

Speaker 1 (09:36):
Captain America Falcon Falcon, which is a two costs. You know,
these are pretty high costs for some for bounce because
the main thing you want are like one cost right,
that you could bounce straight back into your hand and
then turn six is when you like barf everything out up. Yeah, right,
So it's just like it's a nice card when it

(09:59):
works correctly. But I felt like in bounce, there's so
many other options that you can use that you're gonna
just get it back into your hand anyways. Why why
need a copy of it when one of it it's
good enough? That's why you know, you know, even before
this you're running one of the card. Why if you
needed a second version of the card, you know, then

(10:19):
you'd see more. Uh what's her name? The goth mommy?
Oh yeah, you'd see more. Nico be like, okay, well
maybe i'll you know, I will do it more often.
But Nico, I know she has multiple uh, multiple moves.

Speaker 3 (10:36):
That she can do.

Speaker 1 (10:37):
But I just felt like having that randomness was easier
because it was a one cost right and it's so
much yeah, and it's so much more useful because your
opponent can't predict what your NICO will do.

Speaker 3 (10:54):
You know.

Speaker 1 (10:54):
But if if you frig a card, you're like, Okay, well,
I know he has an extra in his hand.

Speaker 2 (11:00):
So'll probably played again soon.

Speaker 3 (11:01):
Look out for it.

Speaker 4 (11:03):
I think the snap nation had a good point high
what's up by the way everyone in the chat. But
you know what, he was really big on the C
three and I ran that for a little bit too,
and she did have a nice place in it. I
will admit that I think out of all the decks
that I tried her with, that one had the most
like fluidity. But again, y'all know, I fucking hate C three.

(11:23):
I can't do go with three row to save my life.
I just have the worst holes with that every damn time.
And it came down to me going like, you know what,
mystique is still my go to in this Let's take
her out, Let's take out frigga, Let's put something else
in this place. So it was one of those moments
where I kind of went back and forth on how
well she would work. But I will say, to Snap's credit,

(11:45):
that deck was fun. And that's the only time I've
ever had luck with C three or three row at all.
It's never been my vibe. But I did enjoy that
so much love, bro much love on that one. But
I fucking hate that shit.

Speaker 1 (11:57):
What's crazy is that the they buffed Agent Venom so
that even if you want to run a C three anymore,
it's just like, well, I can't play Venom unless I
bassed him first.

Speaker 3 (12:10):
Yeah, so it's just like, ah.

Speaker 1 (12:11):
Man, So I don't know, it's it was cool because
if you played Agent Venom that means okay, I don't
have to play bass anymore. I mean you can run bass,
but then it hits everything in your hand, right, But
if you have everything, like everything.

Speaker 3 (12:26):
You draw is three.

Speaker 1 (12:29):
And on top of that, if you get hit by
what's her name A Cassandra Nova and everything goes minus one,
you freaking you know, play Agent Venom and they're back
at three. So it was really cool to have Agent
Venom as a C three kind of a hero. But

(12:52):
you know, I guess C three has I don't know
if it was too strong.

Speaker 3 (12:56):
I didn't really see a lot of it.

Speaker 1 (12:58):
I will say that, I don't honestly think I was
seeing a lot of C three. But it is a
pretty decent deck. I will say that because.

Speaker 2 (13:09):
There was a lot of surprise to it.

Speaker 4 (13:10):
It was hard to stop it if you were able
to be sneaky and people weren't paying attention to how
well you're placing your cards, and then you you Valkyrie.
Oh my gosh, dude, that was the most disgusting thing
to do that on turn six like a beach.

Speaker 1 (13:23):
Well, I'm also looking at so Magic is okay, So
she's a two power and then Luke is a three power.
So yeah, you know Luke and Magic and those decks
are still amazing because I know Luke was a four
power I believe before.

Speaker 2 (13:42):
At one point.

Speaker 1 (13:43):
I think so earlier on him. Going back to three
makes it so much better.

Speaker 2 (13:52):
Now.

Speaker 1 (13:52):
The next card that came out was I'm not mistaken
Malakith right m hm. So Malakith is a four powers
four costs six power card. It's an un reveal that
adds a one, two or three cost card from your
deck to the location that Malakith is on. It does
not reveal until the end of the game. Now I'll

(14:16):
go ahead and let you start on this one. How
did you feel about this card?

Speaker 4 (14:20):
I really enjoyed this card. Shout out to Dennis and
our group. My man had cooked the deck running Wiccan
with him and oh my gosh, if you had a
stage that he pulled out that last turn six turned
into a monster. Like there was so many abilities to
kind of get the edge on your opponent where you know,

(14:41):
it was funny because you always go like, okay, I
have a visible woman, but you kind of can know
that set up what's going to happen behind an invisible woman.
For the most part, this adds a lot of guessing,
which is kind of reminded me a lot. Whatever this
got played on me as the when airshim dropped and
you're going like.

Speaker 2 (14:58):
Okay, what the fuck pulled is it? This one? Is
this one?

Speaker 4 (15:00):
When you're running through what the potential could be, it's
easy to forget that that card was there, you.

Speaker 2 (15:06):
Know what I mean?

Speaker 4 (15:07):
Yeah, and unless you like have a way to knock
it out with you know, aliath or something. I've had
a lot of rounds where my opponent screwed me over
by a sneaky, little malculth play.

Speaker 2 (15:16):
So I like this this card.

Speaker 4 (15:18):
I started switching it out for a little bit that
week when we had to, you know, get those challenges done,
and I liked it. I think this one actually had
a lot better play style than I gave a credit
when we first talked about it.

Speaker 1 (15:29):
I feel like this is another card that Second Dinner
has put out that you're just like, hey, Second Dinner,
come out with a deck tracker, you know. I feel
like in a in a in a game where you're
just like, okay, well, you know, even in any card game,

(15:50):
you can look at your your your you know, we
could I guess we can look at our discard pile now.
But we don't have to memorize our decks. You know,
you could have a little you know, I'm kind of
digging myself into a hole here, go off, because I'm
saying that typically with with with card games, you can

(16:13):
bring a list of what's in your deck, right and
then it's just like, but it's on a phone. That's
the thing. You know, it should be right there. If
it's a physical card game, I get it, you have
a physical list. I shouldn't have to carry a physical
list of a deck i'm running, especially when you could change.

Speaker 3 (16:29):
It so easily.

Speaker 1 (16:31):
Right, there should be a deck tracker to be like, okay, well,
let me let me run the scenario. If I play Malakith,
what's in my deck that it can bring right?

Speaker 3 (16:41):
One? Two, three?

Speaker 1 (16:42):
What did I I know what I drew, I know
what's in my discard, I know what it was destroyed
and whatnot.

Speaker 3 (16:47):
But what can Malackith bring out? Right? Then you can
make a.

Speaker 1 (16:54):
Solid judgment play right, instead of just being like okay, yolo,
because I know I know you make the deck and
you're like, okay, well, I want to make a deck
where if I play malakif any of the one, two
or three cost cards I can get will be good.
But sometimes, you know, you get like a what's her name,

(17:18):
like a like a Nico Monaro. It's like, well, there
goes their effect.

Speaker 4 (17:23):
Fantastic, and then you do your play the game ends.
Then it turned like a Magneto into a demon.

Speaker 1 (17:27):
You're like, well, no, I can't do that because it
reveals last.

Speaker 3 (17:34):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (17:35):
Well unless unless you get like juggernauted or something.

Speaker 4 (17:37):
Yeah yeah again, oh my gosh, and you.

Speaker 1 (17:41):
Never you never know because what if on turn six
they don't play anything on that last turn, right, because
Juggernaut will only work on something that was played on
that turn. If I'm not mistaken, I don't know if
it's the turn that it was flip face down. I
thought I thought it would be the turn when it,
you know, flips face up, so it'd be the last turn.

Speaker 4 (17:58):
Let's ask the chat wreckless iver wrong. Is it if
it's down and you play Juggernaut a turn later, will
it flip all those or is.

Speaker 2 (18:07):
It only on that turn?

Speaker 3 (18:09):
Yea, come back to that one.

Speaker 4 (18:10):
Yeah, so but I want to piggyback off of that
if I can, about what you were saying with the
deck tracker. So that's one thing I think one of
the biggest gripes that PC has that ability and that
edge on you versus mobile. And this is a mobile game. Yeah,
it started off on the phones. I don't see why
PC should have the advantage on deck trackers.

Speaker 1 (18:33):
And to be fair, it is a third party thing,
so it's actually not made by Second Dinner. So Snap
Snap said, uh uh, it's the last turn, so whatever's
played on the last turn, Juggernaut will move.

Speaker 2 (18:46):
Okay, got it.

Speaker 3 (18:47):
Yeah, it would be cool.

Speaker 1 (18:48):
It's just be like, okay, well they don't know it's jug, right,
So they play a card there and then it does move.
That jug moves the card that was played on the
same turn as it, you know, and then you're like, oh, okay,
well he doesn't know this is about to move. But
I guess also last turn they still don't know it's
gonna move. So yeah, yeah, And like I was saying, yeah,

(19:14):
it is a third party that makes the deck tracker,
so it is not what is it. It's not technically
used in tournaments. I think I think they kind of
really yeah, I think, like uh, the rivals events they
say no deck trackers.

Speaker 3 (19:33):
I'm not mistaken.

Speaker 2 (19:34):
I didn't know that.

Speaker 1 (19:37):
I could be wrong, but I know there was a
term that they're just like, well, we can't use deck tracks,
so they actually have to write everything down. Yeah you
saw them like oh shoot, okay, well they played this,
they played that, right, So yeah, I mean in other
card games like you Yo. I don't know if Magic
did it, but I know in like Pokemon two they

(19:58):
write down with their opponent play. So you'd be like, okay,
well I know what that. That way, they could be like, okay,
how many cards typically does a deck have. Let's narrow
down the possibilities. If I write down all the cards
that they have, then I know, okay, this is the
possibilities they could play, especially when I don't know how
Pokemon worked. I don't know if you could switch out
cards between battles, but I know during Yu Gi Oh,

(20:22):
you actually had like a side deck they call it,
of fifteen cards that between duels you could swap.

Speaker 3 (20:30):
In and out. Oh shoot, yeah, so you can't.

Speaker 1 (20:33):
You couldn't change the amount of cards you had in
your deck, but you could swap using those fifteen cards.
So so like knowing that like what people have, it
gave them.

Speaker 3 (20:46):
That sort of edge.

Speaker 1 (20:47):
So that's why it's just like, okay, well, deck trackers
would be useful in this, in a type of game
like this, you know. So the next card that came
out at Malakith was a Fenris Wolf. Yea, So Fenris
Wolf was a two cost three power card and it

(21:10):
was an activate card, and it was an activate card.
And I'm just gonna keep saying it was an activate
card because me I thought it wasn't on reveal. So
I was like, yo, turn six, shunk ch you with
Fenris Wolf. Gotta be so good. And I was just
like I had Fenrish Wolf. I say, veneris Wolf in

(21:30):
my hand the first you know day, and I was
just like, watch this.

Speaker 3 (21:34):
It did nothing. I don't read my cards, guys.

Speaker 1 (21:39):
So it's an activate card, and the activate is resurrect
your opponent's highest power discarded or destroyed card on your
side of this location wherever Fenris Wolf is.

Speaker 3 (21:52):
And also you know.

Speaker 1 (21:54):
I overlooked it. It's also whatever they discarded. So this
means that if you make your opponent discard it, then
of course it's gonna be you know, you can do
it use Fenrish Wolf. The only thing that I have
a gripe about.

Speaker 3 (22:11):
This card is destroy cards.

Speaker 1 (22:16):
They don't go into like a graveyard, right, They go
back into your hands, So it doesn't technically count with
feneris Wolf. So like if they destroy like a dead
pool and they keeps going back into the hand, it
doesn't end up in that graveyard per se, so you
can't get it back. It's only things that are fully destroyed,

(22:39):
so that that is kind of weird. How destroyed does that?
Where like they kind of bypass the the graveyard so
to speak.

Speaker 2 (22:53):
So yeah, it's just those two though, really. I mean
I think it was.

Speaker 1 (23:00):
What's his name Wolverine, Yeah, X twenty three m So
just just uh, revival cards is typically now this card
very useful. Didn't see a lot of destroying, especially you

(23:21):
know first week. Yes I saw a lot of it,
but it was like kind of forced. They're just like
I can't wait for my opponent to play something big,
you know, and then you're just like Shun Chief and
ris Wolf and you're just like okay, no, thank you,
or like you know, you play kill Monger and then

(23:43):
you're just like, okay, well they didn't even you know,
you have shann She in the hend and you're just like,
they have nothing else stronger.

Speaker 3 (23:48):
So I'm going to bring back a one. I don't know.
So I don't know.

Speaker 1 (23:53):
It feels like a good concept card because it is.
It is low power, I mean low cost, so you
could play it on early, but you they could also
like red Guardian it or you.

Speaker 3 (24:07):
Know, do stuff.

Speaker 1 (24:08):
They could do stuff to Fenris Wolf to get rid
of it before you activate its card. So just like
any card, But what what do you think about this release?

Speaker 4 (24:19):
I really enjoyed this card. I was running the deck
that Darra built the discard and having Moonnight and having
Gambit really gave you the edge on your opponent. And
I brought back some pretty badass cards. Also, I saw
Sally say that Nimrock can be revived though, Yeah, that
makes sense, right because his ability right, just destroy this

(24:40):
and then it'll you know, it'll copy itself two places.

Speaker 2 (24:43):
So I guess that would make sense.

Speaker 3 (24:45):
It's not really a revival effect.

Speaker 4 (24:46):
I guess yeah. Uh for me, I've had this card also,
screw me over. There was one round I was fighting
against a Hella deck, which I know is everyone's favorite.
I moonnighted a Destroyer and oh my gosh, I didn't
I didn't pay attention to what I hit and I
was just playing. I'm like, there's nothing I got this

(25:07):
in the bag because I thought the biggest card I
discarded was Magneto, And I'm like, this is perfect because
that's gonna move these cards out of the way.

Speaker 2 (25:14):
They're not gonna have a chance. And bro was I
so mad. I brought that thing back turned six and
it just wiped out my board.

Speaker 4 (25:22):
Besides that, I was like, okays it Cub's gone, all right,
cool whatever, So yeah, I think that this card is
really fun and I've had a lot more success than
failures with it, so as again as a Nordic fan,
as a as a Norwegian myself, anything in this season
has made me happy going on with just comic book
related and everything else.

Speaker 2 (25:42):
So it's it's been a blast. I really enjoyed Fenders Wolf.

Speaker 1 (25:45):
Yeah okay, so uh. The next card after this that
was released was a Gore the God Butcher and score
is a well this it was released like, yeah, last week.
So it is a six power negative one sorry, six

(26:07):
cost negative one power card. It's an ongoing that it
gets plus two power for each on revealed card in play.
So let me go ahead and start with you on
this card. How do you feel about it?

Speaker 4 (26:19):
This card is gorgeous. Oh my gosh, I've been loving
this thing. This is but this is single handedly brought
back negative. He's everywhere. It's been a it's been a blast.
There's a lot of awesome ways to run this card.
You want to do a Wickend style deck, build up power,
do a lot of on reveals, throw him down, task
master him. My gosh, this this card has been insane.

(26:44):
For sure, he will be nerved because you see him everywhere.
So that's my opinion, I love this card.

Speaker 2 (26:51):
He's gorgeous. You know the vibes.

Speaker 1 (26:55):
Okay, so uh, I want to say that this card
is probably Yes, it did bring back negative, but it
also brought back Mobius. I feel like because the the
negative is there, that Mobius becomes like kind of a

(27:20):
staple in a lot of cards now because you're just like, well,
if you get the god hand of either Silock and
ren Slayer turned two into the negative turn three, and
then on turn five you get Jane Foster or something,
and you're just sitting on your opponents and be like,

(27:40):
it's not being back.

Speaker 3 (27:44):
See what happens?

Speaker 1 (27:45):
Go ahead, come on, especially in you know what we're
gonna talk about next Deadpool Diner. You're just like, okay,
this is insane. There there's no way to be like, okay,
I could I could take on a negative deck that
played all that stuff unless they drew terribly and drew

(28:07):
all their cards already. But that's highly you know, improbable.
Also a mouse eighty eight. Thank you for the follow
So oh, I will say this card, they will definitely
nerve it in some way because gore Into, say you

(28:33):
do a negative deck, gore Into just mystique is insane.
On top of that, you could play like an iron man,
you know. So it's kind of it's kind of nice
to see ongoing back again, but it it really does

(28:54):
kind of like go all out and.

Speaker 3 (28:58):
You're just like, Okay.

Speaker 1 (29:00):
There are times where I'm like, should I play this
Honor reveal because it gives plus two to Gore? And
there was one time where I didn't need to play
an onn reveal card. I played it just because I'm like, oh, look,
I used my whole hand right, and I was like,
oh god, it gave Gore the two power it needed
to tie me in a lane.

Speaker 3 (29:22):
So I was just like, oh my gosh.

Speaker 1 (29:24):
Luckily, you know, we tied in one lane and I
beat them in power in the other lane. But I
was just like, well, it's not something I would think about.
It's like, it's just the card. It's a you know.
But you got to be aware of, like how many
Honor reveals now are going to be on you know,
on the field, if you think about it, if you
don't include Gore, if your opponent plays eleven on reveals

(29:48):
and you play twelve, that's twenty three on reveal cards.
On the field, so that gives you forty six forty
five power gore.

Speaker 3 (30:01):
They do math, right, that is.

Speaker 2 (30:03):
Right, bust out to calculator boys, because.

Speaker 1 (30:07):
You can have twelve twelve on the other side, that's
twenty four. I don't yeah, twenty four so twenty three,
forty six yeah, forty six minus one yeah, forty five
power yep, So you can have a forty five up
to forty five power gore, which is insane.

Speaker 2 (30:24):
Man, I know.

Speaker 4 (30:25):
Remember one was losing their mind when Blob was getting
into the thirties.

Speaker 2 (30:28):
Oh my gosh, this.

Speaker 1 (30:29):
Must be stopped. And now he has a limitter, which
is crazy.

Speaker 3 (30:34):
So I wonder that if that's.

Speaker 1 (30:36):
How they're gonna make gore. It's just like he could
reach two for every on reveal up to this point.

Speaker 3 (30:44):
Yeah, you know, So, I don't know it is. It
is a really good card.

Speaker 1 (30:49):
It's just way too good, especially when you can put
it under like Armor or Cosmo because you know, or
you could play turn six like you can regurgitate a
full Turn six gore, you know, because you're playing negative.

Speaker 3 (31:06):
So I don't know.

Speaker 1 (31:09):
Now now, I think that this season has provided a
lot of good cards, a lot of fun cards, but
I feel like, the next season is gonna be hyped
because the next season has everything to.

Speaker 3 (31:26):
Do with Marvel Rivals.

Speaker 1 (31:30):
And if you guys don't know what Marvel Rivals is,
it's going to be It's gonna be.

Speaker 3 (31:35):
Like Overwatch but Marvel. Right.

Speaker 1 (31:38):
So it's gonna be on PC, PlayStation, and Xbox, and
it's gonna have cross platform. So if you guys are
gonna play it, let us know, because uh, we're gonna
give it a try. Dakota's not PC masters, even though
he bought a PC. I have a nice PC.

Speaker 4 (32:01):
But I also love PlayStation five baby controller.

Speaker 2 (32:11):
That's how I roll.

Speaker 3 (32:12):
Yeah, that's how a lot of people do.

Speaker 1 (32:14):
But it's just like, I don't know, I feel like
so much easier. I guess it's it's a it's a
preference thing. So yeah, if you guys are gonna play
Marvel Rivals, let us know. Hit us up before we
go into Deadpool diner, I do wanna. I want to
kind of jump into other games that have been coming out,

(32:39):
and Marvel Snap has been compared to it, and you're
just like, you know, you've seen the viewing on Marvel
Snap on Twitch go way down, And of course I'm
talking about you know, Pokemon TCG Pocket. Right, people have

(33:01):
been comparing the two games, and yeah, I guess it
is warranted by company, like comparing company to company and
how they run their game. But I feel like it's
such a different game from each other.

Speaker 3 (33:17):
Right.

Speaker 1 (33:18):
Pokemon TCG Pocket of course takes its its roots from
the card game, and it's played just like the card game,
except instead of prizes, you just win by points. So
and it's only it's not six prizes. It's like, I
don't know the last time I played Pokemon, that's you

(33:41):
know what I remember? You win six prizes, you win
the game. It's like and you use sixty cards, and
TCG Pocket you play with twenty cards. You could only
have two of each card max in your deck. And
it's a really cool concept. It's like a different flavor

(34:03):
of playing Pokemon. And Pokemon is probably one of the
biggest franchises, you know, in ever, I don't know, I
can't think of like anything Japan has made that has
like touched as many people. I'm not touched, mister Miime, No,

(34:33):
but like it has a lot of reach, right, Pokemon
has a lot of reach because the fan base, even
though you don't know.

Speaker 3 (34:42):
The the lore of Pokemon.

Speaker 1 (34:45):
Everybody know who the who the fuck Pikachu is, right,
You can show them a Pikachu and you're like, oh, yeah,
that's Pikachu.

Speaker 3 (34:51):
You know.

Speaker 1 (34:52):
It reminds me of the guy that was trying to
name Pokemon and then he was calling them weird things.
He goes, it's not that and then show me, oh,
that's speak at you. So it's like it's such a
big fan base that you have these people like, oh man,
Snap needs to do it, like uh Pokemon, And there

(35:15):
are things that they can learn from Pokemon TCG pocket,
especially the the monetizing. I know a lot of content
creators have comments on this, and the monetizing has has
you know, outdone themselves in Pokemon TCG Pocket. And I

(35:38):
don't know if it's because it's new. You know, they
might be giving free shit away because it's new, right,
and they're trying to entice people to like, yeah, build
your collection, and then later on you're just like, if
you want to continue, you're gonna have to spend that money,
you know. And I know a lot of people have

(35:59):
been criticizing Marvel Snap on how the card acquisition, so
it is tougher right now for a player to start
and be competitive at the game, well, not only competitive,
to to just play good decks, right because the cards
that they start off with, it's not that like they're bad,

(36:22):
but technically they're outdated. Right, So there the cards that
you have gotten free. Uh, there's no activate cards if
I'm not mistaken, that are free. Yeah, so I know
they're working on card acquisition. They're working on the pools.
I'm like, okay, what do we uh what do they

(36:44):
call them when they send them down?

Speaker 2 (36:47):
The the drops?

Speaker 3 (36:48):
The drops? Yeah, the tear drops? Am I saying that? Right?

Speaker 1 (36:55):
So yeah, if it drops pools, then you know, some
become free, some become worth three thousands, and then you know,
so I know they say they're working on it. I
hope they are. You know, we I have faith because
I love the game. I will say that my time

(37:16):
is now because of Pokemon TCG. Pocket has been split
between the two games, because it is a great game,
and like I said, nostalgia. I grew up with Pokemon
and my recent trip to Hawaii has got me also
playing Pokemon Go again. So it's just you know, my
my my thoughts are split now. So I mean, it's

(37:41):
not like I don't like playing the game. I will,
you know, continue to get the four K bounty points
for the lions and everything, but you know, it's just like, hey,
I have something else now. So it's nice that they're
competitors because then it just kind of solidifies that, Okay,

(38:02):
you don't have to just do one thing. And you
could see a lot of the content creators are splinning
their time between Pokemon TCG.

Speaker 3 (38:09):
I'm just gonna call it TCGP.

Speaker 1 (38:11):
They're splinding their time on streaming each game because it's
a card game and there they want to monetize it,
right they want to get best of both worlds. And
right now, Marvel Snap is getting a lot of flack
on a lot of stuff that they're doing.

Speaker 3 (38:29):
So and if you'd like to add on that.

Speaker 2 (38:33):
Subject, I'm with you.

Speaker 4 (38:35):
You know, I always cruise on the comments to see
what people are saying on different platforms about the game.
And there's people who are mad no matter what you do. Okay,
so that's obvious. But I will say acquisition, for sure
is the biggest thing I'm seeing right now. And I mean,
you and I have been playing this game, Donald, We've
allus three have been playing this game for a while now.

Speaker 2 (38:55):
And we rarely see gold anymore given away freely.

Speaker 4 (39:01):
It's more credit turning it, yeah, more, and even credits
are dropping too though, Like it's it's nothing like it
used to be, and it's definitely moving towards this pay
to pay to win type of a style, and I'm
I'm frustrated with that, I really am.

Speaker 2 (39:13):
I want this game to be free to play for
anybody that wants to.

Speaker 4 (39:16):
If you want to, you know, grind it out, you can,
because that's what they pride themselves on. That's always like
you can't drop tons of money and all of a sudden,
you know, have the game.

Speaker 2 (39:24):
But look at what's happening now.

Speaker 4 (39:25):
If you want to progress in the game, you're gonna
need to spend minimum of like one hundred bucks. Yeah,
if you want to stay completion or a collection completed.
And that's frustrating. You don't have to spend money, but
we do. And it's a bummer. I don't want to
have to spend this money. I'm a dead baby.

Speaker 1 (39:42):
Well, the thing is, like, like you said, if if
they're trying to stay like that, then you're gonna have
to change something because this game was supposed to be like, Okay,
well I'm gonna spend money on making my cards look better.

Speaker 3 (39:58):
Right.

Speaker 1 (39:59):
It's not like I'm gonna to spend money on the cards,
but I gotta if I want to be like, oh
dude that you know, I gotta support this art style
because I love this art style, then yeah, then I'll
drop money. But it feels like, now you know, it's
spend money to keep relevant, to stay relevant, right.

Speaker 2 (40:18):
And that's not how it should be, man, because.

Speaker 1 (40:22):
With them coming out with cards every week, it's not
possible to stay relevant unless you spend money.

Speaker 2 (40:30):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (40:31):
And they used to have the first week of the
month no card, right, Uh it was it was only
the season pass card. If you wanted to buy the
ten dollars season pass, that was your you know, that
was your card of the week. Now they're coming out
with a season pass card and a card that they're releasing.

Speaker 3 (40:53):
It's just like, how greedy can you be?

Speaker 1 (40:56):
Like, give us a week of respite if we spend
the ten dollars. Cool, If we didn't, you'd have to
use tokens to get it, but that would be the
only week you can kind of like recuperate your your
credits to, you know, try and get more keys to
for the rest.

Speaker 3 (41:14):
Of the month.

Speaker 1 (41:16):
Yeah, but not even that they're giving us anymore, which
is insane. Just like, Okay, well, by the season passed
and a new card, I was like.

Speaker 4 (41:25):
Man, it's also frustrating too. I mean, okay, great, they
made it easier for you to get like gold split
ink split some crackle. Why did they make it harder
in the first place. They're like, oh, we made a
mistake that wasn't supposed to happen. Why are they doing this?
Why are you trying to make it more difficult. I
don't want all these foils and prisons. I would like
a gold style deck. Baby, I've been fighting for my
life to make this happen. And why is it I

(41:47):
can never get the boosters for Nico. I've been playing
this card ever.

Speaker 2 (41:50):
Since this came out, and I never get boosters. What
the fuck? And yeah, like that was a lot of
things like that.

Speaker 1 (41:54):
They said that they were going to release a function
where you could be like, Okay, I get to pick
the card I want boosters for Where.

Speaker 3 (42:01):
The hell is that? You know?

Speaker 2 (42:02):
That's it?

Speaker 3 (42:03):
Man, It's just like, is it that hard? You did it?
You did it with Agatha.

Speaker 1 (42:07):
You know, if Agatha is in your deck, you get
Agatha boosters.

Speaker 2 (42:11):
You know, man's cooking over here. It's just that's right,
that's right.

Speaker 1 (42:15):
Like it do it for you know, every card where
it's just like you can make that card just like Agatha.

Speaker 2 (42:23):
I want road, let's go. So, I don't know.

Speaker 1 (42:26):
It's it's so weird that they're just like, okay, well
it's gonna take a while. You have it coded for the.

Speaker 2 (42:32):
Button, push the button. You know how to do it.
Come on, let me take a while. Just push the
damn button. Let's go.

Speaker 3 (42:35):
You already have it coated.

Speaker 1 (42:38):
Why don't you just like plug and play, plug and play.

Speaker 3 (42:41):
I don't know.

Speaker 4 (42:42):
It'd be mad if you have your twelve cards and
you just literally like a magnet, just grab it on there.
So I want to collect boosters for Deadpool. I want
to collect boosters for whatever and run the game.

Speaker 1 (42:53):
Let's do this or every at the end of the game,
you you get, uh, they're just what generic boosters, and
then you just slide it to the car that you want.

Speaker 4 (43:06):
Oh bro, imagine that. Imagine what a beautiful world we
were living. Second dinner, do you hear us?

Speaker 2 (43:11):
Hello? Second dinner. Listen over here, genius. Yeah, it's just
cooking over here. Man.

Speaker 1 (43:19):
You know, it just makes sense either choose the card
beforehand or give us just generic boosters at the end
that we could just slide it to the card that
we want, just like maam, okay, you got those boosters done?

Speaker 2 (43:30):
Yeah?

Speaker 4 (43:30):
And wasn't that something they mentioned in a roadmap and
they were like, yeah, we're gonna do this in the
it's just really difficult.

Speaker 2 (43:35):
And then it's we're still over here, just waiting.

Speaker 1 (43:38):
Yeah, there's a lot of good concepts that they said,
you know, and it doesn't seem like it's you know,
I guess going from a player base that does that.
You know, I don't really code. I don't know how
difficult it could be. And you could tell that in
a lot of things, like they released something and then
the whole game is broken.

Speaker 2 (44:00):
Oh my gosh.

Speaker 1 (44:01):
It's just like, hey, we added a new border. It's like, yeah,
but I can't see my card. I see all these cards.
What's happening. I see the border?

Speaker 4 (44:13):
Great, Oh my gosh.

Speaker 3 (44:20):
So yeah, that's our little spiel.

Speaker 1 (44:22):
I know, we kind of went on a rant there,
but it's it's just it's kind of disheartening seeing a
game that you actually enjoy and then you know it's
just getting ship on.

Speaker 2 (44:35):
So yeah, I'm with you on that, all right.

Speaker 1 (44:40):
So the next thing I want to talk about is
a Deadpool diner, and let me see how do I
get to it? See, I don't know there it is.
I don't play too much PC, but yeah, oh see
it's telling me how to play excellent, excellent.

Speaker 3 (44:59):
It's run one right now. So a Deadical Diner.

Speaker 1 (45:02):
It's back and the rewards are always great. It's a
nice free to play game mode. It's free to play
game mode unless you spend money. Uh so you can
see here you get two hundred credits, two copper metallic borders, boosters,
a variant, one hundred gold bubbs, avatar of E Tree, copper,

(45:28):
more copper metallic borders, more gold title, another variant, three
hundred credits, three gold metallic borders, five hundred collectors tokens,
three more metallic borders, Premium mystery variant, three gold cosmic ones.
Then you get this new card E Tree, and then

(45:51):
you get a Jane Foster h.

Speaker 3 (45:54):
What are they called? Avatars?

Speaker 1 (45:56):
Avatar and then another three gold metallic borders are six
and then you get this pretty decent Jane Foster variant.
It's you know, the the other one. What's the other one?

Speaker 2 (46:09):
We got the Ultimate Baby. I don't even know which one.

Speaker 1 (46:11):
I forgot it, but uh yeah, uh it's another game
mode like last time.

Speaker 3 (46:18):
You know you weighe your bubbs. Uh. They gave us
two weeks to do it.

Speaker 4 (46:24):
Uh.

Speaker 3 (46:24):
Let me go ahead and take your your your your
take on this, Dakota, how do you feel about the
game mode?

Speaker 4 (46:30):
I've always liked the Deadpool's diner. I feel like this
go around is a little bit more of a rough
time for me personally than the first time. Like the
first time was like three days boom, I was done.
I had no problem with it really this time, yeah, man,
because like the first one, I didn't get to play.
I finally hopped on. This was before they did the
nerve to Airsham okay, and I rocked the Airsham deck

(46:52):
and I made it all the way up to Cassandra
and I was like sweet, And then literally a day later,
I was done. I only did three daily playing it.
It was it was the second week ind too, it though,
that I got to play, so I loved it. This one.
I cannot get above. I'm at the nine million mark
right now, and I just do it. Every time I

(47:12):
log in, I get rocked. I'm like, okay, I can't win,
so I got a bounce and I'll I'll do the
method where it's like, okay, make sure you have at
least two games ahead of you that you can you
know whatever. And it's still don't matter. Man, I'm getting
rocked no matter what level I'm at. I haven't gotten
donated once. And from what I'm hearing a lot of
this this if you are trying to donate bubs, you're
getting bots, which is a very interesting thing. Frustrating, but yeah,

(47:36):
it's been. It's been kicking my ass. So I'm hoping
to get the card tonight. I'm gonna just grind it out.
I'm not gonna sleep. We're gonna get this conboys. But yeah,
it's been rough, man, I have I have been going
through it right now. I've been thinking about all kinds
of memes for this because I know some people are
having a great time. I know you just just you
can talk about it. But for me, man, it's kicking

(47:57):
my ass.

Speaker 2 (47:57):
Goddamn.

Speaker 3 (47:59):
Yeah, So for me.

Speaker 1 (48:02):
I was on the same on the same uh what
is it save wavelength as Dakota, and I think it
was this one are here Blind Owl's Jello. That level
where I was just like, okay, well, you know what,
nothing seems to be working at the moment, let me
just play Ersham. Ersham for me seems to be the

(48:23):
deck where it's just like, well, I'm pretty decent at
the game, so whatever Airsham gives me I could try
and make work, and the opponent can't read it. They
have a hard time reading it because it's like, I
don't know what the hell they're gonna play. There is
a meta of airsham decks, but then it's not like

(48:43):
they know the other cards that are going into the deck,
so it keeps them on their toes. And when I
auto generated a airsham deck, he gave me an airsham
Thano's deck. I didn't know if that was a thing
that people were building, but I was just like, okay, cool,
let's run it. And one thing led to another. I

(49:06):
was like in blind Blind Al's Jello, and then I
moved over to the next one, pumpkin Pie, and I
was just like, okay, well, let's just keep going. I
ended up in turd Durkin and then the jump between
turd Durkin and the final one, the uh what is
this maximum effort?

Speaker 3 (49:24):
Oh? Maximum effort? I was like, what is it called?
The maximum effort?

Speaker 1 (49:28):
Is like you need fifty mil here at ten mil,
so it's just like five times as much, right, So
when you're playing this one, you're just like, well, okay,
you know, let me just keep going. Don't want to
use everything because you want to make it to this one.
And when you get the maximum bubs you stay at

(49:49):
you can't see it here, but the max at maximum
bubs you only get thirty mil. So not even when
you let everything you regenerate, will you be able to
play this one? Have to win in turn dur Akain
for you to keep moving, or you just purchased bubbs
so mind Bubbs is three hundred gold. So just to

(50:14):
let you guys know, but yeah, it's a it's a
really fun I know they're they're saying that they're going
to bring back the high voltage. So that one was
extra fun because you could just keep going. Know that
there wasn't there wasn't a time limit, there wasn't be like.

Speaker 3 (50:32):
Oh, well, you could spend gold to do it.

Speaker 1 (50:34):
It was just like, hey, I'm just gonna grind this
ship out and have a good time, you know. Don't
worry about playing on the ladder, don't worry about playing conquests.
Just have a good time. So and I thought that
was a really cool concept. The only thing, yeah, the
only thing that was timed was your asking me about

(50:56):
mine win.

Speaker 3 (50:57):
Hey, thank you for this follow school Handcuffs. Just thank
you for the follow for playing Handcuffs.

Speaker 2 (51:05):
I love the name.

Speaker 1 (51:09):
So, uh, Deadpool's Diner had or high voltage. You know,
it had missions that you could do in high voltage,
and those were only things that reset, you know, unless
you want to pay again gold to grind it faster.
I never see the point of that because it was

(51:30):
easy to grind, but it was for like more content creators.
So there's like I need to get the card first
and then I could show the world how to play
the card. Uh so yeah, pretty interesting coming back uh later.
I don't know if it's this month or next month.

Speaker 4 (51:51):
But mon yeah, oh January, Oh no, sorry, sorry December.

Speaker 3 (51:57):
And I think the card you're going to get is Lasher.
You're gonna be able to get.

Speaker 1 (52:02):
All right, so we'll go ahead and end the podcast
by talking about the next two cards that will be
coming out next week.

Speaker 3 (52:11):
So the next.

Speaker 1 (52:13):
Card, the season pass card, will be Galacta. Let me
see if I could raise this a little bit. Okay,
So Galactah is a four cost six power card, and
it says Glacta, daughter of Galactis. Each turn, the first

(52:34):
card you play at another location reveals with U plus
three power.

Speaker 3 (52:40):
So this is a fore cost card. I'm gonna read
this again.

Speaker 1 (52:48):
Each turn, the first card you play at another location
reveals with three plus power. Okay, Dakota, yes, sir, decipher
this please?

Speaker 2 (52:59):
All right? So oh you go ahead.

Speaker 1 (53:01):
So so every turn say say this is a four
This is a four cause card. So that means this
means only on turn five and turn six and maybe turn.

Speaker 2 (53:12):
Seven unless you got Zabu.

Speaker 3 (53:15):
That's true, okay, sex plays now yeah?

Speaker 1 (53:18):
Yeah, So okay, if you play the first card on
the left, that means it gets plus three. Right, it's
not the first card played there, it's the first card
you played that turn, or is it just the first
card you played there?

Speaker 4 (53:32):
First card you play at another location revealed So if
you played say you put her down.

Speaker 2 (53:37):
The next turn you have two ones. You do want
the left one of the right.

Speaker 4 (53:39):
They should both get buffed right each turn the first
card you play at another location.

Speaker 1 (53:46):
Okay, but okay, so turn six you play another two cards.
They're the first card you play. No, right, they don't.

Speaker 2 (53:55):
Don't think it's I don't think it's so. I think
it's just the first time it hits that location.

Speaker 3 (53:59):
I see, I see.

Speaker 2 (54:00):
Okay, so my perspective. Anyways, chat hit us up.

Speaker 3 (54:04):
I mean we'll find out tomorrow.

Speaker 1 (54:06):
Hold up, give me a second. Okay. So, uh, basically,
the this benefits Galactys, of course it doesn't. It also
benefits you stacking one lane, right, so if you stack

(54:29):
one lane? Oh sorry, go.

Speaker 3 (54:32):
Ahead, yeah, go ahead, you go ahead and talk about
this real quick, okay.

Speaker 2 (54:35):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (54:36):
Galactus, of course, is gonna probably be the biggest one.
Everyone's gonna want to play anything that's gonna be this
that one lane with power. I'm curious to see if
we'll even get like an uptick with maybe Professor X.
Because if you put her down middle lane, Professor X
one of the lanes, and then you put Nomora down
on the other two or the other one, You're gonna

(54:58):
buff both of these bad boys as as well as herself.
Think about the potential of just completely wiping out anyone
who's trying to put power on the other side, This
one could be a monster.

Speaker 2 (55:12):
I don't know.

Speaker 4 (55:12):
Necessarily, it doesn't there's no unreveals, so I don't think
you could tick this one more than once. You could, potentially,
I'm guessing, do a symbiote spider on this card as well,
so you could continually make you know, if you want
to just keep messing with stuff and building up things
that wouldn't be terrible. I'm curious with you know, a

(55:33):
bounce deck if this could be a home for it.

Speaker 2 (55:35):
I don't think so, because your hand is.

Speaker 4 (55:37):
Pretty much filled already, but you could totally work around
with that and maybe you know your black Swan play,
you could do a couple of things, bounce back, do
it again, you know what I mean. Like, I'm curious
to see where this this can go. But I think
that this card has a ton of potential that the
don't let the cost for fool you. I think that
with a little bit of ramp, with a little bit

(55:57):
of strategic I can this card really just fucking people over.

Speaker 1 (56:02):
Yeah, and I feel like, uh, it's gonna take a
lot of time playing with the card and you're just
gonna be like, Okay, that's how that works. And then
I wonder if like agony works with it. Right if
you play Agony into the lane and then you play
like dead pull into the lane.

Speaker 2 (56:19):
Oh yeah, a new style of destroy that be insane.

Speaker 1 (56:23):
Well, I mean this is turn four, so or after
turn four or maybe turned I don't know. It just
really depends on like what how everything plays out, but yeah.

Speaker 3 (56:34):
This can be this.

Speaker 1 (56:37):
This also like benefits like cards like Orca and uh
what's his name, Naymar so.

Speaker 4 (56:44):
Oh yeah, and you have cur out and then you
start to just you know, get cards that are lower
you could throw out early some extra power on them,
like dude, Gladiator. Now you're gonna have a tick with
with Surder, right, so different places. You don't have to
always rely on those four costs.

Speaker 1 (57:03):
It just benefits you from like it benefits that you
stack one lane and then start playing other lanes later.

Speaker 3 (57:09):
In the game.

Speaker 2 (57:10):
Oh yeah, big time.

Speaker 1 (57:12):
Okay, So the next card that comes out with this
card is a Luna Snow. So a lot of these
cards are gonna be in Marvel rivals, so you'll you'll
see these a lot, or you'll see this more often
because I don't have no idea who Luna Snow is.

(57:32):
But she's a three cost five power card. On reveal
adds an ice cube to each side of this location
and the ice cubes. Sorry, I'm just gonna look at
the variance. So okay, cool, so ice cubes. They are
one cost zero power. At the start of each turn,

(57:54):
get plus one energy, then destroy this if your side
is full here, so you get you'll you give your
opponent plus one energy. You give yourself plus one energy.
But if you play like you play this like in
a clog deck, you could like give yourself plus one

(58:16):
energy and then have it get destroyed once it's put out,
just like what's her name the widow, White Widow. Yeah,
it's just like White Widow where it'll destroy once to
sign the thing is full. So that's one way to
do it. And I think this will be this will
be another card that you might add into a a

(58:38):
clog deck.

Speaker 3 (58:40):
How do you feel about this card?

Speaker 2 (58:43):
I think it's gonna cause some mass chaos.

Speaker 5 (58:45):
Man.

Speaker 4 (58:45):
Anytime we get a little extra energy boost you know
how insane that can be in a game. I mean,
if you're running anything and you see the like feast
for example, the you're able to play on that and
it gives you energy. When the opponent are playing, You're
you're doing some wild stuff and it really is just
like high voltage. You're starting to get some really insane

(59:08):
plays going down. You don't have to wait for that
turn six. And like you said, the clog mentality is disgusting.
We were both playing that today a little bit. If
you're able to do something where you can clog their
lane and get rid of the ice, but you're still
able to keep it. Now you got rid of the
benefit for them, you're still you know, reaping those benefits.
I think that's really gonna be a nasty card. I

(59:30):
think it's gonna be fun to play.

Speaker 3 (59:31):
Yeah, you end up ramping up and then they're just like,
well help me.

Speaker 1 (59:39):
The only downside of it is it takes up a spot,
but you can get rid of it whenever you want,
maybe by turn five, so you could play their turn
six right oh yeah, but on turn six you don't
get that plus one unless you don't really need it.
That's the thing, Hm, so are you do need it,
then you could end it by killing the ice or.

Speaker 4 (59:59):
Kill monger would be an easy way to just solve
the problem too, if you don't want to have that
for your opponent or something like.

Speaker 2 (01:00:04):
I don't know, I'm kind of curious how that would work.

Speaker 1 (01:00:06):
Yeah, so this season is kind of shaping up to
be very exciting. They are releasing other cards that we
will talk about in the coming weeks. I don't want
to talk about all of them today because then, oh yeah,
it takes away the shine from the card. Hey, so,
so was there anything else you'd like to add before
we end this cast.

Speaker 2 (01:00:27):
I'm sorry y'all that we've been just all over.

Speaker 4 (01:00:30):

I'm hoping that we can get back on track. We're
all just trying to plug along. If you guys have
anything you know you want us to talk about, please

life does happen. Dakota also does take charge in the
Instagram that we do, so if we're not doing the cast,
we are staying relevant on the Instagram And as you

(01:01:15):
can see, Dakota does pump out a lot of the memes.
So if you ever, guys want to just chat about
anything on there, just leave us a comment. We do
try and read everything. Dakota does a lot of it.
You know, if I have time, I'll go ahead and
take a look at it. So we all kind of
like pitch in on that. So you guys ever have

(01:01:36):
anything to say, just let us know there too.

Speaker 2 (01:01:40):
So absolutely yeah.

Speaker 1 (01:01:42):
So we appreciate all the feedback, all the love you
guys are giving us, and we hope to see you
guys on the next episode of Cube the Marble Snap Podcast.

Speaker 3 (01:01:52):
Yeah, buddy, have a good night.

Speaker 2 (01:01:54):
I'd beat to say bye bye.
