an awesome week. Awesome. Yeah, today might not be a long episode,

seeing and what hopefully we will beseeing in the future. So I want
to go ahead and get started.Let's see, let's go with just last
week's card, ready. You know, so last week's card was Red Guardian
and he has a three costs threepower and an on reveal so it says,

text. Now, I will goahead and let you start on this one
because I have I have quite abit to say about it. But how
have you been firing with this cardor against this card? So last week
I was saying, I'm seeing likea three point five is where I was

rating this guy because I saw somepotential. I'm happy to say rarely I'm
ever right about anything. This cardhas been so much fun. I have
really been enjoying just the amount ofyou can flip these people on their head,
you know, like they're trying tobuild a lane, like he probably
gets smacked every time. Some getsdestroyed every time if there's only one card

of that lane. I've destroyed Nolsso many times I can't even count.
This card is a force to bereckoned with, and I've had so much
fun. It's negative three is justinsane. When it takes out away man,
I've hitden I've seen them do asetup for a tribunal. I'll throw
that down on turn five. Theregoes your iron man, it's posted.

They retreat immediately. It's been ablast. I have truly been enjoying this
card. Yeah. I could goon for a little bit, but I
have to say something that people don'tsee coming. Which has been fun as
well is you can also do thegrand master on this guy. I did
a combo where I played him,I did Absorbing Man in a different lane,
and I grand mastered Absorbing Man.So it happened that my gosh,

So yeah, I'm enjoying this card. It's been fun. Okay, well,
I haven't done so much play testingwith this card per se, but
I have been running a an Angeladeck, well you know, Kitty Pride
with all that stuff back into themeta, and this is probably the number

one card that is the baby ofAngela's existence because if you're playing Kiddy turn
one, it's coming back to yourhand. If they play anything on turn
one, they have priority already.Right turn two you have Angela. You
play Angela, right if they havesome If they played something turn one,
then they already have priority. Turntwo. If they play nothing turned one

but they played something turned two,of course they're gonna get priority unless they
play another Angela like you know AngelaAngela, and then now it's just a
fifty to fifty on who has priority. But almost always if they have Red
Guardian, they're not playing Angela.So on two, they already have priority,
so on three, of course they'retargeting your Angela. So I'm just

like, man, this card isprobably Angela's worst enemy. And like,
like I said, I've been tryingto grind back up to the thirteen hundreds.
I mean, and Angela deck didtake me back to the thirteen hundreds,
but like now that I'm in thetop thirteen hundreds, I'm like facing

people playing Red Guardian, what's hisname, Daredevil, Red Guardian and super
Giant. So what's crazy is thesepeople will play super Giant on turn four
and then on turn five because theyhave Daredevil, they already see what you're

gonna play, and they could counteractthat with whatever card they have. So
it's a really good call. Haveyou seen have you been seeing that combo
at all? Dude, I haven'thad that once happened to me at all.
I know you're up in the uppertwelve hundreds. I'm vibing over here
with the twenties and thirties and nobodygot big brain. Come yeah, So

it's something I've been seeing recently,and I'm just like, yo, I
might need to start playing this deck. And you know, I'm gonna look
into it because, like I said, Daredevil, Super Giant, Red Guardian,
it's been stopping me in my tracks. And uh, you know,
of course with an Angela deck,you want to fill up one lane and
then hopefully once you're done, youeither you either surey into a vision and

move the vision or you have aRed Hulk waiting for you so that you
could just bomb up another location.So it's been working well until you know,
like I said, I've run intothat deck probably a handful of times
now and it's something I'm trying toyou know, I'm gonna try and get
more information on it, probably playplay around with my own version of it,

and then see what I can do. Okay, Yeah, I'm excited
to see what you come up with. Now. Now you've said that you
actually play tested with this card alot, right, So how do you
see the Is he future proof?Do you think like he's gonna have a
place in the metal like he isright now, or do you think he's

gonna fall off? I think thatbecause we're dealing with like the Mill Deck
and some other stuff where those cardshave a good chance to kind of be
a thorn in your side. Rightnow, he for sure has a place
in the future. I don't seelike if it's coming down to like,
okay, you have this or you're, uh, what's his name? The
Gladiator, Yes, you know thosethree costs that goes so well with those

surfer decks, or if you're lookingfor that tech card three. I don't
really see him really being a staplemoving forward unless we start seeing I mean,
granted, coming up, we havethese cards that will make junks so
nasty if you want to make somesome you know waves. I could see
certain archetypes where he'll definitely have apresence, but I can see that he

could be replaced. He's a flexiblecard. But I myself, if I
have the options, I think becauseof his negative three, I'm looking at
him like what his potential is.Granted he's not as powerful as a glad
ear can be, but he stillhas enough to just mess with you because
he takes away that ongoing or hetakes away you're that text I should say.
So, if I was to sayhow present he's gonna be, he's

going to be in certain archetypes.I don't think he'll be in all the
decks like you could put Red Hulk. Yeah, by the way he's minus
two not minus three. What's thathe's actually he does a negative two not

last week and I was going offabout uh, dark Hawk and everything.
I couldn't hear the when they werethey were giving me the directions,

surfer deck because he this is anothercard that I've seen people add into their
surfer decks because right now, uh, surfer is actually tier tear s t
here or something like that. Becauseyou play Surfer, you play has Matt,
you played Louke Cage because blue Cageis a three, and then you
play odin on like Wong and Mystiqueor something like that, like if you

have if you have that god hand, it actually works out pretty well.
And not a lot of people areplaying Cosmo. If if they're playing Wong
and you don't Red Guardian right away, you know they could mistek and if
you you only get to target themystique right So it's not it's not like
you can stop it completely unless youhave Cosmo. And with that new variant,

you know, maybe it's time torun Cosmo. That that is such
a nice variant that they release.I just I just want to, you

widow is a two cost two power, and the on reveal is at a

widow's kiss to your opponent's side ofthis location. Now, let's go to
what a widow kiss is. Soa widow's kiss. So widow's kiss is
a zero power, a zero cost, zero power, and it's an ongoing
This has a negative four power.Disable this ability if you're side if your
side of this location is full.Now I've been hearing talks about this and

it feels like it's gonna bring backjunk decks again. Right, So we've
had this resurgence of annihilists already.Mm hmm. But I feel like Annihilist
Junk might make its way back.I mean, it's such a good two
cost card, right, Like Icould see this card like working on what's

that the solo location, the waythat you can only play one card at,
oh, the the throne, thethrone, right, because say if
you have this card, because typicallysay if you're playing a junk deck on
turn three, you're gonna try andlike, oh, then you put it
my green Goblin there, you know, and then yeah, because there many

times people aren't playing anything on thethrone room one, two, three,
you know, maybe not until six, you know, but very often it's
not played at on the first twoturns. So Widow White Widow, you
know, just that location alone,it wins you that location, which is

(10:52):
insane. It's a two cost rightnow, even if the opponent's side is
filled, right, it's considered filled. This is it goes back, the
Widow's kiss goes back to a zero, the two still beats it. So
that that's that's the only thing.I'm just like, Wow, that's kind
of insane that a two cost cardcan win you the throne room. Now.

It also works with you know,other locations, but I feel like
this card is gonna be a reallygood control card. Oh yeah, where
you have to force them to playinto that location. Now, what you
can also do is pairro It withlike Jean Gray or something where like hey,

I'm gonna play this here, butand you play Gene Gray in another
lane, it's like, oh,you got to play that other lane before
you go back to the widows,the white widows lane. Right, So
it's it has a lot of synergy. I mean, you could do it
with against Angela decks like the I'musing like you fill up a zero four,

a negative four in an Angela laneand then she doesn't get the plus
two there it fills up that lanewhere you don't really have a choice,
or say on turn four, youknow, you play a white Widow,
they try and fill their Angela lane, but you add another card and like
you cause typically you go like Angelaand then turn three you either go's what's

her name the one that gives youplus three or plus two if you feel
it, Hope or Elsa Yeah.So yeah, on turn three you do
either Hope or Elsa Yeah. Andthen on turn four you do the opposite
with a kiddie and you know,depending if you have it or not,

and so if you don't have theright combination, this White Widow could stop
you in your tracks. So Idon't know. I feel like it's gonna
be a good control card for orfor annihilist decks, because annihilis decks,
uh it, it lacks that control, right you kind of there's a lot

of guesstimation with Annihilists where it's like, Okay, I'm playing what is that?
Uh I'm playing Daredevil because on turnfive, I want to send over
my Hobgoblin. Right, But ifif they're if you're forcing them like okay,
you got to fill this lane orelse you keep the negative four,
then you're like okay. It leavesmore spots open where you can like okay,

either they are playing it or theyaren't, and if they aren't.
If they aren't, then you canput the Hobgoblin in that lane and you're
winning by even more. So Idon't know, I feel like this is
gonna be a really cool card tomess with, and like I said,
it's going to add more to theresurgence of annihilist decks. Now, what

about yourself, how do you feelabout this card? Think you hit it
all right? On the head.A nihilis is gonna come back. I
mean he never really went away.He always was like a slow burn.
Yeah, even though they kept nervinghere and there, the nerves that they
did didn't take his power away.He was always a president. He always
had enough. Where there's a pointyou look at the game, you go,
I don't think I can win thisanymore because you've lost your ability.

The prio is gone. He's gonnafill my lane up. I can't stop
this. I got no destory.It comes down to that point when you
really can't just stop that momentum whenhe gets going. You add on this
card right here, this is aspicy recipe, man like to come back
from that. Like you already mentioned, it's gonna be really hard for someone
to combat it. I can seedestroy being a good good you know,

(14:41):
bring back carnage on this death block, Uh, to try to kill that
up. But for the most part, man, oh my gosh, this
is gonna be just a force tobe reckoned with. It's gonna be toxic.
We're gonna be you know, everyone'slike, yo, we didn't you
know, black black, We don'tneed to be buffed. He's not.
And then he was and everyone hatedit. Man. I was like,
man, I freaking hate this card. Yeah, you can see this just

the resurgence everywhere. Everyone's gonna beplaying this card. You're gonna have to
be really sneaky with it. Icould see Cannonball having some good synergy with
this one too, you know,moving things out of the way and whatnot.
Like you know, you're trying tofill that lay up bye bye.
Obviously it's gonna put a rock,but you know, this is stuff you
can do. I'm excited to seeexactly what decks are gonna come from this.

Obviously we're gonna be having this junkstyle and uh, I don't you
know, I don't see Selene reallybeing as prevalent in this one, just
because you know, with your daredeviland stuff, I think you're really,
like you mentioned, the hop albumis gonna have a much better place in
trying to fill things like that negativepower across. I'm curious to see what
we got going on here. Man. It looks like it's gonna be a
fun ride, that's for sure.Yeah, and I like how they're they're

powering up the these archetypes where it'sjust like Okay, let's try and rival
these S tier decks. But ontop of that, I feel like,
geez, I lost my train ofthought. Okay, yeah, with Destroy,
I feel like they still haven't doneand because with this coming back,

it's gonna Destroy is gonna be goodagain. I mean, it hasn't gone
anywhere, you know, and ithasn't been going anywhere for a couple months
now, where it's probably you know, besides Thanos last month, it's probably
the most consistent deck there is whereyou know, they are trying to buff

up the other destroy cards to probablymake it relevant. But I feel like
the stock Destroy deck is still probablyone of the better decks that you can
run now with with it going againstWhite Widow, I do like how they
put it the Widow's Bite at azero because the only things that could kill

(16:56):
it kill the Widow's Bite without negativelyaffecting your yourself is carnage or uh deathlock.
Because if you okay, I wonderhow this works. Say, if
you fill the lane, the lastcard you play to fill the lane is

Venom. Now does if it eatsit, does it get the negative four
or does it get the zero?M you know, that's the only thing,
because if it gets this the negativefour, then you're you're kinda s
ol shipped out of luck. Youknow that that you're you're eating it one

by one, right, Yeah,so that's the only thing that will will
it count towards the negative four orthe zero Like, what's the point in
filling that lane? You're gonna haveto try and kill it with deathlock or
carnage only. You can't do killmonger because it's a zero cost. So
that's that's that's another thing that wewant to keep in mind that when playing

destroying and on top of that,what what's what's to stop them from just
like adding a armor in this deck? You know? Oh yeah, that's
disgusting. Just it's control just anythingyou can ruining them, Yeah, that
would be absolutely disgusting. Yeah,So I don't know that there's a lot
of things that you can do withthis. It doesn't have to be just

in an annihilist deck. It couldbe a control deck like like we mentioned
earlier, it could be with uhJean Gray and then you do like what
is it stag Ron or uh Juggernaut. So it's it's it's a lot of
things that you could probably do withthis car that can help you win that

lane. You know. So I'mthinking about even like, did you imagine
how nasty Grandmaster? Because it's justsays on the opponents. So is it?
Is that what it says? Yeah? Yeah, yeah. So if
you play, if you play awhite widow on the left or right lane
and then you use grand Master,it'll go to the middle and add one

to the middle. Oh my gosh, dude, Yeah, that that's imagine
you do white widow in one lane, uh, and say the left lane,
right, you grandmaster the white widowinto the middle and they play gen
Gray on the right. Oh mygod. That's pretty disgusting, man.

That's retreat you snap and do somethinglike that. Oh my gosh. Yeah,
because it basically like you you haveto win, you know, lose
one of the lanes because you can'tplay. I mean, the only card
deck that I could think of youfilling the entire thing would probably be a
Thanos deck, right, but eventhen Thanos is not even that relevant,

like it's still useful to the zoos. Yeah, so, so, and
any other thoughts you have on thiscard in particular it one more time?

I think that the synergy she haswith just toxic and junk and everything,
it's gonna be a crazy week.Yeah, because you know, everybody's gonna
be getting their hands on this sucker, and she's gonna be buck wild,

the very first card they released inthe season, because then I'd be like,

does, or or the White Widowones, I feel like the color is
more defined. It's not really it'snot a part of the background, where
if you look at his other ones, like this Red Guardian one, it
feels like the background's kind of overlayingwith the foreground. The abomination, the

hit it out of the park withthis one with white Widow. I think
that the spotlight one, her facelooks better than the Archer one. I

messages saying, okay, should wecall it alliances or what's the other one?
Teams? M hm, So Ithink it's yeah, but I think
it's called klans or whatever. Butso it's going to be very interesting because

what I heard is you're gonna onlyhave at max twenty five members. That
so I mean with us as asmall group, that makes you know,
it's easy right now, if wewere to branch out, that's where it

kind of you know, let's talkabout like bigger content streamers. Right.
They were probably planning to try andmonetize it, or it's like, hey,
sub to me and I'll go you'llgo ahead and jump in my clan,
right, like unlimited members in myclan, right for only five dollars
a month. So it's very interestingthat they limited to twenty five, right.

So now it's just like, uh, if you donate one hundred dollars
a month, you'll make it ontomy on the the what is it,
the group or the klan. Soit's kind of a weird way to I
don't know, keep clans going,right because say, if you know the
big streamers like Darra or Snapster orBanks or any any of the top streamers.

Right, if they wanted to belike, hey, I just want
a clan of my followers, youknow, then it'd be unlimited, they'd
have they'd probably take all the members. Right. But now that if it's
twenty five people, you have tobe more selective. So what do you
think about that? What are thepros? What are the cons that you

feel? I mean, because weare like I only know about four people
that play this game, and isthat including yourself? I don't know.
Is that including yourself? Or isjust who's the fourth one? My friend

As far as like trying to geta big group. You know,
I look at it and it's probablyjust because the name. When I was
heavily into Clash of Clans, Iloved it. Man. We had a
group. We did our wars thatwas super fun. Our plan was named
Bolved. It was all my pastorsfrom my chirt. It's a great time.

We did, we did work.Was there a limit thinking about having
a group from Marvel Snap. Imean that's exciting, especially now that we
do have a podcast and we arestarting to build our Instagram and are and
we're trying to get more social mediagoing up there for anybody who likes memes
and stuff like that. I mean, potentially we could have a smallid group

of people that enjoy the game asmuch as we do. And it's actually
like down to play it to thepoint where it's like, yeah, we
could do war and what. Idon't really know what the heck their plan
is in the future, right,but I imagine there's gonna be some sort
of challenges where you're fighting people andstuff. But I think twenty five right
now, that's a huge number ofmy perspective. Wow, that's massive because

if I remember right in the classplans, I think it was like twelve
people or something like that. Okay, so it was only twelve that you're
allowed to have in class clans.I thought it was like twelve or something.
Oh kay, I don't know.You played more than I do,
so I don't know. Oh okay, but there was a limit. I
thought there was a limit of twelve. I might be wrong, and this

was back when it would first started. R Yeah, we were all in
on this game like two years andthen after that I haven't even really that
Okay, yeah, I think twentyfive people. That sounds like a good
amount of people, but I'm sureas we grow it'll feel like, dang,
we need more than that. Bro. The only question is, like,

I know, they're they're they're you'regonna supposedly they're able to set a
bar right, the minimum bar,like you have to be infinite to be
in the group, right, oror or you have to be a collection
level of so and so. Sothe thing is like what would you like?

The question is like what would youset it to? Right? Because
I mean between the three of us. There are times where we don't make
infinite right, So like, howcan that be a pre prerequisite if not
all of us make it? So, I mean, I'm just over here.

This is not the month, sosee you, see you next month,
next month. So you know,the prerequisite to join would have to
be something different, right, likevery active in the game at least you
know, complete all your missions weeklyor something like that, right, because
there could be Uh, of coursethey're gonna put some stuff behind the clans,

right if you're you're in a clan, you get like this variant or
something, or you get these bonuses, right, So they're gonna put something
because they want you to use clans. So the question is how how good
are they going to make these rewards? That's that's the question, right because
if they make it really good,then you're gonna be like, no,

I want top players in my clan. Right, But then you can be
like, wait, who are you, right players? If I'm involved,
So it's just like, oh no, we just want, you know,
make make sure it's a active peoplethat you could you complete your stuff weekly,

that you know, we work towardsthese clan objectives, right, so
we should make it minimum at leastsix grand. You can come upon us.
You have to have at least sixgod splits, you know, god

splits to be judged. Yeah,man, foils after foils. I've been
trying to you know, I've beentrying to get a good what is it,
either Angela or Nightcrawler, And Iran out of boosters on Angela.

clans, like can you think ofany prerequisites? Because of course, you

the thing, like will will willyour thing display? Will your clan display

so yeah, let's go back toit, like what do you think a
prerequisite to join Cubedes clan? LikeI don't want to like put it behind
a paywall or anything, because youknow, we do this for fun.
Of course, eventually, if weget to monetize this, that would be

amazing, But in the meantime,I just want, you know, to
find like minded people because you know, we just we just played the game
for fun. I mean, yeah, we get sweaty here and there,
but not to the point where we'retrying to reach top like one hundred or
you know. I just like beingthe top five thousands. Making it into
infinite at all is a massive thing. I'm not trying to go for It's
