CVDC - Carta Vocale dei Diritti del Comune di Bologna Come si crea un diritto? Questa è la domanda che ha dato avvio al nostro laboratorio portandoci a realizzare questa carta vocale dei diritti del comune di Bologna. I ragazzi e le ragazze che hanno partecipato sono diventati per due ore legislatori e al contempo creatori di contenuti artistici ed effettivamente hanno compreso che la distanza tra queste due cose è minima se non inesistente. Il legislatore è un’artista, un compositore che mette in fila le parole per rispondere alle esigenze della sua comunità, è un visionario che fa baciare i bisogni con i sogni creando diritti che abbracciano il numero maggiore possibile di persone. L’esito di questo processo interpretato in prima persona dai protagonisti del laboratorio è ciò che ascolterete. In ultimo i ragazzi e le ragazze hanno fatto una selezione di colori che rappresentano i diritti che hanno individuato come fondamentali, questi li ritrovate nel logo del podcast. Il bianco è associato al diritto all’uguaglianza perché rappresenta qualsiasi colore e si trova come elemento essenziale in ogni sfumatura. Il verde è associato all’ambiente perché rappresenta la rigogliosità della natura. L’azzurro è associato alla libertà perché rappresenta la vastità del cielo ed è il colore di molte corriere che sono il mezzo di trasporto per eccellenza degli studenti, e dunque veicolo di autonomia. Il giallo è associato al diritto all’istruzione perché è il colore delle pareti della nostra scuola! Il viola è associato al diritto al tempo libero perché è un colore rilassante e che ispira quiete. Percorsi laboratoriali di questo tipo sono il sale di un processo di partecipazione diffusa, come tasselli di acquisizione di consapevolezza del fatto che la propria voce conta e che ognuno può essere protagonista di una #revolution anche solo nella propria vita.
