excuse me a minute. Tonight we are going to discuss
two very famous women in the Bible, one of faith

wavered a little and the other never gave.

Up and praying. Pain is a feeling of being.

Hurt, suffering to better, have a batter fact effect or
do damage or harm. Power is great ability to do
or act, authority, influence, control, strength, or force over something

to return. Rejected is thrown away as useless or unsatisfactory. Today,
we are going to talk about a young slave from

Egypt who found herself in the midst of a foreign
nomad people. She was given a new name, Haga which
means a stranger, one that fears, and she had a
position as a maid Sarah to Sarah, Abraham's wife. Sarah

probably felt emotionally and socially scorn because she had not
given birth to a child, and in those days it
was considered against societal norms not to have a child.

So we know that God promised Abraham and Sarah that
they were gonna have a baby in their old and Sarah,
since she was waved past the childbirth years and her
husband was an old man, when she got the word

from God that she was gonna have a baby instead
of her faith had been put to sleep.

Her faith had been hidden real down.

Do you know how when you want something so bad
year after year after year, and you do not get
that thing, even though God has prophesized over your life.
But as you're waiting, sometimes your faith begins to waiver.
Sometimes you say God, when God, and you see it

happening for everybody else around you. You see everybody else
around you achieving their dreams.

But you're still waiting on the promise. Remember that twenty
years ago it.

Was prophesied to me that I was not just gonna
be national, but I was gonna be international.

And then life happened. I lost my son.

I had a fire, I got married and divorced, and
Leslie I suffered this massive stroke which left me in
my bed with the right side.
Speaker 2 (08:28):
Of my body compromise.
Speaker 3 (08:29):
And now I'm saying, God, when are you gonna send
me to the nations? And about two years ago my
apostle prophesied to me that he was gonna change my
name to an ambassador because I wasn't just local. I
(08:50):
was gonna be international. Now I'm laying on my bed
of affliction at the very place where the enemy told
me that it was over, at the very place where
the enemy told me that I wasn't gonna preach anymore,
that I wasn't gonna teach anymore. But in that very
(09:10):
place the promise was repeated. And now I'm looking at
people that I grew up winning. They're preaching all over
the country and all over the world, and I'm laying
on my bed of affliction. And let me tell you
that God will do what he says he'll do. He's
(09:33):
not a man that he shall lie, nor the son
of men that he shall repent. But every word that
comes out of the mouth of God is gonna go
to where it sat. So two years ago I looked
over my task and I realized that I had spoken
(09:55):
on over five hundred seminole's conferences and podcasts, not even
counting my own that I do every two weeks. It'd
be far more than five hundred if I counted my own.
But the moral of this story is that I had
(10:17):
been waiting on God for over twenty years, and when
I looked at my podcast, I saw that I had
spoken all over the world. As a matter of fact, Sunday,
I just spoke in Pakistan to a group of Christians
(10:37):
in Pakistan. Now you tell me, isn't God good? But
let me tell you Sarah, God tied a waiting, her
faith waited a little bit. She wanted that child so
badly that she said, listen here, Hey, for him want
it was legal then for him to go into her
(10:58):
maid servant and have a baby. So Abraham listened, and
he went in with how God and how God got pregnant.
And immediately Whenhi God became pregnant, Sarah began to resent her.
You know why Sarah resented her. She resented the fact that, hey, God.

Was holding her promise that she.

Was tying of waiting on God and wanted to take
the menace in her own hands. But God promised her son,
not an by nobody else but her son, and eventually
she had the son of the promise. She sent Hagar

he told, don't be weary, don't be sad. I'm also
gonna make you your son a great negation in the
name of Jesus. We see that Sarah faith waved a

little bit, But we can't blame Sarah, because sometimes our
faith waves a little bit. Sometimes our faith needs a
little bit more faith. Now we're gonna look at another woman, Hannah.
Hannah too was barren. She couldn't have any kids, and

she would complain to a husband because her husband had
two wives, Hannah and Banana, and Banana used to tease
and bother Hannah so bad that she was so discouraged
that she would go to her husband and he would say,

am I not good to you?

Better than ten sons? But Hannah desired a son.
Speaker 3 (13:08):
And at the time when they went up to the temple,
Ah Hannah went up to the temple and she prayed,
and she prayed and she prayed so much that the
people looking at her thought that she was drunk, but
she was not drunker. She prayed and she asked God

to give her son, and she said, God, if you
bless me with the son, I'll give it back to you.

God. I just want to hold my own baby in
my hands. God. I know that there's nothing impossible with you. Wow.

What's impossible with men is possible with you. And she
prayed and she prayed, and God answered her prayer. She
didn't give up praying. Ah, Sometimes we need some Hannahs
that's gonna pray for our children. We need some Hannahs
that's gonna pray for our spouses. We need some Hannahs

that are gonna pray for our for our leaders, we
need some Hannahs. Is there anybody on today that's willing
to become a Hannah Hallan Lujah, to pray without giving
up the pray, believing that God's gonna come.

them eventually received the promises of God.

the very beginning. He created you with purpose and his
desire is for you to know him personally. Yet because

of sin, we've all fallen short of the glory of
God Romans three and twenty two. Sin separates from God,
but he made a way to his son, Jesus. The
good news is this.

Jesus died for you, but God demonstrates his own love
towards us, and that while we were still all sinners,

The good news is that Jesus rose again. His resurrection

You cannot earn it by work. It is received by
the grace through faith. A gift is really given. You

a gift in somebody, something that sells that someone gives you.
And on tonight, I'm offering you a gift. If you
desire a new life forgiveness of sin and internal hold,

prayer of salvation. These are not magic words. What matters
is your faith and sincerity, Lord Jesus. Repeat after me,

repeat these words, Lord Jesus, I confess that I am
a sinner. In need of your grace. I believe that
you die on the cross for my sins and rose
again for my salvation. Today I turn over my old

life and invite you into my heart as by Lord
and Savior. Thank you for loving me, for forgiving me
and giving me internal life. In your name, Jesus, I pray.
And what's so wonderful is if you prayed this prayer

and mint it, you are now a child of God.
Heaven rejoices in your new life, and Christ has begne.
What you have to do is find a Bible, believe
in church where you can grow in faith, reach God's
word daily, the strengthen your walk. Pray and talk to

God as your father, and share your testimony with others
so they can also live in this new life. Dear
Heavenly Father and the presents thing of your son, Jesus,
we thank you, Jesus for dying on the cross for
