Missed Last Night’s Show? Here’s What You Need to Know!Last night, the DA Crew Podcast joined forces with Angela Thomas Smith on Beverly Nation Online Radio @ O N E Universe, spotlighting an urgent issue that demands our collective attention: Self-Defense Is Not a Crime.Co-hosts Dwayne & Dr. Sissy led a moving discussion advocating for social justice and human rights, anchored by the heartbreaking case of Tristan Weekley, a middle schooler from Frisco, Texas. In August 2024, Tristan was found unresponsive after school, with acetone in his system. His mother, Chandra Weekley, asserts this was an attempted abduction and poisoning, possibly by a woman who offered Tristan ice cream near campus. While the local authorities have yet to uncover clear criminal evidence, the Weekley family continues to demand answers — and justice. But last night’s conversation went deeper than one case. It was a clarion call to all parents and community members: Our children’s safety comes first. The stats from the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children are alarming:
  • Attempted abductions most often occur during the hours children are going to and from school (7–9 a.m., 3–4 p.m., 6–7 p.m.)
  • These incidents often happen while kids are on foot, biking, or playing outside.
Self-defense is not a crime. It’s essential. It’s a right. As a community, we must remain vigilant, raise our voices, and demand action. If you missed last night’s show, get involved:

Speaker 1 (00:00):
Chime in on this conversation.

Speaker 2 (00:01):
We're gonna talk about Attrician's situation and we're gonna share
with the listeners how they can help us with this case,
how they can help us bring awareness to this case,
and how they can support this family because y'all, this
twelve year old baby is going through a lot and

(00:21):
that there needs to be something done in Frisco.

Speaker 1 (00:26):
It definitely needs to be something.

Speaker 2 (00:28):
Done at the within the school district and all those
that have had some dealings with this case. So if
you will please introduce yourself and then we're gonna go
ahead and jump into conversation.

Speaker 3 (00:44):
Definitely uh so uh.

Speaker 4 (00:57):
And uh world and I'm some uh to situation.

Speaker 2 (01:19):
If you can come closer to the mic, because you
are kind of low and I want to make sure
that everybody hear you because you have a lot of
insight with this case and I want people to be
able to hear you. I don't know if doctor Cec
is on, but if she's on, doctor Cec, are you there? Okay, Well,

(01:46):
we're gonna keep it moving. She may come, she may
not because she is a very busy woman. But I
just think I have to give my hats off to you, Dwayne,
for all that you do. You don't just advocate for
this case. You're advocating for Carmelo Anthony. You're advocating from
for Christopher Nee his two young men. That we we're

(02:11):
trying to let people know that self defense.

Speaker 1 (02:14):
Is not a crime.

Speaker 2 (02:15):
They protected themselves and was charged with crime. So I
thank you for what you're doing. I want you to
share a little bit about the Tristan Weekly's case.

Speaker 4 (02:32):
Uh back on.

Speaker 3 (02:35):
Uh before starting the second day of ra.

Speaker 4 (02:43):
And according to.

Speaker 3 (02:48):
We that uh that day he was.

Speaker 4 (02:55):
Before the leaf uh second day after school, he had
already he went to the restroom.

Speaker 5 (03:04):
Uh.

Speaker 4 (03:05):
He stated that someone called his name, so he went
to the drunk of the restroom.

Speaker 3 (03:12):
And there was a lady who said, Hi, I'm a male.

Speaker 6 (03:15):
And she began to act the wants and he said
and basically.

Speaker 4 (03:21):
She got to activated the guy stream face and he
felt a prick and the singer and from that moment
people like that. From the report he based that he
walked out shot back near the period and walked out
the front door and he came up with but from

(03:41):
when his mom went to go and look at the
actual video, you can see him plants and I think
they all agreed, from the prinsports of the police to
the people from the school district, they all agreed that
he was. He was frantically looking back and.

Speaker 6 (03:57):
Forth and he showed up on the at the UH
after the actual Lucky area.

Speaker 4 (04:03):
He dropped a bag and he rang off and he
was found unresponsive.

Speaker 3 (04:09):
I think about forty minutes away.

Speaker 4 (04:11):
I think that what they were saying had someone residents
who have to call nine one one, and when another
came to pick them up, no one gave.

Speaker 6 (04:22):
Her in England where he was going on.

Speaker 4 (04:26):
They were just questioning if he was uh the other
child that they had, and everything was a rebuttal of
what she would think he was because he's about buck.

Speaker 6 (04:38):
He's unfer and so when they.

Speaker 4 (04:41):
Finally did confirm about actually asking what's unaware did he have?
And when she confirmed that, then that's when.

Speaker 6 (04:50):
She was able to know where he was and she
said he.

Speaker 3 (04:54):
Drove to that location.

Speaker 6 (04:56):
They would not let her Miriam and the handling and
uh just not to go to all the details of
that moment.

Speaker 7 (05:05):
Uh.

Speaker 6 (05:05):
They began to cover up, They began to cover up
what was actually going on.

Speaker 4 (05:10):
When she got to the hospital, she was made aware he
had after phoned his system from the doctor.

Speaker 6 (05:17):
He had a legal dose a patatone in.

Speaker 4 (05:20):
The sistance and it was just I guess bite the
price that he was able to get.

Speaker 6 (05:27):
Away and he survived that moment.

Speaker 4 (05:29):
And she did share this just the moment so earlier
today that he did cold while he met the hospital,
they were able to recate and so from that point
on she began to justificate fact to as from the
school system, from the police department, and no one would
cooperate in that right of what happened to us. Uh,

(05:53):
they do have a name because the first thing was
there on the first day of school of her son.
Remember that first for when theo's mom walked togitate evening,
he was making her trying to get her to remember
that that was an Amanda was there at the bus
line with the students. And so this is the known
person to the school and to the principal, to the

(06:16):
sister principal. But for whatever reason, they are not in
uh sharing that information with with the mother. With passives
that are on this case trying to couper up, they're
trying to cover up everything. It was to the point
that they closed the case within a week of receiving it.
Uh that thirfore was in a week they closed the

(06:39):
case and just basically said that it was there were
people higher than that of their pay grades that put
out the story that the immediate received. They event we
just walked we get to school, and so it's been
a straight cover up, uh, back and forth beating to
the point when we when I put in the four

(07:00):
quick to get the baby information for each support uh
just video footage from uh the body can for the
uh quad car can. They actually said readily to the
intergent textics came back awful and then he they told
me that I couldn't get any of the information because

(07:22):
I wasn't the parents. But they told us weekly for
Arty that she shouldn't get the information because they couldn't.
And so it's just a cover up from the top
of the state of Texas all the way down to
the school district.

Speaker 1 (07:38):
Wow.

Speaker 2 (07:38):
That that that's that's sad. We do have doctor Ceci
on with us. Doctor Cec, come on in and introduce
yourself and we're gonna continue to talk about this case.
She was a part of the last show, So come
on in, doctor Ceci.

Speaker 7 (07:59):
Hello, Hello, thank you.

Speaker 1 (08:02):
How are you tonight.

Speaker 7 (08:04):
I'm doing well. Hope y'all are doing good too.

Speaker 2 (08:07):
We are we are we I heard you, wely, yes,
we are talking about you know. I listened in on
her share her story with you and Duane earlier, and
a lot of red flags went off in my head.

(08:28):
This one kind of really touched my touched my heart
and and and and it resonated deep down in my
soul because we send our kids to school and we
think that they're going to be protected in the hands
of those that are supposed to be in charge of them.
Just listening to that story, hearing her share what she

(08:52):
saw and how things were handled. Immediately red flag said
that it was a cop and to think about this
case and to think about Cormelo's case, there's definitely a
serious problem in Frisco, Texas that they have a problem

(09:14):
of wanting to cover up the truth and wanting to
protect people within that community. And I'm grateful for individuals
like you guys that are willing to advocate, willing to
go deep into to break some of these some of
this corruption up and bring it to the forefront, because

(09:36):
there's definitely something going on there and for them to
close the case and then say that they watched video
but never watch the videos. I mean, this really has
to be disheartening to that family. We just want some
justice to come. We want some people to be helped accountable.
It's about being helped accountable. We may never be able

(09:58):
to find that person that harmed him because of all
of the things that have happened, but at least we
can hold some people accountable for not doing their jobs.

Speaker 1 (10:13):
Wow.

Speaker 2 (10:14):
And just to hear her talk about this baby, you
the feel that you are in. I want you to
talk about the you know, the the after effects of
what has happened to this baby and what he may
experience for the rest of his life. You know, a

(10:37):
lot of this trauma that happens to us, we learn
to cope with it, but we never truly get over
these things. So I want you to touch on that.
Because of your profession, if you would introduce yourself and
then touch on that, if you would.

Speaker 7 (10:56):
Yes, Hi, you have to find one. You know, you
bring your children to school, whether if the teachers or
any assistance that made me have or even for echelon
that's there to the police. These are all the ones

(11:18):
that you would normally trust. You trust that they're going
to have your children's best interests and to have something
like this happened with no results and lives and clearly
there were so I want to say age as you
to say, duntie doesn't really describe it, doesn't It don't. Yeah,

(11:43):
you know, it's just clearly it's a breakdown of our society,
you know. And as far as already what Miss Weekly
as well as Tristan has gone through, they they are
in need of counseling to move forward in life. He

(12:04):
has been homeschooled, so the social socialization with other kids
normally that they would get in his his youth, you know,
seventh eighth grade before getting into high school, has been
taken away from him. The the act of not knowing,
not being able to talk after having as phone in

(12:28):
his system, and everything he went through in the hospital. Uh,
to say that he'll have PTSD, does it also encompass it.
They need therapy. He does have a gift and go
under Chandra v h A n d r. A. Weekly

(12:51):
is her last name.

Speaker 8 (12:52):
Which is spelt w e.

Speaker 4 (12:54):
E k l e y.

Speaker 7 (12:58):
To provide count or for them. She has cokays that
she's unable to meet so that is what that or
if you wish to do so, and you know, hope
it is greatly appreciated.

Speaker 1 (13:16):
Wow, And I just.

Speaker 7 (13:20):
I'm trying to speak to it. There's a lot of
things that were spoken about on that that.

Speaker 6 (13:25):
I wasn't even privy to, right.

Speaker 8 (13:27):
So I'm still kind of digesting it myself.

Speaker 2 (13:30):
That's that's what I'm doing. I'm still trying to process
a lot of that conversation, a lot of things that
were said. It just it breaks my heart that people
can be in your face and lie to you and
you know, just hide the truth and and look you

(13:52):
in the eye and do it. Because these people did
this stuff in her face. It wasn't over the phone,
it wasn't on the computer. It was right in her face.
For that officer to say that he he wasn't the
officer at that school. That sro O and we know
that sro O for people that don't know. They are

(14:15):
the resource officers that are assigned to the school. And
most schools have them. They have a officer that is
assigned to that school, whether they have their own police
department or what, because I know in some in some
states they have their own where they have they do

(14:36):
nothing but do resource officers for schools, they have their
own department. But the fact that this one says that
he was not who he was, that that was a
red flag for me. That that truly was a red
flag for me. It made me feel like he had
some part in that, and I felt like he's a

(14:58):
person that needs to be investigated. He is a person
that they need to dive deeper in.

Speaker 7 (15:07):
The SRI officer, the student resource officer was actually never
divulged to her. The person who she spoke with basically
told her that.

Speaker 8 (15:17):
He's not this, he's not this, and he's not this,
and didn't.

Speaker 7 (15:21):
Even offer another resource or avenue to take. After which
she found out who exactly he was and he dismissed her.

Speaker 1 (15:35):
There was just a lot of red flags.

Speaker 2 (15:38):
I just can't imagine, like even down to the video,
Like you don't forget what you saw the first time.
You show her video, and then you show her another video,
and then that video.

Speaker 1 (15:51):
Is totally different.

Speaker 2 (15:53):
Now, you gonna remember if you saw people in a place,
if you saw your child wandering into the cafeteria, you
if the first time, if there was kids there, You're
gonna remember that there were kids there. And then the
second video, kids are now in the video it is

(16:13):
just just not right.

Speaker 7 (16:15):
Like it it's not And the key thing here, We're
going to dive into it more when I speak with
her later to go over a little bit more detail.
My huge takeaway from speaking with her was that her son, Tristan,
had his backpack. School had not been let out. He

(16:38):
was released from his class, so he had his backpack
on him. So how is that? Who did that? Who
called that? Who let him out of the classroom? So
something happened. Somebody knows something, because every other student was
still a class And.

Speaker 2 (16:59):
She said she never had a chance to speak with
the actual the teacher is that is that what she said, Dwayne.

Speaker 1 (17:08):
Nobody, No one ever brought the teacher in. So my
thing is.

Speaker 2 (17:17):
When do kids just get to leave class and just
roam the halls and no one know where they are?
Like and for him to have had his backpack, it
made me feel like someone either sent something to the
teacher to have him remove from the class or you

(17:40):
know how they may send a message and tell them
to send a student to the counselor or they may
send a student to Well, for me, I'm gonna talk
about when I was in school. So when I was
in school, I used to have to go I had
a speech impediment, so I used to have to go
to speech. So they would send over the loud speaker.

(18:03):
They would call to my teacher and tell my teacher
that it was time if they could release me to
go to so and so's class, or they would the
teacher that you was going to their class, they would
come and get you. We never were able to roam
the halls without somebody knowing where we are. Normally they

(18:25):
would give us a hall pass. Well if if we
got stopped in the hall, we had a past so
that individuals know where we were going and where we
were coming from. We never just had an opportunity to
roam the halls. So that just was a red flag
to me.

Speaker 7 (18:45):
Yeah, I stiplistically said, at this point, when you do
an investigation, that would be the first to go to
is why was he released early from class? Right?

Speaker 1 (18:57):
Exactly?

Speaker 6 (18:58):
That other things there.

Speaker 4 (19:03):
Those are the things that that are very challenge of
his whole moment because he can't leaves and so it's
a parent that the actually for the four request came
connect to you from all the visitors that I get
fiund out the managers not us to the need that

(19:24):
Amanda has to work for the school diss because she
wasn't she wasn't below here. And so this person, Tristan
knew who this person was because he.

Speaker 6 (19:34):
Saw that lady the first school and it interesting happened said.

Speaker 3 (19:38):
This and he remembered her. And also UH this.

Speaker 4 (19:42):
Weekly stated that there was a dialog of compensation back
just what he.

Speaker 3 (19:48):
Thought the guy as.

Speaker 6 (19:48):
Far as time amand as he want absolutely.

Speaker 3 (19:51):
No shar space.

Speaker 4 (19:53):
They had a dilog because he said that she became activated.
I mean, whatever the conversation was, she came avgates over time.

Speaker 3 (20:01):
So I believe that.

Speaker 6 (20:03):
From the way they responded to me on the four year.

Speaker 3 (20:06):
Class and the way they responded to genre over the
past years.

Speaker 4 (20:11):
And to change with all these different UH meeting and
different things she had to go through, is that they
know exactly the person. And when Shandra asked him at
the hospital that they to do a great kid uh
Tristan to make sure that he'll he was a proud
they said they couldn't because he had hurt. He's a

(20:33):
mind that's an apparentist thing to do it. They used
to do it at the hospital. There's no such thing
as he had rights, and so they failed to do
that because they know him.

Speaker 6 (20:45):
And so it's in such a deserting moment because.

Speaker 3 (20:48):
There's so many different.

Speaker 4 (20:50):
Things under red Clay, that food, that's from the principle
to the assistant principal coming to her and she came
there said, or what are you doing? So I'm not
aware that it's just it's just bought off girls inside
and then walk away and then make her the pescipal stadium.
Oh yeah, you met without the prince with even what happened.

(21:13):
We need to ask and who that company works, And
it's like that was the same thing with all officers.
When she went to the police office office that whole
league and Nasawa said, well they investigated he investigator, it's.

Speaker 6 (21:27):
A different who is the sr.

Speaker 3 (21:30):
And they said, oh, you know he.

Speaker 4 (21:32):
Talked, he was gonna he ca yourself to talk. So
it was over red bass because these things that people
never told her that they asked all talk to them.
A contact of that fame that day that he was
the actual investigator. He investigator when.

Speaker 3 (21:48):
He said that he was not officers or that.

Speaker 4 (21:51):
He didn't work here at school, but all these things
are just confusing because we asked the question why and
what did you do to that? Thea day that she
had the cover of his w.

Speaker 7 (22:06):
M hm. She she she is the finitionary. She is
is the the final thing because he is a minor,
and yet he couldn't authorize that.

Speaker 4 (22:19):
So that in and of itself was bizarre to me
as well.

Speaker 3 (22:24):
And also the uh, the the crazy thing that caught
the first time she had talked about this was that.

Speaker 4 (22:32):
When she was on the phone en bent Far, they
were also talking with the presp saying that then they
were also communicating with the au and in the Pyramids
that scene which uh with his health at the training
house outside of school, and all of these things may
communicated and they were saying he was done verbal, he

(22:54):
was She gave him a book, clothes and wearing when
they were shot.

Speaker 7 (22:59):
Duck.

Speaker 4 (22:59):
It was not because this is not a script and
exact a point to where the said what kind of under.

Speaker 6 (23:10):
That was a huge red flash because of what he
was leading school.

Speaker 3 (23:14):
He's thought that left school one of the way way,
Why would you even know what kind of fully grow?

Speaker 9 (23:22):
Right?

Speaker 3 (23:24):
Why would you know?

Speaker 4 (23:27):
I just don't understand that more and so has God
to give it all this information by an underwear that
he had?

Speaker 2 (23:36):
Yeah, wow that this this A lot of these things
are really puzzling to me. Throw up a lot of
red flags and it needs to be investigated. But they
closed the case. That that that that just makes no
sense to me. I want y'all that are tuned in,

(23:56):
that are listening, I want you all to call in
and chime in and this conversation. I want to hear
your input, your thoughts. If this was your child, well,
what would you be doing. You can call in at
six oh five five six two zero four four four
or you can die seven one seven seven three four

(24:16):
six' nineh. Four make sure you press the identification code
which is five four six one one five zero, Pound
press one pound to get into the, studio and then
press star two to join the. Conversation going to give
you that identification code, again five four six one one

(24:37):
five zero, pound then press one pound to enter the,
Studio start two to join the. Conversation we want to
hear from you guys. TONIGHT i want to hear what
you would do if you're in this situation and some
things that we can possibly do to advocate for this
family how we can help.

Speaker 4 (24:56):
Them.

Speaker 1 (24:56):
Dwayne what are some things that you guys are doing
to help this family out and to bring some light
to this?

Speaker 4 (25:05):
Case Uh huh what we're trying to do to uh
trying to as much information as. POSSIBLE uh for the
four year question and the game from the initial for support.

Speaker 6 (25:16):
To uh the nine one one called the ACTUAL uh stay?

Speaker 4 (25:23):
Camp who be? That Crit Olias feet for the actual
video for the School. Uh in the school they should
HAVE i think probably about three or four different camera.
Angles you also asked for the video angles from outside
out of the baseball, field from outside cover in the

(25:44):
front of the.

Speaker 6 (25:45):
School besides the, school in the back of.

Speaker 4 (25:47):
School i've also asked for the police for the station
copy the, door the door bringing camera and security cameras
of the housing in their. Neighborhoods because they did for all,
that and we've met all times of, Resisted we're going
to keep active. That we've all also been talking about

(26:08):
this on social, media trying to bring awareness tool and they.

Speaker 6 (26:13):
Sear into that change straight on down the, Road we're.

Speaker 4 (26:17):
Going to try to bring it depression and start trying to.

Speaker 6 (26:20):
Get all of that information as much as we.

Speaker 4 (26:22):
Can and then we need to first of all a
lawsuit to contel for information because there is no active
indentication and so there should not be any reasons that
they're holding back to information because it's not actively being
investigated about any laws we have all and so if
we can start putting the rest to the least, information

(26:44):
then maybe we can actually set a lawsuit and then
also get maybe to say to a little on the
corruption let, level because it has to be some sort
of corruption from the government official uh, level from the
space to the cowboys, divisions and then also the school

(27:05):
districts and those individuals that are. Involved.

Speaker 7 (27:10):
Wow And i'd also like to add that there are
other cases that have gone through this particular police department
where investigations have not been.

Speaker 8 (27:25):
They can did not come by.

Speaker 6 (27:27):
Protocol so.

Speaker 7 (27:32):
Right now they're under a lot of truth me and
so it's time for us to put some more pressure
so that this, stopped because this will not be the last.

Speaker 4 (27:41):
Time and if they if they continue to.

Speaker 7 (27:47):
To handle their investigations and the responses by the police
department as they have been with with cases that are
are currently, ongoing and are held accountable doing the job
that they're supposed to be doing.

Speaker 4 (28:07):
It will continue right.

Speaker 1 (28:10):
And we needed to.

Speaker 2 (28:11):
Stop we needed to. Stop we got we have one.
Calling we have calling number one IN. Q after that,
CALLING i Wanted duayanne to chime. IN i want to

Speaker 9 (29:25):
Involved we're gonna throw the teacher in there, too because
the teacher let him out that, classroom.

Speaker 7 (29:32):
And you, know and for them not to get that
baby to the.

Speaker 9 (29:37):
Hospital i'm Now i'm wondering if he walked forty five
minutes away from the school or did somebody take him
and place that baby on somebody's.

Speaker 8 (29:49):
Porch for him to have that stuff in his, system
and for that officer to, say, OH i have kids
WHO i you, know.

Speaker 7 (30:02):
Everybody say, that everybody say it his. His they did
test inner doing say kick on, him.

Speaker 4 (30:14):
And and there was no.

Speaker 7 (30:17):
Growing nothing came back from. That but he has no
recollection of how he ended up there at. All so you,
know just as much AS i. Do, right he did
someone someone place in there in the amount of time.

Speaker 4 (30:37):
That it would.

Speaker 7 (30:38):
Take she said she drove.

Speaker 6 (30:40):
Ten, minutes but see he was walking.

Speaker 10 (30:46):
A ten.

Speaker 7 (30:46):
Minutes, yeah so half an hour and then was non
responsive to a. Talk was just, yeah we don't, know.

Speaker 5 (31:00):
You.

Speaker 7 (31:01):
Know and that was my.

Speaker 9 (31:02):
Thing you, know if if he had that much in his,
SYSTEM i would think that he wouldn't have made it that.

Speaker 8 (31:11):
Part. TRULY i believe that somebody paced him, there took
him to that.

Speaker 7 (31:15):
Point you, know.

Speaker 9 (31:19):
My heart just goes out to that. Family i'm a
loss of words because it's a. Child and for the
hospital or whoever.

Speaker 7 (31:31):
It, was to say that he had to give consent
to be.

Speaker 6 (31:35):
Tested what about the?

Speaker 7 (31:37):
Mother one, dude what about? Her, right that's her. Baby
he's twelve years. Old he DOESN'T i mean.

Speaker 1 (31:47):
Roadblocks a.

Speaker 2 (31:49):
Rodlocks that's that's roadblocks to keep the truth from from coming.
Out as long as people can delay. Stuff they try
to delay it as long as they. Can we definitely
know that there's a big cover up.

Speaker 1 (32:07):
Going on in that.

Speaker 2 (32:08):
City and and and they got two amazing people that
are advocating and and and. Pushing so definitely stay connected
and and and stay tuned because there's some things that
are gonna come For you got Doctor sissy on the,
case you Got dwayne on the. Case AND i tell
you the mama ain't letting. Down she she she's not letting.

(32:31):
Down that's that's her. Baby and she not letting. Down
so she she has many people behind. HER i can't
believe that they would close the case with no. Resolution
we we don't close cases without. Resolutions that's crazy when
we have evidence that something happened to this. Baby so

(32:53):
we we're gonna get to the bottom of. This, SHANNETTE
i thank you for charming in and and and share
in your. Perspective if you would please tell everybody of
who you are before you.

Speaker 6 (33:07):
Exit M, well my name Is Janette.

Speaker 9 (33:10):
Johnson LIKE i say, THAT i am the host Of
let's talk about it over there on The cool Podcast.
NETWORK i speak about injustice and as you guys, KNOW
i talk to a lot of men from the great
state Of. Texas number, one Mister James. Lugate you, know
after hearing this baby story And i'm comparing Mister legate's

(33:37):
case to, that you, know it's a lot.

Speaker 7 (33:40):
They cover up in wrong for, conviction so you, know.
CORRUPT i really have talked you. To so WHATEVER i
can do to bring out, awareness please let me.

Speaker 1 (33:58):
Know, well thank you for chiming in. Tonight thank you
for calling and supporting the. Network. Again that was one
of the hosts Of on The crew, Podcasts.

Speaker 2 (34:10):
Dwayne so the QUESTION i asked was is there any
type type of statue of limitation on cases like?

Speaker 4 (34:20):
This, yeah depending on what charges will be in trouble
Uh and most of the vacations like this with the
somewhere around the five yearsation only we did about semitations
if taken uh prove any type of trafficking of the

(34:43):
persons at that point in. Time there is a statications
because those are activating that.

Speaker 6 (34:49):
Kind so it depends on what they can actually from
the investigation and.

Speaker 4 (34:56):
Just from what we know from what we've heard from
the weekly WHAT i looked into myself and just the
polar and the detective mode from the different incision. There why,
see uh the county itself called a county from uh

(35:16):
the shape because came back from them waving as.

Speaker 6 (35:18):
Well.

Speaker 4 (35:19):
Uh it tells me that there there has to be
some type of traffic the type of moments going off
at the very.

Speaker 6 (35:28):
Leaf h someone in.

Speaker 4 (35:30):
Official capacity did fall of the jumpid and so uh
if it is that the, leaf that's five years AND
i think that's why getting closed out like they, did
so they want so they.

Speaker 6 (35:44):
Can discourage this week sper moving forward THAT.

Speaker 4 (35:47):
I believe it's some type of tragedy and get some
different people and different positions that's a fall and if
we can put them, together then we can get them
put flowing ball right now in the years and to
change has just, happened and we're trying to speak some

(36:08):
type of the justice as the least.

Speaker 6 (36:11):
Of getting the taste out there and unscovering.

Speaker 4 (36:14):
Who was involved as he served with. It and once
he do that and maybe we could Find amanda person
and whoever failing to TID i think it try because
he knows something because he talks the tricks whether he
Talked patrician About you don't, know that's something he would
have to find. Out BUT i know that he should

(36:35):
know something because he bitioness himselves from being even that.
Position if he knew he was he business himself and being,
investigated and SO i think that he could probably type
of thinking into a travesting moment and then also at
that point in time make it the penable, issue which
there would.

Speaker 3 (36:52):
The seion limitation on. THAT i think it's probably a.

Speaker 6 (36:55):
Five to ten years AS i believe when it comes
to that type of multiple.

Speaker 2 (36:59):
Tract, Right, well, y'all we have calling number two AND
Q calling number. Two if you could please state your
name and where you're calling, from.

Speaker 8 (37:08):
And it's to Mister Zackery whims calling From South. Carolina
how are you doing?

Speaker 6 (37:12):
Today?

Speaker 1 (37:13):
Hey how you doing with? Fine And i'm doing.

Speaker 8 (37:17):
Fined one THING i want to, say you, know this
is another case that we call shot on and it's
so heartbroken for the mother that goes who's calling through,
there because how can you sleep at night knowing that
you know something. Happens how can you look your child

(37:40):
in the face or any other kid that you come
across knowing that you know something like how can you
sleep at? NIGHT i know that has to go through your,
mind that you know, something and the fact that you
are not coming forward to telling what's, happened how it.

(38:01):
Happens it makes me upset because there's too many, cases
say our young, people especially after young young people like
me in, general who's a part OF i Think i'm
a father generation and that another adult doubt nothing this,

(38:25):
case let the person, down that the fson that get.
Down you know that you know, something you're not saying.

Speaker 11 (38:32):
Anything the fact that you let it get to the,
point the fact that you can look somebody in the
faith in life like you don't.

Speaker 6 (38:45):
Know something that you?

Speaker 7 (38:46):
Do mm. Hmm how about if that was just what
was you doing in the?

Speaker 11 (38:51):
Situation think we we? Weed if it's not our, kids
we don't, care but it's just pap to somebody wh.

Speaker 7 (39:07):
We. CARE i just need people to deep out that.
Mindset if you know, something don't sleep on, it tell,
it say.

Speaker 6 (39:16):
Something justice and.

Speaker 7 (39:21):
What they're banking on is you, know as she stated,
too if you just heard her, speak is you know she's.

Speaker 10 (39:30):
Having a difficult.

Speaker 4 (39:31):
Time we've been coming up with cocade for, therapy.

Speaker 7 (39:36):
So it's the higher outside sources of investigators to do
her own footwork On this is not an, option and
that's what they're banking, on because if nobody investigates, it
that statute of limitations.

Speaker 3 (39:50):
Could very well.

Speaker 7 (39:51):
Aspire and, really you, know see the effects that That
tristan is already, encountering you, know the fear of the
anxiety flash, back his hyper vigilance moving forward in his.
Life this is very impactful for.

Speaker 2 (40:11):
Him I'm i'm glad you mentioned. That i'm glad you
mentioned that because it kicked out something in my. BRAIN
i got a friend that has a private investigating company
and In, Columbia South, carolina and she works a lot
with with human. Trafficking i'm gonna reach out to her.

(40:33):
Tomorrow i'm glad you said something that just reminded me of.
Her i've had her on the show here. Before I'm
i'm gonna reach out to her tomorrow because she has
helped bring a lot of people home from being human,
traffic so she may be able to to help with this.
Case and in so many ways she's been she, Worked

(40:56):
she originally worked with the Chef department and In richland
That Exton county come In South carolina and she started
her own security. Company so she's been doing that now
FOR i MEAN i think about ten or fifteen, years
and she's done a lot of human trafficking.

Speaker 1 (41:14):
Cases So i'm gonna reach out to her. Tomorrow and.

Speaker 7 (41:19):
If there's any viewers that are listening that know, us
or that are and willing to help out with this
case in any, way please email me at The SISSY
i syfe one one two five one at gmail dot
com and we will definitely connect you to.

Speaker 4 (41:40):
To try to bring a resolution to this.

Speaker 6 (41:42):
Family thank?

Speaker 7 (41:44):
You was?

Speaker 1 (41:46):
That AND i hope somebody go, Ahead, okay, no go.
AHEAD i Hope i'm.

Speaker 7 (41:52):
SAYING i hope somebody gets something out of.

Speaker 4 (41:54):
This i'll tell you there's another. Case there's so many
other cases out, there a semi like.

Speaker 7 (42:00):
This if you know, something any, cases speak, Up please speak. Up,
Please it's very important that we speak. Up what you?
Know SO i believe, it.

Speaker 1 (42:14):
As, jack if you would before you jump, off tell
everybody who you.

Speaker 8 (42:18):
Are SO i Am Blacker. WILLIAMS i need a show
Called Black. Canvas my next show is the twenty three
as we tell the story to bring it to real.

Speaker 1 (42:30):
Life thank you and you are also at host where.

Speaker 8 (42:36):
Also off on a show called Roll Your mike on her,
Channel like Y'all jackie, out send me out. Everywhere i'm
pretty back everywhere pretty much all of those Studio.

Speaker 2 (42:50):
Yes, yes, Yes, well thank you for chiming in on
the conversation, tonight. Y'all we got calling number three AND
q calling number. Three if you would please state your
name and where you're taling.

Speaker 1 (43:00):
From peace and.

Speaker 7 (43:04):
Blessings this Is Sister bestI The.

Speaker 6 (43:06):
Truther, Hi, angela and peace and blessings to your.

Speaker 1 (43:10):
Guests, Hi Sister, bessie how you?

Speaker 7 (43:13):
Doing?

Speaker 1 (43:15):
Hi how are?

Speaker 10 (43:16):
You my heart goes out to the mother and the
child that this happened. TO i want to know why
our children are not safe in school. Today there should
be more protection for these children when they leave their,

(43:37):
homes when they travel to, school and when they leave.
School and uh before child is let out that you.
Mentioned WHEN i was growing, up it was always an
adult there before they were let out of. Class WHEN
i was, young they also because they didn't have the

(44:00):
automatic locks that they have. Today, uh they put chains
on the doors to make sure no outside influence could come.
In AND uh for the children not to leave unless
they're exported by a. Parent you, know it's difficult for
me to understand why we have a system that do

(44:23):
not put these children first and their safety, first and
we are dealing with an unjust type of justice system
and law enforcement that disregards children lives and adult. Life you,

(44:45):
know it's very sad to hear this. Situation and WHEN
i say that they're leaving. School also you have the
situation where the woman that was press meant with her
son that was attacked by other. Children when they leave those,
grounds it should be someone out there to observe and

(45:09):
to stop incidents that may. Happen and we got to
do more in the school, system law, enforcement and the
justice system to make sure that these children are. Faith
and my parents are out to the mother AND i
hope that then there's a, lawyer as you, said that

(45:31):
will take that case and reopen it because it deserves
to be looked at much better than what they have.
Done you, know this is sadness where the children are not.
Faith we got to do, more and that's WHAT i
wanted to.

Speaker 2 (45:50):
Say, WELL i thank, YOU i thank you for charming
in and sharing your perspective on. Tonight if you would
please let everybody know who you.

Speaker 10 (46:02):
Are i'm a retired part OF, wbnn BUT i consider
myself as still. Family at that, time my show was
the Front port AND i just became The hall Of
famer for WBN. N And i'm grateful THAT i was

(46:29):
able to EXPERIENCE wbnn and the host and Brother oh
AND i want to thank you for allowing me to.
Speak this is a wonderful wake up. Call too many
page parents and too many listeners out.

Speaker 7 (46:45):
There thank you so, much and thank you.

Speaker 1 (46:49):
Again she is a retired host here on the podcast
on the.

Speaker 2 (46:54):
Network she is not only inducted in as A International
Internet Radio all Of famer, broadcaster she's also A Lifetime
Achievement award recipient as. Well SO i thank her for
leading away because she was a part of this network

(47:14):
BEFORE i joined this. Network so she was.

Speaker 1 (47:16):
One of the hosts that was.

Speaker 2 (47:19):
Here i've been over here for five, years may will
be six, years so she was already here in, place
AND i tell you they made it hard for.

Speaker 1 (47:29):
ME i had some shoes to. Feel i'm telling YOU
i had some shoes.

Speaker 2 (47:33):
To, feel but they Are they were some great, teachers
AND i Think i'm just thankful to be in the
mist and to be able to have learned from some amazing.
People so shout out to, you Sister Bessy. DWAYNE i
wanted to. Ask you don't know if you know this
question or not answer to this question or, not but

(47:53):
how long do schools reserve preserve the? Recordings BECAUSE i
know WHEN i worked in, retail every thirty days we
recorded over our. Recordings so is there a chance that

(48:16):
there is still footage or is there a chance that
that footage could be? Lost how how long do they
have to reserve that footage because you, know like with tax,
papers they tell you you should keep your tax papers
for at least three years in case you get out of.

Speaker 1 (48:31):
It is there some type of.

Speaker 2 (48:33):
Something in place with these, videos because now we know
a lot of stuff happens in these. Schools now we've
been seeing a lot of. Stuff so do they have
some type of procedure in place to where these things
can be?

Speaker 12 (48:48):
Reserved yeahs. Investigations that video is preserved and over to
the police for. Investigation we don't know if it was
because remember the technique said that it started to be,

(49:10):
hid so there should be footage something because it was
already preserved or it was already allocated to be sent to.
Investigator it shows with another the we.

Speaker 4 (49:22):
Know that the school district people don't you know it
did for some of the managers under him did so
the video was actually.

Speaker 6 (49:31):
Preserved they had a proper.

Speaker 3 (49:32):
Munication it to to edit in all the six.

Speaker 4 (49:36):
Things so there should be video footage and should have
been preserved because the court was in WRONGD h WITH
uh when the league beleague and triun as well and
if you. Didn't So i'm hoping that it's still.

Speaker 2 (49:52):
Okay, yeah BECAUSE i KNOW i was actually watching something
ON tv with where someone was getting arrested at a
facility and they actually had to download A usb downloaded
to A usb to send to. Them So i'm, thinking

(50:13):
if there was an investigation, gun.

Speaker 1 (50:16):
Shouldn't it be entered in like.

Speaker 2 (50:22):
Or preserved in something like when they have cases or
whatever and they have to Identify LIKE i know some
of the people that me and should network, with they
can go and pull stuff from their case and there's
numbers and stuff that identify evidence that was presented in
that case and things of that. Nature SO i, wonder

(50:46):
since it was an an invest investigation, done was it entered.

Speaker 1 (50:51):
Into whatever you call. It you Know i'm not So
i'm not so savvy with that. Stuff y'all, KNOW i
don't know the laws and. Stuff so EVIDENCE.

Speaker 7 (51:09):
I don't hear what you said the kids is to
start from the very beginning because he was released from
class by. Whom the footage that was shown to Miss
weekly the second time was completely different and it showed
kids all. Around but we know clearly that's not the
case because he was released before school went. Out he

(51:32):
had his backpacking, right and that's what that's what really
puzzles her is why who who organized? This? Right so
they've already jumped ahead of the narrative by altering the video.

Speaker 2 (51:49):
Exactly and even you know the beginning of school and
on the second, day this person called him by, Name
so how do this person know who he? Was BECAUSE
i know the second day my teachers. Didn't teachers didn't
know your. Name it took, Them it took them a

(52:11):
couple of weeks to to to be able to know
our names and to be able to not have to
go by the roll call to know who we were
and the assigned, seats because that's how teachers remember their.

Speaker 1 (52:24):
Names they assigned us to.

Speaker 2 (52:25):
Seats so how on the second day you you you
just calling him out amongst all of the, KIDS i.

Speaker 4 (52:37):
WRITE i put still in. It the teachers most likely
are in the room.

Speaker 1 (52:45):
As, well, right exactly.

Speaker 7 (52:49):
Who is this this?

Speaker 2 (52:50):
Person who is this person roaming the halls while school
while while classes in? Sessions so to, Me i'm just,
like it's just so much because you know a lot
of schools have these para. Professionals because my friends she
drove school, buses so instead of going home after driving.

Speaker 1 (53:15):
The, school but she would go work in the.

Speaker 2 (53:16):
School so did this person drive a school bus and
was a pair of professional with and assisted? Teachers because
they have teacher assistants, Too so what role did this
person play if they was not signed in as a?

Speaker 1 (53:35):
Visitor? Yeah and why are y'all covering it?

Speaker 7 (53:40):
Up most?

Speaker 13 (53:42):
DEFINITE frisco has a lot of the lists of finding
visitors may not necessarily reflect the name that this person gave, Either,
Right so if you find in your name is.

Speaker 7 (53:58):
Amslot what if you said.

Speaker 1 (54:01):
You but if you signed, in you still you had
to present AN I.

Speaker 3 (54:07):
D so.

Speaker 7 (54:10):
He and if you're if you're speaking to a, student
you could make whatever name you want.

Speaker 1 (54:14):
To but, still.

Speaker 7 (54:18):
BUT i would question each one.

Speaker 1 (54:19):
Of those, exactly and and and they should have.

Speaker 7 (54:25):
So when you.

Speaker 2 (54:30):
And they don't got fancy, now they don't got fancy
now because now they take YOUR I. D they stick
it in a machine and it prints out a label
that has your name and it has the date on,
it and you stick it on your. Shirt BECAUSE i
have went to several schools BECAUSE i used to do
food service for after school, programs AND i used to

(54:52):
deliver food to the after school, programs AND i used
to have to go into the front. OFFICE i used
to have to sign, in give them MY, id and
they would Print they would put MY id in that
machine and it would print out a.

Speaker 1 (55:06):
Label, yeah a lot of the schools don't got. Fancy
they can.

Speaker 7 (55:13):
Print out pictures and at least show.

Speaker 4 (55:16):
Them does any of these people like a?

Speaker 7 (55:19):
Lineup you?

Speaker 1 (55:21):
Know and they probably could Poll they probably could.

Speaker 2 (55:26):
If they have, that if they have that particular machine
like a lot of these places have, now Because i'm
sure a lot of these places have them because every
SCHOOL i went to deliver stuff, too and this was
back in twenty and, fifteen twenty, sixteen So i'm sure

(55:46):
a lot more schools have them now because it's a
lot easier on, paperwork and it's a lot easier on
stuff because not only that it keeps a log when
you put it in that, machine it's like it goes
into the. Computer they have it at hospital. Too, yeah
so that's an easy way to to to keep up
with her.

Speaker 6 (56:06):
Actually asking she has for a lineup so to just
to show her books all or.

Speaker 3 (56:14):
Whatever they were. Huge and that's why we know that
they help with this person is.

Speaker 4 (56:19):
Because it will the love business sure.

Speaker 6 (56:22):
That actually have people have to be checked. Embittered and
so they were shot and A manda was not on the.

Speaker 4 (56:30):
Physics, books so it has to be some moment for
there to shoot their uh and the but and he
remembers that from the base pool so uh and that's
all because they don't like the school Difficult. Bible the
police department, now the of the city above there's a
lot of people that library now.

Speaker 1 (56:50):
Because well we're definitely gonna be boots on the ground
for this.

Speaker 2 (56:56):
Case and we are still we are still shouting self
defense is not a crime For carmelo and For Christian
before we before we close out here, tonight we want
to talk about those we want to. Bring you, know
we want to share a libit about those cases, too
because we not we're not letting them go. Either we've

(57:19):
been On carmelo's case Since April. APRIL i heard about
this case the day after my. Birthday it happened a
day after my. Birthday SO i remember hearing this case
and immediately hearing that, CASE.

Speaker 1 (57:34):
I was, like something ain't, Right something ain't.

Speaker 2 (57:37):
Right and THEN i started coming on TikTok And i'm telling,
you it was everywhere AND i just still it just ain't.
Right and there too is it speaks nothing but cover,
up cover, up cover, up cover, up cover, Up AND
frisco got a lot to answer. To it's just, sad

(57:59):
BUT frisco has a lot to answer. To SO i
want y'all to share a little bit about both of those,
cases if y'all don't mind.

Speaker 3 (58:08):
H with the come on any.

Speaker 6 (58:10):
Case, uh you, know.

Speaker 4 (58:13):
It happened the second Or april issues and he was
getting up under A kennedy after and he was approached
by atome that cat hunder that cap and who Were
king and two of their, friends and they the managed
that he. Moved they began to assault. Him, uh the

(58:35):
ticket bag and through. It they even there and he
tried to get away get put them, back and within
that time of pulling the back somewhere in there often
that cap was uh which.

Speaker 3 (58:47):
Bad.

Speaker 4 (58:49):
Uh parlo actually got away and running. Away the other
three chased him often that cap started to. Chasing BUT
i think if he realized then he had been. Stack
so that's when he kind of came down a couple
of steps to sail.

Speaker 7 (59:04):
Down.

Speaker 4 (59:05):
Uh carmelo got way too quick for them, guys because
he made for a coach and uh when he turned.

Speaker 7 (59:12):
Around uh they turned.

Speaker 4 (59:15):
Around Saw austin the configured it out and so uh
they charged him that day with a murder of also
meta before he was even pronounced AT. Cosso and he's.

Speaker 6 (59:31):
Been fighting this. Case the family has been uh a.

Speaker 4 (59:36):
Costed, uh they've been. Rotting they've had forced the move
recap within a. Month, uh and there's just kind of fighting.

Speaker 3 (59:45):
The, situation trying to say just about they do have
a Go bummy uh as well.

Speaker 6 (59:51):
As Uncle bummy dot com dot com.

Speaker 4 (59:55):
Backslash uh Got carmela and go a kid and there
open that they can Get Christopher.

Speaker 3 (01:00:04):
Meehouse.
