You ready know everybody, we are back.

Speaker 2 (04:50):
We are back, and I have the pleasure of this
show to introduce too fabulous why n v S artists.
Welcome to the show, Conan and Brooke Lynch.

Speaker 3 (05:09):
I love it.

Speaker 1 (05:09):
I love it. Well. First of all, welcome to the show.

Speaker 2 (05:15):
You guys are in Florida, right, you would think it,
you know what, because I was going to say that
because I remember you just came back from Florida, right
vacation Okay, because I was like, did they take a
flight back home or something?

Speaker 10 (05:27):
You know, like.

Speaker 2 (05:32):
Yeah, because I'm like, are you at a beach front
or something? I mean, that's what it looks like to me,
you know what I'm saying. I'm like, she's got her
flip flops on. I can't tell, but she's probably got
her foot flop. She's ready to go in the water.
But a good thing that you did leave, because Florida
got some like tropical storm there right now, So yeah,
you left in the nick of time. So anyway, here

(05:54):
we go. This is going to be a fun show. Okay,
this is gonna be a fun show because yeah, look
at her. He's like, Okay, I'm fired up, you know,
because me and Conan had a little brief conversation. You know,
I like to talk to the artists once in a while, right,
not all of them, but sometimes, you know. And I
was talking to him and it was funny because when

(06:14):
I first heard Conan, that was the first thing I
thought about was Conan and the Barbarian.

Speaker 1 (06:18):
Remember the cartoon.

Speaker 2 (06:19):
Okay, so mister Conan over here was, you know, texting
me back and forth and everything, and he showed me
that picture with the with the thunder Cat running running.

Speaker 1 (06:30):
So I turned.

Speaker 2 (06:31):
Around and it was like, like, Conan and the Barbarian.
I love that name, you know why, because it's such
a strong, powerful name and it has such you know,
you can't just think of Arnold Swartzenegger, you know what
I'm saying.

Speaker 11 (06:44):
But that's how I got my name's my nickname. Since
I was like two years old, Shampoo named me that.

Speaker 1 (06:51):
Oh no, I see, I didn't know that. I did
not know that.

Speaker 11 (06:55):
Been in my family ever since because boland I was
always had that look that's why.

Speaker 1 (07:04):
You real quick.

Speaker 4 (07:06):
For some reason, she'd be pointing that out all the time,
and I'll be like, how did you know that?

Speaker 1 (07:11):
I didn't.

Speaker 2 (07:11):
I didn't know that. All I'm saying is, you know
what it is. I am kind of like a mind reader. Okay,
I have this like psychic ability sometimes. And you know what,
if you got a lot of the guys that we
had previously on the show, haven't I brought up things
and they're like, holy cow, how did you know that?

Speaker 1 (07:30):
I didn't know that. I didn't.

Speaker 2 (07:32):
It's just sometimes I have a good vibe kind of
you know. I'm trying to say, it's.

Speaker 1 (07:38):
Like you seek you amaze me, lady.

Speaker 3 (07:41):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (07:41):
Whatever.

Speaker 2 (07:42):
Anyway, So one thing I did know, I noticed that
because you guys have a song together which we're going
to play afterwards, and let me just tell you that.

Speaker 1 (07:51):
Song is really good.

Speaker 2 (07:53):
Okay, the six am, I'm like four am, five am, yep,
six am.

Speaker 1 (07:58):
That's about it.

Speaker 10 (07:58):
Yeah, explosive.

Speaker 1 (08:00):
It's a vibe. It's a vibe. I'm telling I'm telling
you we got an exclusive that we're bringing right now.

Speaker 2 (08:06):
But we're not bringing it right now this very minute.
I want to talk to them first. I want to
talk to them. So anyway, I'm going to talk to
Conan just for a second, because I know you guys
performed together at the Apollo.

Speaker 1 (08:22):
So tell me how was that? That was just like
very recent.

Speaker 10 (08:26):
Wow, that was like a dream come true.

Speaker 11 (08:28):
That was like, you know, something off my bucket list
that I always wanted to do as an artist because
you know, like growing up, I always knew from like
the Apollo, like Shampool used to play it on VHS
tapes and running back because he used to be in
the audience. I used to look at my bald head
right there. That's how I learned what the Apollo was.

(08:48):
And I used to always see like if you was
whack on that stage, they kicking you right off.

Speaker 10 (08:52):
Yeah, that's the legendary moments on there.

Speaker 11 (08:54):
So for us to get on there and make a
good impression, Yeah, that was so dope, man, Like I
was cheesing the whole time.

Speaker 10 (09:01):
I just couldn't believe it. I'm like, yes, we did
the Apollo.

Speaker 1 (09:04):
Yeah, a lot of people strive for that thing.

Speaker 3 (09:08):
You know.

Speaker 1 (09:09):
It's it's almost like a version of the Gong Show.

Speaker 2 (09:11):
See, I would have went on the Gong Show and
you know that guy would have gone me like within
the last two seconds, you know. But no, but all
I'm saying it's that kind of version of show.

Speaker 1 (09:23):
But I mean, the Gong Show ain't nothing compared Toive Apollo.

Speaker 2 (09:26):
I mean, you know, because a lot of people they
go there and everything, and even the ones that got booed, right,
Because I know somebody who got booed off the stage
right and I said to him, you know, I'm not
going to give his name. I said to him, I said,
look at it this way. You made it somewhere where
a lot of people have not been able to get

(09:48):
regardless if they booed you or not. That's only the
thing I mean. Granted, well that's not true because if
I got booted, I would just like throw tomatoes at everybody.

Speaker 11 (09:57):
I mean, every artist to their journey gonna get there's
always a hater.

Speaker 10 (10:01):
That's jealous exactly.

Speaker 11 (10:03):
You know, I just want to boot for no reason
or something, or just want to show off or you know,
remember the first time me getting I was fourteen years
old performing.

Speaker 1 (10:12):
What did you get booted for?

Speaker 10 (10:14):
For no reason?

Speaker 11 (10:15):
It was just a drunk guy in the crowd, like
get these kids out of your bood.

Speaker 1 (10:20):
Yeah, absolutely definitely.

Speaker 2 (10:23):
But you know what I character, I was just you
know what, you sound like an old eighty year old
man talking about it.

Speaker 1 (10:29):
Build we do this since we're like twelve years old
running around.

Speaker 2 (10:33):
Man again, I learned from the experience it builds character
in the well, okay, I'm not going to go with that.
I'm going to go with you gotta get booed because
people will knock you down, but you always got to
step up your game or prove to them that they
were wrong.

Speaker 4 (10:51):
Well, when you're in this industry, man, there's a lot
of people don't like you for no reason. Well, like
you know what I mean, you go into the stage
of looking for a reason.

Speaker 1 (10:58):
Not to like it.

Speaker 2 (10:59):
But I didn't like you when I first met you either.
Let's not get in there. That's another episode for like
doctor Ruth or something. Anyway, So after the Bronx, you
also you also performed. You also performed at the pr
Festival in the Bronx.

Speaker 10 (11:13):
Right, that's in Harlem, one hundred and sixteenth Street.

Speaker 1 (11:17):
Nice.

Speaker 11 (11:18):
That's something that I've been doing, like not straight like
you know, like it's always been like a thing that
I have to do. That's a tradition, you know, you know,
I wrep my culture, right.

Speaker 1 (11:30):
I know, I know you tell me, you know.

Speaker 10 (11:32):
What I'm saying. I come strong every year.

Speaker 11 (11:34):
Every year is a great performance, and it gets bigger
and bigger, and the sound gets bigger and bigger. And
I could tell by the crowd when they had the
flags waving in the air.

Speaker 2 (11:41):
Like yeah, you know, let's just jump on the Puerto
Rican bandwagon, shall we?

Speaker 12 (11:49):
Oh?

Speaker 1 (11:49):
Here we go?

Speaker 2 (11:50):
Okay, no, no, because all I'm saying is I've dealt
with a lot of Latin men all my life, right,
you know, Okay, don't look at me like that. So
what happens is is that the one thing I've always
found with Puerto Rican men is they have a different
type of energy and motivation that other male in other

(12:12):
Latin genres do not.

Speaker 1 (12:14):
We got that pride, baby, that board equal pride.

Speaker 13 (12:17):
Man.

Speaker 1 (12:17):
When we up in that state, we gotta layer down.
We got a zone.

Speaker 4 (12:19):
Were like naw man, that's how you know about he
We loud, we energize, we're tearing it up.

Speaker 1 (12:25):
Now when he's you know, Puerto Rican's in these you
know specified loud. I can found that he is loud, loud,
even when he's sleeping, he's loud.

Speaker 10 (12:37):
So where you could go and let it out?

Speaker 2 (12:41):
No, no, no, you know what, sometimes you got to
know how to you know, the Puerto Rican Day Parade
has been getting I'm very happy about that.

Speaker 4 (12:49):
You can take it down to not well, everybody was
telling me there's a lot more buddy was coming out
now because they said, for like the last couple of years,
it hasn't been the same.

Speaker 10 (12:57):
Yeah, because of COVID.

Speaker 1 (12:58):
I'm sure you go.

Speaker 10 (13:00):
I'm a body so you know, becoming different babies.

Speaker 4 (13:04):
Yeah, where my family is from, Where my family originates from,
South Bronx, South South Bronx.

Speaker 2 (13:14):
Can we talk about other people now for anything? So anyway,
I know made June July August, so we're almost three
months shy, but I wanted to also wish your sun
Realm Raymond a happy birthday first year. See I pay attention. Okay,

(13:35):
Like I told you, i am not Barbara Walters. Okay,
I'm not gonna sit there.

Speaker 1 (13:40):
And grill you.

Speaker 2 (13:41):
And you know I am not that we're more of
because he even said it to me. He goes, this
is going to be a conversation, right, and I'm like,
it's gonna be a conversation.

Speaker 4 (13:49):
Oh yeah, no, because you know, you go to some
other shows and they be like, so just break it
DOWNCE to me real quick.

Speaker 11 (13:55):
No, what do you do, then you got to be
all prepped and ready, like right, So where I'm from
is exactly.

Speaker 1 (14:05):
What, But I do want to know, at what age
did you start rapping?

Speaker 11 (14:11):
I started rapping at the age of thirteen, thirteen because
before that, I was always entertainer, like I like to dance, box,
I was doing I was doing football, like I was
always an athlete, like I was always around a group
of friends. I was always at the and around my
my own groups and everything.

Speaker 10 (14:27):
So like thirteen, I felt like I'm ready to hit
the booth and write something.

Speaker 1 (14:34):
Do you body was it the same? Yeah?

Speaker 4 (14:35):
But both thank god, both our family members were in
the industry.

Speaker 10 (14:39):
So I was around it already, like.

Speaker 4 (14:43):
You're born with that natural talent because you watched Pops
and then me, I watched my Pops and that was it.

Speaker 11 (14:51):
I used to be at one o six and part
faithfully every day, like in the audience, chilling like for free.

Speaker 10 (14:57):
Order artists, and one day I'm gonna be right.

Speaker 2 (14:59):
There me okay, because you know I've listened to you know,
we get a lot of obviously, we get a lot
of rap artists on the show, and but what I
have to say is every one of them that we've
gotten on and you can say that too. They all
have their different like they're different quality about them. They're

(15:22):
not really you know what it is because we can
hear me and him can have a debate all night
about rappers.

Speaker 1 (15:30):
See he's gonna say something right now here we go,
we don't.

Speaker 4 (15:34):
We do a little bit of New York rappers, but
we really don't like Me and her really do more
of kind of the out of state pro So she's
starting to see like with you, right, you have a
straight New York hip hop real like not saying real style,
but originated style, you know. So she sees people from
a lot of times when we interview from down South,

(15:55):
lots of Chicago, we do La we do Las Vegas,
we do so all around like the market you know
sometimes UK. So she hears all these ethnicity, these different groups,
different genres and stuff. But I can actually say when
I because I study a lot of artists from New
York and you're one of the top artists. I'm gonna
say coming out because you you still come from that

(16:19):
bridge of real hip hop and music with the cadence
and and I just like the whole thing you feel.

Speaker 1 (16:26):
I'm saying, I like that Bronx thing. You can't you
can't take that, and versus I.

Speaker 11 (16:30):
Can jump on a reggae song and do one thing,
I can't jump on a drill. So let's go E
D M. Let's go crazy, like I don't stay in
one lane. So that's that's the best thing. That's why
I love this.

Speaker 10 (16:40):
I love them.

Speaker 2 (16:40):
Yeah, And you know what, because I become a professional now, right,
And you can say absolutely, I become a professional now
because I have I didn't know rap for anything.

Speaker 1 (16:54):
Okay.

Speaker 2 (16:54):
I'm the typical white girl rocker, you know, grew up
a Pink Floyd and Van Halen. Okay, so I didn't
really know rap. So I've been taught rap in the
last three years, right, look.

Speaker 1 (17:07):
At me like that.

Speaker 4 (17:08):
I threw in the fire. I just drew on here
and said, go in. I needed I need a co host,
like let's go, let's go. I need to learn, and
it did.

Speaker 2 (17:18):
So now that I've gotten a little taste of everything,
now I actually understand what crunk is.

Speaker 4 (17:24):
Okay, oh man, she told the East Side Boys she
didn't know what crunk was. I walked almost out of here.

Speaker 1 (17:30):
It went viral though it went viral.

Speaker 4 (17:32):
She did that, and then she did some funny stuff
with a Jamaican singer that's known and that went viral too.

Speaker 1 (17:38):
But you know what, we're not gonna get on that.

Speaker 2 (17:40):
We're not gonna get on that one. But I'll tell
you about it later, girl, you know. But the thing was,
is that now that I think because I've been in
this industry for such a what three years, not a
long time, but now when the rappers come in, now
I now I totally get what he's talking about. Before

(18:01):
I was like, yeah, I just you know, nodded my
head like a good little girl, you know, agreeing with
every everything he said. And then you know, we would
get home and it'd be like, what the hell is that?

Speaker 1 (18:11):
You know? I didn't know, But now I know. You're
true to it. You're true to form.

Speaker 2 (18:16):
That's what I say. He's true to form, and that's
what I like about him. Anyway, I want to get
to one of his songs. Let's go, come on, so
I like to Actually I like them all, but these
are two. These two were my favorites. So if we
can play Journey.

Speaker 1 (18:31):
Let's go. I like you are you? This is your boy?

Speaker 4 (18:36):
DJ and the Jetty were about to get this right now,
ladies and gentlemen, let's go a journey.

Speaker 1 (18:43):
Let's get.

Speaker 14 (18:47):
Fans, because I know that that they believe by all
the time I want strained eagerly welcome me to show.

Speaker 1 (18:54):
No, I don't do this easily. Welcome me.

Speaker 6 (19:01):
What go me through the shaka, So walk me through
the shin, Go me through the sham. How don't that
a lot of stuff? How didn't you have a shallow

(19:24):
buff shot shot if you put.

Speaker 7 (19:26):
Them in a lighted up that the energy.

Speaker 14 (19:29):
I'm fired up, fired up, big stepper.

Speaker 10 (19:32):
You're gonna do what I said. So I'm a fig wrapper.

Speaker 14 (19:35):
Why did he get the labor bes Persson working?

Speaker 3 (19:38):
Now?

Speaker 14 (19:39):
I'll be way a friend like my pockets could.

Speaker 7 (19:41):
Not be stay down in the industry. And now they't
notice me and I Philo vibe.

Speaker 14 (19:47):
I spent that pobetry opening up for Gucci, a different
company there that is at that type.

Speaker 7 (19:53):
So they're not coming now.

Speaker 3 (19:54):
Shows a cram work.

Speaker 14 (19:55):
Now they see him shuts all my face because I
know that that they believe them. We're probably all the
time that he was trading equally, Welcome me through the shiney.

Speaker 1 (20:03):
No, I don't through this easily.

Okay. So you're Haitian and American Haitian American, right, Yes,
I love the I love the Caribbean.

Speaker 2 (22:29):
I just love the Caribbean and the Caribbean voices are
are very unique.

Speaker 1 (22:36):
May I ask?

Speaker 2 (22:37):
And it's it's so like powerful powerful, you know, I'm
trying to say she's so demanding, you know what. She
reminds me of that type of female like and and
I just saw her on I g with an old
old clip.

Speaker 1 (22:55):
But I'm not saying you're her earth a kid. She's good.

Speaker 2 (23:01):
And that's what That's what she reminded me of. She
reminded me of Yes, duh, you know, I could.

Speaker 1 (23:07):
Be honest with you.

Speaker 4 (23:08):
They both got their own style exactly because I can't
compare him to anybody. Like when I heard him, I
was like, his cadence is different. And then when I
heard her, I'm like, she's just know.

Speaker 2 (23:16):
All I'm saying is that she reminds me of Earth
the Kid, that type of character that you know, if
she talked to me and gave me like rules, I
would be like this.

Speaker 1 (23:31):
You know that's the type of command that comes from
her voice.

Speaker 4 (23:36):
Yeah, very powerful voice. Excellent record, both of y'all excellent record.
She she actually catches me sometimes spinning the record and
she'd be like, man, you really like this record.

Speaker 1 (23:48):
I'm like, yeah.

Speaker 2 (23:48):
When when I when he first played rubber Band Girl Girl,
my my butt was all over the place.

Speaker 4 (23:56):
People were rocking, like I'm playing it right because shout
the shamp he sends it to me. Right, so, he's like, Yo,
can you play this because I got the Miami joint.
I'm like, yeah, yeah, yeah. All of a sudden, I
get it.

Speaker 1 (24:07):
I was on the couch. I get a call from Chicago. Yo, bro,
what's up with that record? I'm like, what do you mean?
He's like, Yo, spin it over here.

Speaker 2 (24:13):
Yeah, I was on the couch. I remember it well.
I was on it and I got the call. Remember,
and you got the calls you played the song. I
jumped off the couch and I was jumping up and
then down the couch. He's like, babe, come on, relax,
calm down.

Speaker 1 (24:28):
And that's what he was doing. He was doing like
that little.

Speaker 2 (24:30):
Scratchy thing, but playing it back and forth and everything
like that. And I'm so I ran to the kitchen.
I went into my little toolbox and I started flinging
the rubber bands around the room. You know, he was
the remix.

Speaker 4 (24:44):
That was Shuttles that made the remix, right, was it
Henry of Shuttles who made that remix?

Speaker 10 (24:49):
We had a few of them.

Speaker 16 (24:51):
There was a lot of remixes.

Speaker 1 (24:52):
I shout out to both them. Man, they sent me somees.

Speaker 2 (24:56):
I'm like scratching it. But before or we get to
one of her songs, I want to.

Speaker 4 (25:02):
Even even the record that he sent me with with
that refresh and all of them, Like right when he
hit that, I was like, yeah, all right, all right,
I like records, but I like I like good music.

Speaker 1 (25:13):
Good music. We're getting too excited here because it's good music.

Speaker 11 (25:17):
I'm just saying I got I got, I got another
one too, dropping on my birthday August nineteen.

(26:10):
because she talks to you know, you talk about balancing
motherhood with the music and everything that you've gone through,
and I think, you know, it's very interesting.

Speaker 1 (26:18):
And that's where Rubber Band Girl comes into plays. Wow
see I do Wow.

Speaker 2 (26:27):
Yeah, no, because you know why when you listen to
the lyrics of the song and everything, you see, I
can't I don't know all the lyrics by hard because
I'm just that stupid. But when you listen to the song, right, No,
but when you listen to the song, you can hear it,
you can feel it, you can you hear the story.
And that's what I have about that song. So she's
got two songs, but that song is, of course, you

(26:49):
know me my favorite.

Speaker 16 (26:50):
Okay, so really vulnerable space.

Speaker 17 (26:53):
When I when I wrote that, I was actually in
my house and it was right after I had realm

an artist, as a woman. You know, I already have
my oldest son. But it's you know, it doesn't matter.
It's like you go any changes, you're trying to figure
it out, and you figure it out because there's no manual.

Speaker 9 (27:17):
I knew that I wanted to be I wanted to
create something that was true to where I was at
the moment, but still gave my fans that good feeling.

Speaker 2 (40:52):
It's just like and and and and and She kind
of reminds me, Okay, you know, I'm not sure I'm
saying that. I'm not saying that they look or act
like or whatever. That's the kind of vibe I get
from her. Obviously they have two different voices, but she
kind of reminds me, gave me the same vibe as
left eye.

Speaker 3 (41:10):
Wow.

Speaker 1 (41:11):
Wow, same kind of vibe.

Speaker 16 (41:14):
Because I'm taking all that energy today from you, ma'am.

get from her. I get the same type of vibe.

Speaker 4 (41:33):

could see, like, yeah, I don't like going in that
record going No.

Speaker 2 (42:18):
It's like, I think it's because because I've been in
this industry, I've been around everybody because I got to
contribute what I do to everybody that's been around me.

Speaker 1 (42:28):
Because I'm like a sponge. Okay, so I absorb everything.

Speaker 2 (42:33):
You know, that's not always that good anyway, but still,
you know, it's just that I absorb every not information,
but I just absorbed the sounds and the music and
the lyrics and stuff like that. And I kind of like,
remember how you told me once that how you you dissected? Yeah,
you know, so I'm dissecting things and I kind of
like piece them all together. Sometimes sometimes I you know,

(42:56):
like one three for three. So that's all I gotta say. Okay,
one quick thing I.

Speaker 4 (43:01):
Want you to hear this too, is I'm the type
of person that listens to a record from in and
out and in and out, and I have to listen
to it three times.

Speaker 1 (43:10):
You know what I'm saying. A lot of times got listened.
Everyone's like why I got listening to usually three times.

Speaker 4 (43:14):
It's because a lot of the records that we put out,
I want to make sure I really do like it
before I put it out, and a lot of your
records already caught me.

Speaker 1 (43:22):
Yeah, you know what I'm saying.

Speaker 4 (43:23):
And I'm just gonna say that because everyone's used to
me always saying something crazy. But honest to god, you
two really do got a lot of good, great music
and good talent that like record.

Speaker 1 (43:34):
I know where I could push it, and I know
what Dynamics would like that record.

Speaker 10 (43:38):
We like fun music, man, we like to have fun
in that booth and just create vibe.

Speaker 1 (43:43):
And that's what you do. You make me. You make
me feel good all over, okay, make me feel good.
Oh please don't do this. No, no, I don't. I
don't need to go viral, not going to emotion. I
don't need to be going viral.

Speaker 2 (43:55):
I just think that, you know, when, like I say
all the time, when you know, we've gone through so
many shows now that a lot of people that we've
had on you know, they're like normal, okay, mediocre whatever,
But then we get other artists that are so brilliant
and so vivacious and artistic.

Speaker 1 (44:13):
Yeah I'm coming and that's it.

Speaker 2 (44:16):
And then when you know, I'm telling you you had
me at Rubber Band Girl, that's it. I mean it
just thank it sold me, you know. And it's just
like one of those songs that even like ten fifteen
years from now or even twenty years from now.

Speaker 1 (44:30):
Right, and you go and you're gonna hear it on
the radio. Go remember that song? Oh my god, I
used to love that song. That's the song. That's the
song I'm going to talk about. I'm like, oh you
remember that song? I love this song.

Speaker 2 (44:41):
It was classic. So anyway, these two also came up
with a duo. Okay, and I listened to this one too.

Speaker 1 (44:54):
And this is the as we breaking a new record.
We're breaking a new record.

Speaker 20 (44:59):

Speaker 16 (48:10):
We can't disclose that, you can't.

Speaker 1 (48:13):
Sorry, but that's okay.

Speaker 11 (48:16):
Yeah, And we just got the mass super duper mixed
mastered version done right now.

Speaker 1 (48:21):
We just got it.

Speaker 16 (48:23):
He's the producer on that one. He's that mixed a
mask and everything. He's based out and Florida shout out
to you.

Speaker 1 (48:31):
Oh you mean where you are right now?

Speaker 4 (48:37):
The scenery just gets All you gotta do, brother, is
I mean all you guys gotta do is let me
know and I'm gonna push that master button and it's
gonna go.

Speaker 1 (48:46):
Yes, we're already going like a scene of love and
hip hop right here. I just wish we had more records.
You know, they killed the night. Thank you guys so much. Manles,
I just wish we had more records. We could have had.

Speaker 10 (49:06):
How long we got to send your.

Speaker 1 (49:10):
We got five minutes, but you know it's by the
time you get it over to me, it'll be over.
But that's okay.

Speaker 2 (49:17):
It's okay because you know we could play rubber band
Girl again. You know I would be happy with that.

Speaker 10 (49:22):
I'm just saying, you got the fresher one? What do
you got the one with fresh on it?

Speaker 20 (49:28):
No?

Speaker 3 (49:29):
I do you do?

Speaker 1 (49:30):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (49:31):
Okay, so while I'm vamping for time right now? Okay,
well you better be the clean one me clean? So anyway,
where did the six am?

Speaker 1 (49:45):
Who? Who wrote that one? That one you did?

Speaker 12 (49:50):
Right?

Speaker 10 (49:51):
Yeah?

Speaker 21 (49:52):
This was not that long after I released my song
motion and we ended up linked. We went to his
studio out in Tampa, and I didn't know what I
was in the multi Creod. I wanted to, you know,
continue the vibe off of motion, but still bring something new,

(50:12):
more feisty, more fiery.

Speaker 16 (50:15):
Right, Oh that real like now you really got to.

Speaker 10 (50:18):
Get a bit moved, you know.

Speaker 16 (50:21):
And he's so talented. He he took what I told
him and he gave me that beat he made He
made on the spot that day. He made it on
the spot that day. I heard that phone.

Speaker 17 (50:36):
Oh yeah, automatically, I said, oh, this is just getting
a light like it just yeah, yeah.

Speaker 10 (50:43):
It was snowing, and.

Speaker 16 (50:45):
We wrote that record so fast.

Speaker 10 (50:46):
It was it was insane.

Speaker 2 (50:47):
But that's what's good about that. You what you have
when you have a good producer, you know, you have
a good beat. You know, when you have a good
relationship like that with somebody that you work with all
the time, you're always going to make a hit. You're
always going to make something special and something different from
the last record that you did. You know, And none

(51:08):
of them are to me the same, they but they
all have their different they all have a different vibe
to it, you know. And that's what I love about
your music, and you too, Conan, Okay, I'm not leaving
you out, but it's it's a woman thing.

Speaker 1 (51:23):
You wouldn't understand. Yeah, I just let them, you know
what I mean?

Speaker 20 (51:27):
With her?

Speaker 1 (51:28):
Let it go, Just let it go. He's learned to
let it go. He knows better.

Speaker 2 (51:34):
So with that said, Okay, I'm gonna give you another
minute because I really want to play this song. When
he got like three minutes left, so you better hurry yup. So, anyway,
where did you come I wanted to ask you though,
where did you come up with that song on Journey?
Because isn't that kind of like the vibe that you
get from Rubber band girl kind of you know, I'm

(51:56):
trying to say, like that same type of vibe.

Speaker 11 (52:00):
Yeah, yeah, Well why I just close my eyes while
listening to that beat in the studio. Yeah yeah, When
I close my eyes, I just visioned like just me walking,
like just basically everything started flashing back right. I was like, yeah,
I didn't I this is like a Journey song, and
and mind you, Like, I feel like it could be
good for movies.

Speaker 10 (52:20):
You know, they could be put it on a soundtrack.

Speaker 1 (52:23):
It could be like a Chariots a Fire kind of song.

Speaker 10 (52:26):
You know, like something dope yeah, you can put a
lot of content.

Speaker 1 (52:29):
Right, you know what I'm saying.

Speaker 2 (52:30):
That's the kind of song that I could see those
guys with the chariots, like running on the beach.

Speaker 11 (52:35):
I thought about the bigger picture, you know, not just
a simple song. I wanted to be like, you know,
something that could be longevity.

Speaker 2 (52:42):
That would have long listened. Dude, Okay, that song done
writing Chariots of Fire, that that song had a lot
of longevity because everybody uses it still to this day. Yeah,
you know they'll put it in any type of movie
or like that. But anyway, you know you're fiddling too much. Okay,

(53:03):
So ended here and I want you to first of all,
let everybody know where they can find you on social media.

Speaker 1 (53:11):
You go first, Conan, follow me at Y and VS.

Speaker 4 (54:22):
They said, I already got in New York, so you
better just come up with a name of your girls.

Speaker 1 (54:26):
Right, But it stuck with me forever, you know, No,
