into ice custody facing deportation to Uganda, Washington Kilmore. Abrego
Garcia is being processed for deportation to Uganda, the Department

Monday by Immigration and Customs enforcement days after his release
from criminal coustody. A Breako Garcia, a native of all Salvador,
was mistakenly deported to his home country in March and
held in a notorious Salvador in prison four months before

jailed on federal human smuggling charges. A judge ruled that
he should be released from the tension ahead up a
trial set for January. Abrado Garcia was free from pre
trial detention last Friday. CBS News reported on Saturday that

facility on Monday morning to check in, speaking in Spanish
to supporters who had gathered in a show of support
outside the facility. There was no need for them to
take him into ICE attention. He was already on electronic
monitoring from the US Marshall Service and basically on house arrests.

on Abrego Garcia's behalf on Monday, challenging his confinement and
deportation to any country unless and until he had a

fair trial and an immigration court. The US dis rect
Court in Maryland soon issued an order preventing the government
from immediately removing Abrego Garcia from the US or altering
his legal status, meaning his deportation is on hold for
now all the drama. The order will remain in effect

until four pm Wednesday unless Judge Paula Zini's, who was

The court has issued the standing order in all cases
involving migrant detainees challenging the legality of their detentions in
