Speaker 1 (00:00):
Welcome to the daily dose of Domitriacs, brought to you
by doing Them dot Com speld I won one I
on gham dot com and talk level. Here is your host, Luthrusdomitrias.

Speaker 2 (00:10):
Hello again and welcome back everybody to your daily dose
of Dmitriax. My name is Luthras Dmitriax, best podcaster on
planet Earth. Been doing it in a very long time,
and uh just giving a special shout out there to

(00:31):
all the ladies that have ever given me a time
of day and love me, and to my number one.
I'll see you in a couple of weeks, baby, I
love you. Everything's doing great in my neck of the world.
I've been laying low. I've been taking my time. I've

(00:53):
been drinking reverse osmosis filled water. That's right. I have
a reverse osmosis water filtration system, don't you No, Well,
I guess you don't like pure water anyway. Outside of that,

(01:16):
just drinking clean water, enjoying the temperatures as they slowly
get lower. And you know you know how I do, baby,
I just I invest the money that comes in and
I keep it moving. Tracy and Tiffany are both here

(01:38):
with me, not allowed to speak as always this is
my podcast, not theirs. That's my life. Ladies and gentlemen.
I don't need fifty women like John Dillingham needed. I
don't need trillions of dollars, just a few thousand. That's it. Man.

(02:01):
I don't understand this excessive lifestyle that so many people
are brainwashed into believing they should live. But then again,
it's all a lie. Right, ladies and gentlemen, did I

(02:22):
say the day yet? It's Friday, October twenty fourth, about
noon Central Standard time. We're first going to get into
the interesting fact for curious minds from the book Jordan
Moore that John has painstakingly read facts from, and now
myself will. In the nineteen sixty three horror film The Birds,

(02:45):
the residents of a small northern California town are suddenly
attacked by different species of birds. A combination of real
and mechanical birds was used. I think that should be
We're used egalizes the name of this section of the book.
Shout out Red Banda Press and Jordan Moore. Now with

(03:13):
no special updates on my life, Certainly, no Israeli soldiers
came to my house, No one attacked me, no one
assassinated me, no one cares ladies and gentlemen. Okay, no
one cares about the average joe and what they have
to say. This is why we all live easy going lives.

(03:36):
This is why I'm happy, Ladies and gentlemen. I don't
need fame and fortune. But we're still going to talk
about the news, laugh about it together as much as
we can. Right says talks with Canada off after ad

(04:03):
invokes Reagan as free trader Reuters. Three hours ago, Kanishka
Singh wrote this Bloomberg Trump's number one Canadian enemy Doug
Ford Relish's antagonist role. Fifty one minutes ago, Nojude L.
Maleise wrote that BBC carnee Canada is ready to pick

(04:27):
up trade talks when US is ready. Two hours ago.
Osman Chia Ontario enlists Ronald Reagan against Trump's tariffs. Eight
days ago, z An Loom Politico, I don't really care
about the trade agreements with Canada, nor will they most

(04:50):
likely impact me in any way, shape or form. So
we're just gonna keep it moving here. That's my assumption.
I'm not gonna read this article or find out Leticia
James pleads not guilty to criminal charge related to alleged
mortgage fraud. Good for her Politico one hour ago. New
York Attorney at General Leticia James enters plea in federal

(05:13):
mortgage fraud case. Fox News one hour ago. Fox News
leaves out the not guilty so you'll click on it.
New York Magazine, Leticia James is going after Lindsay Halligan.
Fifteen minutes ago. Neil Prader again those New York Magazine,
CNN reporting New York Attorney General Leticia James pleads not

(05:37):
guilty and mortgage fraud case. Let's go with the Politico
option today, Ladies and gentlemen, let's read this article. It's
important to keep up with the fallout of the attempt
to put Donald Trump in prison? Right and where all

(05:58):
these people are at in two twenty five that really
tried to go after this scumbag and failed miserably. Norfolk, Virginia,
New York Attorney General Letitia James pleaded not guilty Friday
to federal charges brought by President Donald Trump's hand picked prosecutor,
just weeks after he pressured the Justice Department to pursue

(06:18):
his political enemies. It was James's first appearance in courter.
She battles allegations that she lied on federal mortgage forms
to obtain a financial benefit. The case is the second
in the Eastern District of Virginia in recent weeks against
one of Trump's most notable political and legal adversaries. Adversaries
excuse me, deepening a sense of dread within the Justice

(06:41):
Department that prosecutors are being deployed to carry out Trump's
personal vendettas in unprecedented ways. James, who wore a Navy
blue shirt in the courtroom, entered the plea herself, saying
not guilty. Judge to both counts. US District Judge Jamar
Walker set a January twenty sixth, twenty twenty six trial date. Walker,

(07:03):
a Biden appointee, presided over the roughly thirty five minute
long proceeding a two count indictment approved by the Alexandria
Bays Grand Jury alleges that James listed a three bedroom
house in Norfolk, Virginia, as a secondary residence in order
to obtain a favorable mortgage rate, but instead used the
home as a rental investment property. The charges were brought

(07:31):
by Lindsay Halligan, Trump's former personal attorney, who was instilled
at Trump's command as the top prosecutor in the Eastern
District of Virginia last month after veteran Justice Department lawyers
resisted bringing the case. All right, so she lied about

(08:00):
the homes used to get a lower investment rate. It's
this is a two part response. First of all, obviously
this woman's rich. Second of all, she's working the system
too right, and it is disturbing to me. It is

(08:24):
disturbing to me that mortgage rates are so high. This
all goes back to Blackrock, right, somehow Blackrock is to
blame for this due to mortgage rates being so high
and inflated so high, artificially because of that bitch that

(08:49):
was killed in the offices that they tried to cover
up as best as they could. We have judges stating
are being accused rather of buying property and using it
as something other than what they stated they were going
to use it for to save what one to two

(09:12):
percentage points? What is this world coming to, ladies and
gentlemen When you know someone tried to offer me money
for my property here at two thousand and nine heidel Bach,
and I told them ten million dollars or nothing. I'm

(09:35):
never leaving here. Argentina's president Malay faces a political reckoning
in midterm elections. Okay, two hours ago in pr prosecutor
has small hope of recovering a loeu of jewels thanks

(09:57):
to gear left by thieves. Interesting. That's from the Guardian
three hours ago. This is related to the Louver robbery,
which I believe took place last week. Time flies, ladies
and gentlemen. We'll check this out down again. The Guardian

(10:23):
wrote this, or this is from the Guardian, excuse me.
John Henley n Perie wrote this today nine thirty nine
Eastern time was the release state or release time. French
investigators are analyzing DNA samples and fingerprints on tools and
other items filed at the scene. French investigators are analyzing

(10:43):
more than one hundred and fifty eight one hundred and
fifty DNA samples, fingerprints and other traces from tools and
safety gear left by the thieves who broke into the
Louver Museum and escape with crown jewels worth an estimated
seventy six million or excuse me, eighty eight million years
seventy six million pounds. I guess that is or was

(11:04):
that francs Let me see what this symbol means it's
the little L with the squiggly line through the middle
of it. That might be francs pounds, okay, the pound
sign and the uh the C with the two marks
in the middle, that's that's euros. Right, yes, okay, we
have these right. Eighty eight million euros was the estimated

(11:28):
value of some of the pro You know, these items
are priced. Let's let's be real here, seventy six million
British pounds five days in that in American US dollars,
seventy six million, seventy six million pounds to usd um

(11:56):
what okay, one hundred and one hundred one United States dollars,
so about one hundred million dollars USD. Glad we broke
those numbers down. Five days after the brazen heist from
the world's most visited museum, laar Bacale, the Paris prosecutor

(12:17):
said she had a small hope the jewels could still
be recovered and was optimistic about the investigation's outcome. She
expected that in a few in the next few days,
results will perhaps provide us with leads, particularly and the
perpetrators have particularly if the perpetrators have criminal records. She
told West France newspaper. The gang of four pulled up

(12:42):
outside the louver at nine thirty am on Sunday, soon
after it opened, in a stolen furniture removal truck fitted
with the thirty meter ninety foot extending ladder and lyft,
which two have them mounted to the first floor Apollo Gallery,
which focuses excuse me, which houses France's remaining Crown jewels.
Wearing IVS vests high visibility vest to resemble construction workers,

(13:06):
they smashed an unsecured window and then used disc cutters
to open two display cases in the ornate gallery before
descending in the bucket lift and making their escape on
the back of motorbikes driven by the other two members
of the gang. And there's a social media footage video
of this. I doubt they'll be audio, but I'm oh

(13:28):
there is audio. Oh nice, And it shows them going
down the bucket lift and that they're hopping on motorbikes
and leaving. I assume this is at the end of
these seven minutes that they said it took to rob it.

(13:50):
A lot of intercom chattering French. I'll run it back
so you can hear get a samples there you go,

(14:18):
wasn't that great? I genuinely believe. I still believe they'd
sold these as full pieces. A lot of people are saying,
even people I know in the art world, that they
were most likely broken down. I still think. But you

(14:42):
never know, man, You never know. This is a this
is a theft that would set four people up for life. Right,
one hundred million dollars split between four people, that's two
hundred and fifty million dollars a person. They probably don't
give a shit either way, Right, The integrit doesn't matter
when two hundred and fifty million dollars is sitting in

(15:02):
front of your face. I'm just hoping, you know, for
historical reasons. That's the other thing. It's like, we have
all these people that want to destroy history and get
rid of statues that resemble the Confederate Army and things

(15:25):
like that. But what happens when you erase all these
evil landmarks representing these people that had, you know, terrible beliefs.
I feel like that just makes it more easy for
these people to come back. Right, we can't forget what
a shitty person Napoleon Bonaparte was. We can never forget

(15:45):
that or all these other people and we need these
items to say, these tangible items to say like, this
is what they did with the money that could have
helped France or whatever. Right, just my two cents. Anyway,
back to the robbery, however, the thieves failed in the

(16:06):
hurried to attempt to set fire to the truck, and
also left behind a helmet, angle grinders and disc cutters,
a high vizvest and other items, but Kyle said all
of us were being analyzed in Perie and nearby crime labs.
She added that minute analysis of video footage from public
and private surveillance cameras, including on motorways, had further helped

(16:27):
investigators to follow the gang's route in parents and surrounding areas,
but declined to give further details. More than one hundred investigators,
including officers from France's BRB Organized Crime Squad and specialists
and trafficked artworks and cultural goods, are working on the case,
but Kyle said investigators were exploring all hypotheses, including the

(16:48):
possibility that the thieves had help from inside the loop.
Most likely, she said, the robbery bore all the marks
of an organization, the careful preparation, the audacity of the
mode operandi, the type of jewelry targeted the escape. The
whole operation lasted less than seven minutes, with the two
thieves who entered the gallery spending three minutes and fifty

(17:09):
eight seconds inside. That's incredibly fast. While they dropped a
diamond and emerald studded crown during the getaway, they succeeded
in fleeing with a total of eight nineteenth century richly
gem encrusted pieces. Those included an emerald and diamond necklace
that Napoleon the First gave his second wife, Marie Luiz,

(17:30):
and a diadem set with two hundred and twelve pearls
and nearly two thousand diamonds that had once belonged to
an Empress Eugenie, wife from Napoleon the Third. I don't
know which Napoleon was the bad one. By the way,
my history is definitely suffering, but I know one of
them was bad. Maybe all of them were bad. Who knows?

(17:53):
And God, I gotta say, God bless the French and
the way that they go against their own government. Right,
you gotta love it when something's not right. I feel
that France is one of those countries that makes it right.
It has emerged that a very similar heist was outlined
in one of the fifty two volumes of a popular

(18:15):
children's book series beginning in the nineteen sixties. It stars
Phantom Met, a girl crime fighter h Bel twelve who
is often described as France's first female superhero, and Apollos
Funta met Call Phantom Met, Call Phantom in I guess
that's her nickname. A character describes exactly how he would
break into Loop, steal a diamond, and escape, all in

(18:36):
a matter of minutes and without harming anyone. Listen to me,
the character speaking in the prison cell says, all you
have to do is place a ladder up against the
wall and climb to the first floor. Indeed there is
only one floor. Then you break a window pane, you
advance ten meters, smash the display case with the hammer,
and bingo, you have your hands on the object. Object
obg et ty obj. Excuse me. If only I wasn't

(19:03):
locked up in the here, I can assure you what
would be done in a flash. Amid experts fears that
the jewels taken in Sunday's dramatic height were far too
recognizable to be sold in their present state, and had
probably been stalln to be broken down into their constituent
gems and melted down metal because stressed time was of
the essence. And again, to me, if they're after specific items,

(19:33):
it seems like they would be getting them for specific buyers,
for specific amounts of money. Right, I'm just saying, I
want to believe that. I want to believe that there
are people out there that appreciate history so much so
they'd be willing to pay a landslide of money to
have something that's very historically valuable. That's all I'm saying.

(19:57):
How do they end this article? The museum director nonetheless
defended the museum's ongoing eighty million dollar security program. I
guess a year or excuse me, eighty million euros a year,
so almost one hundred thousand dollars a year for the program.
That's funny. They're spending annually. How much it costs. They're

(20:19):
saying the cost of how much they spend on security
annually is also how much their security or how much
was stolen. Right. Security camera footage was being increased across
the entire thirty seven hectar site, including video surveillance covering

(20:41):
all facades. Best of luck to the louver I hope
it doesn't happen again. It's interesting that this was also
in a children's story. Probably just a coincidence, right, but
still interesting. Nonetheless, newsworthy, I should say what else we
got here? Trump spokes woman's ballroom remark leaves scumbag democrat

(21:11):
and disbelief. Can't make this shit up? Well land on
this article twenty one hours ago, coming to you from
Alabama dot Com again. Headline is Trump spokes woman's ballroom

(21:34):
remark leaves scumbag democrat and disbelief. Can't make this shit up.
They of course blocked out the whole word ship, but
we know what they mean. This was updated yesterday at
two fourteen pm. The US Sentence. Top Democrat on Thursday

(21:56):
tore into White House spokeswoman Carolyn leave It after apparently
thinking she said the three hundred million dollars ballroom under
construction is President Donald Trump's main priority. Honestly, you can't
make this shit up. Send it my Minority leader, Chuck Schumer,
Democrat New York, tweeted Thursday afternoon in response to a
cliff from leave its daily press briefing. But leave It

(22:17):
wasn't saying the ballroom is Trump's top priority overall, which
led the White House to call Schumer a scumbag and
a liar. Leavitt was responding to a question about whether
Trump had any other White House construction plans besides the
ballroom and the rose garden that was paved over. Not
to my knowledge, no, leave it said, But he is
a builder at heart, clearly, and so his harness mind

(22:38):
is always churning about how to improve things here on
the White House grounds. But at the moment of time.
But at this moment of time, of course, the ballroom
is really the President's main priority, leave it said. The
White House's rapid response account on next called out Schumer,
You're a scumbag and a liar, Chuck, but everyone already

(23:01):
knows that she was answering a question specifically about construction
projects on the White House grounds. The entire White House
East Wing was demolished as President Donald Trump moves forward
with construction of the ballroom. President all right, excuse me.
Associated press photos Thursday show the East Wing where our
first ladies created history, planned state dinners, and promoted causes

(23:22):
and now history itself. The two story structure of their
drawing rooms and offices, including a workspace for first Ladies
and their status has been turned into rubble, demolished as
part of the Republican President's plan to build what he
said is now a three hundred million dollars ballroom, nearly
twice the size of the White House, which also just

(23:43):
seems like it's gonna look really stupid when you have
a gigantic ballroom on a smaller house. I don't understand.
I don't understand why we don't just have an event
space in DC for these events. Why do we have
to have it on the White House? You know what
I mean? Trump said Wednesday, the keeping the East Wing

(24:04):
would have hurt a very very expensive, beautiful building that
he said presidents have won it for years. He said,
me and some friends of mine will pay for a
ball room at no costs to taxpayers. Okay, whatever, let's
check out the charts here. Still sideways movement. Really, we've

(24:25):
been moving sideways since the eleventh Ladies and Gentlemen a
couple weeks now. It's okay, though, that means we're probably
going to break out early November, which I've been predicting,
just like we did last year. Serve Robotics top of
my list fourteen dollars and forty cents today four dollars
four point eight percent up, Jobe sixteen thirty one four

(24:47):
point zero five percent up, XRP two dollars and forty
eight cents three point ninety five percent up. And now
this is an interesting break because I do have a
downtrend line drawn. Where are the I have a downtrend

(25:12):
drawn that began July of this year, which was the
highest peak over the summer around the three dollars and
sixty six price point, which basically was the latest all
time high, not all all time high, but in the
last several years. And let me double check one thing here. Yes,

(25:40):
so we kind of have broken out of this down
trend a bit. I'm not gonna go crazy until we're
above two seventy again. I think that's kind of the
magical resistance right now. Really, if you want to be fair,
the latest resistance on the daily is around two point fifty,
so we'll just be patient with that. It's all good, baby,

(26:03):
Excellum thirty one and a half cents one point three
seven percent up today as we go into this wonderful weekend.
Sixty five cent Cardono one point one four percent up.
Dose nineteen and a half cents point three seven percent.
I Silver Shares Trust coming down a bit from it's

(26:24):
high around fifty bucks to forty four dollars and seventeen
cents point oh three percent down as of the day,
though gold still sitting well above four grand XDC point
oh six or six cents point one seven percent down
shax point oh one two or one point two cents
half a percentage point down. It's all right, we'll see

(26:49):
where we're at Monday, Ladies and gentlemen. I'm gonna get
the fuck out of here. I hope all of you
have an excellent weekend. God bless everybody, even Donald Trump.
Let's get through all this together. Let's try to be
nice to everyone. Let's realize that we're all people, and
it really is up to God, right how all this
pans out. Try to be good to your neighbors, Try

(27:12):
to smile. John wanted we let y'all. Though he may
be doing a show tomorrow, it depends on how he
feels when he wakes up. I guess when you're in
a smorgasboard of fifty only fans women and trying to
finish a book at the same time and trillions of dollars.
He's basically made the most gigantic lie he could make

(27:34):
about himself. I guess to get people to just fuck
off so he could finish the book he wanted to write.
But he may be DJing tomorrow night, and it may
be one of the last shows due to the declining
temperatures here in the Midwest Evansville, Indiana, of course. But yes,
God bless you all. We'll see you Monday. Peace,
