Speaker 1 (00:00):
Welcome to the daily dose of Domitrias, brought to you
by doing them dot com spell d I won one
I on gham dot com in top level. Here is
your host, Luthrus Dmitriax.

Speaker 2 (00:11):
Welcome back, ladies and gentlemen, to your daily dose of Dmitriax.
My name is Luthras Dmitriax, and I'm here to bring
you guys headlines. It's October thirty first one, twenty twenty five, Friday.

(00:32):
Happy Halloween. Everybody looking forward to handing out some candy
to some trick or treaters and then partying all weekend
with all of these single women out here, just trodding
around in their Halloween costumes. Yeah, we love it, don't we, ladies. Anyway,

(01:05):
That's what I'm gonna be doing today. I'm just still
laying low. I'm not trying to solve any problems like
your boy John Dillingham was. I'm just laying low man.
And yeah, anyway, we'll talk about today's interesting facts for

(01:31):
curious minds here by Jordan Moore. Red pant and Press
gave us permission to read These single women and Lapase
Bolivia can drink as much booze as they like, but
married women may only have one drink. Hey see, single

(01:52):
women have all the fun, don't they. This is from
the crazy Loss section Bolivia. All right, guys, check out Bolivia.
If you're a single woman, you can drink as much
as you want, or wear a wedding band around I guess,
and only have one drink. Maybe that's more of a

(02:15):
way of life, you know. Just I don't know where
I'm going with this. Let's just get into the headlines. Guys.
Government shutdown live updates. Istuone rebuffs Trump's call to end
Senate We're gonna just go right into this Senate filibuster.

(02:37):
What to know on day thirty one of government shutdown.
This is from cbsnews dot Com. Stephen Beckett and Katherine
Watson wrote this. Released today one forty six Eastern Time,
pretty much hot off the presses. Updated today. Senate Majority
Leader John Thune's stance on the filibuster remains unchanged. A

(02:58):
spoken spokesman said, despite President Trump's President Trump's call for
the Senate to invoke the nuclear option to end the
government shutdown. In a post on truth Social late Thursday night,
mister Trump said the Senate should do away with the
sixty vote threshold needed to advance most legislation, which would

(03:18):
allow Republicans to fund the government without Democratic votes, but
Ryan Race, a spokesman for Thune, said Friday that Leader
Thune's position on the importance of the legislative philibuster is unchanged.
The South Dakota Republican has vowed to uphold the philibusters,

(03:41):
saying earlier this month that it has been a bulwark
against a lot of really bad things happening to the country.
The Senate adjourned on Thursday for the weekend, although talks
between rank and file members aimed at ending the shutdown
are expected to continue. The supplemental New Frisian Assistance program,
which helps forty two million Americans buy food, to set

(04:03):
to run out of funding on Sunday barring a court order.
Trump says Democrats are hurting their own people with SNAP freeze.
After boarding Air Force one en route to his Marie
Lago estate in Florida, the President told reporters that Democrats
in Congress are hurting their own people by refusing to

(04:25):
vote for a funding extension, claiming most SNAP recipients are Democrats, really,
you know, largely when you talk about SNAP, you're talking
about largely Democrats, so mister Trump said, but I'm a president.
I'm president. I want to help everybody. I want to
help Democrats and Republicans. But when you're talking about SNAP,
if you look, it's largely Democrats. They're hurting their own people.

(04:47):
The voting records of SNAP recipients are tracked and reported
by the federal government, of course, not New Mexico, Louisiana, Oklahoma,
and Oregon have the highest percentage residents who rely on SNAP,
according to the US Department of Agriculture. A reason analysis

(05:07):
by time of data compiled by the Center for Policy
and Budget Priorities found that twenty five of the thirty
states that mister Trump won in twenty twenty four have
higher rates of SNAP participation than the national average. Okay,
I don't know what that proved, other than four people

(05:29):
don't give a shit about who they vote for, and
Trump was wrong saying that they weren't Republican. I don't know, man,
whatever the case, I thought we I thought Virginia had
resolved this problem. I guess it was just for the
state of Virginia. I apologize, be careful, like seriously, stop

(05:53):
spending money. I guess if you rely on food stamps, Bro,
stop spending money you film me. Stop smoking cigarettes, stop
smoking weeds, stop drinking alcohol. Whatever it takes, Bro. You
gotta eat. And if you're relying on those food stamps,
it may or may not happen in your state, depending
on what they're doing. Be safe out there, guys. I

(06:19):
think personally, they're gonna fix this problem before it gets
too bad, or they're just gonna let it run into
the ground. And this is it, guys, this is the
beginning of the end of the world. Stay tuned. We'll
be back Monday to talk about it. STAT benefits must
continue to find shutdown judge tells Trump administration CNBC thirty

(06:42):
eight minutes ago. So we have another update on SNAP.
All right, good key points. A federal judge in Rhode
Island blocked the Trump administration from ceasing to pay SNAP
benefits during the government shutdown. The ruling came a day
before the administration was at to cut off those food

(07:03):
stamp benefits from forty two million Americans. A federal judge,
and we're going to just read this real quick. A
federal judge and Rhode Island on Friday blocked the Trump
administration from ceasing to pay SNAP benefits that help feed
forty two million Americans. The oral ruling by Judge Jack
McConnell came a day before the administration was set to
cut off that food stamp assistance. A Justice Department of

(07:27):
lawyer argued a hearing that the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program
did not exist anymore because there were no congressionally appropriated
funds for it as a result of the shutdown. The lawyer,
Tyler Becker, also argued it was the administration's discretion to

(07:47):
use six million dollars in contingency funds already set aside
by Congress to continue issuing SNAP benefits. There is no
SNAP program, and as a result, the government cannot provide
SNAP benefits, Becker said, But McConnell's told the administration to
use those contingency funds to maintain at least some of
these SNAP benefits that are normally paid. The judge also

(08:08):
said the administration needed to examine whether federal funds would
be available to keep the program operating an absence of
a funding bill by Congress. McConnell's ruling granted a temporary
restraining order to plaintiffs who filed a lawsuit on Thursday,
and US just recorded providence against the Trump administration to
maintain the benefits. The Trump administration is likely to appeal

(08:33):
to order. Today's ruling is a lifeline for millions of family, seniors,
and veterans who depend on SNAP to put food on
the table. The coalition a plaintiffs said in a statement,
it reaffirms a fundamental principle no administration can use hunger
as a political weapon. The coalition said, this victory is
about more than one program. It's about American values of fairness, compassion,

(08:55):
and accountability that hold our democracy together. Then plaintiffs include
a group of cities, charitable and faith based nonprofit groups, unions,
and business organizations. McConnell's ruling came minutes after a federal
judge in Boston, Indira Tailwane, in response to a separate
but similar lawsuit, said that plaintiffs in the case are

(09:19):
likely to succeed on their claim that the administration's suspension
of SNAP benefits is unlawful. Tilwanie said she was still
considering the plaintiff's request for a temporary restraining order to
maintain the benefits, but she also ordered the administration to
tell her by Monday if it would authorize at least

(09:40):
reduce SNAP benefits for November, and if so, their timeline
for determining whether to authorize only SNAP benefits using the
contingency funds or to authorize full SNAP benefits using Baltic
Contingency funds and additional available funds. It also says at

(10:02):
the end to this is breaking news. Refresh for updates.
No not giving you that ad revenue for this shitty article, dude.
I mean, like I said, I think they're gonna figure
something out, though. This is just like you know, it's

(10:25):
just oil on the fire, fuel on the fire. Right.
We already have a huge unemployment problem, we have low wages,
We have people who can't afford to live any already
that do depend on these programs. We don't need more
problems for these people that are already suffering living paycheck
to paycheck. I'm certainly one of them. I don't depend

(10:49):
on SNAP, but I do live paycheck to paycheck. I
don't have lots of money. We're all in this together,
so to speak. And I don't know, man, I have
one hundred and ten pieces of Halloween candy to give
out to the community. Tonight and that's it. Man. That
reminds me I need to print the sign, you know,

(11:10):
sorry out of candy. Please don't curse my house. Let's
move on here. Cashpttel says FBI thwarted alleged terrorist attack
in Michigan. Al Jazero published this, there's something about US

(11:39):
and China after a g Trump summit. I'm not even
I don't even know. It doesn't appear to me making
a lot of headlines.

Speaker 1 (11:49):
But.

Speaker 2 (11:54):
Cashpertel says FBI thwarted an alleged terrorist attack in Michigan. Again,
Algazero dot Com, police and Dearborn, Michigan confirmed FBI operations
have been conducted in the area, without offering details. The
FBI in the United States has announced that it disrupted
an a lleged terarist attack in the northern state of Michigan.
A few details were released about the operation or the
suspects involved, and a social media excuse me a social

(12:18):
media post on Friday, FBI director Cash Hotel pledge to
reveal more information later on this morning. The FBI thriarted
a potential terrorist attack and arrested multiple subjects in Michigan
who were allegedly plotting a violent attack over Halloween weekend.
He wrote, thanks to the men and women of FBI
and law enforcement everywhere standing guard twenty four to seven

(12:39):
and crushing our mission to defend the homeland. Patel did
not specify which part of Michigan the FBI operation took place.
In My bet would be Detroit. I don't know, but
in a separate social media post on Friday, the police
department for the City of Dearborn noted that FBI agents
have been active in this community, I guess, Dearborn, Michigan.

(13:00):
It is unclear whether their presence pertained to the same
operation or a different one. The Dearborn Police Department has
been made aware that the FBI conducted operations any city
of Dearborn. Earlier this morning, the department wrote, we want
to assure our residents that there is no threat to
the community at this time. It just goes on and on.

(13:22):
Anything else, No, all right, whatever, fuck it? Anything else
going on today here. Matt Rife's Laugh Factory show hosts

(13:47):
Sidney Sweeney Scooter bron I think I like Matt Rife.
Maybe yeah, I like Matt Riythe Funny. Matt Rife's sold

(14:10):
out comedy show featured jokes about Sidney Sweeney's topless scenes
in front of Sidney Sweeney and Scooter Braun. This is
from the Hollywood Reporter August or excuse me, October thirtieth. Wow,
So I guess this happened last night or Thursday night?
Wednesday night. In the early moments of a sold out,

(14:33):
standing room only show at the Laugh Factory on Tuesday night,
Matt Riife said something that wasn't quite a disclaimer, but
more a general rule for how to enjoy what turned
out to be a rassius set. Anyone who gets offended
by a joke in a comedy club is a fucking retard.
Even the choice of language seemed intentional as to let

(14:54):
the audience know what to know, to expect, the expect
that a wild night filled with rice brand of comedy
that has propelled them the superstar status with hit Netflix specials,
eleven million Instagram followers, and a rabbit fan base. To
prove it, he even saved the chunk of the show
for crowd work, always the well received trademark of his act.
Perhaps the biggest surprise of the night came when Cindy

(15:16):
Sweeney and Scooter Brown walked in with a group of
friends just before the lines went down to take a
seat in the upstairs VP section. If the new Hollywood
couple was offended by any of the material, they didn't
make it known, even if some of it was personal.
The jokes flying from the stage not only during Rife's
sep but from two openers that also happened to be

(15:36):
his good friends, Jackson McQueen and Eric Griffin Love Eric Griffin,
by the way, covered subjects like broken engagements, new couples,
age gap relationships, to war in Gaza, and the ample
amount of nudity on Euphoria, specifically Sweeney's topless scenes. McQueen,
a stand up who regularly travels with Riife, got the
show going with the warm upset just after ten pm.

(15:58):
He jokingly called the upstairs spot where Sweeney and Bron
were seated the GROUPON section. McQueen set covered a broken
engagement and entering the dating pool as a newly single guy.
As Sweeney and Bron held hands under the table and
sipped on bottles of water. She was fresh from catching
the World Series at Dodger Stadium as the local heroes

(16:18):
lost to the Toronto Blue Jays. McQueen then welcome Griffin
to the stage, who delivered a set that opened with
his thoughts on being a newish parent. He mused on
the unpredictability of toddlers and their wild nature before sharing
an nf W story about helping his wife out with
a tampon. Then he turned his attention to Euphoria, the

(16:40):
critically acclaimed HBO series that landed Sweeney two Emmy nominations
for playing Cassy Howard. While it's unclear if he knew
Sweeney was seated front and centered directly above him, Griffin
mentioned her by name cheveral times and joked about how
her titties were always out on the show. She's at
the pharmacy, and her titties are out, he said, for

(17:01):
no reason. Sweeney doubled over with laughter at the bit,
and so did the members of her group, including Braun,
while many laugh Factory guests swiveled their heads in direction
to gauge her reaction. Griffin definitely knew he was there,
knew she was there by the end of the show, ever,
as he was spointed looking over the shoulders from a
window in the VIP section. Okay, so they like invited

(17:23):
them up. Later, her light hearted reaction. This is the
last paragraph I'm reading of this shit. I promise her
light hearted reaction isn't surprising, as Sweeney has previously said
that the female body is a very powerful thing and

(17:45):
she has no issues with nudy because I'm telling my
character story, so I owe it to them to tell it.
Tell if well, I guess, tell it well, and do
what needs to be done. Less than twenty four hours
after appearing at the Laugh Factors, she showed up to
bright Power of Women events and a sheer Christian Cowan
gown that revealed her breasts. I hope I can aspire

(18:07):
other women to be confident and flaunt what they've got,
because you shouldn't have to apologize or hide in any room,
she said in the Mags cover story. Amen to that.
We will end on that. Let's check out the charts.
Sahchex My continually recommended coin, sending it one point two

(18:29):
since one point two to four cents. Not much movement lately.
Since the big drop the other day was that Wednesday, Tuesday, Wednesday,
we started dropping a little bit. Still holding in there.
It's still sideways, guys. I guess the big drop was

(18:49):
really like the tenth right Friday, the tenth for SA checks. Anyway,
I'm looking at those coin what the fuck, guys? Uh yeah,
big drop was definitely around the tenth as well though
for SAHX, But we didn't go as low as we

(19:11):
went on that day, at least not yet, which was
around one point one six. Since we've got some resistance
around one point two five. Since I think we're gonna
break through. I think this is all, you know, geary,

(19:33):
enough for the beginning of November, which we had a
if you'll remember last year, we had a fantastic beginning
to November. I think this will be no different. Hopefully
not more sideways trading if anything. But yeah, the percentages
I read were correct. That was simply looking at the
wrong chart, by the way. So yeah, sah X is
the biggest mover today five point three percent. XRP two

(19:58):
point five or two and a half dollars three point
three three percent up today, XDCS at five almost six
cents two point one seven, doses at eighteen and a
half cents one point three up. XLM thirty cents one
point two seven up. H BAR is the biggest loser
two percent down today nineteen point two cents. Gold is

(20:23):
just a hair below four grand I Silver Shares Trust
forty four dollars and ten cents. Fifty four percent down today.
Excuse me, point five four percent down today? Anything else
of interest here? Serve Robotics thirteen dollars and fourteen cents.

(20:45):
Had a good spike on the sixteenth round. Eighteen bucks.
We're all right, though, we're chilling at thirteen bucks, right.
That's all I want to talk about today, guys, I
guess you know, without any further ado, I hope you
all have a great holiday today. Be safe out there.

(21:07):
I'm partying this weekend just to check out costumes. Just chilling,
you know, But be safe out there, everybody. Be nice,
have fun, you know, enjoy yourselves, but be nice. It's
a good holiday to have fun, and it's only gonna
get cold and dark from here on out, so enjoy

(21:28):
the social event while you can't. Love all of you.
See y'all next week. M
