We talked about his $50K downswing, the mental grind of poker, and why he believes bankroll management isn’t one-size-fits-all (hot take: you don’t need 100 buy-ins if you have income). Mateos also shared why he started creating poker content to show the emotional side of the game—the wins, the losses, and everything in between.
