Speaker 4 (04:34):
Hi, Hi, So I'm so I'm glad to be here.
Thank you for having me.
Speaker 3 (04:39):
I'm happy you're here too. Let's start off a lot
of people don't understand how rbal medicinals versus allopathic medicine
is different and what it can really do for you.
Can you enlighten us absolutely?
Speaker 4 (04:55):
Well, you know, herbal medicine has been around four centuries.
I mean we're talking about you know, you know, two
thousand years. I mean people have been using herbs to
be medicine. And so when you take an herbal supplement,
or if you take an herb, or you take an
herbal tea, you know there's certain different herbs that access
medicine because it gives your body the tools to be
(05:17):
able to work more efficiently, and so it can be
from plants to herbs, to roots to the bark. You know,
it's been used for you know, like I said, centuries.
You know, there's lots of different traditional Chinese medicine that
has been used in this and they continue to use
it as their medicine, and so they try to use
it first before going into western is medicine. But like
(05:40):
traditional Chinese Chinese medicine, western herbalism are veda. They all
use homopathic remedies to be able to help you and
make your body run more efficient Now, like she says,
we don't diagnose, treat, care prevent, but when you're given
the body the right tools, there's a lot of different
even chronic conditions that can be helped with herbal medicine. Now,
(06:03):
allopathic medicine is you know, westernized, and there's complete benefits
to that as well. It's just something that people go
to very very quickly before trying to do things on
their own to help their body to let whether it's
blood pressure, cholesterol, you know, diabetes. You know, there's some
(06:24):
things that are naturally that you can do as well
as with diet. And I love that you're a health
coach and you're helping so many people with that. You know,
you can grab from this first before then just being
reliant on medications. So allopathic medicine is is Western medicine.
That's you know, medical doctors and and uh surgeries and
(06:46):
and you know different hospitals and and you know which
is needed, especially if you have a life threatening condition.
And so there's you know, benefits to both. But what
happens I see, Debbie, is people rely on allopathic instead
of changing their diet, instead of changing the things is
causing the illness to happen. And so that's why I
(07:09):
love the industry I'm in because, like you said, I
love being a master herbalist and you know, understanding uh,
you know, just like white will of barc for instance, Okay,
white willbarc is a natural anti inflammatory, and so aspirin
is actually made from white wall of barc. So a
(07:29):
lot of the medications that people have actually came from
some medicinal herb. And so when you really get into
it and you understand, you know, there's things that you
can do, you know, on your own that can actually
help you on your journey of wellness. And so, you know,
that's a sort of a quick, you know difference between
(07:50):
the two. But I tend to go to the first
one because you know, knock on one. I haven't had
to take medication since you know, I you know, it
was twenty seven and so, you know, I'm you know,
fifty five now and so and I don't take any medications.
I just take natural herbal supplements and I feel wonderful.
(08:12):
And that's the thing is is, you know, that's another
thing that I want to address, is is a lot
of people will go allopathic, but they still don't feel
very good. You know, they still aren't getting the results
that they want, and so it sort of you know,
causes them to be dependent on that medication instead of
trying to go to the root.
Speaker 3 (08:32):
Cause.
Speaker 4 (08:33):
In traditional Chinese medicine, we look at the root cause,
we look at you know, the different even the environment
that you're in. Stress levels.
Speaker 3 (08:41):
Uh.
Speaker 4 (08:42):
You know, I liked how you talked about, you know,
stress levels and giving your body the more efficient way
to live. And that's you know sort of in West,
I mean, in traditional Chinese medicine, that's what we lean
towards is we try to find the root cause. And
so that's what I hope that you're here for today
and you're going to learn a lot about different things
(09:04):
like that.
Speaker 3 (09:04):
Yeah, you know, I did a presentation yesterday and It's funny.
I was, I was running and I'm like, people are
just too complacent, and that's when it comes to, you know,
utilizing the you know, conventional medicine so to speak. And
I honestly have not been able to handle it. And
I was telling people on the podcast before I would
(09:26):
I would never look at side effects because I don't
want it in my mind. But I ended up with
the side effects anyway, So I was like, Okay, I'm
off of it. So I'm so happy and so grateful
that I found a natural way to correct my problems
because I did really seventy pounds right, and I you know,
I started eating a cleaner diet and I started, you know,
(09:48):
taking supplements and verbals and things I that wud make
me feel better. And even when I broke my foot,
my doctor was really amazed, my podiatress, how fast my
foot was healing. And you know, he did taking that
food off. But my whole point was he's gonna take
it off for four weeks, I really have to take
it off six weeks, and you know, but he he
(10:09):
did that on purpose and because he was he thought
I should need more healing. But he was really amazed
how fast and how fish my body was. And he's
pretty amazed by me in general, because he says, I
have clients your age are like this, You're like up here.
Speaker 4 (10:31):
So well and you know, and and that's the thing
is is is you're a perfect example how things can
bridge together. Okay, so like we don't have to be
an herbal industry and then you have allopathic over here.
It actually was something that you were able to bridge
together because you needed to go. I mean, you injured
your foot. You're not gonna you're not gonna just sit
(10:53):
there at home and and not go get you know,
medical attention for that, okay, but you were able to
bridge also taken natural supplements to innate a faster healing,
faster recovery, giving your body the tools. I mean, I
know you, and I know how amazing you are whenever
it comes to knowing what your body needs. And I
(11:16):
guarantee you probably added more collagen. You probably added more
calcium and magnesium herbals you know, for you know, even
like a different milk thistle and different things. You know,
the white wheel of bark that we were talking about,
you know, it speeds up the healing, and so that's
that's a perfect example.
Speaker 3 (11:36):
Yeah, it really helped. And the doctor's like, why is
your foot?
Speaker 4 (11:40):
I told him.
Speaker 3 (11:41):
He says, oh, okay, anyways, could you explain what adaptogens are?
Speaker 4 (11:49):
Okay? So I am so glad we're talking about this
topic because you guys, it is something that is well,
an adaptogen is well, it helped your body adapt, okay.
And so your body is unique and my body is unique,
and so we adapt differently whenever we have a response,
a healthy response to something, okay, or a bad response
(12:12):
to something. You know, we're all unique individuals. And so
what an adaptogen does is it adapts to what your
body needs, you know. And an adaptagen can be from
plants to herbals, to flowers, to berries, you know, mushrooms.
And you know, mushrooms of course is a hot topic
(12:32):
right now because you see a lot of medicinal mushrooms,
you know, in the mainstream health industry. Okay, And and
there's a lot of Oh my goodness, there's a lot
of great mushrooms that that help with cognitive function memory.
It's adapted to what your body needs, okay. And so
so when you think about an adaptogen, it's going to
(12:54):
promote balance, it supports overall health.
Speaker 3 (12:58):
Uh.
Speaker 4 (12:58):
You know, it goes and does what your body is
requiring it to do. It really helps, uh. And I
love this because in my clients, I deal with a
lot of people that deal with a lot of elevated cortisol,
a lot of stress, and adaptogens lower that stress. Okay.
(13:19):
And so it's just a beautiful you know, uh, ingredient
if you want to call it. But it's just a
beautiful vessel to help people, you know, support a healthy life.
I mean, it really is that big. And of course
it's really powerful right now, you know. And so I'm
excited to talk about this topic. Yeah.
Speaker 3 (13:39):
I just love the way they adapt to what you need.
So that's really important because everybody has their own print
of health. Now, now you mentioned a whole bunch of
different type of attention adapigens, so verbal adaptogens, but there's
also mushrooms. So can you go into a little bit
more detail.
Speaker 4 (13:56):
On that, Yes, And I'll talk about the top ones,
because there is I mean, you know, uh, you know,
the top of the line and and and where you
know a person can get. So let's just talk about
the herbal and the flowers first and then we'll talk
about the treasureoms if that's okay. Okay, So some of
the herbals like Ashua Gowanda, Okay, that is a super adaptogen.
(14:17):
I mean it reduces stress and anxiety, improves energy levels,
boost immune function, supports adrenal health. Like I said, I
deal with a lot of people that have exhausted adrenals
and they have elevated corsol. I deal with a lot
of people trying to balance their hormones. And you know,
this is a wonderful you know adaptogen. Then you got
(14:39):
the rodeola. The rodiola is is you know, it's amazing,
and it helps with your physical stamina, your physical endurance. Okay.
So it gives you that that feeling of it's hard
to describe it because it's just like that the energy
inside that your body's needing. So like you know people
(15:00):
that uh you know are not sleeping well, people that
have low energy, This is going to increase that stamina.
It's just a more of an alertness. You know, it
helps to produce fatigue, boost mood, and improves cognitive function
and of course combats that stress. And that's why I
really love adaptogens.
Speaker 3 (15:18):
And then too, excuse me, running and athletes as well.
Speaker 4 (15:22):
Absolutely absolutely increases the stamina so increases it's almost like
it's not a blood purifier, but it's not a product
that increases oxygen, but it increases that that fighting those
free radicals you know that's in the bloodstream, you know,
to reduce such stress, so then you can have more
of a more an efficient run. I sort of like that.
(15:44):
We're tagging that that word today because it does it
helps you, you know, be more efficient. Both of the
gen sings the Luther root, you know, holy basal gen seing.
Those are some others, the Sheazanda berry, like I said,
there's some berries. It's also is you know in that
improves endurance as well. And so a lot of people
(16:04):
just like you, you know, you're a runner and you know,
and blessings to you. I mean I always do, uh,
you know, my adaptogens early, okay, because you do get
that focus and that because you don't want to take
them late in the day. Because you're wanting to wind down,
you know, and so always remember that when you're taking adaptogens.
(16:24):
Maccaret you know, is another one, uh, both of the genzings.
Like I said, Holy basil, that's also a beautiful It
supports immune function. And that's another thing with adaptogens is
is it really helps to boost your immune system. So
you're you're thinking about your brain, you're thinking about your
energy levels, your your performance, and then also your immune system.
(16:46):
And you know you're getting you know, tremendous you know,
amounts of that. And that's more of the herbals and
the berries and uh you know the holy basil, you know,
the different plants. Mushrooms is on a different front cloud, okay,
it is. I mean it is the fun guy the mushrooms,
you guys. I wish you know when I think about
(17:09):
all the different types, when we start looking at while
why they are called what they're called, like you know,
the Turkey tale, I mean it looks, you know, similar
to a tail on a tree, and you know, and
these different fun guy is you know amazing and this
has been around for you know, centuries. People have been
(17:30):
using this for medicine, you know, back to the herbal medicine,
you know, the different mushrooms. I mean, there's so much,
you know benefit. I have a a an encyclopedia book
that I have in my my library and this mushroom book.
You know, they were writing about mushrooms. You know, this
was you know, back of the nineteen hundreds of this
(17:50):
book that I have. And it's just so cool because
you guys, we could take what God gave us, you know,
and and turn it into something beneficial for us and
so and you can't get that from a chemical drug.
You can get that from nature. And so that's where
the adaptogen mushrooms. But rishi is one of the number
one top of the mushrooms. It calms the nervous system.
(18:12):
It's also called the mushroom of immortality. Supports immune modulation,
promotes RESTful sleep, produces anxiety. Lines mean, it is promotes
promotes nerve regeneration, and so people that have nerve issues,
and you know, we have a lot of people that
have bad circulation, neuropathy, different things like that. Can you
(18:34):
imagine it's it's regenerating that nerves, you know, So you
know that's lines me reduces symptoms of anxiety and depression,
enhances the gut brain axis. Okay, so now we're talking
more you know, towards the brain, but the diet. You know,
your your gut is your you know, you know, your
second brain. And so but Chaga Chaga is a very
(18:54):
popular one that you see all over Amazon in the
natural world, and it is a fantastic mushroom. It's an
antioxide of protectica and cellular damage, supports immune function, reduces inflammation,
but also can help with blood sugar and cholesterol levels.
And so you know, so it's just super And like
I said, the cordyceps, turkey tail, a, takie shataki. You know,
(19:19):
these are all you know, fantastic, amazing mushrooms that that
we can grab from as an adaptogen. And like I said,
adaptagens do something different, and each one of them have
their own, uh you know, specialty about them, Okay, And
so like I don't think that you're just going to
take one adaptagen and it's gonna, you know, help all
(19:40):
of the things that I just talked about. Each one
of them is specific to certain other ones. Just like
you knew, you know, you know about you know, the endurance,
and so you make sure that you get that adaptagen okay.
And then you know somebody that has a low immune system,
they need more the immuno uh, you know, mushrooms that's
going to really help with that, and then also with
(20:02):
the brain help and so you know, they just do
so many different things. And you guys, adaptogens is is uh,
it's it's on an island on its own, okay, because
we're not talking about nutrients, we're not talking about vitamins
and minerals. We're talking about things that actually helps benefit
to help your body to go into more efficient I
(20:24):
love that word that you use, Debbie, thank you. I'm
gonna want okay, but we need that to help us
be more efficient, because then it just lets everything else,
you know, go into place. You know, herbal medicine helps
all the biological processes and so whenever you're feeding the
body with these, then then your body goes to it
(20:45):
adapts to whatever your body's needing, which is incredible.
Speaker 3 (20:48):
Yeah, and you know these are safe or there's safe
ways to do.
Speaker 4 (20:53):
It, right, Oh? Absolutely absolutely?
Speaker 3 (20:56):
What would you recommend?
Speaker 4 (20:57):
Okay? So I will say this, Okay, unless you know
how to harvest mushrooms, I don't suggest that you go
into the forest or go in somebody's backyard and start
harvesting their mushrooms. Do not do that, okay, because there
is out there. Okay, So there is you know, segways,
and there's also safe uh you know amounts okay. And
(21:20):
and so I'm glad that you brought that up because
before we get into you know, where you can get this.
But you know, sometimes you know, when a person thinks
that they need a lot of one thing, it may
not be as good for their body. Okay. And so
a lot of people that are power lifters, they looked
at adaptogens and they like, Okay, if the normal person
(21:41):
can take this much ashagawanda, then I can take you know,
ten times it. You really don't want to, you know,
pull your body like that. You want to take uh
you know recommended. So uh so you can get it
from foods of course. You know. I love going to
market and getting different mushrooms. You can cook with them,
you know, so you can make different different herbal teas. Uh.
(22:04):
You know, you got the Holy Basil and you get
you know, so you can go to a health food
store and help to incorporate into your diet. Okay, that's
one way the easiest way is through supplementation. And I
love being in the industry that we're in, and I
love being a master formulator and because I have formulated
some some wonderful products, and Debbie can help you get
(22:27):
to that. But I'm going to tell you a few
products if you don't mind, can I can I show
a few? Okay? So this is an energy product. Okay.
It's called state in Address plus and it has the
Alutherro route, and it has two different types of gen
cing okay, and so gen sing is a and and
it just gives you that focus. And so when people
(22:48):
take an adapt to gen okay, some people may get
really good energy, but others may just get that focus
that they were needing, you know, because it's adapted to them.
And it never causes you to energy to you know,
jack you up and then drop you down as fast
as it, you know, took you up.
Speaker 3 (23:04):
Okay, bounce off the walls.
Speaker 4 (23:07):
It's not.
Speaker 3 (23:07):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (23:07):
And for any of you guys that are listening that
are drinking the monsters and the red bulls and and
please let's have a conversation because this could help you
to eliminate the chemicals that you're put in your body
and the things. You know, there's just so many different
chemicals and processing that those go in. And I see
a lot of young people doing that. And if you
(23:29):
can get it from a natural source and adaptogens is
where it's where it's at. Another product I love, Okay.
You know, we talked about the rodeola and the Susander
berry and and this product. I didn't formulate this product,
but I helped reformulate it where it tastes really good.
I mean, it's just just pretty amazing. But it has
(23:52):
the rodeola and it's yes, oh my gosh, I just
even like to smell it, just it's so good. It's
called brain candy. Okay. But Rodiola is one of the
top adaptogens whenever it comes to herbs and plants, and
so you're getting one of the top ones in here now.
It also has you know, rosver tall and other things
(24:15):
that uh that work as uh you know for brain health.
It crosses the blood brain barrier, which is you know,
crucial whenever you're needing the extra boost. And I do
this every morning. I just absolutely love it. It's a
fantastic product. You know, you were talking about endurance. This
also helps with that endurance okay, and so.
Speaker 3 (24:37):
And then I do stay cool in the summer.
Speaker 4 (24:40):
Yes, oh my gosh, yeah, you could do so many things.
And it's just it's just really good. And it has
it has good sources of vitamins in there too that
that's really good for the brain health. And then I
got this amazing oh yes, oh my god. Now talk
about being addicted to something. Okay, this this has ten
(25:04):
different mushrooms. Okay, most people they're they're they got five,
you know, maybe, and and we have upper to ten.
And they actually put the creamer in with it. And
it's called a three and one. Now it does have
raw cane sugar, but a very small amount, okay. And
so it's something that your body can burn and get
(25:25):
rid of. Okay, you don't want to do any artificial
sweeteners or you know, you need to stay away from sugar.
You know, sugar is the most harmful thing that you
can put in your body, whenever it comes in refined sugar,
refined sugars.
Speaker 3 (25:39):
Yes.
Speaker 4 (25:40):
And and and with that being said, because a lot
of people, I mean, they use it in their coffee.
They they you know, baking cakes and all that. You guys,
they are now coming out with studies that that sugar
is actually the culprit to heart disease, and that is
not the problem of heart I mean, it is the
problem art disease. Cholesterol is not. Okay, you're going to
(26:03):
start seeing that in the news, that sugar is the
reason why people are having issues with their you know,
their cholesterol and all those kind of things.
Speaker 3 (26:11):
And so I just don't remind that we're talking about
processed sugar, you know, you know, not raw sugar.
Speaker 4 (26:19):
It's not raw sugar. Yes, it's processed sugar. It's that
white stuff that yeah, that cane sugar that you know,
and so this is raw sugar. And so this is
something but your body can burn it, and you know,
you also have to because a lot of people will
use artificial sweeteners and that's not as good for you
either if your body is not able to get rid
(26:40):
of it. So I always do either stevia, which is
not a sugar, it's it's a it's a it's it's
a sweetener, but it's not considered a sugar. And but
and then or the raw sugar. But anyway, let's get
back to this. Okay, adaptogens. This is absolutely completely full, uh,
you know, ten different mushrooms that are absolutely incredible. And
(27:00):
it has the creamer in it. Okay, but if you
don't use cream in your coffee, we also have one
that that does not. Okay, and so but adaptogens you
just feel better. I mean it is. So have you
tried it, Debbie, have you tried it yet?
Speaker 3 (27:15):
The original one without the creamer in it. I just
recently got a sample of this one with the creamer,
and I assume it's collagen they put in there as
the creamer.
Speaker 4 (27:23):
All right, it is it is actually uh here, non
dairy creamer is what it is.
Speaker 3 (27:31):
Yeah, so I think it might be collagen. Yeah, but
you know I do like the collagen products, so I do.
Speaker 4 (27:40):
Oh my goodness. And you know, here's the thing, you guys,
is you know you can get just just be aware
what adaptogens are. Okay, Then when you go to the
grocery store and you see you know, certain meashrooms, you know,
throw them into your sturf, right, you know, just do
things that are going to help you give your body
(28:01):
the best defense. And you know adaptogens do that. It
promotes wellness and promotes you know, well being, and adaptogens,
you know, if you're feeling a little foggy or if
you're stressed. Like I said, I deal with a lot
of clients that that have a hard time with cortisol. Uh,
and so you know, adaptogens can help with that. I mean,
(28:22):
it just really helps to reduce and when you reduce
your cortisol, Okay, cortisols necessary, but when you reduce it,
you're also reducing spikes and blood sugar. You're also reducing inflammation.
And so think about you know, adaptogens is just you know,
something that is in our wheelhouse that we get to
(28:43):
use to have our bodies work more efficiently.
Speaker 3 (28:47):
And I love the way that you've already kind of
told people how to incorporate some of these herbals and
adaptations in your diet. Is there anything else that you
want to add to that.
Speaker 4 (28:56):
Well, you know, you can't out supplement a bad diet.
And so thankful that you're on a crusade, Debbie, to
help people with dietary changes. And you guys, if we
had an easy button, we would just push it, but
there's not one. You have to do things though it's
not but you have to do things. You know environmentally,
You've got to think about, you know, what you're putting
(29:18):
in your life that could actually be causing, you know,
problems with your health. You've got to think about what
you're feeding your body. You know, is it good for
you or is it something that you should not be
feeding your body, especially the chemicals process food, different things
like that, and then you have to supplement you guys,
we can't get it. We can't get it. You know,
(29:39):
the nutrients are just not there. You know, I think
about and I'll just end with this, but uh, for
all you listening on here today, I mean, especially if
you're well, even if you're a grandma or but even
your young mothers. You know, your children are the most
at risk because when deb and I were growing up,
(30:01):
we still had real food, okay, and so you know
the kids nowadays, I mean we're not even though the
food says fortified in this and fortified in that, you guys,
it's not natural and so they're not getting those building blocks.
And so make sure that you're on a good which
Debbie can help you get on these ninety central nutrients
that we talk about quite a bit. But you know, adaptogens,
(30:24):
you know they are going to this renew iq you
guys for children, especially, uh, you know that have you know, disabilities,
you know, staying focused. When I say disabilities, it doesn't
even have to be a diagnosis of anything, but you know,
helping them with their schoolwork because it's adapting. You know,
it's helping their brain function better, and it's all natural
(30:46):
and it's beautiful. Try. I always, like I said, knock
on wood, I have. You know, I haven't taken any
drugs because at age twenty seven, I had to have
a complete hysterectomy. But since then, I have dedicated my
you know, my whole adult life to stay natural and
and stay away from uh things that could uh carm
(31:09):
my body. But I had to put in the good.
You know, you can't just stay away from things and
think that you're just gonna sit on the couch and
everything's gonna be fine. You have to put in the good.
You got to put in the work. You know. Debbie
is running. I love her for that. I probably will
never become a runner. I don't have the uh. I
love to walk, you guys, I walk one to you know,
(31:31):
sometimes two hours a day because it's just something for
me that works really well.
Speaker 3 (31:36):
You know why I do it because I was told
I'll never run my whole entire life.
Speaker 4 (31:40):
So it was like, I can run what you' and
that's wonderful and you know, and that's that's what people
need to think about. If you're if you're listening to
us today, what have you been told that you couldn't do?
You know? Because you can, you guys, you can get well.
You can find the right source in the right right
(32:00):
you know, ability to be able to get well. I mean,
you know, there's Debbie works with a lot of you know,
different people that have different modalities that could help you.
And and so you know, no more saying you can't.
Let's start saying that we can. And I really believe that,
you know, Debbie is a prime example of how you
(32:23):
can you know, change your life and and she's helping
people change their lives. Thank you.
Speaker 3 (32:29):
You know. One thing I want to point out because
people think, oh, mushroom coffee, it tastes awful. No, this
mushroom coffee doesn't taste awful. I'm a person that cannot
drink coffee and I'm not a coffee fan because I
get the jitters from it. But this coffee doesn't give
me the jitters and it tastes good. It's just not
you know, coffee obviously already did a number to me,
(32:50):
so it's not my favorite thing, but that renew iq
tastes really good. And so you always find something that
you like. And these these mushrooms aren't a lot of
different products that I that I offer as well.
Speaker 4 (33:04):
So you know, you know, if a person doesn't want
to drink, they don't want any coffee. We have supplements
you guys, that have these adaptogens in it, and so
there's always.
Speaker 3 (33:14):
A way at urbal tensures too. Yeah, you can do
it and you can put it on your skin or
you can take it in. Now, let's get this last
question in. Now. If someone's thinking, oh, I want to
go natural, what were the first first steps to be
to do that?
Speaker 4 (33:33):
The first steps to do is you got to clean
out your not your closet, but you've got to clean
out your kitchen. Okay, you got to get rid of
anything that's processed. I mean that is the first step,
because like I said, you can't out supplement a bad diet.
That's the number one thing to do. Get educated on labels,
you know, understanding what isn't natural? Okay, understanding uh, you
(33:55):
know what to eat organic versus you know, some things
you can get by with that are don't have to
be organic, and we call it the Dirty dozen. Okay,
Like strawberries is on the Dirty dozen. You always need
to eat strawberries organically, okay. So diet wise, you clean
out your pantry, you get healthy foods, and we can
help you. We don't have a long enough show to
(34:17):
tell you, but Debbie can walk you through you know,
grass fed beef to you know, life without hormones. I
mean you know because that you know, our food industry,
they want you to be addicted to the food, okay,
and so they put so many chemicals in to make
it taste good. Okay. That's the reason why you get
(34:38):
addicted to a donut or different things like that. It's
because they also put the chemicals in with the sugar.
When you start going natural, and you guys, you might
go through and if you decided to do even like
the keto, Debbie can help you through that. You're going
to go through a period of not feeling good. I
mean you know for you know, you know it might
(34:59):
be a week. Uh, you know, if you were addicted
to the energy drinks, you know we're going to help
you do. Either the mushroom coffee or to do a
natural energy, but you may still experience, you know, some healing,
you know, side effects like you know, maybe some headaches
or maybe some excessive bell or different things. Okay, because
(35:21):
you guys, when you go natural and when you start
feeding your body the proper things, oh my goodness, it's
like night and day, you're going to feel so good.
So you need to understand diet is critical. Okay. The
second thing is you've got to get out in nature.
You know, Debbie gets to run on the beach. You know,
she's an area that you know, I could just imagine
(35:42):
hearing those waves. I mean, I'm I'm went her on that.
I mean, I'm like, but you know, she's out in nature.
She's getting that good oxygen. I love to walk in
the woods and I like to walk on the walking trails,
and so that's a different thing, and I'm consistent. I
do it every single day. That's part of your natural
way of doing things. The second thing is, I mean,
(36:04):
the third thing is you've got to find the right supplements.
You've got to be able to supplement naturally. Okay, and
not all supplements are created equal, So get off Amazon,
don't do it. Get with Debbie, because you have to.
You have to take things that are going to give
your body the best defense and have it work efficiently.
(36:25):
And the fourth thing is you got to do things
that bring joy to your life. Okay, you know, because
emotionally and spiritually can can hold you down from your
your body being able to work more efficiently. And so
even finding breathing exercises, or understand the benefits of rebounding,
(36:47):
or understand the benefits of grounding. You know, maybe you
live where there's a lot of power lines above you,
maybe that's holding you down. You need to get and
do things energetically that's going to help you. And so
so that's what I would leave you with. If you guys,
going natural okay is easy. Okay, I will say that,
because you're going to get past that first week and
(37:08):
it's going to feel so good and you're going to
be really you know, setting yourself up to be healthy
the rest of your life.
Speaker 3 (37:15):
Yeah, it's not that hard, but some people need to
take baby stuff sometimes and that's what I'm here to
guide you through that. So now, why are you offering
my audience today?
Speaker 4 (37:26):
