But one time they gave their life to Jesus and
the blood covered their sins and they're there. And the
Bible says, we will be known as we are known.
Tara Clarah forgot oh, Junior Church, go Junior Church. Get
these kids. The Bible says, we will be known as

(00:22):
we are known. And I just think those of mine
that knew Jesus, I'm going to know him. And I
got excited just just studying what I just Tarah said, Heaven, Mom,
do something about heaven, And my goodness, I couldn't wait.
I know a story, a true story that two people

(00:42):
lived here and then a person lived right over here
beside them, and these people over here never had any kids,
and they were getting kind of up and age Jerry,
kind of like me and you probably and right here,
and then over here these young people had a new
little baby and had about a six year old little child.

(01:04):
And over here with the older people, the man passed away,
and the mother over here told the little girl, you
don't go over there for a few days because there's grief.
There's some bad things going on over there. They're going
through a bad time. So the mother got busy in
the kitchen and she turned around and Alice, the little

(01:27):
girl was gone. She was just five, and she knew
exactly where she went. She had gone to the neighbors,
and so she waited for her to come home. And
she come in and she said, didn't I tell you
they are grieving over there. There is a sat. You
got to stay away from there. What did you do

(01:48):
over there? And she said, Mommy, I crawled up on
her lap. And when she cried, I cried, And Mommy,
when she grinned, I just grinned too. And then Mommy,
I just hugged her. I just hugged her. I'm not

(02:10):
sure the way we're supposed to act when we lose
our loved ones. I'm not sure of what words we
are supposed to say. And sometimes the herd is so
deep that you can hardly just get through the days
that are there. But I know one thing. It doesn't

(02:30):
take words to love somebody. It doesn't take words to
say I care about what you're going through. It doesn't
take words. It just takes a love for each other.
Brad did he go out? He left because I was preaching.
Probably oh over here, I said to him. I was
talking to Shirley today, and I said to Brad something

(02:52):
about a leaky heart that the doctors think I have.
And Brad said, I know why it's leaking. And I thought, oh, Brad,
you know I know why it's leacoln. He said, You're
leaking love all over the place and it's getting out. Boy,
I hope that's true. I hope that's true. John the Revelator,

(03:14):
John was Jesus said in the Book of John. It
was deity. He talked about Jesus being deity. He talked
about he was an eyewitness. He was with Jesus when
he saw him being baptized, when the when the when
John the Baptist said, here he comes, the lamb of
God will take away the sins of the world. John

(03:35):
was there. John was there, and the when the miracles happened.
He wrote seven of them in the Book of John.
He wrote seven times, I am I am, I'm the
great I am. John was so sure of who Jesus was.
He that day in the upper room, Jesus began to
tell them after this journey that they had gone on.

(03:58):
Jesus began to tell tell them that he was going
to suffer and he was going to die. And in
that upper room. John laid over on Jesus. He was
the youngest of the disciples, and I could see him
doing that. You know, our Zach's are youngest. And he

(04:18):
still gives me a kiss. And if he quits, you're
in trouble, buddy. He just leaned over and he said,
I When he referred to himself, John said, I'm the
disciple that Jesus loved. Remind me of my mom. My
dad loved us. He went to work, he provided for us,

(04:40):
he bought things. My dad loved us. But my mom
told us and she would interpret what my dad meant,
which really helped because but I never had any doubt
that my mom loved me, never any doubt. I've never

(05:02):
had any doubt that Jesus loved me because Mom told
me Jesus did, and I knew she wouldn't tell me
something that was wrong. In that room. In the upper room,
Judas betrayed Jesus. He said, if you dip the bread,
it'll be him. Peter said, tell us who it is,
and it said. Judas left. He had walked with Jesus.

(05:27):
He looked like a church person. He acted like a
church person, but there was something missing. Church people in
his life because he betrayed him. Jesus said, over and
over this I will you will understand, but may have
to happen before you understand it. You ever been there,

(05:50):
it may have to happen before you thoroughly understand it.
John fourteen two said this, in my father's house are
many mansions. That's an s all these people. Jesus had

(06:12):
room for them, if they were prepared. There's mansions. Somebody said, oh, pastor,
I just think that's a room. If God had just
give me a room somewhere. No, the Bible says a mansion.
Maybe the room will look like a mansion. I don't
know what a mansion looks like. But God said, there's mansions,

(06:34):
and there's enough for me and you and all those
that we love. If it were not so, Jesus was
in the upper room. He was getting ready to go
to the cross, he was getting ready to suffer, he
was getting ready to die. He said, if it were
not so, I would have told you. And then he said,
I go to prepare a place for you. We are

(06:58):
not falling into heaven looking for a room. We are
not going to have to check it over to see
if it's clean. I mean, we used to do that.
We don't do it much anymore. We are going to
have a room that's already prepared for us. I believe

(07:18):
it's going to have my name on it. I believe.
I just had a funeral and they called me in
the funeral and the place that I read, I was
called Reverend Carol and Frye Richer. I just love that.
I've been a Richer for sixty years, almost, Tam said.

(07:40):
And there they put my maiden name in, and then
they put my little girl name in, Carol Anne. That's
why my daddy always called me. And I just loved it.
And I don't know if Mom knew, but I bet
she looked down because she said, Carol, you should have
kept your fry name with your Reritcher name. And she just,
you know, just that was my mama. Maybe you don't understand,

(08:06):
but in my father's house are many mansions. If it
were not told to tell so, Carol, I would have
told you. And he said, Carol, I've got a place
up there for you, a place for me, a place
that he's prepared for us, for us, that are prepared

(08:31):
for us, that are prepared. You know, it's personal it's
direct fourteen. Let's do all three of those. Let not
your heart be troubled. He's talking about your heart. Your heart,

(08:55):
not your head. Your heart. And you that believeth in God,
not about God. You that believe in God. Not I
heard about God. Not I went to church. Not I
heard at one time in Sunday School. You that believe
in God. And if I believe in something, it changes me.

(09:20):
If you believe in God, you will be changed until
you meeting face to face, God changes me every day.
You that believe in God, believe also in me. And
then go down to verse three. If you will, and
if I go to prepare a place for you, I
will come again. That's a promise. God says I will

(09:44):
come again. You either believe that or you believe something else.
And I believe this with all my heart. I will
come again and receive you into myself. And where I am,
Jesus said this, where I am, you will be also.

(10:06):
We just come out of a good revival down in
southern Ohio. We pulled our camper down, and I'll tell
you it was a shouting hold of the Lord and
me and Jerry couldn't hardly sit on our seats, and
I tell you I just got a hold of that.
Receive you to myself where I am, and there you

(10:26):
will be also. And when that preacher began to get excited,
he was an older man like me and Jerry, and
he would go they'd get to singing and he'd get
his arms going like this, And I said, oh, Jerry,
I want to do that sometime. I just want to
do that. Sometime. We can get excited everywhere, we can

(10:48):
get yell and stand up and be so bold and
so brassy anywhere we go. But if we just let loose,
for Jesus, it's a sin. Oh my goodness, Oh my god, goodness,
what do you think is going to happen? Well, Jerry,
and I said on the front row, and let me
tell you it began to happen. And when it happened
to them, it happened to me. I'm just I'm not

(11:11):
a bit sorry. All it was he said, is that
in the Bible. Do you think you ought to do that?
I just think we ought to get excited about a
God that's got a place prepared for me and you,
and a place that called a mansion, and those that
have gone before us, that have loved. The Lord will
be there and we'll get to see them. I think

(11:33):
we ought to get excited. I think, come on, come on,
you Nazarenes, get a hold of it. Get a hold
of it. If it were not so, he said, believe
with your heart. Believe there will be a mansion, a
prepared place, and you will until the day when you're meeting.

(11:56):
Then I turned my Bible over to First Thessalonians, chapter four,
Verse Thessalonians, chapter four. There I had my mom. I
had just I helped preach my mom's funeral because my
brother said that if we wouldn't preach it and we've

(12:18):
all went to heaven, she'd come back and harness. So
we preached it. And so when I didn't know it
was there, not in this Bible. I have different Bibles.
And you think I got excited. In the last one,
verse sixteen said the Lord himself will descend from heaven,

(12:46):
will shout, oh, oh, oh, I'm sorry, No, I'm going
to get to hear it. If you're hard here and
you're going to get here it, jerk that thing out
of your and let God say it, said with a shout,
And the Lord himself will descend from the heavens. Do

(13:09):
you believe it? Or are you just playing church? Do
you believe it? When you get cherry andized age, you'll
start to get serious about what you have. I can
tell you that for the Lord himself will descend from
heaven with a shout, and there'll be a voice of
an archangel, a voice that I will hear, and I

(13:30):
won't have to listen. I won't have to be careful
to hear in the trumpet of God. And the dead
in Christ will rise first. Tammy, you know what I thought.
Grandma Jude's gonna go up first. Oh, I hope I'm
out there. Annabelle, don't you hope you're there? Oh? My,

(13:51):
I hope I'm standing right here. Because the Bible says,
then do that next verse, do that next one seventeen.
Then those who are alive that's me and you, that's
me and you, will remain and be caught together with
them in the with them, with my mama. I'll get
to go up with my mama. She'll go right ahead

(14:11):
of me, but I'll come right up right here behind her,
because the Bible says we'll be caught up together with
them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. Okay,
just set here if you want to. But I'm telling you,
I'm telling you that excites me and those of you

(14:32):
that's already lost a spouse, those of you that's already
has someone that's so dear and near to your soul.
I think there's days once in a while, and Mom's
been going a long time that I just would like
to see her again. I'd just like to hugger again.
I just like to say, Mom, most of what I
am today is because what you were in my life.

(14:55):
That excites me. That we will get to see. We
will get to see he said, talk, and thus we
shall always be with the Lord. That's a promise. That's
a promise. The dead in Christ will go first, and
then those of us in our life will go, and
then somewhere we're gonna meet up here together. You read

(15:16):
it out of your Bible. We're gonna meet up here
together and meet the Lord and live with him forever
and forever and forever. That's a long time. That's a
really long time caught up in the clouds. You know

(15:37):
that that means rapture. Have you ever heard anybody say, well,
you don't read rapture in the Bible, because it's not there.
Well in the Latin caught up means rapture. Rapture first Thessalonians,
and that's what it said, it will open. There was
a little old lady on an airplane and she had

(16:06):
a big pocketbook, and there was a man with a
three piece suit and expensive watch, and he had a
briefcase and it was leather. And they come out there
on the trail, and over the loudspeaker said, we will
be detained for maybe twenty or thirty minutes. We're so

(16:32):
sorry that we have taken up more of your time. Well,
the guy that was the businessman, I'll tell you, he
twisted and turned and he thought, what in the world,
I can't have this delay. He looked at his watch.
The little old lady that was probably about my age,

(16:57):
got in her pocketbook. It was a big pocketbook, Tara,
and she got out her little testament and she opened
it up, wasn't a bit nervous, and just begin to

(17:18):
read to herself. The man said, do you believe what's
in there? Oh? She said, yes, sir, I do. He said,
do you believe all of it? Oh, sir, I believe
every page, every page, He said, do you believe that

(17:44):
about Jonah? You know that guy the big whale bag,
great big fish went and swallowed him up and he
was in the belly for three days. He said, you
don't believe that, do you? She said, yes, sir, I
believe that. He said, how would that happen? She said,
I don't know, and he said. She said, when I

(18:08):
get to heaven, I'll ask him about it. And this
guy with his suit in his expensive bag, he said,
what if Joan isn't in heaven? She said, then you
ask him. I'm on my way to heaven and it's

(18:31):
getting sweeter every day. And if you don't like me
getting excited, you tell these two preachers not to get
me up here no more, because I'm closer to heaven
than I have ever been. And when I read about
my loved ones, I can meet him in the air
if I'm alive, because they'll go up first. When I

(18:52):
read there was a prepared body for a prepared people.
When I read where we would be known as we
are known, I believe every bit of it, every bit
of it. And you're taking a chance if you don't.
