Sabine Herlitschka ist Vorstandsvorsitzende bei Infineon Austria. Sie hat ihre Ausbildung als Biotechnologin an der Universität für Bodenkultur absolviert und hat sich mit dem Beginn ihrer Karriere auf internationale Forschungs- und Technologiekooperationen und -finanzierung spezialisiert. Sie ist seit 2011 bei Infineon, wo sie seit 2012 als Chief Technical Officer war bevor sie 2014 CEO wurde. Darüber hinaus bekleidet Sabine Herlitschka eine Reihe von Funktionen. Sie ist Vizepräsidentin der österreichischen Industriellenvereinigung, Vorsitzende des Beirats für das Austrian Supply Chain Intelligence Institut und Vizepräsidentin des Europäischen Forum Alpbach.
