Louise Hénault-Éthier est biologiste, professeure associée à l’Institut national de la recherche scientifique et directrice du Centre Eau Terre Environnement, à Québec. Longtemps cheffe de projet scientifique pour la fondation David Suzuki, elle a réalisé son doctorat sur l’efficacité des bandes riveraines à limiter le ruissellement de la pollution d’origine agricole, tel que les herbicides à base de glyphosate. Co-écrivaine du livre «Demain le Québec», et grande passionnée d’insectes, elle a un don pour la vulgarisation, notamment dans son domaine de prédilection: l’écologie. Louise est aussi directrice de TriCycle, est une ferme montréalaise d’élevage d’insectes comestibles.
