Speaker 2 (02:00):
It's nice to be back with you after so much time.

Speaker 1 (02:04):
Absolutely, in fact, the last time you were on was
July twenty nineteen, which is way too long ago. We're
not going to let that happen again. Please begin by
sharing with our listeners your path and how it evolved
into your calling as a past life regressionist and studying
the nature of the soul.

Speaker 2 (02:23):
Okay, all right, well let's see if I can make
this not too long of a story. So the story basically, Victor,
is that in nineteen ninety three, I was a psychologist
in general private practice, doing what people would imagine general
private practitioner, practitioner counselors and psychologists do, working with people

(02:48):
with all types of issues and concerns in their life.
I had always had a strong interest in death, dying
in grief work. Prior to ninety three. I thought I
knew why, but I really discovered I didn't know why.
So what happened in nineteen ninety three, actually almost exactly

(03:08):
thirty one years ago, my original psychologist colleague, a friend
and colleague that he was. He passed from a type
of lung cancer at the age of thirty two, and
when he passed, within a day or two, I began
to have spiritual experiences that I had never certainly consciously

(03:35):
had before. What happened was I began to sense him
commuting hating from the other side. That was totally new
to me, and I knew, you know, just a minor
amount of what is reincarnation, and I didn't know if
I believed in past lives back then. I sensed that

(03:55):
he began to show me scenes in my mind's eye
of past life we had shared. So the left brain
part of me thought, well, this is kind of weird
and what's going on and how does this work? But
the right brain part of me was quite fascinated. So
I decided I needed to explain what was happening for

(04:18):
me to my husband, who is still my husband. My
husband and I have always been pretty liberal politically socially,
but strangely enough, we had never spoken about soul or
reincarnation or anything like that. So my husband sat down
and I began to explain what was happening. And my

(04:42):
husband looked at me with this really calm expression on
his face, and so I said, I guess you don't
think this is weird? Is that right? And he looked
back at me and said no, I really don't. My
husband's not a psychologist, he's a retired university professor, and
so he said, no, I don't think it's strange. And

(05:04):
so I said, kind of quizzically, I said why not,
And basically he said, well, I realized today that you're
asking me this question. He said, now I remember, but
I guess I had just repressed it. He said, now,
I remember that when I was a boy growing up,

(05:27):
maybe about age ten, he said, in my own private
time and space outside, I'd go outside, I'd lay on
the ground, I'd watch the clouds move in the sky.
And basically, he said, I began to remember in a
fair amount of detail. I began to remember my past lives.
And he said, somehow I knew they were my lives.

(05:50):
I believed what was coming to me in my sort
of intuitive memory. And he said, but then I just
took it all away because nobody in my world ever
talked about that, and basically this was sort of like
thirty some odd years later. He said, only now do

(06:10):
I remember that that happened. So that was, you know, Victor,
that was validation for me. You know. My husband said,
if you want to learn more about this or do something,
you know, do some research or whatever you choose to do.
He said, you know, go for it. I support you.
So that was the beginning in April of nineteen ninety three.

Speaker 1 (06:34):
And you also had the loss of a boy, a
childish son.

Speaker 2 (06:38):
That's correct, that's correct. That happened, oh twenty years prior.
That happened back in the early seventies. In the in
the early seventies, my husband and I our oldest child
was two and a half. I was pregnant with our
second baby. That was a challenging pregnancy for about four months,

(07:02):
from about week ten to week twenty six, where off
and on I would threaten, threaten to miscarry. I would
have bleeding one day and none the next, or you know,
bleeding and then two days would go by and none
the next day. It was I'm sort of a Neanderthal here.

(07:24):
It was pre ultrasound days. So you know, my obstetricians
had no idea what was wrong. Long story short, I
delivered that baby at twenty six weeks of an average
forty week pregnancy. He was born alive and lived a
short time and passed. What I discovered back then in

(07:50):
the seventies, I discovered grief. I fell into a classic
grief process and ended up for the first time in
my life, seeking psychotherapy because of how I was feeling.
And I learned about grieving. I learned about what's normal,

(08:11):
what we experience, what is not you know, what is
not abnormal, and that actually led me to go back
to graduate school. That's actually what led me to become
a psychologist. I wanted to help other people, particularly parents
who'd had a child pass. I still do work in

(08:32):
that arena and and do some wonderful volunteer work with
an awesome organization called Helping Parents Heal devoted to families
who've had a child past. But I learned about grief,
and then I wanted to go on to become a

(08:52):
psychologist and and work more not just with people grieving,
with people in general. Then fast forward many years later,
after the spring of ninety three, then I began to
understand my own soul's journey, my own past lives, and

(09:15):
that it's experiencing the passing of a child was something
that my soul had agreed to because I needed to.
It had to do with past lives, it had to
do with balancing karma, and so many years, twenty plus

(09:35):
years after that event in the seventies, I discovered there
was something I had to learn by having to walk
through that journey of grief.

Speaker 1 (09:47):
I don't know if I shared this with you or
last time, but in my first marriage, I was blessed
with a wonderful daughter, and then the birth of a
son prematurely came out, very premature, and he survived for
two weeks and then he passed. In my second marriage,

(10:07):
my wife had a son and she showed me a
picture of him as an infant, and when I saw
the face, my eye started to water because I recognized
the exact same face of the son that I had
lost in my first marriage. He had come back to me.
And without going into a lot of detail, the lessons
that we've learned together that son and myself are just

(10:31):
amazing and perhaps even made me more empathetic and more
compassionate than I was before. I was introduced to him.
So I'm grateful for that opportunity.

Speaker 2 (10:41):
The decisions we make at the soul level, both for
our own soul's progress and at times to be supportive,
and you might say a teacher to some extent for
others are striking. That's a beautiful, full story.

Speaker 1 (11:00):
Thank you. Before we discuss your brand new book, Soul Design,
let's discuss your prior books, starting with two thousand Ninds
Bringing your Soul to Light, healing through past lives, and
the time between what inspired this book and what did
you share with your readers.

Speaker 2 (11:20):
Well? As I began to guide regression, both past life
and soul level regression called between life's soul regression, guiding
clients and helping clients discover what their guides and higher
selves wanted them to discover. I felt compelled to with

(11:42):
my first book, I felt compelled to put down in writing,
you know, get down on paper content to help people
understand we are a soul living one life to the next.
We come in to learn and grow and evolve. And
I felt like when I wrote that first book that

(12:06):
I wanted to begin using client material, as is the
case with all my books, using client regression material to
help people understand why things happen, how we plan our lives,
who are our guides? And so that was my first
foray into content tied to the soul, knowing that a

(12:30):
lot of people would perhaps never have a regression, but
people can pick up a book or you know, read
it on kindle and begin to understand there's purpose to
what we experience in life.

Speaker 1 (12:46):
How may past life regression promote healing in this lifetime?

Speaker 2 (12:53):
Well, when I guide a past life soul regression for
a client, but I always say to the client is
that I have little or no power over what past
life comes forward in the regression. The past life is
chosen by the client's higher self and guides, and the

(13:17):
past life serves to illuminate a variety of possibilities. The
past life might bring forward what we you know easily
sort of an everyday word, what we call karma, meaning
what free will choices did I make in past lives

(13:39):
that I'm working to balance today? What free will choices
that weren't the most healthy choices? We all do this
at times. Do I need to know about so that
I can continue altering my behavior in current life? Or
what we call karma past life also show us what

(14:02):
I like to call dharma, Dharma meaning what are the
intentions of What are the intentions in a in a
lifetime that serve as evolutionary steps for our own soul?
You know what happened in a past life? What skill,

(14:22):
what capability? What challenge did we work our way through?
Uh So what have we accomplished? Not just what free
will choices did we make that were the most useful?
So clients learn all kinds of things like why have
I always feared drownding in some kind of ship or

(14:49):
boat when I have no reason to worry about that?
Why have I always feared all this life will end?
My current life will end. Let's just say at age
fifty seven, and you get to be fifty seven and
nothing happens. What's that worry about? Why am I fascinated

(15:13):
with an era of history, a part of the globe,
or even understanding or a fascination with something outside of earth?
And so past life regression reveals who we've been before,
what our choices were, and how those are reflected in

(15:34):
our current life.

Speaker 1 (15:35):
When you joined me in twenty nineteen, we discussed your
groundbreaking book, Souls on Earth exploring interplanetary past lives. What
is an interplanetary soul?

Speaker 2 (15:48):
Okay, awesome and important question, Victor, Well, so what happened
for me? I trained in past life regression began guiding that,
then I trained in between live soul regression began guiding that,
and oh, I don't know, maybe six to eight years

(16:09):
into my regression practice, I've now been guiding regression for
oh in the range of thirty years. But somewhere six
to ten years into my regression practice, I started having
clients who learn during the regression that their soul, that

(16:32):
their soul was not created to primarily incarnate and evolve
lifetime to lifetime on Earth. They are the term that
was given to me in regression years ago. They are
an interplanetary soul. People can exchange that term with star

(16:53):
seed et it all means the same. So an interplanetary
soul is is a soul that was created to evolve
primarily outside of Earth's energy somewhere in the broader celestial realm.

(17:14):
Usually my clients come from within what we humans call
the Solar System. When an interplanetary or what I call
an eyep soul, When an interplanetary soul agrees to come
to earth. They come for more than one reason, but
they come to Earth for a basic reason, and that

(17:37):
is that they have evolved somewhere in the celestial realm
in a healthy culture, and they bring a wisdom, a perspective,
a broad based understanding of what is healthy behavior versus

(17:58):
unhealthy behavior, essentially to aid humanity.

Speaker 1 (18:03):
Without a regression session, how might someone sense that they
are an interplanetary soul.

Speaker 2 (18:09):
Yeah, that's that's a great question. So there's a lot
of different ways. But one of the sort of uncanny
things I've heard far more than one time. So when
I guide a regression, I'll just say to the listeners,
I never know where the regression is going. It will

(18:29):
go where it needs to go. I'm the I often say,
I'm a little bit like the bus driver that keeps
the bus on the road. But the itinerary of the bus,
or the itinerary of the regression is determined by the
client's spiritual guides and higher self. So if someone suspects

(18:50):
they're an interplanetary soul, here's some possible ways of determining that.
First of all, I've heard many times from IP souls
that as young children, their favorite thing to do was
to stand by the window at home looking out at

(19:13):
the night sky and being fascinated and wishing they were
out there, you know, as they gazed at the night sky.
That's just kind of a kind of a learning that
has come forward that seems uncanny but interesting. But interplanetary

(19:36):
souls tend to be people who are extremely wise in
certain ways. They might be very skilled with technology. They
might be sort of the best elementary school teacher, or
the best mom or the best dad. They might their
skill might be a caring, nurturing, compassion energy. It all

(20:01):
depends on where they come from in the universe and
where they were essentially schooled, so to speak, in the universe.
IP souls always have gifts and usually they have challenges.
So some of the examples of challenges that are common
for ips, and this is primarily explained by the fact

(20:26):
that IP souls have not had many, many, many lives
in the human body. So they might have allergies, they
might have digestive issues. Sometimes they're diagnosed on the autistic spectrum.
They tend to be people who have issues or struggle

(20:50):
in one way or another functioning in the human body. Actually,
what's coming to my mind. I'll share this, Victor. Just
the other day I was teaching I teach regression. I
was teaching regression and there was a person there is
a person in the class, and she was having trouble

(21:13):
understanding what happens when we go on daylight savings time
and parts of the world that go on daylight daylight
savings at different times, and she just kind of said,
I just don't get all these time zones. I can't
keep all this straight. Often interplanetary souls have a hard

(21:34):
time with sort of these human ins and outs of
the reality of our life on this planet. Yet they're
very skilled, and they're often very spiritual.

Speaker 1 (21:48):
Absolutely, and I identify with a lot of what you
just shared a feeling. But I'm an ip But well
that's for another time. Congratulations on your brand new book
sold These A Regressionist Guide to Past Lives, Origins and Purpose.
I understand this is on pre order now from Amazon.

Speaker 2 (22:07):
Yes, yes, it'll be in hand in about two months.
But yes it's on pre order on Amazon and on
my website as well.

Speaker 1 (22:17):
Listeners should get their orders in now as I am
certain this will be a summer bestseller. So congratulations, thank you.
What inspired soul design.

Speaker 2 (22:30):
Well, probably a couple of things, and I know we're
going to head in some of these directions with our conversation.
Following my work with repetitive interplanetary soul clients, then I
began to work spontaneously people showing up in my practice.

(22:53):
I began to discover there is a third type of
soul that at times choose is to come to Earth.
So there are earth based souls, and that's the soul
that primarily evolves lifetime to lifetime, sort of on and
on and on, kind of ad nauseum. You might say,

(23:13):
that's a soul that was designed to incarnate primarily in
an earth body than they're ips. We've talked about that.
I began to understand and work with clients who are
souls from the angelic realm. They are souls that come
from that group of souls that supports whatever people want

(23:36):
to call the Divine God, great Spirit, Source, whatever term
fits for people. There is a group of souls that
make up the angelic realm that serves Source. So I
wanted to get more of the client material about angelic

(23:57):
souls down on paper, and that led me to start
writing the newest book soul design. And as I as
I wrote, as I started working on writing Soul Design,
I basically my guides downloaded some perspectives, some you might

(24:22):
say constructs. And so in that new book, I talk
about two sort of I use two new terms that
came to me as I was writing. One is called
soul essence psychology. What soul essence psychology means is that

(24:43):
we need to look at who we are, not just
from current life, but from current life and from the
vantage point of past lives and who we are as
a soul. So that that is soul essence psychology. And
then the other term that is used in the book,

(25:03):
which is the title of the book, is soul design.
So soul design means who who am I? In various
aspects of my soul? Which in the three types of souls?
Am I? What's happened in my past life?

Speaker 3 (25:23):
Uh?

Speaker 2 (25:24):
What is what are the purposes of my current life?
And we also talk about soul or I talk about
soul archetype, which is based on the the basic concept
that goes that ties to theosophy called the seven rays.

Speaker 1 (25:45):
And we're going to get more deeply into those topics.
And when we come back my guest is Linda Backman.
Her book Soul Design, a regressionist guide to past lives,
origins and purpose. Linda, please share with our listeners where
they can get your books and find out more about
you and your wonderful work.

Speaker 1 (27:05):
Back On Destination Unlimited. My guest this week Linda Backman,
her brand new book, Sole Design, a Regressionist guide to
Past Lives, origins and Purpose. Linda, you had touched upon
this in the first segment. Tell us more about soul
essence psychology and how this embraces sole design.

Speaker 2 (27:28):
Well, so, Victor. Of course, for me, being formally trained
and licensed as a psychologist, I learned what we might
refer to as abnormal psychology, which is in large part
the foundation of a formal university graduate school program. And so,

(27:49):
you know, initially in my back in my conventional days,
if you will, I worked with clients with the typical
kinds of things of you know, tell me about your childhood,
Tell me about your mother, your father, your grandparents. You know,
was there religion in your household? Where did you grow up?

(28:12):
You know, blah blah blah, blah blah. And of course
that's valid. Of course, our current life has an impact
on who we are. But sole escent psychology means, let's
take it farther, you know, let's expand it to who

(28:33):
are you as a soul? Why are you here now?
Where do you come from? What's happened in past lives?
Et cetera, et cetera, To look at the whole the
much bigger picture of why we are who we.

Speaker 1 (28:48):
Are, and you also touched upon this. You sear that
we are uniquely combined of three ingredients. Again, what are
those ingredients and how do they shape our lives?

Speaker 2 (29:01):
Well? And you know, when I'm writing, as you would imagine,
in working to make things understandable, clear and accessible. So
when I think about three ingredients trying to make it,
you know, a clear concept. One is our past lives.

(29:24):
What happened? Who were we? What did we experience? You know,
sometimes people say the question comes up, well, how far
back do our past lives go? Well, I know from
having guided regression for about thirty years that our past

(29:45):
lives go back into early civilization, but our past lives
go to earlier we might say, prehistoric times. And so
I have clients even experience and seeing life in cave
dwelling life, life just sort of living hand to mouth.

(30:09):
So past lives have an incredible impact and show up
in our current life. Then the other aspect of who
we are is what we've talked about to some extent.
Are we Earth based? Have we had most of our
lives on Earth? And how does that sort of show

(30:30):
up in who we are today? Are we not a
soul that has had many, many lives on Earth. And
then we have to begin to examine are we interplanetary
or are we angelic? And I'll just say to the
listeners what I have discovered in regression thus far, and

(30:53):
I'm always learning new things, but what I've discovered thus
far is we can't be part and parcel of two
of those three categories. We are one of those three categories.
And then lastly, what are the intentions of our current life?
For what reasons? And it's reasons as opposed to a

(31:16):
reason for what purposes did we come into body? And
I'll add that because this might be of interest and
help people as we evolve as a soul, and that
is the purpose of soul is for the soul, for

(31:38):
our soul to grow and evolve lifetime to lifetime. We
are not created as a highly evolved soul. We are
created as a soul just like a kindergartener or a
first grader has to go to school. So where are
we in our soul's evolution? And did we come into

(32:00):
body primarily to access and accomplish a fair amount of
learning or did we come into body this time to
be as much a teacher as a learner, And if
we're sort of equally a teacher versus a learner, then

(32:21):
that's just a clue that we've moved to a certain extent.
We're not a young, young, young soul. We are more
evolved versus less evolved.

Speaker 1 (32:34):
You had talked about purpose, and my wonderful spiritual teacher
back at the New Seminary used to say, there should
be an eleventh commandment, thou shalt have purpose? Are there
specific purposes that the soul is meant to fulfill lifetime
after lifetime? And how may we know if we're embodying
those purposes?

Speaker 2 (32:58):
Well, some of the answer to that question. Then that
begins to relate to an additional concept that I write
about in the book. Our soul nature is a particular archetype.
So as a soul, we have a nature, an orientation

(33:26):
that is our soul nature that is unchangeable, that is immortal,
and there are seven possible There are seven archetypes. And
these seven archetypes make up the totality of the evolution

(33:47):
of what our soul is to accomplish, and make up
the evolution of what was originally intended for humanity to accomplish.
Each of the seven archetypes is equally important, and each
archetypal nature is related to the whole package of seven.

(34:12):
So when we have an immortal archetype or an immortal
orientation to our purpose lifetime to lifetime to lifetime, that
becomes unchanging.

Speaker 1 (34:28):
And are those archetypes similar to the archetypes that were
found in ancient Greek and Roman literature.

Speaker 2 (34:35):
No, those archetypes are related to what theosophy calls the
seven rays. Those archetypes were channeled years ago by some
of the well known Theosophus s. Blovatski Alice Bailey, and

(34:55):
those those archetypes came from the highhigher realm, and so
they relate to theosophy.

Speaker 1 (35:05):
You share that soul power is revealed in our higher
self and human self.

Speaker 2 (35:11):
Please explain, well, a lot of people, a lot of
people don't think about where, you know, from where does
their power emanate? And of course we're talking about being empowered,
not power over, but empowerment. Uh So, when we are incarnate,

(35:40):
we never bring one hundred percent of our soul energy
into our body. When we are born as an infant,
we bring a slice, a fractal, a holographic portion of
our soul energy that causes us to live and breathe
at birth. The remainder of our soul that we don't

(36:02):
bring into body is our higher self. I've been told
many many times in regressions with clients, it would be
impossible to bring one hundred percent of our soul energy
into our human body because it would blow the circuits
its energy. So it would blow the circuits of the
human body. And we need our higher self. Our higher

(36:27):
self is our you might say divine self. Some people
call it over soul. That is one of our guiding forces.
So our higher self is you might say, the power
or the full degree of evolution that we have gained

(36:50):
as a soul. We can always reach, We can always
energetically reach out to our higher self to ask questions,
to help receive input and download when we're making decisions.
So we're always soul and body, soul in spirit. Yes,

(37:14):
soul and body, soul and spirit at all times. And
that is our level of power.

Speaker 1 (37:20):
And when you say higher self, is that what some
people refer to as the five D self?

Speaker 2 (37:26):
Yes, yes, because our higher self resides somewhere at fifth
dimension or higher So yes, it would be our five
d self.

Speaker 1 (37:39):
You had talked about the angelic realm souls. Let's talk
a little bit more about that. Why do they choose
to incarnate here?

Speaker 2 (37:48):
Well, Angelic Realm souls are essentially the ambassadors of Source
and the intentions of Source. If we put words to it,
our love and compassion, and I always want to say,
you know, we're not just boiling this down to if

(38:12):
Earth just had enough you know, love and light, Earth
would be in a better place. We obviously as humans,
have to take action and operate from the highest perspective
of behavior to aid humanity. But the cadre of souls,

(38:34):
the group of souls that belong to the Angelic Realm,
their core energy, their orientation is love and compassion. So
if an angelic soul agrees to come to earth, and
again it's if I'm using that word for two reasons. One,

(38:57):
we're never forced to incarnate. It is always a choice.
We may be strongly encouraged, but we're not made to incarnate.
And when we come to earth, if we're an angelic soul,
we come to Earth to basically aid equality, respect for

(39:19):
all people, respect for all life. And so if people
just would think about the words love and compassion, and
you know, expand that almost into something that isn't words,
but you know what is appropriate healthy behavior.

Speaker 1 (39:37):
Do so called fallen angels or demonic beings ever incarnate.

Speaker 2 (39:45):
Well, To the best of my understanding, fallen angels is
not something I've ever heard in regression. I think there
are times when we have concepts that that you know,
come through the history of humans and civilization. I'm not

(40:09):
at all sure there is such a thing as fallen angels.
And you know, I've been regressing clients, usually multiple times
a week for years and years. So there is there
is energy that exists at a lower level than fifth

(40:31):
dimension that is not necessarily what we might call energy
of the light. There is dark energy that tries to
pull humanity off track, but that what we might call
dark energy, or energy that is not of the light.

(40:54):
My understanding is it does not exist at fifth dimension.

Speaker 1 (41:00):
And Hire I shared this with you when we were
offline a few months back. I had an extremely vivid dream.
And in that vivid dream, I was attending an angel
academy and we were in this temple and there were
eighteen tables in a U shape inside the temple. We

(41:22):
were instructed to stop at each table, make eye contact
with the angel seated at that table, and when they
nodded their head, move on to the next and make
the entire circuit of the eighteen tables. Eighteen in Hebrew asciampt,
which is life. And when we were finished, we were
instructed to go to the center table, the main table,
and there we would be given our angelic name and

(41:46):
our assignment. And the name that I was given was Aviel,
which in Hebrew means God is my father. And the
assignment I was given was to be an angel to
other angels, something that I so resonate with in terms
of helping others who help others, And I'm grateful to
have had that dream.

Speaker 2 (42:06):
Well, you know, as I listen to you share that
a second time, Victor, my hunch, and you know, you
and I can chat about this offline at some point.
My hunch is that you're an angelic soul and not
an interplanetary soul. That sounds very angelic. I find that

(42:29):
when I work with angelic souls obviously as clients. Most
of the people that I work with that are angelic souls,
they are some of the most caring, non judgmental. You know,

(42:51):
the words are never sufficient. Loving kinds of people. They
almost don't have a hurtful bone in their body. It's
just not their nature. And so again, as I listen
and I've regressed a lot of angelic souls, I think

(43:12):
it's likely you might be angelic. I'll add to that
that at times, so I learn by regressing clients. I
learn with every single client I know. I know that
the angelic realm is coordinated by the archangels, the lead

(43:34):
archangel being Archangel Michael. I also know that some underscore,
some of the archangels incarnate on Earth, and I have
worked with a small number of clients who I am sure,
based on the content that came forward in their regression,

(43:58):
that they are in fact the incarnation of an archangel.
So beautiful, beautiful dream, amazing dream, which obviously not really
a dream.

Speaker 1 (44:10):
I'll just add that funny story. When I got involved
in reiki back in the late nineteen eighties early nineteen nineties,
on the first class, the teacher had instructed us to
do a meditation and to go inside and see what
we saw when we went inside, and I had no
angel consciousness at that point, and I saw an angel,

(44:32):
and the teacher asked us, what did you see? And
we went around the room and I said, I saw
an angel. He said, close your eyes and ask the
angel its name. Without even doing that, I heard in
my head Gabriel. That night, I went home and my
daughter was interested in this reiki and she said, Daddy,
would you show me what it's about? And I did,

(44:52):
and as I was putting my hands behind her head,
she said, Daddy, I see our relatives who have passed.
And she started naming her grandfather and other people in
the family who had passed, and she said, dot Ei,
there's an angel flying over them. And I said, what's
the angel's name? And she said Gabriel. So confirmation of
the story the interesting experience. Life is so interesting when

Back on Destination Unlimited. My guest this week Linda Backman
her new book Soul Design, A regressionist guy to past lives,
origins and purpose. Linda, does free will come into play
with Soul Design or do we have a choice?

Speaker 2 (46:15):
That's an awesome question, And what I think is so
important for all of us to know is that on
Earth we have free will. So it doesn't matter what
our contract was, It doesn't matter what we might say.
Pre birth blueprint is what the intentions were that we

(46:35):
put into place before we come into body. When we
get here, we have free will. I mean, obviously we
can't change whether we're tall or short, or light skinned
or dark skinned and those types of things, but we
have free wills in the human body, so we can
go against anything we planned.

Speaker 1 (46:58):
Who are our guides and how may we connect with them?

Speaker 2 (47:02):
Well, I'll start by saying we are never without at
least a guide. We are never not guided, if you will,
so what I've learned again through years and years of guiding.
Regression is that if someone is an Earth based soul,

(47:23):
an earth based soul always has a lead guide, a
primary guide that is not their own soul, that is
not their own higher self, And an earth based soul
might have a team of guides, but nonetheless we always
have a guide if someone is an interplanetary or what

(47:45):
I call an angelic realm soul. About in my experience,
about seventy to eighty percent of all the ips and
angelic souls that I've guided as clients, their primary guide
is their own higher self, is their own soul. Because
ips and angelic souls, if they agree to come to Earth,

(48:09):
are always rather advanced. They're not in terms of evolution,
they're not tens on a scale of ten, but they're
probably eights on a scale of ten. So we always
have a guide. We may have more than one guide,
but our guide may be our higher self. Intuition is

(48:30):
the means of communicating, and intuition is a skill we
all have. You know, sometimes people say, oh, I'm just
I'm not intuitive. We can always intuit guidance from our
own guide because that's our guide, and we can always
connect with our higher self, because that's our soul. The

(48:52):
bottom line is learning to trust intuition. So I'll just
say briefly, and I teach people to to to access
their intuition and trust it. But briefly, intuition tends to
work in about four ways. Some of us are very visual.
We're imagery based, so intuition comes through what we might

(49:18):
call images in our mind's eye. Some of us are
not imagery based, and people need to not think that
they're they're they're that they're not intuitive. If imagery isn't
their strongest skill. Some of us, emotion or what you
call Cleare sentience is is is our strongest intuitive skill,

(49:40):
meaning we receive input through emotion. It might be that
one of one of your guides is trying to get
your attention and the guide comes up with a signal
like you feel slightly anxious, you feel slightly said, you
feel slightly joyful, and it's sort of like it just

(50:02):
kind of happens. So clare sentience, we can also tap
into other people's emotions and then we have to learn
how to not take on others emotions. But so that's
clare sentience. Then some people are very clear, somadic meaning
soma means body. So some people it's their physical body

(50:25):
that is their signal. It might be a popping of
your ear drum, it might be a slight twinge in
you know, the right lower hip or left temple. Our
body sometimes give us signals that there's something we should
pay attention to. And then lastly, and this is really true,
this is me. If you tend to be fairly left

(50:47):
brained and pretty cognitive, then intuitive guidance can come in
as almost feeling like you're being spoken to, feeling like
you hear were do you hear sentences that they just
get dropped into your brain? So that's how we can
connect with guides.

Speaker 1 (51:08):
At the end of each chapter, you offer homework to
determine our soul type and origin, as well as other exercises.
What else do you share with the end of each chapter?

Speaker 2 (51:17):
You know, as I was writing this book, it was like,
how can I put this information that comes from clients?
How can I then get the reader to consider various
aspects of who am I as a soul? Why did

(51:37):
I come into body? Who are my guides?

Speaker 3 (51:40):
You know?

Speaker 2 (51:40):
What type of soul am I? So throughout each chapter,
usually two to three times in each chapter is a
little section that says, ask yourself, and so it's like, well,
ask yourself these questions and let yourself respond, and you know,

(52:01):
you could put that into a journal and then the questions.
The homework at the end of the chapters is not
just about helping people figure out are they Earth based,
interplanetary or angelic realm. It's to understand why is my
life the way it is? Why was I meant to

(52:22):
meet this person and then have to let go of
this person? So there are all kinds of questions related
to current life and soul.

Speaker 1 (52:32):
What lessons do we take away from loss and grief?

Speaker 2 (52:37):
Mmm, that's a great question too. Well, it's it's interesting,
and this is this is a theme. So uh, I
think it was actually yesterday I was guiding a lovely
male client, a man who's had really a lot of
complications in his life. You know, born in a foreign country,

(53:01):
one parent from one country, another parent from another country,
mom leaves when he's ten, you know, blah blah blah.
A very kind of complex journey. His guides in the
beginning of the regression, in the first step is past life.
The client's guides took him to a past life, probably

(53:25):
long ago, perhaps a thousand or more years ago, where
the client was a man. The client had a wife
and a child, and the wife and the child died
from some kind of structure collapsing on them. It truly
was not the fault of my client, the man he

(53:49):
was in the past life, but he blamed himself and
fell into a deep, deep grief process and never came
out of that. He died as a street person, sort
of living hand to mouth. The message, and this is
a theme I've seen many times in past lives, where

(54:14):
we're all going to experience loss of one type or another, loss,
you know, once or more than once in a lifetime.
We're to delve into the feelings of loss. We're to
honor ourselves and own our feelings of loss and grieve.
But the higher realm does not wish for us to

(54:36):
cave in to loss for the remainder of our life.
They wish for us to understand how to work with
that loss and then move forward. And that is obviously
what didn't happen for this particular client in the past life.
So loss and grief is difficult, is challenging, and is painful.

(54:58):
But I like to call the sandpaper of the soul
if we feel it, but we figure out ways to
not let it go necessarily. Sometimes grief never fully, we
don't forget. But how do we move forward and revamp
our life and step back into purposeful life?

Speaker 1 (55:21):
