In this episode, my guest Greta and I will explain the differences between disordered eating and an eating disorder. We will define the physical health and psychological functioning regarding eating disorders. We’ll discuss how to spot signs of worsening behaviors that might develop into an eating disorder. We will identify signs of transitioning into more severe behaviors that may be leading to an eating disorder.  We will also talk about how to reframe thinking and shift our mindset to build a healthier relationship with food. Lastly, we’ll discuss where individuals can go for help if they recognize signs or symptoms of an eating disorder or disordered eating.
