Lo de las notificaciones en nuestros dispositivos se nos ha ido de las manos. Tenemos mil interrupciones al día por notificaciones y muchas de ellas ni siquiera nos aportan algo, por lo que acabamos ignorándolas. En mi caso he hecho el ejercicio de reducir las notificaciones en general y las notificaciones de automatizaciones o sensores domóticos en particular... y me encuentro mucho mejor.
