five year anniversary of Paranormal Brew. The other night, the cats are dambromin
(03:07):
room. Welcoman Simon from Scotland. Thanks for tuning in. Facebook user from
New York or Facebook user wondering howNew York was cold? Yeah, it's
cold. We had lake effect snowsof the no real accumulation. Um.
Nice bunch of vendors and individuals inthe paranormal community, but the attendance was
(03:31):
that rad of poor. Yeah.I think I think that with the higher
fuel prices and in cost, Ithink that that's going to affect a lot
of things going forward. Where canuse good um people who lives. You
(03:52):
know, we say go to threeor four para coons in a year,
it may be scaling back to acouple. So I suspect the more entrenched
and established ones we'll still do okay, But some of the newer ones or
that might be having issues. Soit's just cost the high I think it's
(04:15):
going to affect all of us.I mean people doing investigations, you're probably
going to do less, you know, a couple investigations less so. But
it was a really good, reallygood group. We got some really we
got some really good ideas and concepts, some really good open discussion. The
(04:39):
place is very rich with areas. That's Janette was a Jennesco Gennessee, New
York. And within about twenty minutesdrive you have Roling Hills Asylum. A
little over an hour away, you'vegot Tinsdale House. There's I think it
was was at westfield Side Island, was up in the area that's probably about
(05:01):
thirty forty minutes um. And therewas a group had been up there.
They had a lot of really goodthings to say about that in the activity.
Um. The the author Richard Estepwas there. He had he was
in he's in the process of writinga book on the Hinsdale House and with
(05:28):
that, um, he's uh.They had been there for a number of
days, had a lot of activity. Our good friends David Ernie, they
had spent just an hour or sothere, a couple hours and he's got
a lot they had, so anyhow, neat areas, so I think we'll
(05:53):
evaluate things for next year. ButI think what we would do is plan
on doing a couple of investigations whilewe're up there, since you have such
neat areas. There was also aninn up there, an inn that avan's
fifteen minutes drive from that area, and it's very historic and it's a scale
(06:15):
restaurant and hotel were rooms and inthe past you've got notables like Katherine Hepburn
FDR and his wife Ford, HenryFord Goodyear, Thomas Edison, so a
number of notables have stayed there overthe years and they have a lot of
(06:38):
activity. We really had a planto do any investigations while we were there
so because we weren't familiar with thearea. But it's not a bad area
to go to a lot of stufffrom around in the area. There really
very few equipment makers, so Ireally can't say so anything new or exciting
(07:02):
along those avenues. Yeah. Um, a lot of a lot of most,
a lot of books and people relatingthe experiences they had to divide the
book. Um, we got acouple of neat things to discuss from our
recent events at the Hoover House.UM. We had just last night.
(07:28):
We had James James and Needo andCarl Johnson dual demonology was was there and
we did a couple of things thatwe've never really tried before. What we
what they called a chain link EVPsession UM and then explain to them,
okay, so everybody, well noteverybody, but the goal was to have
(07:53):
everybody have a recorder. And welined up on the stairs from bottom floor
to our main floor, I shouldsay, to third floor, and then
you go up the chain asking thesame question. The questions that we did
were first off was who are whoare you? And everybody in the chain
(08:16):
asked who are you? And thenonce it gets to the top and the
last person asked who are you? Then you started from the top and go
back down with why are you here? All the way back down everybody asked
and of course taking the space inbetween his person to give time for response.
(08:37):
And then once he got to thebottom, he started from the bottom
going up to the top again andeverybody got to ask whatever question they wanted
and we got a lot of responsethat way. Steve on Facebook, Steve
Barry, he just posted one todayhere I can tell you where very very
(09:01):
clear and Kenny, and it soundedjust like somebody was there on the who
who are you? You know? The voice came out Kenny. So and
we we were starting to go intoours and the first first going down,
(09:22):
so that that was pretty neat. The other thing that they did, which
Dave can address more directly because hewas involved with it, is um they
were asking in our group if anybodyhad had a near death experience, and
of course Steve that had a rathersignificant one years ago, and he to
(09:43):
this day remember so much of thatexperience very clearly, especially certain verbiage that
was told to him at that time. He remembers that word for word.
And so I guess Carl was thatalmost like hypnotized, hypnotic state, and
(10:03):
then had him go back to thatperiod. And then at that point Steve
took on like he's again he's hypnotized. He took on a different persona and
the voice was significantly different and heis relaying what he's seeing and things like
that, and a lot of reallyneat stuff. It was that was very
(10:26):
interesting. Yeah, we weren't talkingwith Steve anymore. It was someone who
gave us the name of Solaris. So, being the type of person that
I am, I looked up Solarisand what I got was the name Solaris
(10:46):
is primarily a general neutral name ofLatin origin that means of the sun.
And the relevance of that is Stevewould relay to us when it was Steve
that he would hear both a maleand a few voice talking at the exact
same time in Unison. So that'swhere the general neutral aspect of it came
(11:07):
in. So, you know, and you could tell that that wasn't Steve
talking. Let me see if Icould pull up that. Yeah, you
could tell it wasn't his voice. And then I decided I would give it
a try. Not so much becauseI wanted to remember my experience. I
(11:33):
don't know that mine is technically anear death experience, but as many of
you know, during the service,I was in a really bad accent that
hadn't in a coma for three weeks. But I wanted to see just if
they could pitpnotize me. I didn'tthink they could excuse me. What I
(11:54):
can say is that I don't knowwhat I did or said why I was
in that relaxed state, and Idon't know if I relate any information that
I didn't already remember, I mayhave, and I felt like I had
(12:18):
only dozed off to sleep for aminute or two. But apparently I was
in this completely relaxed state for atleast twenty five maybe thirty minutes, so
obviously it worked. Again. Icouldn't relate to you what I did or
said because I don't remember, butapparently I said a few significant things that
(12:41):
made a lot of sense to notonly other people there, but especially Carl,
who was conducting the experiment. Soperhaps if some of the other people
that were there last night were inthey could relate to you what I did
or what I said or anything likethat. But it was very cool.
(13:05):
It wore me out. It wasweird because all I did was sit there
or lay there, I should say. But when I was done, I
was done. I mean I hungaround for an hour or so. But
unless you were saying that leg thatgot injured in that event and was hurting
you started after that. The legthat I injured that they almost had to
(13:28):
entertain really started to bother me.And I don't know if that was I
want to say, a side effect, but for lack of a better order
to side effect of this experiment oranything, but perfectly fine. It started
cramping up on me pretty bad, almost to the point where I was going
to ask Pam just from Ricky onit. But as they continued their investigation,
(13:54):
I just kind of sat around andthen head at home after an hour
or so. Then then we hadtwo different experiments with the table tipping.
The first one one of the gentlementhe first time I'd met him, very
nice, very nice individual. Hehad a piece of equipment that was yeah,
(14:18):
Keith, And anyhow, this registersphysical changes in the environment. It
can even measure moisture content. There'sa number of sensors and if anything's altered,
it starts putting out these bells andwhistles and anyhow, what the intent
(14:39):
of it was was we took Emma, who's regarded as our top top to
our table, and basically the ideawas if she could take her and direct
her energies instead of moving the tableor relaying information by moving to the table,
if she could direct that energy directlyto the device and trigger it.
(15:03):
And it took a while, butI think some of that was just trying
to get it through to Emma. What we were asking her to do and
things like that, But we weresuccessful in that we got a matter of
fact at the end, I thinkit was almost like she'd got to hang
(15:24):
on it and so she was ableto trigger response several times on that.
The other thing that was really neatthe end of the night is we went
on three different levels of the house. I went up on the third floor
in one of the bedrooms with ourtables in her and had Jim Houston and
(15:45):
West another individual with me, Stevewent on the second floor with our table
Florence, and he had Carly andwas it sharing the lady with Jim.
I think Sharon, thank you,not Loki. The other the one who
had the dark glass Sally Sally. He had Sarah Lee and also James Anita
(16:15):
and so they were on the secondfloor. And then on the first floor
parlor was my sister, her husbandand our friend Jerry. Jerry and his
son were there on the first andsimultaneously we all initiated sessions with the tables.
(16:36):
I don't know if they were runningan em pump Jenny and them,
but we were not. On otherlevels anyhow, the results where we were
all able to initiate a regular intensitysession with our tables simultaneously, so on
three different levels of the house. We had three tables operating and connecting with
(17:00):
three different sets of spirits and thosesessions we ran ours about forty five minutes
or so. I think all thesessions were similar, so the energy levels
were pretty well normal. And againwe had three different sets of spirits at
(17:22):
the at each station, So ifyou think about it, that's a lot
of energy that's to operate on threedifferent levels within the same context or dwellings.
So that's something we'd always theorized. We had done it before with two
different levels, but this was thefirst time we did it with three,
(17:44):
So I guess that's some means ofquantifying the energy signals were getting out.
And then it was the actual sessionsearlier were sort of typical with you know,
individuals coming through or familiar otherwise.Yeah, Now, the previous month
(18:08):
or so, we had two wehad two big events back to back here
at the end of March and beginningof April, and both of those events,
the sessions were really sort of extreme. Where started out with our usual
(18:30):
what we call the warm and fuzzyand the familiars hooking up grandma and grandpa
with their child or grandson and thosethings. Then they took on a decidedly
negative aspect, where not that theenergies were bad or evil, but it
(18:51):
was just tragic. There was someaccident victims, rather horrendous accident victims who
were projecting images of their event thatthey lost their life. And then there
was also one victim came through. There was a murder victim and it was
a real sensitive material, still anopen case, but an older case.
(19:15):
And then there was another incident whereit was grandmaw and grandpa coming through to
speak to their to their child andtheir randchild, but it wasn't warm and
fuzzy because grandfather had had actually committedsuicide and was intended to do other things
(19:37):
to the rest of the family.Um Steve was really dialed in on that
one. So we were learning.I learned we will not be doing back
to back nights of table tipping atthe house. It just takes too much
out of you. It just thatsort of devastated me for a week and
(20:00):
it's just too much. I thinkit takes away the quality and those those
events which are more tragic in natureor not as well defined. Um,
they really take it out of youas well. Again, there's so much
of this is new to us andwe are learning. Um. But that
(20:23):
that was food for thought. Wedo hope I have to make some contacts,
we do help, hope to beable to help some of those families
with future sessions and maybe get somemore information. UM, I guess,
and we're weighing that we've actually beentalking to individuals because we've never been involved
(20:47):
with I guess, an active criminalcase like that. And there are considerations
you know, um, that thatone has to take into account. So
first first foremost being how do youprove? How do you broach it?
Like you can't go to a placesay hey, we know this information about
your case, or how do youknow what all the ghosts told us?
(21:11):
You know, you become suspect numberone if you've got information that they haven't
complicised or anything like that. Yet. Now, we have had other situations
where we've gotten definitive information from thesesessions, and like anything, sometimes that
information has worked out to be veryaccurate, and then sometimes it's in act.
(21:32):
Remember that one we were trying toget to the cell phone for the
people and it turned out that wewere able to get a code, but
it didn't work. So you know, again this isn't sure fire, but
anything we might be able to ascertain, we certainly we willing to help and
(21:55):
hopefully help anybody if you have. You know, we're always open for suggestions
or ideas too. The good newsis we do have now the key to
the toll gatehouse, so that isnow available to us, and we've already
gotten upstairs and that for a session. My sister and her husband were with
(22:21):
us and we had a very interestingsession up there with a vather enlightened fun
individual named Mark. And so Idon't don't know the downstairs yet. We
asked the spirits if there was activityor spirits in the lower level and they
said, of course, and thenthey started banging stuff downstairs. We were
(22:44):
here, and so we'll find thatout. And we are still awaiting to
get the key to the log cabin. Hopefully that'll be coming along soon.
So we're getting open up the Ghostsin History tour buses. My guess is
(23:04):
probably in and around the first coupleof weeks of May we'll have that roll
and by then with some people trainedand we'll see how that's received, and
then we'll have those areas open.So right now it looks like we'll have
the Tollgate House, we'll have thelog Cabin, We'll have of course the
(23:27):
Hoover House. We've got James andJess for public investigations. We're hopeful soon
to have hopefull soon have maybe thehistoric House, the historic older house across
the street open a couple of timesin the year for public investigations, and
(23:52):
possibly the public library. So Ithink in short order we probably you're going
to be able to offer a multilocation event. So like if some of
the Tanyan Lyle, Tana and Lylewhen they had their event, they're they're
(24:15):
going to be staging another event laterthis year, very well done, very
well organized. Except this event,we will probably have it where the one
evening that people do so many locationsand then they'll switch the next evening they'll
do the other locations. So that'ssort of unique to be able to have
(24:38):
several different properties and that and youknow, like anything, spirits might be
a lot more ascending or communicive toyou in one location and another because it
depends on the nature of the spiritsthere Holly wanted us to get a hold
of firm. Apparently Debbie ga hehas a case up there that she likes
(25:02):
him assistance on health of fact.Okay, so, um, you know
Lennon's tuned in. Hope he's doingwell. I hope you had a good
weekend. M Linda had a questionactually, and she wants to know how
can how can she get her tableto interact with other people? I'm sorry,
(25:23):
Linda wants to know how she canget her table to interact with other
people so it only interacts with her. I'm guessing yeah, well, huh
see, I like with Emma.Emma will only work with my sister at
the table, but she'll work withother people at the table. Or are
(25:48):
you I guess, is she atthe table and others and it's just responding
to her. I don't know. She didn't specify. She just said,
how can I get my table tointeract with other people? Do? Okay?
A couple. One thing comes tomind is I'm sure are you initiating
the response with the table? Soin other ways, are you the one
(26:10):
knocking the spirit and starting the program? And do you have you found out
the identity of the spirit connected withyour table. If not, then you're
interacting with the spirits that are presidentin that particular residence and not the table.
Assuming you are working directly with thespirit on the table, then it's
(26:34):
proper that you introduce yourself as wellas the other people at the table,
to the spirit. And oftentimes beforewe've even instituted the session, I will
address the spirits, you know, just sort of thank them for their cooperation
in the past and what they've revealedto us and told us, and I
(27:00):
sort of explain what the format isor what we're going to be doing,
and then I'll I typically I'll askwhichever table I'm working with, I'll ask
that spirit to come forth and showme that it has controlled the table,
you know, by tilting, movingand sliding or whatever. Once it's done
that and I know that that hascontrol, then I will at that point
(27:25):
we will introduce ourselves to the spiritand one at the table, and then
we ask if there's a spirit presentin the room that wants to come through
to communicate with anybody, either atthe table or in the room. And
if there is, and of courseit will indicate by moving, then we
(27:45):
ask it to slide or move tothe person that it wants to work with.
But you also one of the mainthings you do before we even sit
at the table is you let thespirits of the hell that we're in now
that you can speak to the characterthe people that are going to be Oh,
(28:07):
yes, so they have no reasonto not trust. That's another yes,
that's a good point in um,yeah, trust is everything. So
typically I will, of course,I I sort of recognize a lot of
the energy signatures of our particular spirits. If I do recognize the energy signature,
(28:30):
oftentimes I might be inclined to tellthe spirit that they can use my
energies if they need to. Theother thing is, though, to basically
make sure that the people you bringto the table are appropriate. In other
words, you can't be bringing anybodywho's who's a little inebriated or not,
(28:52):
you know, not totally together there. If someone's like hyper emotional or things
like that. And then finally, you skeptics are fine. It's nothing wrong
with bringing a skeptic to the table, but you have to have a skeptic
that at least has an open mind. If you if you have someone at
(29:15):
the table who was so set thatthis is all hocum and there's nothing to
it, and they're really not willingto open their mind to the possibility.
You're probably going to have some problemsbecause quite honestly, the amount of energy
a car, yeah, it takesfor the spirits to do what they do
on the table, They're not goingto waste it well in somebody who's not
(29:38):
going to appreciate anyone. Yeah, and you you, and you can actually
pick up on a real reluctance. We have maybe once in the past we
coaxed one of our tables that didnot want to get engaged with this person
because of their u skepticism to doit. And it really wasn't good.
(30:02):
We had to sort of cut itshort. It did operate, but I
mean it's got a little out ofcontrol, and I really I thought we
were not upholding our end of thebargain in terms of honoring and yeah,
treating the treating the spirits with mwith the respect that they should have UM.
(30:25):
So a lot is that chemistry. To try alter in the chemistry if
you have UM. Sometimes they seemto prefer like a all female group or
you know, alter try altering theconfiguration at the table. Sometimes we've moved
moved it to like a boy girlssituation, and sometimes that's that's helped spark
(30:51):
activity. I don't know why thatdoes, but that has helped sometimes in
the past. Um As you cansort of guess a lot of this is
trial and error, she said.Linda said, I just have Brandy or
Carl. She answers questions for Jerry, but his table and mine were a
couple, and she visits him.Okay. We have also done table communication
(31:18):
through the phone, where we've hadsomeone in a whole other town, you
know, miles away on the phoneand asking questions, and especially with Emma,
we've had communication through that. Wetried last night with some experimentation where
(31:40):
I was on the phone to Steveand trying to elicit a response with Florence
because Florence generally responds real well withme, and I don't know, I
don't know if that was successful ornot. Steve now the table I was
working with Helen, and that respondsto Steve and I both feel well,
(32:01):
and it didn't respond to Steve's voice. Helen did um and now is she
is she the only one at thetable when she's doing this. Yeah,
Brandy and Carl, they're they're twoother po okay, um, yeah,
(32:22):
I would make sure that you introducethem if you know these two other individuals
very well, when you can bouncefor their I often address the tables and
spirits. I ask him to lookat the people's oars and they can sort
of from that determine the overall aspectsof that person and how they'll be treated.
(32:46):
And I always, I sort ofalways talked to him about how we'll
respect them, and we also expectto be properly treated as well. Um,
you know, we don't want wedon't want our tables coming through with
a lot of colorful language and thingslike that, and we don't we really
(33:07):
don't get that. So there aresome things you might try. You might
also ask the table and the spiritof the table if if there is an
issue or something, if they couldenlighten us, if you might have a
thought about what the issue is.They might make you very aware of it.
(33:29):
I oftentimes have the spiritual place ideasor concepts in my mind. Oftentimes
when you're trying to decipher a nameof the spirit, they'll you'll hear the
name. I'd like anything just alittle practice you get you get a little
more experience, you sort of getused to normal, and then even with
(33:52):
all of that, sometimes things arevery abnormal. The other week, when
we were doing a session, thetable on its own went up in about
a forty five degree angle. Nobodyeven on it and it was just locked
there, and that was something newto us. Um I talked to a
(34:12):
couple of psychics about that and theyexplained about I guess people at the table
have different polarities as well, andso sometimes you might go opposite what you
expect for a normal result to get. So you were trying to help each
other out understand what's going and alot of times too, it depends on
(34:37):
who's at the table. We hadsomeone at the table at Tana Lyle's event
had never done it before, younglady who was I guess she was mentally
challenged. Yeah, and whatever thespirit was, it wanted her, and
(34:59):
it wanted her to know it wantedher, and it came and tipped to
her and wouldn't everyone else took herhands off the table and it wouldn't go
down. So we had to changeup our style and instead of asking to
tip for yes and put it andleave it down for No. We had
to get it to put it downfor us and leave it tipped up for
(35:20):
no, which was something we'd neverencountered before. So, you know,
whatever this spirit was, whatever messageyou'd had for this young woman, it
was very adamant that we knew I'mhere for her and nobody's else. And
another thing that you know, Ione of our guests asked a really good
question. She pretty well versed inthe field, a lot of experience,
(35:45):
and she was asking she had alittle reservation. She certainly didn't want to
open herself up to something negative oran attachment, and so basically I told
her would just pretty sound sound adviceis that normally, if you have a
(36:06):
spirit coming through for an individual, that individual will be very receptive to that
spirit. Like if it's supposed tobe a familiar you'll sort of know if
you get a nice feeling you sortof you know, call an intuition or
instinct, but you'll sort of knowit's warm. You shouldn't feel any kind
(36:28):
of trepidation or anxiety or with thingslike that might be a little emotional.
I'm not talking about the tears aspect, but if you start, if you're
connecting and something coming through is makingyou very fearful or apprehensive. That's not
right. And then I would suggestat that point break just break off the
(36:49):
table, don't. I wouldn't evenallow the spirit to present or identify itself.
But you also need to make surebefore you do that because sometimes,
and it could not, it couldbe that not that this is a negative
spirit, but just that the messagethat it has to give to you is
(37:13):
something that mentally or emotionally may betoo hard for you to handle. Now
with us, or I should saywith Jim, he's the one it does
it m our tables, they won'tbring They won't allow a spirit to come
and give any message that you arenot ready for it. So if they
(37:34):
if the spirits that are attached toour tables have looked into you and checked
out your aura and your character, and they know the message that the spirits
ween to contact you has got,if they don't think you're ready to handle
that message, whether it be toopainful, too emotional, or anything,
(37:55):
they won't let them in. Andit's not that that spirit is bad negative,
it's just that emotionally you're not readyto handle the news of this spirit
is trying to give to you,and so they're sparing you of that.
The event is really designed on theother side to be uplifting or enlightening.
It's not supposed to put more stress, stress, emotional emotion, all that
(38:21):
on you. UM. And mostof the people when they finished connecting with
a loved one or something, anold friend, it's there is a release.
They generally feel somewhat uplifted by itor feel feel better in a long
one. So UM, it's it'sIt generally is a positive experience. UM.
(38:46):
Even though even the few that we'vehad where there was a negative dark
energy that tried to get in turnedout to be a positive experience. UM.
We've told the story before. Wehad a gentleman who had done a
lot of work up of the conjuringhouse and had an attachment of very negative,
(39:06):
very powerful attachment, so much sothat he had gotten out of the
field. He didn't know if hewanted to continue. He was having thoughts
of harming himself and his family, and when he was invited to the Hoover
House by the group that had bookedit for the night, he wasn't sure
(39:30):
even if he wanted to do that, But he said something just told him
he needed to go, so wedid, and we got him on the
table, and immediately this attachment, the dark negative thing, tried to make
itself available, and Jim and everybodybroke from the table immediately took a little
(39:52):
break, and then when they gotback on, the tone had completely changed
and that negative energy was no longerthere. And the spirit that did come
through to contact a specific gentleman gaveus its name and said, you say,
his name was Invictus, which isan ancient, ancient name, and
(40:15):
it is his protector. And itbasically Invictus was so powerful that even as
strong as this negative energy was froma conjuring house, Invictus basically came through
and said, I got rid ofit. You don't have to worry anymore.
I took care of it. Andthat's a testament how powerful Invictus was
(40:37):
that basically he stepped in on thisgentleman's behalf and told this negative energy to
beat it. And he was powerful, that powerful that this thing was gone,
and you could tell in his demeanorand his way he was carrying himself
the rest of the night and thathe was just so relieved from this.
(41:00):
And he had actually made comments thatI can't believe something like this has happened,
and how easy that was, andhow much better I can I feel
right now. So and since thenthings have really went well for this gentleman
who has had a new business venturethat's taken off and it is doing very
(41:21):
well. So it really was acathartic positive experience for him, even though
it started off very negative. Yeah, we and we're learning. We're learning
to sort of adapt our table sessionsin with the normal investigation, so it's
(41:42):
not everything, you know, it'sjust a segment of it. And then
of course one of the things wewon't do. We have taken specific tables
to other sites sometimes to help. We've done that to get his her orphanage
and the Jenny Wade house. Butthere's locations because of the activity there that
(42:07):
would rather hesitant. Um meant totell you. Did they tell you about
Mounds Go Prison? Yea, Laurieand uh yeah stuff got it. Yeah,
I think Jenny and Bob I wouldn'tdo that. So but she like,
(42:28):
for instance, I would not takea table Mounds Go Prison, no
way shape or formed? Nah,when is that? Do we know?
I don't, I don't. Ithink it's sometime this summer. I think
maybe June sometimes June. Hopefully theinternet availability there is a little better,
(42:51):
we can go live while we're there. It's been quite sometimes since we've done
investigation and been live other than theHoover House. So I'm just wonderment if,
for I don't know, if wetried doing for a show, would
you would want to maybe go upto the toll Gate House. The WiFi
(43:13):
is in up there, so wecould just go upstairs and basically do like
a broadcast in life thing while we'rerunning. You know, we could we
could take a table up there withthis and also run the fast box and
stuff to do a show if thatmight be a do that didn't do that,
UM, I also think I'd liketo do a show um once the
(43:37):
summer hits that. UM, I'lluse my phone instead of the desktop and
we'll stream one of the tours sopeople can get an idea of what they're
you know, what they'd be infor, and hopefully it would bring some
more interest to it and bring somepeople in the town that we're interested in
(43:58):
doing that. UM. We knowthat there are tunnels that run all underneath
the waynes Bro and we are activelyworking to get access to those tunnels.
Um, I've made a contact withsomeone who what are you doing, you
idiot, come here, come here, get up your stay out of trouble.
(44:22):
Come on, thank you. Um, that's trying to get us access
to those time here, I'm here. Look if we're going to be up
here. It's healing up well. But we have to keep putting that on
(44:45):
there because this one won't leave alone, keeps trying to lick on it.
So, Um, we're trying toI've made a contact with someone who knows
some of the entrances, and we'retrying to see if we can't get from
mission to get into those. Yeah, obviously not knowing anything about it,
(45:06):
we've been told that they're much akinto the catacombs under Paris, not so
much the Shanghai Tunnels out and withoutall the skeletal may well, yeah,
not so much the Shanghai tunnels becauseI don't think they were big enough where
people were building shanties and living inthe mid stuff. But yeah, we're
(45:31):
trying to get access to that too. I think that might be cool,
just to see if there is somekind of energies or spirits down there.
Maybe that's how they're kind of movingabout town without being scene or photographed or
captured in anyway. So certainly withall the coarse formation in the water,
(45:54):
you've got a subterranean lake underneath thistown. That's a lot of energy producers
for the spirits. So Waynesburg isvery intriguing. It's it's a place with
a very interesting history. It datesback into the seventeen sixties with a number
(46:16):
of events concerning Indians and some minimass occurs both both with the white men
did atrocities to the Indians and theIndians, you know, committed some atrocities
to the settlers as well. Sowe have that going on. We did
(46:37):
not have a Civil War battle here, but the Southern troops under General Early
came in about two weeks before Gettysburgand took control of the town for a
period over a week, and soyou know that they were present here and
then on the outskirts, the easternoutskirts. The town was the second or
(47:00):
just Civil War battle in Pennsylvania, which was on the heels of Gettysburg,
who was with Lee's retreat and theUnion army sort of nipping at the rear
end in the hospital wagon so thatwas called Monterey Monterey Pass, and that
occurred. That is actually the secondlargest Civil War battle in Pennsylvania. And
(47:27):
then we have an industrial history ofthings that occurred, was active in the
underground rare road and just a lotof really nice places that have been maintained
from the eighteen hundreds. Dave's house, the house we're in right now,
this was built in the eighteen nineties. And Dave's already picked up on voices
(47:52):
and a few other things around here. Said, we have a mirror that
sleaning up and saw by the backdoor. Um, she just hasn't decided
where she was to hang it yet. And Caitlin said, the other day
she was in the kitchen and itjust tipped over. Now it it was,
it's long enough that just went upagainst the other wall. It didn't
(48:14):
fall down to break or anything. But we have it's neat The other day
this was I guess it was aFriday evening. We were having dinner in
the green room of the Hoover Houseand it was it was my wife,
myself, my sister, her husband, and one other gal there. And
(48:37):
anyhow they put you down here, buddy, there you go, And anyhow
they my wife had picked up thedishes. She'd gone into the kitchen area.
There's this little there was this littlecutaway on the back of the room
of the cruise into the kitchen, and anyhow, she she had the dishes
(49:00):
and was heading that way. Andshe was only in there, like,
you know, thirty seconds when weheard a scream and we thought she had
possibly you know, it was amouse or something like that had surprised her
in the kitchen, and so we'rehollowing out, are you okay? And
here she when she come out andshe said, what do you mean,
(49:22):
am I okay? I said,we heard you scream. She didn't scream,
she didn't hear anything, and wejust feed away. We all all
of us in that room heard ascream very clearly. So you're always getting
stuff like that on a quickie. There was one of our visitors has developed
(49:45):
some new technology they're working on,and anyhow, with with that, they
they get some pretty remarkable images ofspirit. And we were in there and
they picked up this this image andwe were talking to the spirit and trying
(50:06):
to encourage it to come into theroom to talk with us, and it
would come to the edge of thedoorway, but I guess it was a
little shy and it never would quiteenter the room, but we were saying
clear as all and they just theycome out of out of nowhere. So
this so far, luckily we haven'twe haven't hit any anything which really would
(50:37):
have me of any concern or putanything at risk for our guests, but
certainly brings up some very active helpme now, Okay, Dave's got us
(51:01):
writing. Heard about this UM.When we had the event with Lya Antana,
they had a whiteboard up in thein the area in between the two
parlors, and they had it wherepeople could write their experience if they had
(51:21):
seen or heard something distinct and hit was interesting after the second night to
to see all the comments up there. And evidently during that couple of days
they were like four or five differentsightings of shadow people. Oh, I
know what we've had recently two Uboth of the last events that had happened
(51:43):
again this weekend. UM Elizabeth whois the Elizabeth is Um one of the
maids and stuff for the house, and we have some pictures of her.
She's been seen now for the lastthree or four bens up on the third
floor and We've had people come downand asked us if they could see some
(52:07):
of the historical photographs, and whenthey looked at them, they said,
you know, that's that's the imagethey saw. That's who they saw.
So she's been she's been coming outpretty pretty common up there, and again
and again her name and that wascoming out again this weekend. Um.
We've we were a nursing home fora period of about six or seven years.
(52:34):
We know of at least like eightor nine deaths of individuals who were
living at the nursing home and theirnames, and that we don't know where,
where exactly in the house they diedor the circumstance. But anyhow,
we've been picking up a lot ofthe nursing home residents again lately, and
(52:55):
particularly on the third floor. Alot of the women shared the various bedrooms
and so they've come through and greetedus and been demonstrating their their neat powers.
There's a there's a guy named Paulup there who's old and corumpy.
He's harmless, but he likes todrop f bombs and his language is quite
(53:17):
colorful. The spirits of the formerresident ladies they put up with them.
They say he's harmless and stuff, but they've basically ascertained that his language can
be somewhat colorful. So it's anice eclectic mix we have. And then
(53:39):
the basement is normally our rogue elements. You don't ever know what you're going
to get down there, so veryexcited to expand expand the horizons and sort
of see what spirit will reveal tous. And we constantly we let them
(53:59):
know we have guests coming in,we have an event coming forward. We
give them an open invite to comingforth and communicate and talking with us,
allowing themselves to be shown, andwe thank them for their cooperation in the
past and their willingness to let themselvesbe done to our guns. So I
(54:25):
just wonder, though, you know, with so many people coming in now
on a regular basis, just wonderingif they're going to get tired. I
don't know. I don't know.We'll have to take a month where we
don't plan anything. You know,it might have tone. If anybody has
any first hand experience with that,I'm certainly open for any kind of you.
(54:50):
It's not like they're being called onevery day or every night. And
but but nevertheless, there's a lotof people coming through in a month.
Yeah, I mean March was verybusy month. Three out of four weekends
we had events. Um, we'vegot two of the last three. Now
this weekend we're off, so andI think we we were having Lloyd Johnson,
(55:13):
but that was Easter weekend, sowe're going to reschedule that. They'll
get they get a couple of weeksbreak here, they'll get a little bit
of a restipe. Yeah. Yeah, which on that weekend, Yeah,
I think we did. We hadsomething coming up into April, so they
should be uh, they should bein mere shape for that. And then
we've got the Pet Psychic coming inin early May. Yeah, I'm looking
(55:38):
forward to that. Actually, we'regonna we're gonna meet this week and start
planning all the events around that.So the house is full of that.
We've got all the moves manted out. Now. The one reminds me if
you can remember, I'm hoping Iwill. The one question I wanted to
ask Rob Ductor the Pet Psychic, and I thought of this when we had
(56:00):
him on the show, and forsome reason, to slip my mind,
I didn't get a chance to answwhen we ran out of time when I
was a kid, we had twopure bred German shepherds. One of them
passed away in our ownership. Theother one, who we got second and
looked to the female that had passedaway as like a mother figure, started
to waste away, wouldn't need,he wouldn't play, wouldn't do anything,
(56:22):
and you know, he was basicallyhad a broken heart. So we went
to have him put down because wedidn't know what else to do. And
just as we pulled into the vetthe kennel, I should say, to
have him put down, another familypulled up looking for a dog, and
(56:43):
they had a big old property onthe eastern shore or I don't know water,
all this room for him to runand play, and he jumped out
and ran towards their little girl, who was a few years younger than me,
and I immediately thought he was thesmallest Portland girl, you know.
And he went up to her asif she had been his owner for a
decade, and just licking and huggingand kissing, playing all over. So
we gave him to them, andwe visited him once over there, and
(57:07):
he still remembered us, but hehad said it nicely. He had started
gating, the gaining his weight back, he was running a plane. He
was happy again. What I wantedto ask him was when that dog eventually
passed what he still remember me?Since he wasn't our ownership when he passed
away, he was he was theredog at that point. You know what
(57:30):
he still remember me? And wouldhe still come and visit me? Yeah?
I mean, I want to makesure sure, Jenny says. I
think as long as the guests honorand respect the spears, they're good with
the visitors. Plus the gatekeepers arealways in charge. This He's true.
And Jenny, I want to thankyou and Bob for all you helped this
weekend with the with the bunch,I thought it was. I thought it
(57:53):
was really really a nice week andnice bunch of people. And I think
again the spirits were so amenable thatJames and Carl got a lot of good
evidence. Yeah, a lot ofgood personal experiences. And I think that
they're very excited to come back justbased off of what they'd seen so far.
(58:15):
I'm really interested to delve into allthat the vps, you know,
get through that and see what wegot right, right, Okay, Well
time has come. We'll take ourone commercial break and then when we come
back, I won't relay the storythat happened over the weekend that Jim apparently
(58:37):
didn't even know about. Here.Let me have you popped through any yet,
let me show I don't know ifthis they can see this or not.
I don't see if that. Thatis the Tollgate House. So it's
two stories. It was built ineighteen fifty plus. It's got an attict
(58:59):
the attics not air conditioning in it, so you can get about two or
three people up there to do maybeEVP sessions. But basically we've got two
levels and that's going to be availablefor investigations as of like now. Yeah,
so that's that's the toll Gatehouse. And when you've heard us talk about
(59:22):
it, all right, we willbe back. WLFE Digital Network is now

(01:02:49):
back. Okay, let's see whathappened to him? Nama, here it
is. Okay, let's see ifthis comes out. This was from last
night we did this experiment. Davidexplained where we from the third floor,
we line down to the ground fourand everybody was spaced on the staircase and
(01:03:09):
we said this staying question coming down, going back up, and here's here's
one of the Steve pick this upon his record. Um, so I'm
gonna play hopefully they'll be able tohear it. So last think we have
names of men Carl Johnson character overHouse, wanting to do an experiment on
(01:03:31):
the steps where praise what is yourname? And we have a line go
on from the living room hallway allthe way up to the third floor of
people with recorders and it's amazing capturedthe name certain play now for your head,
(01:04:08):
you know that, Kenny, Yeah, yeah, load and clear.
It's a female too, pretty amazing. I have to just experiment one more
time when we have a lot ofpeople here. Ye, I want to
play one more. I'll play onemore in case anybody couldn't hear it totally.
(01:04:30):
So last night we had jameson CarlJohnson character Hoover House, and James
wanted to do an experiment on thesteps where we said a phrase what is
your name? And we had aline going from the living room hallway all
the way up to the third floorof people with recorders and it's amazing captured
(01:04:53):
name. So I played now foryou what is your name? That your
what is your name? You hearthat, Kenny, So you have a
(01:05:14):
name, loud and clear? Prettyamazing. How to experiment one more time?
When don't we have a lot ofpeople here? Yeah? That was
that was loud and clear. That'sclass A all the way. Yeah.
Um. And then we also gota Tanya, didn't we the one we
were listening to it a Tina,Tina, Tina. We also picked up
(01:05:35):
a Tina. Yeah, so she'ssay I'm Tina or yeah. And we
also got another one that we thinkwas, oh, I'll shoot you.
Yeah, it was we think wethink that Jerry's son. Yeah, Jim
Houston was asking his question and hekind of stammered and started through it.
(01:06:00):
And I think Jerry's son, indevertentlyhad giggled at something and maybe the spirits
thought he was being disrespectful to Jimand said knock it all for all shoot
here or something like that. It'spretty pretty clear. We'll have that for
next time. Now. The storyI had to tell it happened yesterday before,
(01:06:25):
about let's say a couple hours beforeyou got there. It happened about
ten minutes before I got there.Um, you had James amdo you had
Keith Bailey? You had Jim usedhim? And soon when ilse I'm trying
(01:06:46):
to don't remember who else was thereis one other person. They were sitting
around the bar and Um, outof nowhere, through the speaker that's mounted
above the door way, coming intothe bar, they hear a woman say,
please help me, and then theyheard a baby crime loud and clear.
(01:07:11):
And their first reaction was, Steveis in the house. He's goofing
with us. Because that speaker connectsto the sound system that plays the satellite
radio and it's piped all through thehouse. So they assumed Steve was in
the house somewhere and was playing somethingover or maybe like a recorder through it.
But number one, that's not possiblelinks directly to the satellite radio.
(01:07:35):
It doesn't have a microphone on itfor you to play anything into. And
so they called Pam and asked herwhere Steve was, and she said,
he's right here next to me.They were both at the store and get
his bird. But they both heardit and they went looking up and down
the house and see who was inthe house and nobody else was there,
so they heard a woman say pleasehelp me and then would sounded like a
(01:07:58):
baby crying. I want to know, was that Mary asking for help out
in the alleyway when she was gettingstrangled with death by her gentleman and Astrid
crying. Yeah. So it's verystrange, and yet it makes total sense.
(01:08:21):
At the same time. Some ofthe things you don't traditionally see as
trigger objects that we use that forthe environment they're in the place they're in,
make perfect sense. Down in thebasement, it used to be a
speakeasy. If you take shots ofliquor down there, they don't like the
(01:08:41):
clear stuff. They like the darkstuff like whiskey and rum and things like
that. You will get activity rampedup by doing that. And when I
went down there when Ton and Lylehad their event with Wanted Nights and Mike
and Christmas Wraith Chasers were down there, and I told them about Silas,
(01:09:05):
who was our resident spirit down there, who was pretty much an every night
or patron of the speak Easy,Love the death, but pretty much he
was a drunk the minute I toldthem his name, and they started saying
silence or you hear rampods and KTwo's on different sides of the room.
We're both popping, and it seemedlike every time they said his name,
(01:09:30):
this would happen. So, youknow, we don't drink during investigations,
but apparently Silence does. So helikes when you take him some whiskey.
Yeah, so it just it fitsfor the environment. But it's just so
atypical of something we would normally do. We've had a couple nice productions of
(01:09:56):
evidence when we've had a shot glasswith a little whiskey tourgee down there.
Now coming up in the future,I personally am going back to the Hymnsdale
House. I know Jim's feelings aboutit, and I can respect that,
(01:10:16):
but me personally, I have togo back. There's something that's telling me
I have to go back and fullyinvestigate that place. And one of the
good things that came out of oneof the many good things that came out
of Rochester the parafest up there withTed was that both Dave and Ernie from
(01:10:38):
Parental Inc. Want to go backbecause they said they they only were over
there hour or two. They've neverdone a full investigation over there. So
we're going to set up something wherethe three of us go, and Richard
E Step also made it very veryclear if we go back there to him
and San Baltrusus both said let themknow they would very much like to be
(01:11:01):
part of it. So hopefully sometimethis summer you're going to get a live
feed from the Hinsdale House with myself, Paranol Wing, Sam Baltrusis, and
Richard Estep. That would be awesome. Richard and his people were there first
(01:11:28):
when they say four days four daysleading up to the parafest, and they
said they got an abundance of activity. Sam was only there for the one
night he met him up there,I think it was Thursday Friday night,
and he was up at the offeringtree in the woods and said he saw
(01:11:55):
something that he cannot explain, andthe closest thing he can think of to
describe what he saw was a windigo, which, if anybody knows anything about
cryptics, is a creature of NativeAmerican origin, which absolutely makes sense for
the history of that land. Soand he said it's scared that Jesus have
(01:12:20):
them, which you know, ifI saw what it go, I'd probably
be a little frighten himself. SoI can completely understand that where is a
gym that you'd like to get tothis summer, assuming times and dates allow.
Um way, everything's backing in probablygot one investigation in me and um
(01:12:45):
other than if where they get toMoundsville. But I'd like to go to
just any place I haven't been, just somewhere new, old South Pitstburgh.
That would be good. I meana lot that pens. You know,
you're only going to have so muchtime vacation wise and all that, so
so that that's really going to beBut I'd just like to do something new
(01:13:08):
that we haven't done before. Oh, by the way, I think Janet's
going to come in in May.She's really you know, she's concerned about
Hailey. She's got that ticket,so I think she's going to come here
in May. And if she does, then I thought maybe we'll try to
get through something up to the forbus, you know, can get out again.
(01:13:30):
It's been sadamn long. I mean, it might might be just as
well doing something here together. Butbut on the other hand, if we
can get into something we haven't donebefore, that might really be neat.
It would be really amazing. Ifthe time she decides to come into and
Sidesworth Malville. Yeah, I'll findout. I'm not really sure when a
(01:13:55):
Jenny and Bob would know that ifUm, they may not know now that
I think, but because I'm Yeah, um my buddy Mike who took all
those fantastic pictures of the Hoop Housefor us that we actually used for the
banner. Um, he says heis back east next week. He's been
up in um Alaska. Um.I think they were taking care of some
(01:14:20):
relatives. Um. He said,He's happy to assist. You can manage
photos and live camps for us anytimeanywhere. Oh, it's just fantastic.
That would be great. Um,we're hoping to get well, we know,
Mike Simpsons. Yeah, we're workingto get back here, right yeah.
Um, he definitely wants to comein for Laurie's event, for Laurie's
(01:14:43):
event and also forced um for Bob'sbecause he does Cisco's planning on coming in,
right and he wants to wants tobe you know, meet up with
Cisco. So and he's still thepossibility him coming into Waynesboro let me get
stuff for good And certainly I wouldlove it because I would love to have
(01:15:04):
him sort of be the host forour in house investigations. You know how
we sometimes schedule like a public investigationin house. I'd love it for Mike
to take in one with that. You know. We also have Lola Carters
coming in middle of April, middleof this month, so that's gonna be
(01:15:29):
good. She actually wants to talkto Jim and I about assisting her and
Jason Meadows put some cases down inTexas, which would be fantastic. I'd
love to get back there. Andwe're actually working on setting up a day
to have them on the show, her and Jason Meadows. So we still
(01:15:51):
have a free weekend on the booksat the bell Air House. She just
haven't had time of years. Um, maybe we can they Christen had actually
contacted Pam was interested if we wereperhaps interested in going up there and doing
some table tipping. When we saidno, I've given the Bellair House and
(01:16:15):
what's up there and that I don'tI don't, I mean, I don't,
I don't know if they had atable or something, Well, I
wouldn't use one of our tables now, but I would I would do table
tipping there. Yeah, just notright, um, and honestly it would
probably be better for us to doit, just because we're well way more
(01:16:41):
train on the techniques than to havesome novice up there doing it and not
knowing how to control it, notknowing how to close it. And you
know what might really be nice forthat may I'll see what what they were
schedule, isn't that um what's hisname? Oh? Crap, I always
(01:17:03):
forget his name. You used tothink Carley Jack Jack Kenner Jack Kenna told
me a lot of really nice stuffabout that Westfield's Asylum. It's up right
up in that area. Okay, have a look. See so that that
and that's you know, it's likefour hours. That's it's not undoable,
(01:17:27):
you know, I don't. Ijust I don't know. Oh see Westfield
State Territorium. It's Massachusetts. Ohmy god, soundly are you sure that's
it? Then? I don't know. She thought it was in New York's.
Check this address and see what thetravel time would be. No,
(01:17:54):
that's too far. Massachusetts is agood six seven hours. I thought that
was in New York directions from here, Yeah, six hours nine minutes.
Yeah, you know, i'd reallybe great is if gets in it's up
(01:18:20):
James and Needle's well is col UmBob and what's the hotel by the Sta
Staley le Chanley? Yeah, thatmight be cool. Yeah, well let's
see. Let me let me seeif I could get a date from Janet
(01:18:40):
and we could talk to Lob.I mean, that would be cool if
we had Janet and uh Chanley.Ho, tell that's only four hours thirty
three years, because that's much closer. Yeah, so that's let's maybe looking
at that. I've never been. That's one on my list. We could
try Bill view manner three hours fortythree minute either one either one that's over
(01:19:06):
above Pittsburgh. Now who do weknow who wants so we know somebody who's
connected with the Hill Viewing Robe, the GETH Haunted network. Yeah, okay,
well one of these might be cool. We've never done either, true,
that would that would be That wouldbe neat. That's definitely doable.
Yeah, and we could bring Michaelongto run the cameras a live feed and
(01:19:30):
that would be good. Um.That way we can focus on the investigation.
I don't have to stand behind thecamera in my arm getting sort like
this for Yeah, So we'll see. If we can't set that up,
that would be great. That wouldbe um and if it's a weekend in
May where Pam and Steve don't haveanybody any events, maybe we can convince
(01:19:54):
them just close to Hoover ounce forthe weekend and go with us. Ye
sure they could use the time, you know, and we'd all be going
together, so we could all cardpoint and I have to worry about,
you know, everybody using their owngas and anything like that. So I
think that would be amazing, aslong as it's not the end of May,
(01:20:15):
very end, because that's my anniversary. That'll be twenty years and I'm
listening, are going to do somethingthis year? So yes, you heard
it. The end of May,my wife and I will have twenty years
of marriage. Thank God for shiftwork, as otherwise I don't think you
should have put up with me thislong. So yeah, we're going to
(01:20:36):
see if we can work something outwhen Janet comes in town, see if
we can get Hailey out of hercocoon and back to society and get to
someplace that none of us have everbeen and set that up and really get
back into the nitty gritty. Haveyou ever thought about the Kano Hotel?
(01:21:01):
It isn't pa ghost Hunters. Yeah, KNA is pretty cool. I don't
know where that rooms right there.Yeah, I'm familiar with that. That's
it, is it the Kanno LakeHotel. Yes, yes, m h
(01:21:28):
I sort of Sinsburg too. Well, it's in Kano like Pennsylvania. Yeah,
that's it. That's it. Youcan't met rooms there. They're they're
currently um some rooms are closed becausethey're different. Updating, you know,
fixing it up. But yeah, and it's not a lot of history.
Okay, so let's check this outhere here. Man, So that was
(01:22:01):
a ship Shanley Shanley. That's alwaysh oh m Man and the other the
(01:22:24):
hill Hellview Manor and the Conno LakeHotel is four hours twenty two minutes.
It's up above. It's actually notfar from Hillview Manor. So who was
the other of the con No cO n N E a UT and the
(01:22:48):
Hotel Conno and Helview Manor only anhour apart. Yeah, so that's Conno
Lake Music Hotel. Yeah. HotelConno is um kind of lake. Yeah,
(01:23:10):
so wow, what amazing weekend thatwould be hitting hill View man on
a Friday and kind of lake ona Saturday. Um. Yeah, the
kind of lake is up there?Um, let you see it's about just
above Jamestown. I'm not familiar withthat area in anyway, but um,
(01:23:33):
yeah, that would be an amazingweek and I think that would be neat.
And Debbie says, um, thekind of hotel is outside of Meadville
and it's about an hour from her. Where is Meadville? And see Meadville?
(01:24:04):
H look at you're right right?Pasts punks Attony too, which I've
heard is great. I've never beenthere, but so why don't we anybody
(01:24:27):
know how to set up a pole? I'm gonna I like to set up
a pole on our Facebook page andsee get people to vote which we should
which they would be more interested inseeing us do a live show from live
Feed Hotel Corno, Pilvir Manner orShanley Hotel. So if anybody knows how
(01:24:50):
to set up a pole on Facebook, letting me know. Um, I
would love to set that up,just to see what what everybody's thinking.
Like I said, you know,as if if everything were to work out
perfect, I mean it might bea little tight, but being an earlion
(01:25:12):
hour apart Hotel Kano and hell ViewManor, I mean an hour apart,
you know, what I mean.Yeah, I mean yeah, we we
but we arguably need probably these fordays to do the whole bad driving doing
the one, then going to theother, and then doing the other and
(01:25:32):
back. Well, let's figure ifwe drive up on a Friday, investigate
hell View on Friday night, leavehell View Saturday late morning early afternoon,
drive the hour to Hotel Kano, rest up, investigate that night, get
some sleep and drive back. I'llsay, I just my energy level in
(01:25:59):
and what do you use to beLet's see, I don't know if there's
a way two set up a poleto see what people think. M dude,
(01:26:21):
how do you set up a hole? Create a post? M h
yeah, Well if anybody knows howto set a post or a pole,
(01:26:41):
rather than let me know, liketo be able to do that, set
one up on the page and letpeople vote on where they would like to
see. Um, and just justto get a sense of you know what,
more people would be interested. Youget your tax built too. This
was actually my water built that I'vehad day. But we've got W two's
(01:27:03):
my W two's uh tax stuff fromthe i RS. I got a turbin
tag. If you guys want tocome over one day. Yeah, I'm
gonna have to because deadline coming on. I'm busting on it. Yeah,
(01:27:24):
I don't know what the economic impactpayment. I don't know what that is.
Uh, this is from Franklin Countyumage. Yeah, so yeah,
we'll have to get over there andtake care of that. I've got a
(01:27:46):
colonoscope on the twenty second of April, so my last night when nights,
I've taken off seven that I canbecause I'm not going to work after spending
all day doing that beller. Youforget that, So the Debbie said,
(01:28:08):
According to her, that hotel Kindo, there's a legend that it has a
curse on the land. So yeah, I've got done meetings on that before
and lobby group's got some neat stuffthere, and let me see, is
it very overhearently, yes it is. I am going to get a shameless
(01:28:30):
plug for a friend of ours whohis name I've already mentioned, but he
was at the Rochester Parafest with us, and I bought this book because it
looked very interesting and I am alreadyfour chapters in. It is Fantastic Nightmare
of Aliska by Richard Estell. Anythingthis guy writes is money it's gold.
(01:28:53):
This is fantastic. So far twonights, I got four chapters in and
I'm just getting to a point nowwhere he's going to start talking about the
investigation he did. So to thispoint it's been fantastic. So one of
the neat things that they would tellingus about the list is is there's no
(01:29:15):
electricity in the house at all.None. So obviously if your instruments and
all that are ticking and stuff, and if you're getting rimpot hits and K
two hits on that, it's alllegit because there's no electric wiring in there
to set it off. There's nopower. The only bad thing is you're
not running a DVR system, whichmost people don't. Anyway, I suggest
(01:29:39):
the Solo x is because they're somuch easier and so much better. But
anything that you would need power for, you're gonna it's gonna have to have
battery pack or something. So thatplaces tops on my bucket list, even
if it had no activity whatsoever.Just the history of which you know what
I got the other day of I'msort of going back reminiscent and books had
(01:30:04):
got me started. In the earlysixties. There was a guy named Frank
Edwards, and he was actually wasn'tnow now. He was an investigative journalist.
He had his own radio show, very very successful, and he did
(01:30:25):
did the bunch of programs in that. But he had always had a real
interest in the supernatural and he investigatedstories a lot of Library of Congress and
uh um, there was back inthat time there was a magazine called Fate
Fate Fate Magazine. And anyhow,he researched all these things and he came
(01:30:50):
out with a series of books. He had. The one radio program he
had was named Stranger Than Science, and uh he so one of his books
is named Stranger than Science. There'sone Stranger than Fiction. And there's another
we read called Strange World. Andthey're these short stories, most of them
only a couple of pages long, but it gives you time, date whatever.
(01:31:14):
And there's stories that there's like noreal explanation, what the hell you've
read about? And they always Iremember reading that stuff, and that fascinats
the crap out of me. Andhere the other day I was looking in
online was an original hardback cop.I had a paper book as a kid
that I read. There's a hardhard copy with the origional binder own it
(01:31:40):
because it's you know, used butum, and so I opened it up
and story and sure enough I getthe first couple of stories. There were
stories that just stuck with me tothis day. I remembered him with such
intensity and just just absolutely incredible, and that that really got me sort of
(01:32:02):
interested in the supernatural. And thenthere was a show on that came out
in fifty nine called One Step Beyondand it was a fore runn of Twilight
Zone about four or five months, and that was the same thing. There
were stories that they researched, cameup and articles and they doles, they
(01:32:24):
presented them as in this half hourshow format, and damn if a bunch
of them had stuck with me allthese years, and I remember vividly.
So I've been sort of reliving earlyon and just fascinating stories and most you
(01:32:45):
know, they all they give youtimes, dates, all that kind of
stuff. It was I remember howmuch that impressed on me. Some of
them are ghost stories or spirits, but most of them were just events.
There's really no explanation for it,and most of them were stories where it's
(01:33:06):
been lost in history. One ofthem is you know, how more Cony
is credited with the wireless It wasactually a farmer from the Midwest to developed
a transmitting device to talk through likea wireless phone, many years before Marconi,
(01:33:30):
and he actually demonstrated it to anumber of individuals and never got credit.
For some reason, it never tookoff. Most people thought it as
a hoax. It wasn't, andthere's actually some plaques dedicated to that.
But really, really great story. So I'm having a ball going back.
(01:33:53):
It's funny you when you look back, just how much stuff there actually was
that nobody knew, you know whatI mean, Like like this show I
never know about it and obviously didn'tdidn't catch the tension of the viewers.
And you know, yeah, Ithink that One Step ran about three years
(01:34:17):
or so, and yet here theya few months later they started with a
Twilight Zone and that ran for whatseven years? Yeah? Yeah, um,
And it was just that difference ofa couple of months, you know
what I mean. Um, It'salmost like that your show that you were
talking about almost kind of primed peoplefor it, and once that piqued their
(01:34:43):
interest, then you know, herewhat is sort of nice and a few
of these episodes of one Step Beyond. There were notable psychics, uh of
that time period, one of themwhose name was Peter Hurkos Oh, yes,
and he was involved. I meanhe be called in by the police
to help solve murders of that. And so one of the One Step Beyond
(01:35:04):
programs is really a half an hourinterview with Peter Hurkops working with the cases.
And then there was Uri Geller inthat time and with Bend Spoons with
mind power and that that was anothershout talking of which those ladies at the
Manchester event, the Cookie and hergroup, they were Bendon Spoons. Really
(01:35:30):
yeah, I said, you cannever I've never heard that book. We
still have people who are doing themind stuff with Bendon Spoons. See that
little move museum. You're never goingto get in there. Fine, you
know that that would be off thefreaking charts beginning. You're never going to
get in there. I'll come onthat. What's his name moved then sold
(01:35:54):
it? Who said, uh,oh Nicholas Cage, Yeah, damn Bodhie,
California. I've never heard of it. Yea venture Cemetery in Savannah,
Georgia, Colba, Alabama. Iknow exactly where that is. It's an

That was inspired a book? Right? What's William Daniel Holboy, that's his
that's his house. It was usedin the underground were route. Uh it's
(01:37:49):
right there on in Salem Harbor, and there's a widow's walk there and there's
a spirit of a lady whose husband'sis seen. Captain. Yeah. They
actually a couple of times a yearthey had Twilight Candle investigations. Laura says

since and none of them reported anyactivity. And the place doesn't even look
(01:49:40):
the way. Yeah, got toremind that they've remodeled it. Now,
might that be attributed to what EdinLuring did there that it's not quote unquote
active anymore? Well that or GeorgeLutz himself had he done stuff because he
was involved into the dark artist ourparts and occult Lutz may had brought that
(01:50:02):
on himself. This is true.I do remember the author Blanger Jeff and
Jeff Blander route. He was thelast person to interview George Lutz alive,
and I was at a conference hewas at and he was stating to our
group that he obviously couldn't say exactlywhat towards Lutz had encountered, but it
(01:50:27):
was his opinion that he had encounteredsomething that had really really influenced and terrorized
him. I mean, so inhis mind whatever happened was real. And
see, I think whatever happened theredid happen. But knowing now what I
didn't know years ago that George wasinto Yeah, the dark magic and the
