something hidden just beyond our view.Journey with us as we attempt to
pierce the veil between our world andtheirs. Join us as we passed through
the Doorway to the Dead. Joinus at wlfdeshdb dot com for upcoming shows
(00:36):
and so much more. We wantto keep him. Mary Welcome in.
Everybody. Try this again time,Dave. This is Jim. We were
one of f Keuston State Paranormal Societyand this is Doorway to the Dead.
We thought we were allowed about tenminutes ago. We were talking away and
(00:56):
we weren't live. So it's whatis. But Jim does have a good
story to tell you about last night. Um they were at the orphanage and
hey, Jerry, welcome in.And uh, we have a guest.
As soon as he accepts the invitationI sent him and joins in, will
(01:18):
have a def friend Steve Hummel. We're in curator of the archives of the
Afterlife Haunted Artifacts Museum. Uh sowe're just recalling him. If he doesn't,
well, let me give him acouple of minutes, you know.
But uh, yeah, Jim,why don't you yeah, stories from last
night. One of our friends onJerry Swope, he was there last night.
(01:42):
Um we if for anybody who's notdone the orphanage before, um,
this was a scene after after thebattle, would get his persion whatnot.
The state of Pennsylvania are come tothe realization the war was making a lot
of orphan children, and so Pennsylvania, along with several other states started creating
(02:07):
a lot of orphanage. Up tothen most to the orphanage movements in the
country with the church groups. Sothis was really the first time he had
sort of like a government involvement orsomething on a state level. So um.
Anyhow, the orphanage was created, and originally the first care taker a
(02:30):
provider for that orphanage was a kindlylady who herself had lost her husband.
She was from Ohio. He hadbeen killed in the war and I think
he was Gettysburg wasn't he did?But anyhow, so she along with at
least she had three children at thetime, agreed to come on board to
(02:54):
one day orphanage of course that wouldprovide for her children. And for several
years she did so and very veryum generous and very kindly and then she
met a man coming. She meta gentleman and get his birth and they
fell in love and she married himand they moved back to Ohio. So
(03:17):
in getting a new caretaker for theorphanage, they got a very evil,
twisted individual. And this woman overthe years did a lot of physical abuse,
(03:38):
mind abuse. Um. She reallygot off on sort of twitching and
bothering the children. There was abasement in there where there's pits and wells,
and she did she would have thechildren l to the wall, have
him in a bowl of water upto their lower chest, and for days
(04:00):
on end um with you know, tied tied where they physically couldn't get out.
Um did a lot of horrible stuffand buying large it unnoticed and unchecked,
until finally one of the one ofthe children was actually was wasn't he
being punished out in the bathroom MarryI think one of the out houses in
(04:23):
the wind This is around Christmas time, and some locals noticed the boot.
Remember you got away and got awayto um, that's right. And anyhow,
so they started looking into this orphanageand then they started putting a lot
(04:43):
of information together. Well back thenthey really weren't rules of governing child abuse
and things like that, so itwasn't on the books. I guess you
know that people had conceived that somebodycould be that mat adjusted. And so
she wound up having a hearing andwas find ten dollars guilty, found guilty,
(05:10):
find ten dollars, and unfortunately thatten dollars was to maximum farm.
They could do, tell your lifeall they could do. And so she
left town then and left the historybook, so nobody knows what ultimately passimo
became of her. And then atthe same time she was doing this,
(05:33):
there was a position doctor Bourne, who was originally from here in Waynesboro,
and he was involved in getting paidto take care and provide healthcare for the
children as a work in it.And this is where it's really very little.
(05:54):
There's virtually nothing down in the booksto document what his will in all
this was he was. It sortof felt that at the very least he
had some complicity in this. Idon't know that he was necessarily spearheading some
of the terrible things, but hecertainly wasn't telling anything about what he saw.
(06:20):
And that's the orphanage. So todaythey had a lot of children they
had a lot of more children thanwhat they were really set up for.
But for a number of years childrenthere suffered greatly at the hands of this
lady. There was a few childrenwho passed away at the orphanage. And
I don't even really know too muchabout that record keep who certainly wasn't what
(06:44):
it is today. So the orphanageis right there on one of the main
streets and get his birth. It'salmost across the street from the Henny Wade
House, and the upstairs portion hasnow been converted to apartments that people who
living in there. And over theyears there's a number of stories the people
(07:06):
who had concerning their time and livingat the orphanage. What's available and you
could do the investigation. It's alimited time, but it's amazing how much
energy and what goes on in justa relatively short couple of hours. And
(07:26):
you have the main entrance way thatleads into a large room which was used
for dining at the time, andthen that leads in the back area there
used to be a courtyard and wasopen now it's enclosed, and that that
was not that structure was not therewhen the orphanage is running in this period,
(07:48):
and then that leads down a setof stairs, narrow stairs into the
basement which is still like dirt anddug up and stone, and in the
back of that our series of pitsand diggings, and that's sort of where
the worst of the abuse occurred. There are still shackles in the wall as
you can see from that period, and most all the time you're down there,
(08:15):
you'll see shadow people, you'll getthe VPS, people get scratched or
you know, touched and whatnot. And that's the orphanage. It's a limited
area, but it's amazing the energiesit's there. We're in this back area
that was not enclosed at the time, and we're doing a session with their
table Florence, and for a longwhile we're picking up on children and they
(08:41):
were given us their names and data. Then we picked up on a soldier
again recording that data. And finallywe had some new people at the table
first times, and it's one ladywho I guess spearheads the group that was
that had selected to surfaces. Shesort of got into some tramps and Steve
(09:05):
and I talked about it and Ididn't know what anyhow, long and short
of it is we sort of believedoctor Borne had a large effect on this
lady where she was transfixed or stare. Steve said he watched for at least
(09:28):
four minutes. She didn't even blink, her eyes was transfixed on the people
across from her, and we're we'redoing this conversation. Steve has has a
pretty established history with doctor Boyne, and it's not good. He has Mike
(09:50):
Steve Um we earlier had got intouch with the spirit that identified itself as
doctor Borne, in which case hesaid he had not trance, he had
not crossed over, was looking toand was actually looking looking if we could
help her. But it was weird. You got some very he just really
(10:13):
felt something wasn't coach and all ofthat. And anyhow, after this period
of time with the lady transfixts,Steve suddenly gets up crosses around the back
of her and I thought at firsthe was going to strangle her, Like
I'm like, what's going on?But he has this um talisman that he
(10:35):
wears with a little bear and itsort of protects him, and he was
in the process of putting it overher head got caught up on her glasses,
so that's what I didn't know ifyou got it, Chaker. But
when he got it over, basicallyordered the spirit to leave or leave her
(10:56):
alone, and we had to basmabox one. In this whole time,
Jerry had his FAsMA box going, and as as he's sort of leaving,
it was a really bizarre laugh likestuff like that coming over the basma box.
She's fine. She had the talismanon through the night while they were
(11:18):
staying and she's fine. But Stevetold me that that choking or that a
fixation on the neck has happened twicebefore in that same area, so certainly
weren't expecting that. But I dothink earlier we were with the doctor and
(11:43):
I think the sentiment I was pickingup on the children was basically he I
think what he is definitely guilty ofis not doing anything. And I was
when he came there and saw variousum wounds of applications to the children,
(12:03):
he wasn't telling nobody nothing, andso at the very least he just helped
allow it um. I guess hewas in the service two of the state
being paid for his um for treatmentfor the children, and that's what upsets
the children. I was picking upthat they that he didn't tell anybody anything.
(12:28):
He was allowing it to happen. Now he may indeed have been completion
some of this. That's what's theresaying about when good people see bad things
and nothing. Yeah, so there'svirtually nothing written or documented as to the
(12:48):
doctor. And like disliked the headmistress. When it all broke air, he
sort of fled the ship too,So I don't think we have a long
historical that coup. We think, but we had a lot of activity packed
in a two and a half hourperiod. The people in the basement were
(13:13):
also picking up shadow people and EVPsand we're get there was all kinds of
application. So it was it wasa pretty intense couple hours. This was
a very experienced group, had amountworth of equipment, but it was Dave
and I have both done that anumber of times, and I would say
(13:37):
one day that the intensity that placehas been really picked up. I would
say over the past a year,um, coincidentally, since we moved to
the Hoover the Hoover House from theother place. Yeah, Um, it's
when it's really starting got a lotmore, I want to say, it's
(14:00):
been a lot more active, justit's been a lot more active while we're
there because you and I have doneit a few times prior to that and
really didn't get much of anything.Yeah, now we've been there before and
just yeah, you know, andp ear or there, a little something.
But yeah, but the stuff we'regetting now where they're telling us over
(14:22):
multiple devices how many objects from thetable and stuff like that, and having
those large tables moved, that's justbeen getting. Now. See that one
of those little bears with the bearsthere with the sensitivity, and we had
that near us and we were tryingto get spirit to touch and it would
knocked the bear over. Now,and we really didn't get it. And
(14:45):
we tried a number of applications.Jerry had his little wind up carousel,
THEMPOD type of thing. We weren'tThey kept working on the table, but
we weren't able to get any transferenergy the table to the objects even trying
through us. So God have beenreally neat if we had been able to
see that. That's what about thebig table? Oh yeah, and then
(15:11):
afterwards they have a large table inthe dining area. When I say large,
it's like a picnic table, onlya little longer and certainly heavier.
Now it doesn't have this fixed seatinglike a picnic table, so they have
benches there that you sit on.But we got everybody around the table and
(15:33):
then sort of exhorting the energies andwe had that table was pretty much chasing
or vibrating the whole time, andwe had it had a lot of moves
with the table, So that wasone of the more active sessions with the
table. That's how we sort ofround it out tonight. I think probably
most everyone who was there was probablyvery pleased with the with an evening.
(16:02):
Good friend Jim Houston was there andI'm sorry they know all the names of
the people from that group, butthey were very professional and it did a
really great job and experienced. Soum. Pam i think was even really
surprised by that session with us withthe lady in the back. Now we've
(16:26):
got this this weekend coming up.We are actually Dave Daves. Dave's staying
home because it's Mother's Day, andwe didn't realize unfortunately when it got booked
that it was Mother's Day. ButI think Pam Steven, myself, number,
I think Jim Houston. We've gota number of people going to some
(16:48):
location up in New York which ispretty well established with activity. But it
also on the aunt they had thosegoats Goat Island, so that that should
be interesting. Um, so we'llI probably won't. Well, we don't
(17:10):
have a show next Sunday, we'llhave the other weeks that fund and i'll
i'll have a guest for the Nowthat that next Sunday is the West,
so I'm going to see if wehe's coming up, maybe we can get
lobed why, you know, torecord something to do for that? Is
he coming up that weekend? He'scoming up that Friday after Yes, he's
(17:33):
coming up Friday. So now he'snot staying at the Hoover Inn because he
just, um spirit Dune leave Malone. He said, I just can't get
get any meaningful rest when I'm inan armed location. So what's the stay?
Um that Copple Copplestone or something. The other bend records of the street.
(17:55):
Yeah sound competition. Yeah, butyou know he had told me in
advance he just doesn't he doesn't dowell. Now I don't know, might
we might have a really neat picture. I don't know if this is legit
or not. A friend of PAMswas in US and the Loisa photographer took
(18:15):
a number of pictures of the HooverHouse. She posted, no is that
but that was with that team thatwas in there. Yeah, anyhow the
one really nice photos of the ofthe Hoover House. But anyhow, the
one, oh that's from the theNew York to um. Yeah, she
(18:41):
she's posted a picture and in thepicture there was a little picture of the
outside of the building up in thethe Yeah, it would be the Yeah,
if you're looking at the building, would be the first window to the
right, the stone room. Yes, yeah, that saw that. That's
fantastic. Let's see if I canpull it up here? Do you want
(19:06):
me get trying to Constein? Uh? Yeah, I guess I sent him
another message, shutgin. She didn'tpost it. How do I see it?
Then? Is it on her thing? No, that's why I looked
(19:45):
here. It is right there becauseshe made it the Yeah. Yeah,
let me see. Can I Ihad a picture to hear? Now,
hon't come. I don't have hiscall. I've got a message I can
message him. Mm hmmmm you seesave image as h m hm m hmm.
(20:33):
Man. Maybe I can upload alogan you do it. That way,
everybody will be able to see seeokay, h m hm, see
(21:00):
if we can meet this and insteadof an image, we're making an overlay
and that should cover the whole screen. So what we're gonna do real quick
because we're gonna put up an overlayof this picture And if you look up
in the window as you're looking, the picture will be to your right,
the very first window right here. There's definitely someone in there. Now,
(21:30):
whether that's somebody actually in the roomor not, we can't say, but
there's definitely a black shadow mass inthat window. So that's pretty cool.
Yep. You hear the birds hearingyou do things never shut up even when
(21:52):
you want them to. So yeah, I don't know. I messaged them
too and ask if he got thelink. So I don't know. I
don't know what, but hmm,we'll just have to to go on as
if he's not going to be on. I guess, yeah, I guess
(22:14):
there was anyway. I have beendying to get out and get somewhere and
investigate out away. So um,I'm trying to think of a couple of
(22:37):
places that are within a decent drivingdistance that I can get Tom and put
together a little team to do.I know I'm going to get to Hinsdale,
which obviously Jim doesn't not going tobe a part of for obvious reasons.
(22:57):
And I've got Colonel Ink on boardfor that, and I think our
friend Sam Bolshrusis would be interested inthat. I just have to see what
weekends both eye and UM kind oflink are available at the same time,
(23:18):
and what weekends the place has opened. Um, I have to check their
calendar. I haven't had a wholefree time to do that, so um
there's Hillview manner. My only problemwith Hillview is I'm not a fan of
(23:42):
these places that limits the amount oftimes you're allowed to do a live feed.
Oh yeah, they're like, youknow, for this package to get
one to four hour live feed,or you know, for this package you
get to two hour live whatever youcan. I'm not a fan of that.
Like, you know, what isthe I don't understand why they would
(24:06):
limit you going out. I meanit seems to me that that would bring
you a lot more attention than thannot, you know what I mean.
So something a place like Hillview wouldhave to really think about, because like
I said, they're they limit youon the amount of life the time you
can do so so well, Idon't why don't I step over and try
(24:37):
and wheeld them in the other roomand good, more longcome in Hetty's just
popped in. Yeah, all day, all the day people now, damn
(25:06):
m hm, Yeah, I havejust been jones and really bad to do
a nice private investigation somewhere. Yeah, I don't know what. I don't
(25:45):
know what happened now, yeah,he now you know I told you he
had like he's doing it from hisphone because you're gonna have a computer.
I didn't know if that was mI guess just came we got coming up
(26:21):
over the Hoover Well, I don'tknow. I don't know what happened to
our guest. Um the uh wehave coming up into Hoover House on Saturday,
(26:47):
May fourteenth, um at abound twoo'clock in the afternoon. We have
the author and uh psych extraordinary BobGutro who used to pet Psychic. We've
had him on a couple of timesas a guest, and Rob's going to
(27:08):
We're going to have this special daythat Saturday. It's going to be a
meet and greet in around two o'clockand then Bob is going to do about
a forty five minute presentation talking abouthow we connect with our pets, how
our pets get in touch with us, signs to watch for a lot of
(27:30):
the materials that are covered in asmany books will be covered by Bob,
and we also have we're raising somefunds for a local no kill animal shelter,
and so the womany ones at shelterwill be there as well. We've
got He's going to have his booksand that available, and then we've got
(27:55):
a couple of other people. Vendor'sgoing to be as it it's a house.
We'll have some finger foods and refreshmentsfor everybody. I think we're asking.
We're asking like ten dollars, fivedollars whatever, whatever people can for
five to ten dollars for the event. It's all funds for the shelter,
(28:19):
and we're picking up Rob's expense forthe for the for the evening and then
afterwards this will persist. After thepresentation, there'll be a question and answer
period where people can be specific.Unfortunately, because of the emotional aspect,
(28:44):
Rob only does psychic readings from hisown house. So but of course if
anyone's interested in setting up of eatingwith Rob. He lives down in the
Green Belt, Maryland area, andof course you can certainly do that for
my own experience. Rob is avery amazing individual. Now he doesn't just
(29:07):
get in touch with animal spirits,he get in touch with office spirits.
And so with that said, we'regoing to have an investigation at the Hoover
House that evening at bub like seventhirty. We'll get started and we'll have
(29:29):
some table tipping and we'll also havethe house open on all levels for anybody
interested. They can bring their equipmentto the investigations and Bob will be there
and attend the investigation as well,so we'll have we'll have his psychic abilities
to key up on the spirits we'redealing with, which should be pretty interesting.
(29:52):
Believe me, Rob is really endowedwith that special gift. We're hopeful
our Francisco Murder will be down thatweekend. She's really trying hard to get
down and she's contacted in a numberof her friends in the paranormal community to
come down. So there'll be severalpodcasts going on that day the Saturday,
(30:15):
and it of course to the presentationthe Keno will be about animal spirits and
how we pick up on our animalsour friends signs that they're attempting to contact
us. We we've often had theanimal spirits coming through when we do the
(30:37):
table tipping sessions. So should bea really nice day. We're hoping,
We're hopeful to have a nice attendance. We're going to be passing out some
flyers over the next couple of weeksto try to chum up some local attention,
and we're putting out on a numberof our websites and things like that
(31:02):
about the event. So anyhow,if you're if you're in the Gettysburg,
Waynesboro area on that Saturday, pleaseconsider coming by. If nothing more,
it's great to see you. There'llbe a number of interesting people there that
weekend. I guess right now,for those who follow us in the Hoover
(31:26):
House, we've had a minor setback, not directly with the Hoover House,
but you know, Steve's been workinghard to get access to a couple other
local properties here in Waynesboro that wecan operate and make available to the paranormal
(31:47):
community. And frankly, we don'tknow what exactly what the issues are where
the hold of is. But anyhow, those I don't want to really talk
a lot about it because it's sortof don't want to buffle any feathers and
stuff. But right now, unfortunately, a couple of properties that we've been
(32:09):
talking about we don't have access to, we're not involved with. We hope
hopefully that'll get resolved shortly because they'rereally they're really interesting and a lot of
neat stuff going on. So aswe get the resolution there, we'll let
(32:29):
everyone know. I guess it's typical, you know, you always have.
I don't really know. I don'treally know that it's the community's objecting to
anything as much as just a lotof people have done nothing, you know,
whether somebody thought somebody else was goingto get the permit or take care
of this or make sure that wasa thing. I don't think anybody's been
(32:52):
doing anything, but Steve's been workingas asshof. So we'll see how about
it resolves. We did have thispast week, we had an amazing session
over at the Oiler House. TheOiler houses right across the street from the
Hoover House, up a couple ofdoors, and it was the home for
(33:13):
the Oiler family, who were thefinancial magnets for Waynesboro and helped fund all
the various multiple industries that Waynesboro wasenjoyed over the years, and in that
we had in other sessions, wehad been privileged to get to know the
(33:36):
spirit of Rella Oiler and amazing ladiesthey were. They were very philanthropic and
did great took great care with theWaynesboro area and did a lot for a
lot of people, helped out alot of kids, particularly. She was
very fond of the children and letan amazing life. She was greatly loved
(33:57):
in life and lived to be theright wage of one hundred and five the
home that she called home from allthose years. She was born in the
house in eighteen nine. In themid eighteen nineties, she's still there,
very prominent and just a real joyto encompass her spirit and pick up on
(34:19):
that energy. And so we hada session with a friend who knew Vella
in life. Her family was veryintegrated with Vellas and she had a friend
as well. And of course wehad my sister and Bob came up,
and we had Emma and we hada magnificent obsession. Vella came through and
(34:45):
gave her breedings but then our guest, the lady who was tightly tied with
Vella. She had a lot offamily there and they were exchanged in greetings
and information, and we came toexpand a knowledge base unrella um a lot
of interesting things. It was evidentlyVella had never married in life, uh
(35:13):
and I this what we had alwaysheard was she hadn't really had any serious
um relationships or none that were knownwell turned out. And our friend knew
of this. There was a gentlemanwho was very serious and very much in
love with Rolla and he came throughwith the house. He evidently was a
(35:37):
pipe smoker, and he started smellingthe pipe tobacco and everything e oiler house.
Vella had a love interests Okay, and Nancy identified in this uncle was
such and such wasn't really an uncle, but that's what they were doing,
(36:00):
gentlemen with the beer in the ended. Like I said, he smoked the
pipe and picking up so I thinkthree of them picked up on the pike
tobacco smell. And evidently he hereally loved her. Um. Vella's dad
always said, because they had alot of money, very wealthy, and
(36:20):
he always felt that all the menmale suitors were beneath her. They were
just you know, I guess hebasically proved and you're looking good. Ah,
they're always interested in their money. So no, you know, nobody
was quite good enough for her,and so you know they he wasn't.
(36:44):
He didn't get in her dad's approval, but evidently they were good friends.
And he later married another lady. And this other lady he married, we
were told again this is just hearsavoritethat. Unfortunately, I don't think he
was really able to devote his timeto his wife because he was pining Farrella.
(37:07):
And uh so you could really sense, you could really sense that there's
still a connection, you know,on the other side between these two.
Um, that was really interesting. And then Nancy brought a friend of hers
(37:30):
to the session. And this woman, while she's been involved with the paranormal
community, had done things she nevershe had never done the table tipping herself,
so she was very interested in Kane. It was sort of last minute,
she was. I guess Nancy hadinvited her, but then, not
(37:52):
knowing if there was room at thetable, had sort of uninvited her.
And then it was another had plentyof room again, so he should it's
like the last minute called the poorlady was already betting to get nestled in
for the healing. So she cameup delightful lady. And towards the end
when we were wrapping things up,there was another very strong spirit there at
(38:15):
the house, and as it turnedout, there was somebody who wanted to
connect with Sharon that was Nancy's friend, and so she Sharon knew exactly who
the spirit was. Um and I, again, I don't know exactly what
we down, but I think oneof the party was really wrong and it's
(38:40):
trying to get Um getting this makeamends and something she's been working on.
You know, that's about all youcan do in some of those cases.
So that was really interesting, andit sort of followed her there to the
house from what we got, andthen we then we heard from I think
(39:02):
we've thought it Asabel as bad andhe was talking with Steve in his head
and he was upset. While theflours are in am one shade, they're
very dull and they haven't been addressed, you know, the dirt had so
he was really upset at the outwardappearance of the fours. We've sort of
(39:24):
told spirit Stephen Hyler address those lowerfours, and we have our buffer and
there from the Hoover House, we'lltake care of that. We're hopeful that
going forward we might have that facilityavailable for some open public investigations. That
(39:44):
something we're working on. You know, Steve pulled everything out of things and
so we're in limbo there. Itreally wow, Billy gets frustrated. We're
learning, we're learning a lot ofwell it's a lot of as you go
type of stuff. But I'm sorry. You you talk someone into signing the
(40:07):
lease on a building, yeah, with the information that you give them saying
that they can run it as abusiness, run a business out of it,
and then once they signed the leasesay, oh no, you can't
run a business out of it.Well, that's fraud. And it's at
that point lawyers need to get involved, because if you're paying of rent,
(40:31):
internet and utilities on a building you'renot allowed to use. Yeah, that's
that's fraud. You know. Well, hopefully we're trying to get some kind
of resolution. Ben very guarded inour comments and stuff if we certainly don't
want to add fire, you know, to and again I want to thank
(40:57):
god. Jerry Swope or assist andSteve Um, he's really helped us on
a lot of avenues. So andoff hand, I don't know we have
Bob, but I think that's Ithink that's about it. For May,
we don't May, we don't havemuch going on. May sort of really
(41:19):
quiet. Um June we have anotherone of those holistic fairs. Yeah,
Urban Edges is holding, which wentvery well last time. I think,
Um, of course, but Ibad the next year you have Pam's daughters
(41:39):
having her wedding there. And I'mwith you though, I really wouldn't want
to be able to set something upsomething like, you know, something new
that we hadn't done. Either wehaven't done or you know, like I
said, we still got a weekendat the Bellar House. We can take
advantage of. Um, there's oldSouth Pittsburgh. Um hell view. I
(42:04):
guess a lot of it just dependson you know what, how how your
schedule work sense. Well, Ican do weekends so like I could often
work at three, so I canbe ready to leave here by no later
than four, you know. SoUm, I'm trying to see, let's
see just how far some of theseplaces over I'm going to give you so
(42:39):
throwing here old South. That's prettylong. It's a good way. That's
it. That's the heir yet andChattan huh you know it's a good nine
(43:01):
nine hours. Yes, Um,I would not say that's the weekend.
Well, it would have to beuh, leave a Saturday morning, you
know what I mean? Or leaveFriday, get there late Friday night,
stay somewhere, investigate Saturday, setup. You go in the evening before,
(43:23):
like around six, right, andgo through till. I mean it's
like a twelve hour investigation or something. Yeah, m hm um Booby's Brewery
isn't that far? Um? Andhe said he'll view isn't that far?
(43:47):
We gotta go through all but wecould get a hold of Adam and get
back into Akili. That would benice. Um. Something out Ohio or
when there seems at this one umto me with that m m h god,
(44:37):
I would like to get up there. So that's your hand. Wasn't
something gonna go down with Lola comingup or somehow she said she was coming
up? And uh no, butyeah, I haven't heard anything from herself.
(45:00):
That's eight an if I was theroads hotel, um, and there's
my buddy Mike. He's always availableto come and help. So, um,
yeah, why let me message herreal quick because I'm confused. She
said she was coming in April.I don't know why she didn't. H
(45:29):
Um, can you excuse me?Can you go to Can you go to
my Facebook page and just see ifin my message? Just see if I've
got Steve's phone number in one ofmy messages. I don't know why I
(45:49):
went through the book. Can youalways freaking mommas? I have ze?
I don't know if mugging you're thing. Oh, I don't even share.
I don't even remember my damn emails. So I mean my dinner zone switch
and so that's gonna be a waste, So I don't do that. I'm
(46:24):
gonna Facebook on your phone now,I just go in on that and pull
up Facebook mm hm for them,it would be hearing messages for that.
(47:00):
Okay, there's a phone number.No, I don't even giving me.
(47:21):
I call see if you answers.I don't know time is it? It
is always on this time for abreak anywhere here. So uh, yeah,
we'll take our one break and uhcome back from the break. Let's
(47:42):

trying to get that worked out.So it's been a yess technical difficulties going
on there. So, um,Mike, I wanted to ask you,
since you're since you join your inthe audience, if you know of any
place that is within a couple throughtwo three hour driving distance that would be
(51:32):
worthy And I would say it wouldbe worthy, it's not the right wording,
it would be worth the drive togo and set up an investigation trying
to get some new things into thefold and see if we can't check out
some some new and interesting places.I really want to get to some locations
(51:57):
we either haven't done before or it'sbeen a long time. Yeah, let
me let me give you a dayone set thanks to either are you not?
Dare I don't know? I canhere? Oh now I can here?
Okay, there you are. Yeah, there should be a link in
(52:22):
there, um that says here's yourlink. I don't know if you have
a copy and paste it or notit. But yeah, it doesn't say
(52:49):
anything, doesn't have a line thatsays here's your link. Well, I
can send it to you through messenger. Answer for much? He exactly brough
(54:00):
h h thanks don Did that linkcome through on messengers? I wonder if
(54:32):
because we're on the on the messengerphone that's not allowing you to get into
so mm hmmm, um um,I mean I can find um. Let's
(54:54):
let's let's get off the call andsee if it allows you to get through.
Right, Okay, So I sentit to him through a messenger as
well. I don't know why it'snot working for him. I don't know
if it's something on his end.I've never had any issues with him.
(55:20):
And I've heard I've heard from acouple of people this weekend on off it,
you know, they've been having someissues. And then I get messenger
and working in and longing and off. I see, I haven't had any
problem with that at all. Let'stry one more time. I don't know
that I've been having any trouble withit. You know, we haven't trouble.
We still can't our wife, westill can't get the mooku on the
(55:46):
back TV. It's don't pick upany connections. That's a new go here.
Okay, h see, try thisone more time. Maybe I'll do
(56:08):
it from this email. Okay, send it to him again with a different
email. That's that's him. I'mnot sure exactly what it's causing the issue,
(56:53):
but see if it works this time. It could be his phone too.
He said you called him and itdidn't ring. Yeah. No,
he said, he called me backand I didn't. He tried to,
you know, car, I didn'thear nothing. I didn't didn't come from
(57:15):
to you. Still haven't taken thatto the story yet, have you?
Yeah, well it was it wasringing for a day or two and then
it's not me y. Let mepost the link right in here. Okay,
(58:00):
you should just be able to clickright on that. I should bring
right in to the green room. For some reason, I thought he had
(58:21):
a laptop scereos. Good. Okay, Well we finally got him. Everybody,
so here is Steve. Come on, that's cooling on the areas works
all right? Good? I didn'tjust do that to the beginning with a
right, what's going on? We'reall good? You know, like everything.
(58:47):
With all these projects, you alwaysrun into a lot of issues.
So you know, I guess it'snothing new for you. Um yeah,
pretty busy over here were you know, we we're trying to expand a number
of locations here in Waynesboro, umwith with other homes and all that.
(59:07):
And it looked like we had reallyhooked up with a really good U opportunity
and the town was all, youknow, very pro it and working.
And then I don't know, there'sjust laziness or incompetence or whatever, but
various permits weren't done or this application, all the stuff was supposed to have
(59:31):
been done during the winter, andhere we are May now and basically we're
still out in the locations. There'sa right on the on the main route
through Waynesboro. It's Throught sixteen. That was the old Waynesboro Turnpike in the
day, mid eighteen hundreds street.Yes, it's really cooked about and they
(59:53):
have a The first home built bythe town of Waynesborough was a Tollgate House,
two story brick house build in themid eighteen hundred eighteen fifties, and
it housed the toll game keeper andhis family. So the town acquired that
building a couple of years ago,and also maybe thirty forty yards in back
(01:00:19):
of it, there's a there's alarge ornate cemetery right there. And they
also acquired a single room log cabinthat helds back to like the seventeen seventies
and it was original school house, like the original schoolhouse or the original church,
and also a birth thing there waslike over nineteen children were birthed in
(01:00:43):
that single room house. So wewere going to have access to both of
those for investigations and various other youknow things. We had set up.
We were he was going to havea second got extian store in the toll
house, wanting to go in historytour out of the building, and all
(01:01:04):
the paper work fired. We had, we had paid rent, we had
every set up, internet set up, and then they had done nothing securing
either very into permits and all this. So basically we have a place that
we can't occupy. So so hardwhen you only one side is doing the
work. Yeah, So, Imean we had it all set up ready
(01:01:27):
to go, we're now out ofit waiting. They keep saying, be
patient, we're doing this, we'redoing that. So meanwhile they want you
to pay for I don't know abit on a place you can't go into,
can't even go in. That's stupidand it's maybe it's just me,
but if someone gets you to signa lease on a location under the guise
(01:01:49):
of you can use it as abusiness location, and then after you sign
a lease tell you you can't usea business location, that's fraud to preach
a contract. Yeah, absolutely,So anyhow, we're we're sort of we're
we're in a Netherland right now,so we're we're out of the premises um
still paying then, so hopefully weget it resolved going forward. Hopefully,
(01:02:15):
Yeah, it would be I'll tellyou, it'd be really nice plus for
the paranormal community to be able tohave access to those facilities as well as
with the Hoover House. So youguys got it. You know something.
I know we're not a step into jump away, but you guys have
to come down sometimes the hubs, you'd love it. The spirits are really
(01:02:38):
they're they're really need, very veryinteresting, very amountable, amenable, high
real high end energies and stuff andreally given us a wealth of information.
We've had some really just incredible sessions. We had a session a week ago.
They're the gentlemen at the tables, got a couple of years on me,
(01:03:01):
and evidently his father and his grandfatherboth came through and they were Mennonite
ministers, and we were able tothey you know, we were able to
reflect on the Gospel and what theirenergies were experiencing and very enlightening, just
some really tremendous and um. Andthe gentleman really felt he was you know,
(01:03:24):
I guess when we do these sessions, you can ask questions in your
mind, so it's not you know, publicly spoken and then we answer you.
And so you know, the gentlemanwas asking various questions as a form
of id for his dad and youknow, some personal things and was receiving
the proper verification. So he feltvery sincerely that he was connecting with his
(01:03:51):
h with his ancestors. So wehave a lot of that. UM.
It's it's been. It's really beenenlightening on a lot of fun. Um.
Not a place now. I wouldsay, if you like getting scared
and you like dealing with malicious ornegative spirits, going to waste your time.
(01:04:13):
Yeah, nothing's gonna push down thestairs. You gonna have a nice,
reasonable conversation. Yeah, but youare going to get activity. You're
gonna get Usually it tends to bea pretty pretty good hill hoping though.
So, um, I wanted topull that picture up for Steve. Also,
I'm gonna make it as an overlayon the screen so he can see
(01:04:36):
it, um and see if hesees what everybody else has been seeing.
There's a picture of the outside ofthe Hoover house. Yeah, we had
a photographer down and took up youknow, pictures, ain't that But you
see that upstairs in the window upperrhin. Yeah, us to the right
(01:05:00):
of the center. Yeah, Ican make something out that's there. I
just I don't have the greatest site. Right, that was pretty neat,
But we had, like anything,an old place, a large place.
It wasn't very good shape. Andso the big thing is we're getting the
porch done up nice. We hadto rebuild, have a couple of the
(01:05:25):
columns, you know, fixed. It was built in nineteen twelve. But
they really built homes back then,Yes they did, and it was the
town is so Norman Rockwell that wemoved over here. Yeah, bought a
house over here, less than amile from the place mine was built in
(01:05:46):
eighteen ninety. Actually, that's awesome. So you're living where now, Waynesboro,
Waynesboro, Okay, Yeah, it'sonly about twenty five minutes from General.
Yeah, it's sort of if youwould draw a try angle, Gettysburg,
Waynesburg and chambersburgers sort of like threepoints on the triangle. They're all
about on those roughly twenty miles.Yeah. Anyway, Um, so phillips
(01:06:12):
in on, you guys have beenso acting. I know you've had a
lot of productions and then you've gotbut the production has been pretty much production
has been pretty much covered by Ryanand Dave Leiley. Um, Jason and
I have been just having a lotgoing on with our personal lives with work
and me with family, the museum, with my college studies and stuff,
(01:06:38):
and h PQ Paranormal Quest is.We're at a point now where at least
two of the four of us canfocus on PQ full time and be able
to you know, live off youknow, the the PQ H profits if
you will, so we so peakyou can maintain a week lea status of
(01:07:00):
of of of a new video, you know what I mean. So it's
a goal that you know, it'sa goal we never thought we'd get to,
but you know it's uh, youknow, Peaky is still going strong,
and unfortunately, you know, wedon't get to all four of us
get together like like we used tothat much. But you know, it's
(01:07:21):
for the for the greater good, you know, for the for the greater
good of the of the channel tostay relevant. I think that's true of
most of the paranormal goops that havebeen around the number of years we just
uh, um, you know, our space has become more limited because of
so many constructs and whatnot, youknow, between you know, my you
(01:07:45):
know, my grandparents, you knowthey're getting of course getting older is all
doomed, but being able to bethere for them and help them around the
house, um, you know,a family comes first. Yeah. And
then with my college studies of furtherthat more, got my art commissions,
you know, and um yeah that'sgoing real well, that's cool, So
(01:08:08):
just keeping busy with it. Yeah, Um, for for any in the
audience there, just to let youknow, Steve's museum is very unique,
has quite an eclectic collection of itemsto sort of to the late all of
(01:08:29):
one's interest. It's very fascinating whathe's been able to put together in house
very unique in its um presentation.Uh. We we haven't been in the
new location, but I can speakfor the old location. The energy levels
are off the charts, really reallyfascinating and stuff. And the cool thing
(01:08:53):
is every piece gave you a differentenergy, a different vive, a different
field. You know. You wouldwalk up and see the leather cap that
was used with old Sparky and youget a certain feeling about her energy or
picked up on something. And thenyou'd walk two feet over and into a
(01:09:15):
picture of someone and completely different feelyou know what I mean. And you
just went through the gamut of differentenergies as you went around the place.
I'm sure Steve being there with thevery subjects over the years. I know,
just in our little over a yearwith the Hoover House, working with
(01:09:35):
constant energies, you really you reallylearned to identify their energy signature. Would
you say that's true? Here wego, Yeah, it's um, it's
(01:09:56):
a new place now it's in ahouse rather than a school, so there's
I was able to kind of separatetheme, if you will, certain rooms
with certain items. Did did thehouse have an energy to it? Did
you move into absolutely. Yeah.Um, we were able to investigate without
(01:10:17):
putting any of the my items init. And we actually had disembodied voice
of a young woman said hello. And then we also had energy turning off
our shop lights on and off andthen naturally getting the demos on them.
And no one, no one wasin the house. And that was actually
during a power outage in the townthat the museum was in. So there
(01:10:39):
was no power in the house atall. But if you go to the
that's perfect, it is perfect.Oh, it could have been a something
wrong with the wiring of the life. No, there was a power outage.
There's no power coming to the things, so they came on that this
windstorm literally came and knocked out nearlyall the power on camera. Wow.
(01:11:03):
Now, Cameron, is how farfrom Mountainsville? It's about thirty minute drive.
Okay, it's not exactly where Iwant to be, but it'll it'll
do for now. Well, wecertainly want to try to get up in
the area this year and we getover and see your place. And like
(01:11:25):
I said, we want to senda send a little contribution your way to
help towards maintain now and I'll askour audience too, if you whatever amount,
if you have a couple of bucks, you can spare. This is
really a unique place. It givesup an amazing perspective on a lot of
different things. Like you said, there's different themes ongoing, and just just
(01:11:50):
just to really go in and observeand turn on your inner equipment and you'll
you'll be pleasantly surprised at the variousgeez and that that you pick up,
the stories, amazing stories going onthere, and it really is something that
hopefully the community can work maintaining becauseit really is a valuable asset to the
(01:12:15):
community. And it's different than thatone out in Vegas because not everything in
there is something that wants to killyou. Yeah, you know, everything's
got its own unique stories. Someof them are a little frightening, some
of them are very sad, someof them are very joyous, you know.
And we've actually donated, Jel Ishould say we Jim donated to the
(01:12:41):
museum. When you've requested, hegets you some dirt from the grave of
JH. Holmes, which had itsown story in and of itself, so
you know that collection a little bit. I had a gentleman over in England
was able to he and his wifeand one of their friends, we're able
to go get me sawt samples fromthe five Jack the Ripper victims. Wow,
(01:13:05):
fantastic. Oh, I have togo see that. You know,
I'm a big ripperologist. Out ofit, I'm a Charles Leschmir fan.
I think I think it was CharlesAlan Leschmir. If you get a chance
to go on YouTube, look upnew evidence Charles Island Leschmir. There was
a journalist in Sweden. It spentlike twenty years of his life. He's
(01:13:28):
a ripperologist and he had an exbarrister like somewhere from the royal court,
like a lawyer. I guess that'swhat you call remember there. After going
over all of his findings, hetold the journalist that, he said,
with what you've gathered right now wouldbe enough to incriminate this individual. He's
either the active ripper or one ofthe most unluckiest men in the world as
(01:13:54):
far as wrong place, wrong time, Yeah, which when he goes over
everything, like all the murders tookplace at the same time, this gentleman
would be walking to work and allthe murders took place within his area.
Between work and they've been the establishyour critical timeline there. Oh yeah,
yeah it was. And there weretwo of them that were not on the
(01:14:15):
same route. But it happened ona weekend where he would have been off
work visiting his mother and they werejust right around the corner for where his
mother and his one daughter lived. And see, now, I personally was
always um in support of the theorythat it was. Um. There was
a movie. It was called Murderby Decree and I'm trying to remember who
(01:14:38):
played. It was basically Sherlock Holmeswas asked to solve the case. Okay,
fine, and it's much like themovie from Helm that sorry Johnny Depp
wash, yeah that guy. Um. Basically, the prince had uh an
(01:14:59):
elicit thing going with one of thestreet women. She was she became pregnant
by him and had his child. He contracted syphilis, right, so he
went mad and to shut all thewomen up. Knew about the child,
so you wouldn't have this illegitimate, illegitimate bastard hooker's child. As part of
(01:15:20):
the royal family, Sir William Gould, a royal physician, went around doing
these things and then when he wasdone or at least thought he was done
because you know, at the endof the one movie Mary Kelly gets away
and he kills the wrong person. But um, when he was done and
he was given the botany, soif he wouldn't be able to you know,
(01:15:42):
think about it. It's just itseems he gets so busy, there's
so much filming on it. LikeI haven't done I don't think I've done
any graveyard sessions for a couple ofyears now, you know. But it
isn't get forgotten about a lot.Yeah, I really want to get back
that I'm getting coached. I justum, you know, as you get
(01:16:02):
older, I'm at that point therewhere my energy levels I can't They're not
dependable anymore, you know, feelyeah, get up now. It's like
I'm in prayer to the Lord, you know, give me enough energy to
get through the day. So KristinLee has joined the show in the comments.
(01:16:28):
Very cool. Um, we stillgot a trip on the books to
the Bellair House, so we gotto fulfill Yes, you need to hit
the Blur House at Also we've beenthere several times. We we actually had
a schedule of now someone else hadto schedule it too, and since we
had been there before, it wouldhave been this other team's first time.
So we backed out and let themhave the booking. So but no,
(01:16:50):
it's god, it's been it's beenseveral years now. Um yeah, and
we we we Kristen actually came downand visited us at the at the Hoover
House before and we've done h wedid see table tipping sessions with her,
and I believe she's coming down. She's already reserved to come down for the
(01:17:12):
bash. Um for the bash,I tell you, we've just got an
interesting um we need. Yeah,we got Chris Chris Watts from the Amityville
House. He's a industry now inArizona and he's evidently coming at his own
expense to the bash. You're goingto have a table there and you know,
(01:17:35):
be giving some talks and what hisrecollections about that people. I believe
him may be able to set upan interview. Yeah, no, no,
he I think he seemed like hewas open today. That seems like
a really nice guy. Now.I've seen that documentary his brother Daniel did
(01:17:56):
And for anybody who says that thatwas a hoax, you know, you're
gonna believe what you want to believe. But what I know is whatever Daniel
thinks went on in the house,he truly believes when on in the house,
and it has messed his life upsomething terrible. I don't know how
it affected Chris, and I haven'theard anything about the little sister, you
(01:18:24):
know, it's Missy as far aswhat happened to her afterwards, anything like
that. But I know the oldestson was Daniel, and he he looks
like he's just been through it hiswhole life over this, so um there,
this will be Chris's first time there. I think it's gonna be fantastic.
That's gonna bring a lot of foottraffic. And I think so you
(01:18:44):
have both your green parents still alive, right, Steve, Yes, No,
that's wonderful. Yeah, that's wonderful, very good sir. So are
you are you opening up for summerhours for the museum or you yea yea?
Or our on season hours our Aprilfirst through November thirtieth, and that's
(01:19:11):
Thursday, Friday, Saturday from onepm to seven pm, okay, and
then our we do private overnights arefrom nine pm to four am, and
they're two twenty two fifty or twotwenty five. I forget already. I
am so bad with memory. Definitely. It's one of those two Yeah,
(01:19:32):
yeah, you know, that soundslike we we wanted to do something different
than you know, and we hadit done before night. That sounds like
it'd be pretty cool. And wealso do it half a night, which
is from nine pm to twelve thirty, and it's just it's it's half of
the it would be one twenty five. Yeah, that's right, two fifty
(01:19:53):
for the whole night, one twentyfive half. How set up weekend?
We do give it. Given thesize of the everything, what would you
recommend as far as the group size? Group size, if it's a group
that works together and they know, you know, kind of has an idea
what they're doing, I'd say eightto twelve tops. Wow, that's that's
(01:20:15):
pretty big. I mean, it'sit would be. It might if people
were kind of situated scatter out alittle bit, and they're kind of doing
their own sessions, you could youcould get by with eight to twelve tops
if everyone's like maturely investigating and stuff. Well, because like I said,
each room has its own theme now, so I was able to do that.
(01:20:38):
That's the one thing I like,I don't really like being in Cameron
because it's away from like the maintourist loop, but the house is ideal.
I really like the house that we'rein now, so UM, like
I was even able to take likeall the items that pertain to like the
malevolent cases, the demonic cases,Like they're completely separated, so it's an
(01:21:00):
optional room. People don't have togo in there they don't want to.
One other room has all and hororfarm items. One is there's nothing but
dogs. So I would really beinterested do it a weekend and we'll do
a Friday night excuse place. Yeah, honestly, I mean the malarehouse is
(01:21:21):
set up like a B and B, so yeah, yeah, I would
just say du six of us.Yeah, I know that sounds cool,
just to keep it small enough wherewe could all be in the same room.
That way we know if we hearsomething other room, we know it's
not in the vestigat has do havethe additional energies that you brought with all
(01:21:42):
your artifacts to the museum as thatUM left up room. Obviously it's it's
got to increase the overall but Imean, I'm just curious how that's affected
the house it's definitely increased it.It's kind of like shook it up.
I think being at the Sanford Centerfor almost five years, you know,
(01:22:04):
I think everything kind of became accustomedto where it was, and I had
to move, you know, atlightning speed like I had to do,
so kind of kind of shook thingsup a little bit, almost like doing
a renovation. Yeah, And Imean, unfortunately now the Sandford Center is
(01:22:24):
just a pile of rubble right now. There's it, that's all going,
no crap. Yeah, that place. The place surprised a lot of people.
There was a there was a creepyplace at night. Yeah. We
weaken up there. We we gonuh Beca with Rob and Nikki one time
(01:22:45):
and we were up there one another. Yeah, looked up for equipment and
stuff. Yeah, that's just that'sa shame. I know. They seemed
like the community was really invested intotrying to make that financially stable and everything
somewhere. Yeah, and we wewe have a really neat old school up
(01:23:10):
the road here on the sixteen thatwas opened a few months before the Hoover
House, and boy, you justgo by the the energies are blasting.
But unfortunately there the issue was spestostop to asbestos. So it's sits,
it's it's it's on the historic registrythe town. I guess the current ownership
(01:23:35):
wants to have it destroyed because it'son quite a few acres, but I
guess the cost is prohibited with thisasbestos factor. So and it's really not
amenable to being able to go intothat. Something just screams at me every
time I go back, which isa lot. Yeah, I think that
(01:23:58):
work. Um, still trying toget a hold of Hale we Our.
You might remember our psychic, thesmall little girl Hailey Big. Yeah,
she's been she's been dealing with alot of personal issues and stuff like that.
So she hasn't been with us,what maybe once or twice minorly yea,
(01:24:26):
I took her out to a cemeteryone time, the Cherry, but
yeah, we've had minimal contact. And then our psychic from out west,
Um she should have paralyzed. Yeah, you know, but to COVID and
everything. So you know how youknow, I mean to teaches out everybody
(01:24:47):
has their own issue and the waythey deal with it because for a lot
of people, um, you knowa lot of people just terrified and the
isolated himself. But I mean COVIDgoing on. You guys got a lot
of different factors, and it's justif there's for some folks, it's just
it's a lot to process. Idon't think it's just one thing which just
(01:25:09):
everything compiles and then you have what'sgoing on in their personal lives and then
that compiles on top of it.Well, that was another thing I wanted
to ask you, as far asthe museum goes, as you bring in
these new artifacts, have there becauseyou know, each one has its own
energy, it's own attachment, ifyou will, Have there an been ever
(01:25:30):
been any kind of dooling artifacts, like maybe you brought in a painting that
has an attachment of a protector andyou bring in something that's negative and that
protector wants you to try and forcethat energy away. Um, I think
we have You can't have that oneartifacts next to each other because they just
(01:25:53):
I think we had that with theanti portrait. Okay, but when I
close for the season, I wasn'tgoing to have like temperature controlled set up
there. So she's still at home. So there's some items that I haven't
brought back out yet, just becauseof the temperature change and stuff like that.
So Annie was kind of like that, but any I just kind of
(01:26:15):
said to her, as you know, just do what you want to do,
come and go as you want, because you know, that's one thing.
Unless it's something that I'm keeping becauseit's malevolent or malicious, you know,
I'm not going to treat them likelike a sideshow, right, you
know, unless it's something I haveto keep away from people because it's you
know, it's a spiritual threat.Have you ever had issues where like,
(01:26:39):
let's say you're housing of that naturein your own house. Have you had
issues in your house as a resultof that? Um, not so much.
Um. I'm I kind of usespiritual protection a little different than I
think some some other folks do inthe field. I'm a firm believer in
(01:27:01):
strengthening yourself to protect yourself and thentrying to work with others and strengthen others
and they can protect themselves rather thanthrow a band aid on something that's not
going to work. Okay, youknow there's a placebo effect that then there's
an effective way to do things. That's something. Yeah, that's something I've
been struggling with, is with youknow, with this since we've been involved
(01:27:26):
with the Hoover House and all that. You know, we're getting a pretty
regular daily dose of weekly dose ofpsychic energies and dealing with the event,
and of course when we have anevening with a lot of guests and a
big event, um, it's soabsolutely draining. You know. We found
that we have to put limits, like for a table tipping sessions and stuff.
(01:27:49):
You just I'm a one hundred percentscriptural type of guy. For spiritual
protection, I don't really toy thananything else. So it's always worked for
me, and I don't know,I've got It's funny because I've got my
(01:28:12):
own I know, I have alot of energies protecting me, and so
a lot of times it might bea very strong, powerful negative energy and
I I'm the most oblivious to itat times. You know. Luckily I'm
with others who pick up on that. That's why I don't go seeking the
(01:28:33):
strong negative energies because it's not goingto help me. I'm trying to stay
with the higher vibrational energies, thestuff that has um life, increasing knowledge
and expanding my spirituality, and thatthat's what I'm really key to now.
(01:28:53):
I know, I know the negativeexists, I know that whole side.
And lately and I've talked to anumber of people who are sensitive to various
degrees or psychics, and it seemsthat we're being inundated right now with a
lot of earthbound spirits that you know, their own tragic circumstances. I'm not
(01:29:15):
saying the spirit is necessarily bad, evil or malicious. It's just, um,
it's dealing with some serious issues.Sometimes it might be as a form
of suicide or a terrible accident thathad enormous read percussions on their family and
you know, and other members. And so they're they're like coming out of
(01:29:40):
the closet now to try to becrossed over or sure just to make amends
with with their loved ones. AndI don't know, something's up. I
mean, it's just I think it'struly a signature of the times. And
I think you're right in sense thatprobably in my lifetime, I don't know
(01:30:04):
that there's ever been more important tomaintain some kind of spiritual tieing and strength
in that tie. And whatever yourcore belief system is, and whoever you
worship or you know, whatever,it's important to have that up and working
and guiding you and protecting you.Because there's just how you had said,
(01:30:27):
there's so much out there right now. Yeah, there is definitely. You
know, I just heard, youknow, the passing of the mother Judd,
you know, died just the otherday. And here now you know,
I've read about her passing, andI think today they're getting in the
country music hall fame and she's dead, and now it's coming out that you
(01:30:53):
can see with the wording the familiesdoing something went down. I guess there's
a lot of talk or potentially whetherit was suicide or she'd been battling some
very severe depression. Now for anumber of times she did it. I
guess just a number of weeks agoshe did a presentation with her daughter.
Looked great, but obviously things workedwell. And and all it takes is
(01:31:18):
one one Swiss decision, Yeah, you know, to do something and it
doesn't you know, it could beit could have been a serious case or
dawn serious case, but one onequick decision and sometimes you can't turn back
from it. Yeah, but seethat what the question I had asked him
about those controversial or not controversial opposingenergies was because of what we have the
(01:31:46):
Hoover House with the hierarchy Um theoriginal builder and owner of Ira Hoover.
She's there and it's almost like uman immigration or which one would come from
another country through the airport. What'sit called customs? Yeah, where he
vets energies that are coming in,whether they're coming in to speak with someone
(01:32:11):
who's investigating there that night, orif they they're just wandering earth bounds that
saw that light in the darkness andcame to it, whatever the case may
be. When they try to comeinto that house, these energies, he
vests them, and if he doesn'tlike them, he does not allow them
in him or his daughter. Theyso much so that Jerry Swipe, our
friend, had bought a table withattachment, and they tried to table tip
(01:32:33):
with it and it wouldn't move.It would vibrate, but it wouldn't move
anywhere. So when they switched toone of our tables and asked why,
Ira said, I don't like theenergy on that table. Get it out
of my house, and I meanso much. So we had to call
John's appas so he could talk usthrough salting it properly and get it off
the property. So I know howprotective Ira is of what was his house.
(01:32:58):
So that's why I was just curiousif you ran into things like that
at the museum. Um. Onething I've noticed whenever I get a new
item and people sometimes someone tell methis thing is like the scariest thing ever,
and so on and so forth, then it might might as well it
might be that to them. I'venoticed that whenever a new item gives into
(01:33:18):
the collection, they realize they're notthe only entity there, right, And
I think a lot of times theytend to stick to the area right where
their item is, Okay, realizethey're not alone. Yeah, and there's
a few of them that tend tobranch off a little bit. But that's
(01:33:41):
why we have the dark room. The dark rooms where we keep the malevel
items. Wow, now, whatare the since the last time we talked
to you? What's probably the neweststuff that you've had. We get a
new doll the Jack the Ripper victim. We got a World War two Navy
(01:34:05):
duffel bag. There's some oh wegotta I got a friend, uh,
a little chest with a bible andthree hundred dollars off my friend Eddie Pence
and it was a It was somethingthat he and a friend of his had
(01:34:25):
their little collection, and and hesaid it was just something that neither one
of them wanted in their houses. So so I got stuck. I got
stuck with it. So nice,No, but I mean, that's that's
what the museum's for. So nowthe Duffel bag is tarning history to it,
like has anybody restretched the name?I found it at a local shop
and I just felt that there waslike, uh, just a little like
(01:34:48):
a charge to it, okay,And I just happened to have enough on
me and I figure out, I'llgive you home in the military room,
so we u. So maybe itwas someone at Pearl Harbor or it's hard
to tell me. Earlier this year, we were down in Florida, my
wife and I'm visiting our friends andthey're in the New Simona Beach, Daytona
(01:35:15):
beach area, and we were atthey were having me try to find a
table with an energy for them.So they are telling me around all these
the way antique places and whatnot andpicking up with all the energies, and
this one we go into this shopand as soon as I went in,
something was like, oh, it'slike, you know, just a real
(01:35:39):
power source. And as I goin, I'm just following the energy flow
and as I'm getting closer, it'snot a good energy at all. I
mean, but it's very very strong, and I'm like, what the heck
is this? And finally I getto this, you know, typical the
antique place. They have all alittle many boots. You know, everybody
(01:36:01):
has a little boot. So Iget to this one area with the energy
sources and here it's a cabinet andwithin the cabinet, the guy it's all
loaded with Nazi paraphernalia. I mean, really amazing stuff. I mean,
between awards and medals and pictures anda lot of very original probably very rare,
(01:36:27):
but I mean it's like whoa.I mean, it was just amazing
the energy. So I'm talking tothe owner on the way that we actually
purchased an autographed picture of Vivian Leewith their Gone with the Wind costumes because
one of our tables is actually Vivian. But anyhow, I'm talking to the
(01:36:51):
owner and I'm like, just happenedto mention to him. I said,
you've got that one present presenter backthere. It's the cabin of all the
Nazi memorabilia, and he says tome with that hesitation, yeah, and
I wish it was the hell outof here. He didn't go into any
specifics, but I said, youknow, you just knew that something was
(01:37:15):
going on, because boy, thatwas just like see as you walk in
the doors, it was like followedthe bread crumbs, you know, right
then it was putting out the power. Wow, that's true. Yeah,
I don't. We have a localantique dealer here who works with the really
(01:37:35):
nice guy. We do investigations inhis store a couple of times a year,
and you know, a lot ofthe similar to your museums, A
lot of the items in the storehave energies attached. So that's where I
(01:37:57):
hopefully he'll be back, hopefully he'lljump back in. But I didn't even
know what the hell is going onright here there. Yes, okay,
(01:38:21):
bring them back home. I canhear you, but I cannot see you.
There you go. I think we'vegot a storm coming in appare think
okay, okay, yeah, Butanyhow, he gets some really neat stuff,
and that's where I had messaged youearlier. We were we were looking
(01:38:43):
at purchasing that chair made by anotorious murderer here in Pennsylvania, and it
turned out to some other lady withtheir paranormal group, uh purchased it for
um for they have a similar setup to you, but just down in
the valley in Virginia, down inthe Shenandoah Valley. But anyhow, he
(01:39:06):
gets a lot of bogs and inso if we're able to capture any of
that, we'll certainly be setting somepeace stopped out again, that's the one.
Yeah. Well, coming towards theend of the show isn't yes,
but it looks like the Bellair doesn'thave anything to open on a Saturday until
(01:39:26):
the twentieth of August. Yeah, yeah, cool, good for her.
I mean she has Fridays open, yeah, Friday at her place and then
a Saturday it is, Yeah, but that's Friday, May twenty seventh.
(01:39:46):
So I think I thought we hadsomething going in in the last weekend in
the Under. I don't know why, but man, June I think is
all pretty open. I will say, if we're gonna do June, it
would be the tenth then, becausethis is my parents anniversary here. So
(01:40:14):
but I think they're still then inFlorida. Yeah, they come back on
Wednesday and he's back there we go, yeah, oh here we go.
Don't start agin that's right, justwhy don't your message and we tell him
(01:40:38):
not to bother. It shows usabout it over anyway, the player,
we were able to get him atall. Yeah, so the antique thing
is going on May. I'm comingout. That's Holly, so let's see.
(01:41:06):
Um yeah, so Holly say she'llbe coming out for that event in
May with James and jess Um andheard back from Lula, So I don't
know what's going on with her, speaking of which we need to get her
(01:41:27):
and Jason Meadows on the show, she was asking about that, so thank
you enough enough, So she saysshe thinks it's the twenty first, So
all right, well just with thatmine, we'll go ahead and cut out
(01:41:47):
a few minutes early. Um,I know I was still got to get
some dinner. Am I gonna getthese dogs walk? Obviously you can hear
them yelling for it now. Umyeah, I think right. We want
to thanks Steve for stopping in.Um apologize. He couldn't make a whole
time, but at least we gota little bit out of him. I
have our cous the afterlife address scrollingacross the bottom of the screen for anybody
(01:42:12):
who wants to go check it out. I'd highly advise it. And yeah,
Jim and I are going to activelyset up a weekend where we hit
that place one night and the BellerHouse the next night. Yeah, I
think I really enjoyed trying. Ifit's okay with you, I'd like to
bring my buddy Mike. I thinkyou make a good addition, and we'll
see if we can't get you.Yeah, that's close by. Yeah so
(01:42:40):
um, and maybe we'll find twomore. Maybe it'll just be the four
of us. Yeah, you know, I'll see if Hailey wants to go,
and you know if she's answering.Yeah. So, but everybody,
thank you for tuning in to night. We appreciate it, and we'll see
you in two weeks. Take careof everyone, have a good week's an.
(01:43:04):
Thank you for joining Dave and Jimon Doorway to the Dead. Catch
us next week right here at eightpm every Thursday, as we opened the
door to paranormal discussion and more allhe helps too. She's she's betting a
(01:43:31):
little more than a can you putthem around on relations? Yes? Next
time, come out bring my truckabout blinking
