own minds. So how do we knock down those walls
and build a foundation of unshakable confidence. It all starts
with the words we use, both to ourselves and to others.

the way you sometimes talk to yourself? Probably not right.
You wouldn't tear them down or belittle their dreams. But
when it comes to ourselves, sometimes we forget basic decency.
Let's get real. Everyone has those days where self doubt

doubts are just whispers, not roars. They're not facts. They're feelings,
and feelings can be managed. Think of your inner critic
as that annoying voice you get stuck with on a

we can learn to tune it out. Here are five

negativity to positivity. It reminds you that even when things
are tough, there is still so much good in your life.
Make a daily gratitude list, big or small, it all counts. Five.
