I'm bumped up and excited. So it been a little
bit while, so have something on here and there, but

So first and foremost, guys, if you're listening to me

on your drive at home, whatever that you're at, even
at the gym. All right, if so, thank you, thinking more,
thank you. So let me expind to you what I'm
doing this time is pretty jazzy. So do you guys
realized that I came out with the book and the
book is called Life is a Garden Present unlimited business growth,

turns from your business and overcome mental barriers. So the
book is fiction nonfiction over nine yards. The book is
really fire. Guys. Took me about maybe ten months to
actually create the whole concept, the whole thing. But first
and foremost, praise God. But here's what I'm doing, guys,
He's gonna be love this. So based on the book,

and you guys know, I worked with the Titans I
call them, you know, and Anthony Robbins and Chad Holmes,
A Jay Braham, I work with Scott Holmes, and I
work with all the best, the best. You know, when
you work with Tony Robbins and their group, you work
with them. I worked with for eight years, work with
some of the best minds in business. So I wanted
to come up with a challenge myself. So here's the

chance that I came up with. It's called double your
Revenue challenge, Yes, w revenue.

And what I will take with you, of course, is.

Speaker 1 (01:33):
The BSSM model, which is you know, versus the business,
the foundation of your business, which I tell people a
front here goes. I am not an architecture, I'm not.
What I am is a civil engineer. What I do
I look at you know, the foundation and the swords

and I do the nasty work.

But here's the cool thing about it. If you have
a strong foundation, your business will grow. As you guys realize,
now check us out.

Speaker 1 (02:03):
In three years when you start your business, fifty percent
of the businesses is going to fail.

Speaker 2 (02:12):
Wow.

Speaker 1 (02:14):
And Chad Holmes, everybody I used to work for Chet Holmes, right,
and he mentioned that five percent of companies only make
a million dollars or more.

Speaker 2 (02:24):
Guys, that's it.

Speaker 1 (02:27):
So it came up with a challenge, and here's gonna
be my double your revenue challenge. I want to take
businesses and all making hell be between zero to about
ten million dollars right, and show them how to double
their business. Now, if you make a little bit more,
it won't be double, but it will be a significant
amount of more money coming through.

Speaker 2 (02:47):
Right.

Speaker 1 (02:48):
The biggest cool about it is a lot of the
businesses not doing anything right.

Speaker 2 (02:53):
And and and then the other I said, be SSM.
The other asset.

Speaker 1 (02:58):
We focus on the symptom of your business, the behavior symptoms.
For example, leadership. We have three types of leader. We
have an effective leader which is only ten percent, a
neutral leader, and a destructive leader.

And we ask you what type of leader are you?

Speaker 1 (03:15):
Because of a leader, the type of leader that you are,
that's how you're going to last, your lead your company.
And here's what the cult thing about effective leader is
an effective leader works on themselves. Did you guys know
in Fortune five hundred companies, over seventy percent of people
have the executive business coaches to make them better. Amazing
about that. So then we focus on symptoms of your culture.

How is your culture? And we use the same model
that the use with a salesforce, A gentleman teacher doctor
Conway called o'hanaway cool concept is really a long chapter
but is really information a phenomenal chapter. Then we focus
on team building. How do you build your team right?
How do you have your how do you have your

(03:58):
mission segments and your values and your team aligned with
all that. Talk about that in the book. We also
talk about is mental health in the book how do
you deal with people who have mental health issues in
the workplace?

Speaker 2 (04:12):
We talk about that because what I did was on
the book.

Speaker 1 (04:15):
I took my first book I wrote twenty years ago,
connecting with routine through this character and it Now he's
a billionaire, but he still have the same issues that
he didn't deal with as a teenager. And here's the
thing about it. The issues that have been dealt with
as a teenager does not change at all.

Speaker 2 (04:31):
It just changed. It's just change because it's time. Right.
So he still had the same issues.

Speaker 1 (04:36):
He still had a leadership issue, still had defiance, the issue,
he was still a hot head. There's nothing change except
as a billionaire. But what happens is he goes in
the future and he become homeless. But then with the
help of guys like I said, my titans, Anthony Robbins,
Chad Holmes and of course the great doctor John Odo.

Speaker 2 (04:57):
Thefost guys that's me now.

Speaker 1 (05:00):
Become a sex tillion that mean with twenty one zero's
behind his name and he talks about the good and
the bad and ugly.

Then the next part that he focus on is systemized.
We focus on.

Speaker 1 (05:14):
A couple of errors to systemize your business right. And
here's where we systemize the business at We systemize, of course,
the time management.

Speaker 2 (05:21):
I've seen.

Speaker 1 (05:22):
Did you guys know that eighty four percent of companies
does not have the same time management system.

Speaker 2 (05:28):
That's why you have the Bible adds that's why you
have a guid meeting, That's.

Why they waste so much time. So we focus on
time management. We focus also on systemizing the sales process.

Speaker 2 (05:41):
This is really funny.

Speaker 1 (05:43):
Works the company that was selling forget what was selling,
but one guy was making about twenty five thirty thousand
dollars a month. I'm like, dog, he's killing it right.
The other guys are making five thousand sols. The guy said,
And I asked the owner, do you guys have the
same cell system? He says, well, not really, Wow, really
you don't have the same cell system? And but again though,

if if, if, if you don't have the seven steps
of a cell, and I'd actually ex e E xyz
and to close the deal, not closing deals.

And then we focus on last by not least marketing.
But these a d uh. But write this down, guys,
were what we use is educational marketing. Right.

Speaker 1 (06:22):
We focus on how to educate your clients. You educate
your clients, you become the expert.

Right.

Speaker 1 (06:29):
So we go through that process, and then we go
for monetized how do I monetize my business? And I
come up with six powerful my uh, how to monetize
now it call I call 'em profestations. I use six,
I have twenty five based on what I've been doing
for the last thirty years. Right, So the the book
is solid, But I wanna do a challenge is that

I would double your revenue right in twelve months. If not,
I'll give you back your money. And I have a
question for you. Had any other coach that you have
worked with mentioned that that the double vack your money
or else you can take vack your money.

Nobody have. I am so sure that.

Speaker 1 (07:12):
We have a proven system that's gonna totally change your business. No, guys,
if you're over ten million, please contact me as well.
And the reason why we can't mind we might cannot
double it, but fifty sixty percent, and it'd be a
huge freaking change, right. And what we do also is
we do an assessment to figure out where your business

is at anyway, and even if you're a bigger company,
and if I believe I can w your business, I
would actually say that of the exact same thing.

Because here's what's the thing with people. Gott understand business
is easy. People make it hard.

I'm gonna show you how to focus on the low
hanging fruit, how to actually close your business like incredibly,
So we focus on those different areas. And then of
course in the book we have eight case studies good, bad,
as well was and the ugly part right, because you
have to put everything down now. And if you buy

they want to actually grow your business, mindset, goal setting,

We have leadership, we have what we call these emotional intelligence.
So we hit on every aspect.

But I'm jazz, guys, because because think about it, there's
no one doing a double your revenue challenge.

Why I don't believe that they have the skill set
for that. So again here it goes. This is this
is a short one, right, not that long.

But I want you guys to think about right now,
imagine your Millindar company, milliondarre company.

Now in your companies at two million dollars.

Here's the question I have is for you, how would
you spend that money?

Well, what you invest in, what you invest inside your
business with hope.

Speaker 1 (09:18):
So if you have family with your investors, you can
invest inside your having your kid go to a better college,
let's hope.

Speaker 2 (09:25):
So with doubling your revenue, it changes everything.

Speaker 1 (09:32):
And forgot in the book, right, we have a stand
called cost optimization.

Will show you how to have more net profit in
your business.

So just say you're at eighteen, we'll sure you how
to get maybe twenty twenty four, which of course increase
your business as well.

Said, that book is loaded and I have so many
different strategies, but I wanted to challenge as as owners
because guys, in three years, fifty percent of the businesses fail.
In ten years, almost eighty percent of the companies fell.
That's huge. So we have a challenge. And what I

see the biggest challenges is people don't systemize the business.
And people don't they don't use the b SSM model
to actually grow to explodure business.

some of the biggest titans in the world. And that's
