The BSSM-1 Model: The Blueprint to Uncover Hidden Millions. Most businesses don’t fail because of a lack of effort—
They fail because their foundation is cracked.

That’s why I created the BSSM-1 Model:
1️⃣ Business Foundation – We act as the civil engineers, making sure your company’s structure can hold massive growth.
2️⃣ Symptoms of Business – Leadership, culture, team performance, mental health—diagnosed before they drain profits.
3️⃣ Systemize – Sales, time management, educational marketing—so you scale without chaos.
4️⃣ Monetize – Turning confusion into cash and building profit stations that double revenue and double net profit in under eight months.

This isn’t theory—it’s a proven blueprint. We’ve grown companies by 1500% in three years.

If you’re ready to uncover the hidden millions in your business, let’s talk.

Speaker 1 (00:01):
Welcome to the Doctor John ode Method or No Signs
meets Business Masteries.

Speaker 2 (00:07):
I'm about to John O'Dell.

Speaker 1 (00:09):
I'm an international bestselling author and the business growth Strategists.

Speaker 2 (00:14):
Each episode I.

Speaker 1 (00:15):
Will reveal the strategies, the framework to break thus that
will help you uncover hidden millions in your business. Master
Leadership break through mental Barriers. Today, guys, today we're gonna
dive into a topic that I really believe that it
is the forefront of my book.

Speaker 2 (00:35):
And here's what I call this.

Speaker 1 (00:37):
I call this the BSSN one model, the blueprint to
uncover hidden millions.

Speaker 2 (00:43):
In your business. So I know, guys, it's a big client.

Speaker 1 (00:46):
But as you guys realize my back of my background,
I work with guys like the great Tony Robbins and
the late Chet Hoolmes died back in twenty twelve Business
Genius from Jay Abraham. He is for me the pioneer
of business Scott Holman, and we're talking about the list
goes on. And of course working with partnership with Tony
Robinson shut Holmes, I worked with the Business Mastery team,

(01:09):
so guys like Gary Vee, the guys like Brenon Bochard
and then Keith Cunningham and we're talking about the list
goes on, so I can go on for everybody. I'm
just completely excited, right, And the excited part of the
whole thing about it is to explain to you guys
the b SSM model. But let me explain to you
how it came apart. So as you guys realize that
I have a thirty eight.

Speaker 2 (01:29):
Years of the mental health field.

Speaker 1 (01:31):
So I worked with clinical psychology, I worked with parents
and teens, working with the DATS, working with every population.
I ran a SPMI program that is severely persistent and
mentally ill. Right, and they say that you know these
people are going to be on that forever. Idn't I
believe that that's not the truth. I think if you
have the right strategies and the tools that you can

(01:53):
actually overcome anything.

Speaker 2 (01:54):
Only my belief system. So but what I did was
I took what I learned in the mental heal health field,
and when the mental health field we.

Speaker 1 (02:01):
Have the DSM at the time I was working for right,
and what took place was I use the same principles
in the sense to come up with the b ss
M one model. A little bit difference is the b
stand for business foundation.

Speaker 2 (02:18):
What is the foundation of your business? Right?

Speaker 1 (02:21):
The s stand for the symptoms of your business, and
of course I break everything down, right, the symptoms of
of your business, the symptoms of your business, and the
other s stand for the system minds in your business
and monetize. So let me so, let me break down
the whole concept of the whole of the whole is
program right. So the business foundation when I tell people that,

(02:45):
you know how you see people see these big, beautiful
buildings and everything else, right, Well, we're not the architecture
of your company.

Speaker 2 (02:53):
What we are.

Speaker 1 (02:53):
We are more of the civil engineers of the company.
We focus on the structure because what's out struct sure
it will collapse.

Speaker 2 (03:01):
Right. So even in my and in the business that
you are, you can build it on sand.

Speaker 1 (03:05):
But if it's the right structure, the right foundation, your
business can grow. That's why you guys know that in
five years, fifty percent of the businesses they fail. And
the reason why I believe is because they don't have
the right structure. They don't have the right foundation.

Speaker 2 (03:19):
Right. So the first thing.

Speaker 1 (03:20):
That we look at, what is your what is the
foundation of your business?

Speaker 2 (03:24):
Can your business stand to scale?

Speaker 1 (03:26):
Everyone talk about scale scale, scale, but you got to
first have the right structure to sell. Does that make sense?
Yes or yes beautiful? The next the next one the
symptoms of your business. Right, And what most people don't
talk about is the symptoms part. They talk about, let
me scale your business, Let me scale your business.

Speaker 2 (03:44):
And I stopped back and I said, Okay.

Speaker 1 (03:46):
In the mental health field, if we don't, if you
don't deal with your symptoms. For example, if you have diabetes,
you don't deal with it, what's gonna happen Either gonna
go blind or or it's the limbs of the is
go off. Those symptoms are going to not have you
scale or have per the health it's the exact same
thing inside your business. But we look at four areas.
We look at from the one, what is the leadership?
Now are you a leadership? Are you effective leader, a

(04:10):
destructive leader, or a neutral leader? And everyone thinks they're
an effective leader, but here's the really said truth is
there's only twenty percent of effective leaders. Right, So we
break down what is your leadership. When we understand your leadership,
we can know how to grow your business.

Speaker 2 (04:24):
Does that make sense? Yes or yes beautiful?

Speaker 1 (04:27):
Then we focus on what we call is the culture
of your business?

Speaker 2 (04:31):
Ian died that.

Speaker 1 (04:31):
Okay, you guys ever heard of a small company called salesforce? Yeah,
so they use this this concept.

Speaker 2 (04:37):
Called the Ohanoway.

Speaker 1 (04:39):
So one of our the person who wrote this chapter
was Scott Conway and he's an Ohanoway master and o'hanowey
mean family and what takes place is he focus on
three areas of the culture. Is it a victim mentality?
Is it a villain mentality? Or is a hero mentality?
We know what a victim is, we know what the

(05:00):
building is, but the hero makes better right, But we
focus on strategies of building up your culture makes sense beautiful.
Next one we focus on the team building. How is
your team? Is your team working as a team? Are
you guys working together? Because most of the times you
know the management mean you're the mission statement and what
other people are not the same. So we show you

(05:21):
how to actually get that together. Make the team work
as a team, right, and we give them seven principles
of making that happen. And last but not least, mental health.
Mental health in the workplace, How do you deal with
the burnhouse?

Speaker 2 (05:36):
How do you deal with people who comes in here
with Well, for.

Speaker 1 (05:39):
Example, we mentioned about in the book as Alan private
he had in his teenagers years, he had alcohol, drugs,
he killed somebody, right, so he grew up to nineties
fifty and.

Speaker 2 (05:52):
He got the same issues.

Speaker 1 (05:53):
The difference is is a billionaire, right, So what do
you do with people who have issues? Have they never
dealt with? They never work. The difference is just changing forms.
At fifteen to sixteen, they might have stopped growing mentally,
but physically they're fifty years old, but they still act
like a kid. So we show you guys how to
actually get through that stuff and to actually work on
those things. A lot of these businesses that I hear

(06:16):
books and everything else, they talk about scale, scale, scale,
but what they don't mention is how do you work
on the symptoms of your business to make your business scale?

Speaker 2 (06:26):
Does that make sense? Everybody beautiful? Now?

Speaker 1 (06:30):
Now the next asset systemize. We only systemize three areas.
We systemize the sales process because you don't closing new deals.
Is closing new sales, You're not going to actually close anything.
We focus on time management. Everybody to have the time
management system, and we work on educational marketing, so we
break down that. I work for companies sometimes there some

(06:50):
guys cells are during twenty thirty thousand.

Speaker 2 (06:52):
They do in the same service and product.

Speaker 1 (06:54):
Right, we got same some the same products, same seals,
and some guys making five thousand. What's the difference for
me is a sales process? What are they doing in
sales process? Their mindset the whole nine hours. It's still
part of sales, right. The time management. If you don't
want to be a bibblehead, you don't want to have
I got a meeting all days long, Right, You're gonna
have a structure, set time, and everybody's on the same time.

(07:17):
So now you know how long a session should take
or this should take, and you should know how how
long and what they should actually start making money if
you're doing a sales call. Educational marketing, I got this
when I got for my guy chat homes and I.

Speaker 2 (07:30):
Love Chet Holmes.

Speaker 1 (07:31):
And for the educational marketing part, well, it was really
created by really Jay Abraham, right, but you know Chet
made it actually famous. Right, But educational marketing is using
more stats. Nobody want to be so everybody want to
be educated. We're in this era of the internet. Everyone
want to be Ever, everybody can look up everything right
now and right, so the concept is what we have

(07:52):
is that Okay, let's use educational marketing. Let's teach somebody.
Let's focus on maybe the five devastating these mistakes people
make when they don't get business.

Speaker 2 (08:01):
Coaching right, and we explain to them the five devastrate
the mistakes. Right.

Speaker 1 (08:05):
But now we're educating them now, right. But what educational
market is to me is imagine that you have a wound.
You take that wound, you cut it open, and you
pour alcohol in it. Then you have the they have
the urgency to do something right. Most people don't use
educational marketing. Chet Holmes had a cool pyramid, right. Three
percent of the people's going to buy nown they'll buy nown.
They might not buy your program or a product, but

(08:27):
they'll buy now. Seven percent is thinking about it and
then breaks down the thirty percent they're not thinking about it. Know,
they don't want to do it, No, they don't want
to do it at all. Right, but that's what people do.
Their is marketing. So we do the educational based marketing
to move them up the ladder so they can buy
your products and services. Does that make sense? Everybody, beautiful
and last, but not least, on the bss M model.

(08:49):
We focus on monetizing now, the monetizing product. This is
why I can grow our company. Most companies. You know,
I've grown three years fifteen hundred percent. But we have
a four hour session that we give, right and I
will show people how.

Speaker 2 (09:03):
It depends on how big the company is.

Speaker 1 (09:04):
Right, but between half million, the like the most I
made it was five million dollars in hidden millions, right
and hidden millions.

Speaker 2 (09:13):
As I said, we look at the structure.

Speaker 1 (09:14):
I look at the nasty work, right, I look at okay,
do you have a systemized for a program or reactivation
letter program? And I look at we have about thirty
different types of a monetization. We probably use about ten
to twelve. But if you systemize that each and every month,
some might bring in two percent, some could be bringing

(09:36):
in fifty percent, some could be bringing.

Speaker 2 (09:38):
X, Y and z.

Speaker 1 (09:39):
You put them all together, your business is gonna actually
explode what most people don't do. Most people don't have
the profit stations to grow their business.

Speaker 2 (09:46):
Right.

Speaker 1 (09:47):
So I can take a business, and I tell people
from I can take a business for hell an hour,
I'm gon show you how to make you know, one hundred,
ten thousand to half million dollars in that profit easy
because people are not doing the right thing what everyone
wants to do. They want to have this big old company,
big beautiful company, which is great, don't get me wrong, right,

(10:08):
but they don't want to have the structure. They don't
want to have the systems in place to make their
business grow. So here's the hair is wan. I have
a question for you guys. Think about it in your business.
Have you, guys, have you been flat? Have your celles
have been booming or you are declining. Most companies that

(10:32):
work with they're either declining or they're flat for five
or six years. Why because they don't use the BSSM model.

Speaker 2 (10:40):
They don't use it.

Speaker 1 (10:42):
They don't know what the foundation of their business is.
They don't focus on the symptoms.

Speaker 2 (10:47):
What do they do?

Speaker 1 (10:48):
They complain, they gripe about it. They don't do much
about it right. They don't systemize anything right, which is
really sadden And they don't want to monetize. And they
monetize they might do one thing, that might do a
referral program and that's all and that's all they get
their business. But as you guys realize, the referral program
is not you can't count in the referral program.

Speaker 2 (11:07):
If they refer you, they refer you.

Speaker 1 (11:08):
How about if it's six seven months, Well, you know,
if the business doesn't have no cash in mind or
anything or any capitals.

Speaker 2 (11:18):
It's gonna be a hard day. Right.

Speaker 1 (11:21):
So my biggest thing about it is the BSSM model
is the model I came up when I started working
with the great Chet Holmes, the great Tony Robbins's the
great everybody else, right, because I was looking at these
companies and not working with lots of companies, lots of companies,
and I was working with them, and of course for
its Chat Homes and Tony Robins, which I looking to death.
We would talk to the clients close their own deals, right,

(11:44):
because that most companies, you know, they have someone be
a closer. I want to close my own deals. I
want to know what's actually taking place. Because I from
closing my own deals, I can know how to do
the sales process. And my sales process was so tight.
I started working with BBI that's Business Pretti's International with
Tony and Chat and I was helping. I helped five
of the top ten people close, five to top ten

(12:08):
people back from us in two thousand and eight to
twenty sixteen, nine guys making between twenty to thirty.

Speaker 2 (12:13):
Thousand per month.

Speaker 1 (12:15):
Right, I had the number one VP of consultants making
over one hundred thousand per month.

Speaker 2 (12:21):
Why I showed them.

Speaker 1 (12:23):
I showed them the BSS in one model. But for
them there's more. Quadrant three, the sales process. The sales
process is a science, is a mindset, but it's systemized
to actually grow your business and close more deals. So
he goes, I can talk all day. I'm pumped up
and excited. So this one that we focused on today

(12:44):
is to focus on the BSS and one model to
give you the blueprint for eighty million. So here, guys,
if you guys want to reach out to me, you
guys can.

Speaker 2 (12:53):
There's no big deal. I'll give you a free session.

Speaker 1 (12:55):
I'm sure you how to make between ten thousand to
one hundred thousand net profit in your business. That's not
a problem now, if not a little big deal. We
do have another one that I think is phenomenal. I
wrote a book, guys, as you realize it's unlimited business growth,
phenomenal book. I'm I'm gonna do a like a series,
you know how a chicken suit of the soul was
I first had Life of Garden about eight years ago

(13:17):
when my dad died and my dad we grew up in.

Speaker 2 (13:19):
Uh Indiana and family of ten.

Speaker 1 (13:21):
I'm biological, I'm eight of ten, right, so we grew
up instead of Indiana, and we had dad had a garden.
It was about maybe about acre, right, and my god man,
and he worked two jobs, so this was just h
his side hustle, right, and but man, he worked that garden.

Speaker 2 (13:36):
That was no tomorrow.

Speaker 1 (13:37):
He said that when he was a kid, you know, uh,
second third grade, his granddad had a big old farm
back in Mississippi. So he so we created the garden, right,
So I walked to his book, A Life of Garden.
In my very first book was about the garden principles,
about the garden, about your reaping your soul and above
and having attitude of gratitude, and and talking about my
dad and my mom journey. My mother was a preacher kid.

(14:00):
So in my very first book, I would connecting with
your team about teenagers and their behaviors. So I took
that character and put inside this book that I'm gonna
talk about right now is unlimited business growth. Right, So
it's called Life's a Guardian Present, Unlimited Business Growth, how
to Transform your Business, how to un a how uh
u uh uh, how to Overcome Mental Barriers.

Speaker 2 (14:21):
Phenomenal book. But what I did for this book right
forever that I'm play jazz about.

Speaker 1 (14:25):
So if you go to my website doctor Johnoda dot
com and click the picture of the book, and of
course we became Amazon International bestselling author, I'll play jazz
about that.

Speaker 2 (14:35):
Praise God. So what w W? And when you get
the book.

Speaker 1 (14:39):
You can also get ten thousand dollars of online courses
for my five experts. Of course it's gonna be one
of 'em. So I do one on think gold cet
and B business coaching. Uh a methact. I do mine
on educational marketing matter of fact. Uh And then we
have someone does an automation uh. Someone does on emotional intelligence,

(15:02):
leadership and addictions. I wanted to focus on what I
see in the workplace that people can actually get over
and we and we have so many courses.

Speaker 2 (15:12):
It's a beautiful course. But that's the thing about it.

Speaker 1 (15:14):
So go on my website, click down and you can
actually get a free chapter of the book. I think
it's maybe fifty to sixty pages. The book total is
probably about three fifty to four hundred pages, so it's
a pretty big book. But then if you buy the book,
you get ten thousand dollars of online courses, and you
get two ebooks. You get one on sales doctor Horden
is a genius, and you get one on a state planning,

(15:37):
doctor Conway. So you guys get all that, and so
I'm prett jazzed about that, guys, But thank you so much.
But if you do want to get a session from me,
free session, let me know and I'll show you, guys,
how to scale your business to that next level. Until
next time, take here and dare to make this day,
this month, this year magnificent.
