you guys so much for joining me today. I'm Jazz.
I'm pumped up for this show. This show, guys, write
this down is off the hook, So let me explain
you who I am and everything else. This show is
business Mastery meets neurosciences, right. I've been doing neuroscience metals

from guys like Anthony Robbins and Chet Holmes and the

little bit different than most, and I'm one outcome is
to get you, guys, breakthroughs on the show that I'm on. Like,
for example, today I'm doing it the show by myself,
so it's between twelve to twenty minutes, but of facts
of strategies of storytelling, so you get actually can go
further faster. This show, guys, is going to be pretty cool, right,

So the reason why that that I believe that is
going to be is pretty cool because as a business owner,
as an entrepreneur, we all do with this stuff. Right.
So this show is called Stop being keen saw in
Your Business, And I'm saying that's an interesting title, which
it is, right, So let me explain to you. So

I was talking to a client about a month or
so ago and we had a meet and he's a
Christian guy, executive VP of sales a business company, do
about fifty million dollars in sales, right, you know. And
he looked me in the eyes on his zoom client
he says, you know, doctor Oda, I love God, but
my sales team and I have in a hard time
(01:55):
for the past six months. Man, we're not doing nothing.
I need help. And of course, and I smiled. The
guy has to listen to that, and I says, my
mother was a PK kid. You're the preacher kid. I
know and understand the Bible extremely, extremely well. So what
I could do for you? You know, I can root
the Bible with business strategies and biblical principles so you

can be in the right place at the right time.
And he smiled at me. He says, fab this is
what I want. So then, you know, I wanted to
see where he's at, right, So I said, I have
a question for you, and he said, what's that? He says,
have you ever heard of the story called David and Goliath?
(02:40):
He loved to me, he said, of course I have.
I said, okay, I'm just I'm curious now. And I says,
when David faced Goliath, why didn't he called him a giant?
And he was a little silence, And I say, you
know the reason why, Because David glory. He did not
glorify the enemy like you're doing in yourselves. The cells

are bad, it's gonna be hard times. And in six months,
what he did was he glorified his God. And here's
what he did now. And that says he remembered the
time when he beat the bear, when he beat the
lion with that little slingshot, the same slingshot that worked
(03:25):
for him before, It's gonna work with him with Goliath.
I told him right now, And you're doing more of
the opposite. You're magnifying the problems instead of magnifying your God.
I said, you're stuck between the last six months of
(03:48):
poor cells instead of remembering the seasons when you crushed it.
You know what he did? He paused, he said, you know,
I thought it. You're right. Then I hit him with
another question, and here goes, I'm hit you with the
same question as well. I asked him who is more
(04:08):
of an obstacle? Was it the greatest obstacle? Was it
king Saw or was it Glith? And he quickly answered
the laugh. I said, interesting, And I shook my head
and told him no, not exactly. And I said, and

here's why I want you guys to listen to this one.
Because Saul told David king Saw to day it is
David that he was too young, he's too inexperienced. You know,
he need a full suit of armor, right. But David
(04:50):
refused of the negativity, and he focused on when he
won and when he was successful. Who. Then I told
the VP, now you're being saw in your business. You
speaking negativity about yourself, about your team, about your future.

And what I explained to him, and change your story,
change your life. You have to change three things, your story,
your state, and your strategy. So change your story. You
need to change your story about where you when you
are victorious. When you wont change your state. You can't
be in that lower vibration, the anger of the stress,

the worry. You have to have attitude and gratitude of
the passion, fun happiness. You have to be in the
higher state magnificent. People always ask me how am I doing?
I said, no, I'm doing magnificent phenomena. I'm staying why
I'm in a higher state. So when I'm speaking to
this VP, he was in a lower vibration, the anger

of the stress, the worry, the doubt. Was it him?
Why isn't he succeeding? This is a question that happens
for you when your seals go bad or your business
go bad. Who do you blame? What is your story?
(06:25):
What is your state, your emotional state, and what is
your strategy? I explained to him. I says, man, you're
in mental prison. You're in slavery. The worry, the stress,
the doubt, the fear. You and your team is in
mental slavery until you raise that vibration, till you raised
it up to remembering the time six months ago, seven
(06:47):
months ago, when you were crushing it. Memory of time
when you're happy, when you're pumped up, when you're excited,
when you're a magnificent If you can't remember the time
when you were successful, you're never gonna win. So then
I said to him, that says, so you're being saw
(07:09):
inside your business, and that's what you're telling your team.
The reason why you're not making sales. The economy is terrible,
inflation is too high. These clients have no money. I
think I'm pushing to the choir right now. And then
he even told us his group that you know, I'm sewered.
(07:32):
I used to hear that word, and I used to
work with with cardeierships and all these service people. I'm sewerd,
I'm sword, I'm seword. And when I ask him, was
could you imagine a sword? What happened in the sort?
Business thinks? Doesn't it toxics? When you speak words like that,
(07:56):
you're creating a metaphor that shapes your reality. That's why
I have I have a stick I tell you my sticker. Right,
So I go to the gym, I go everywhere else.
I ask these guys, I said, manam how you doing good? I?
And that gets up my really last nerves to be
truly honest with you, I'll tell you why you speaking
(08:17):
things in existence? People ask me man, how you doing.
I'm doing phenomenal magnificence. Well, I tell you your type.
The one guy asked me, it's a jim, he says,
big man. I said, what's up? Brother? He says, you're
always pumped up, You're always excited. Do you have any problems?
That says none. Of the problems I have none. People
would kill themselves. And I says, here's what I do.
(08:38):
When I can't focus on the things that I can't change,
that's that's God issues. I can only focus on myself
and being the best version of myself, having the high energy,
having having the congruency my biggest thing about it. And
that's the guy. And I'm not a seeing me the
certain thing. Do you pray? Do you have a higher power?
So you're praying for finance, you're praying for more business?
(08:59):
Is you praying for help? If you're praying for the US?
You're praying for but you're only doing good. It doesn't align.
How can you be good and you're prayingful things You're
supposed to be in a higher vibration so you can
attract those things. So the words that we speak to,
what we say and how we do things is gonna
change your freaking definite. And that's why I told this guy.
(09:23):
Then I says, you're speaking these negative words. You're speaking
a metaphor. I talk to people are saying I'm doing good.
I'm doing I said, now I'm doing phenomenal, I'm doing fantastic,
I'm doing magnificent, I'm doing great. They look at me like, wow,
Now people think I'm on drugs. I'm doing this phenomen
I said, Hey, I'm on eleven. Man, I'm sixty one
years young, eight of ten. So we range from fifty
(09:46):
five to seventy five. When I go on Facebook, biological.
When I go on Facebook, I swear and I see five, six, seven,
eight people die all week that I know, of family, friends, whatever,
whom They're like, wow, So for me to be alive.
You know, when I was a kid, right, my mom
would always say something. I thought my mama, mama was
a little crey great, right, But she wasn't. She was
(10:07):
really on the point. I was just a little bit
dumb dumb, right, So but here's what she said. She
would wake up in the morning and say, God, I
wasna bless that I'm alive. All my extremities working, I
have a sound mind. And then she'd say something a
little bit different. She says, I pray for my kids, kids, kids, kids, kids.
(10:28):
Mama said, I would pray for faith, that you they
got the favor of God, that u uh uh, that
you they got health, and should pray this all the time.
And I'm a five six seven years old, I'm like,
why she's praying this? She would look at me, baby,
keep living here it goes. I understand why she say that.
(10:49):
The biggest thing about it, we're not gray. A lot
of us were not grateful for what we need to
be grateful for, right and I haven't. And and every
morning I ask, I say this for now, you know,
I pray for my kids, kids, kids, kids, kids. I
add a couple of things. I said, you know, I
pray for it, you know, of course, you know all
(11:10):
my extremists work and sound mind, right, And and then
I say, hey, I even pray for my good looks.
And you know, of course, but you know, but what
do you what are you doing? Are you being that
King Saul? Are you looking inside the mirror like some
people do, They look in the mirror saying, oh my god,
I'm fat, Oh I'm ugly, and everything else that's being
king of Saul stop. My biggest thing about it is
(11:35):
you start loving yourself. You start need to treat yourself
with kindness, treat yourself like royalty of that you are.
Because because when you speak these things out loud, that's
the people you're gonna attract and start doing the presentation
and doing the cell calls, holding on yards, it's not
gonna do well. So but here's what I promised to Ryan.
(11:59):
So I was some stuffles Man that says I can
help you rewire that negative self talk. I created a
science called neuro business condition. You know, it's a form
of NLP, which I do love to my master trainer
on that, But neuro is a nervous system business. I
worked with some of the best business minds in the
world and conditions. If you don't have white wature on
(12:20):
a person, a person won't change. So I also told
them that I would integrate the Bible principles into the
leadership and sells. I understand it well enough that you
can understand it so you can actually use this concept
and strategies to actually go to your next level. And
then that says, if your teams stay here for one year,
they will be certified in NBC. That's neural business is
(12:43):
conditioning is for a year. Now they're gonna have skill
sets and strategies and tools that they can change their story,
their stating, their strategy and wind alongside with the mindset
what was starting building these profit stations, will start building
your business and have have your business systemize so it
(13:05):
can be automated, so can double and trip for yourself.
Right now, you're about fifty fifty million. Excuse me, give
it about eighteen to two years. You've been one hundred
million and beyond. But I didn't stop there, right I
told much to listen to me. I worked with the
all Star team. It's not me, I believe, I do
think I'm phenomenal, but I work with the all Star team.

I work with a gentleman who trained me in a
new linguistic pro it's programming called doctor Hoharton. He's an
elite MLP trainer, author of twelve books over on the
mindset strategies, and phenomenal guy. He trained with Bendler and
Grimler and Dolts and Virginia sol A Tear so he
(13:50):
trained with everybody we got. Also doctor Conway, he's a
JD PhD. So Conway's pretty coll he's sixty five books,
he's a state leadership and he's also a grand master
in martial art, so he can He's a pastor I
saw online, so he can pray for you, which is great.
He can sue you and he can beat you up.
But Scott's a phenomena guy. We have also Carlscott who

trained me in them intelescope with about forty five years
working with senior executive. So I told him that I
believe that we have a team approach, and of course
we have Andrew. Andrew's phenomenal. He is my automated guy.
He's my CMO. He automated every aspect of the business
for me, so everything is pretty much ran on an
automatic basis. So combine that told him that we have
(14:35):
business mastery with with you the biblical principles to create
on tope of momentum. Right. But here's what I told him.
My fund, I says, what we focus on also is
what we call is the BSSM model, right. And the
BSSM model to me is the framework to grow any companies.
(14:59):
And let me break it down to you guys right now.
So the BSSN model is the B stand for business foundation.
And to everybody, I'm not the architecture of your company.
I'm not gonna make the pretty pictures and make you go,
oh my god, we're to blow it up. What I
am is what my team and I are. We are
the civil engineers. Here's what we look at the structure
(15:20):
of the business. We look at the structure to make
sure that you're in a study foundation. So we look
at the sewards, We looked at everything else to make
sure that your business is in a stronger foundation to
know where you're at, to figure out if you're just
starting off on the business, you know, because we cannot
do a person who's starting off and person who's been
there for five or six years. It goes you could
(15:42):
be you know, five or six years, you could be
a teenager, teenager or and we got a terrible too.
So we'll figure out where you're at by our assessments
and then the symptoms of a business right and with
the system. With the symptoms part, we hit through more
of the assessment part of it right and we focus
on Okay, how is your leadership? Are you an effective leader?
(16:05):
Are you a neutral leader? Or are you a destructive leader,
and we give an assessment to figure out what where
you're at. We look at the culture of the business,
right are you the villain, are you the victim? Or
you're the hero? We use what we call the Ohana way,
the same thing that salesforce use. Then we look for
the team building part of it. Okay, it's your team stronger,
(16:26):
not how to make it stronger. We hit on most
people that most can't hit on this mental health with
our team collective we have over one hundred and fifty
years in mentalth experience. But we focus on mental health
or the burnout distress. We also focus on addictions. What's
taking place and how and how can you function as
a human Right, then we look at the systemizing the business.
(16:48):
How is your sales process, how's your time management? Are
using educational market then and of course monetize. But with
the monetization we also do we do cost optimization. Well,
figure out what's going on because of course if you
cut the costs, net profit blows up. Right, So we
have a different system, a different strategy to actually help
you grow your business to that next level. So the
(17:14):
question that I have is for you and I'm thinking
about this. Are you the keen saw in your business
or are you David? Are you glorifying how your power,
you glorifying your god? Or else? Are you looking at
(17:36):
your circumstances and saying the economy is terrible. I can't
make any deals, I can't make any sales. And if
you want to go further faster, and if you're stuck
