So today I was with the client today and yesterday
was and five million dollar company and he thought he
had a problem in sales, and I knew it wasn't sales,
but you know what the truth was that he had
some leaks can bring us some weeks in this whole business.
So explain to him about that we do a six

R assessment and I explained to him what the six
R assessment was all about. And I explained to him,
with a six R assessment, we break apart the b
SSM model that's of course based in my book. And
of course the B stand for the business structure of
the business. You know, we're not the architecture. We're like
the civil engineering. We focus on the structure of the business.

We focus on your sales, on your cycle of the business,
of your just a startup company, terrible toos, teenagers, young adult,
maturity in the list goes on. Right, we figure out
where you're at so we can know how to serve
you in the best possible way. We can have a
guy that's fifty years old, you know, and you know
in this business and personally he's maturity level, but in

his business he's a terrible toos, so he's trying to
find his identity and everything else. So we have systems
and strategies of working with everybody. And then we focus
on the symptoms of the business. Right, the symptoms of
the businesses really hits. The business part is the culture,
the leadership, the team building, and we also focus on
the mental health part, mental health issues as well as addictions, burnout, stress,

you know, we go from stress to success, the whole
nine yards. Right. Then we do the s the systemized
sales process. And everyone thinks their sales, but the sales process,
time management and marketing. But we used educational marketing so
you guys can become the expert inside your field. Right,
and of course monetized. How do I make money now? Right?
So I took a client and and and and and

we went through the process and I explained to him
what's taking place on what's happening and everything else. Right.
So what I found him was about one point two
million dollars. You know, I found him in his business
a total. I'll tell you what exactly was the total
that I found in his business by just doing the
uh uh, the uh uh. The quick assessment was I

found him about between one point five million to four
point seven million dollars in his business. And we broke
apart every aspect of his business. And this was to
make sure that everything was fine, to make sure that
like you know, like you know, everything is like you know,

it's like on the right track from naturally when for
his business, right, because that's what takes place. So we
found in this potential, our ROI potential was one point
seventy five million to four point six two five million
dollars and hidden profits, we found about one point five

or about one to three million. On COGS. For savings,
we found about seven one hundred and fifty thousand to
about one point six And with the COGS, we have
a system that we all that we will our number
one outcome is to have your net profit be double
and triple. And what we do we take whatever that
you're spending and we we renegotiated for you and we
save between fifteen to thirty and three percent on the average. Right,

And that's your biggest goal to actually get your business moving.
And here's a sad thing about it. Sometimes these people
they'd be with the same vendors for ten fifteen years
and they haven't changed them. And what happened is these
vendors are charging them crazy amount of money. They think
that they're your friends, and they're not, as they're they're
charging four and five times as much money that she's
supposed to be paying. And you need to actually figure

out how to actually get some better friends. Right. So
what we're doing is, and this is my cool thing
about it, right, I decided to do a concept a
strategy to actually to actually go further faster, right, And
the way that we go further faster. I created this

car ud my BSS one business MRI. The MRI standing
for money revenue and in you innovation. Right, that's one
of our biggest goals that we want to have with
your business, right to have it grow into a way
that's going to grow. Right. And what we're doing right
now is I'm doing pretty much of a forty eight
hours offer. What I'm doing right now is with the

guy he pumped me up because I I mean, there's
a lot of money that we found from him. Right.
What I'm gonna do right now is the people who
comes right now, I'm gonna give half off whatever that
your company is going from you're making from half a
million dollars to one hundred million dollars to be half off.
And the reason why I want to show you a blueprint,
a map, a framework, how'd I actually take your business
from that next level? Right? Cause here goes If you

guys want to have to give me a call any
times nine for nine eight six eight nine one four
four again it's nine four nine eight six eight nine
to one four four. Right. So the biggest thing about
it is to structure, to structure your business to make

your business grow. So I have a question. It is
for you think about this, what type of business that
you have. And here's a cool thing about it. It
works with over one hundred and fifty industries, right, and
the cool thing about it is to get your business
going for a bit faster and to make some money
in your business. Right. What most people do, they work

(06:04):
in their business. They don't work on their business. Right,
make sa anybody working on your business is gonna grow
your business to that next level. You guys realize I
work with some of the greats from uh the great
chet Homes, Anthony Robbins, I chet Homes. I work with
a lot of people and all the people that I
work with, To be honest with you, I have with
the companies that I worked with, we had about a

(06:27):
twenty and eighty five percent increase in side of hidden
and hidden revenues. When you have that much in increasement
is huge, right. So you know, So what I what
my guarantees and then phone call that we have in
our six hour processes that we actually would do. I
would I would guarantee that you would get at least

a half million dollars in your business and not I'll
just give it to you for free. That's how I
that's the confidence of that I am with what of
you of with what I do. Right. So let me
give you a structure of what we actually focus on right.
We is we focus on profity, profit recovery, cost optimization.

That's between about fifteen percent. We do the assessment on
your leadership the three types of leader, effective, neutral, and destructive.
Everybody thinks they're effective leader until you know what's actually
taking place. We have an assessment based on that. We
do mental health we focus on if you have addictions, drugs, addiction, alcohol,

eden rightsman's health meaning that burnout, stress. We want you
to go from stress to success. And then we do
a life cycle alignment. We focus on we match the
business stages and with the owner personal stage and figure
out where you're at so we know how nice you
coach you to that next level. As I said even

in the book on limited business Growth, right, we had
this kid. We had this guy who's fifty years old,
you know, so mentally in his business he was a
teenager and then at fifty he was a teenager as
well and personally right, so the guy would blow off meetings, X,
Y and Z didn't really care care get you imnagined
a sixteen year old kid with a million dollars, Well,

imagine him was a fortune five hundred company was billions
of dollars exactly, you know, So that's how she actually
how if you work, we need to figure out that.
Then we focus on the growth rough with that, right,
and we'll focusing okay, ninety days of me on how
can we go and how can we get at least

(08:35):
you know, how we can get your cogs so we
can show your net profit and how can we dent
in that two million to five million dollars of hidden
revenues of that we found. And then what happens is
we'll give you a game planation every time that she
make that happen, right, And if our people use us
in the past, they either took these six hours and

(08:57):
they did it themselves and we said a great job.
Or they went to coaching coaching is we coach you
through X, Y and Z and the coaching program is
pretty cool. Or they say, hey, we know we don't
need the coaching. We just need a fractional one. We
need a CEO or a CEO, we need someone who
can come on in who have your experience and who
actually you can do it. You know, we got twenty
plus years experience of doing fractional Or we say that

(09:19):
we don't want to do anything, we'll hire you as
being a consultant and you can do it. You guys
can do it everything. Here's what you guys do. You
do everything for us, right, so we have three different
levels actually worked with us. And some people believe it
or not. They say they can do it themselves, which
is fine as well. But here's what you do. You
do need to figure out what is your low hanging fruit.
You need to know what your gaps is inside your business.

(09:41):
A lot of people say scale, scale, scale, scale, which
is great. Here's a thing about scaling, right, if you
have symptoms in your business like poor leadership, poor culture,
poor teamwork and Mattel's issues, your business won't grow. They
won't grow, they'll grow too level them to stop or else.
When you see these companies who have to always hire

(10:04):
and to hire managers and hiring this because to me,
it's just poor leadership, right, and effectively there's gonna fuel
the business to make the business go further faster. Right,
