it's eating time. Thank you and thank you and thank
you guys. Today's show is gonna be really exciting, very fun,
and I decided to do something that's a little bit
different than I know me when I actually get done
and do, but I wanted to make it fun and interesting.
Speaker 2 (00:20):
For you guys. So the name of the show is.
Speaker 1 (00:25):
The one million you're sitting on on how we found
a hidden revenue in forty seven minutes.
Speaker 2 (00:32):
Guys, you don't know anything. My name is aout to
John Odell.
Speaker 1 (00:34):
So sorry for not being online for like the last
couple of weeks. I have been taking the online UH
Practitioner NLP course again and my god man, this course.
This is my fifteen times taking it to be truly
honest in the last thirty years, but this time he
changed it totally.
Speaker 2 (00:53):
So I was exciting. It's fun, long hours.
Speaker 1 (00:57):
It took out a lot of my time and when
I know me, do my podcas pastor anything else. So
forgive me, guys, I'm back again. So let me give
you a brief synoptics about who I am. My name
is doctor John Old have been in the mental health
field for thirty eight years, neuroscience about the same time,
and so my whole show is neuroscience.
Speaker 2 (01:15):
Meet business mastery.
Speaker 1 (01:16):
Business masteries me is I I was been honored in
privilege is working on some of the greatest minds in
the business world, like Tony Robbins and like a Chetholm
late Chettholmes Man. I was looking at man he died
twenty twelve. My god, what a genius of a guy.
A good gentleman man to the point, but a good gentleman,
Uh Scott Holman, Jay Abraham Uh. And in the motivational field,
(01:41):
I've worked with Joseph Mclinton, the the third since nineteen
ninety five. So I had to honor and a privilege
to working with some of the best the best. Right.
So what I've done throughout the years I modeled, I refine,
and I came up with a SYSTEMO of myself. I
partnered with uh Anthony Robinson Chettholm with a company called
Business Breakthroughs in national back in the day. I was
(02:04):
working with him from two thousand and eighty twenty sixteen,
and working with him we did some phenomenal stuff. And
when I came in, I'm thinking I was a damn
great I thought I was a phenomenal business coach. My
got not even remotely close. When I got done, I
was untouchable, to be truly honest with you. When Chettholmes
died back in twenty twelve, I thought it was my
(02:26):
moral is obligation to continue his work, but of course
to refine it. And pretty much that's what I did.
So the foundation, guys, everything that I do is of
my of my mentors, from the Chettholmes, of the Jay
Brams and the Scott Almand to the jose McLendon. I mean,
I'm the whole nine yards, right, But I just I
(02:48):
looked for models and patterns and how to actually and
I just use from May Threw like some affo shing
on it and through it my swag and my style
and how I do things. So pretty excited right now,
So let me explain to you about the show, right,
I was, uh, but you know, so I don't know
I bought you, guys. But you know, back in the day,
(03:09):
you know, I mean, I'm sixty one years young, right,
So back in the day I used to watch martial
arts movies, right, my shal Arts movie man that'd come
you know, the guy would fight him, beat him up, right,
and then they'd come back for revenge, and then that
beat him.
Speaker 2 (03:22):
Right.
Speaker 1 (03:23):
My concept was I I I put on a challenge.
I said, guys, give me any business. I'll show you
how to actually grow your business. And I was thinking,
you know, I'm probably taking me about an hour or so,
maybe a couple hours. You know, de Chaumont actually scaled
the business to a million dollars right, Well, in this
particular one, I did in forty seven minutes. So let
me explain you the process about you know, what I
(03:44):
actually done and stuff and everything else.
Speaker 2 (03:46):
Right, So I spoke to his client.
Speaker 1 (03:50):
He had a three million dollar business in Rivenuem. He
wanted to grow, but he didn't believe that, you know,
you know, it was just he he started that he
was stuck at three million dollars.
Speaker 2 (04:02):
Right. So I said, I'm a text message to this.
I said, he isn't to me.
Speaker 1 (04:06):
I said, give you thirty minutes, I'll show you how
to uncover between ten t one hundred thousand and hidden profits.
Or I would donate fifty bucks to your favorite calls.
And he said he never heard of anything like that.
He says, you know, I'm just gonna take your phone
call regardless, So you know, so he said, I'm not
really sure, but I said, I'm man, it'd be a
business break to your phone call. Let me see what
I can do. How can I actually scale your business?
(04:27):
And he us more of a technology business, I said,
you know, I said, oh, that should be easier, right,
So what I told them most, you know, I said,
from one, I am an international bestselling author, and I
have a proven system called the bss M one model.
Speaker 2 (04:41):
I said, what. I took this from my workmen's hot field.
We at the time when.
Speaker 1 (04:45):
I was working, we had the DSM four and that's
how you diagnose people behavior challenges, if it's a depression
or schizophrenia or whatever.
Speaker 2 (04:56):
That it is, right, So I took it a little
bit different.
Speaker 1 (05:00):
I don't want label because I don't like labeled unless
you labeling me is being good looking, which I am,
or a genius, which I am, or smart or a billionaire,
which I am.
Speaker 2 (05:08):
Right, something like that.
Speaker 1 (05:09):
Is great label The other labels, you're gonna look at it,
you're gonna read it, and you're gonna becoming right, so
that's what I don't want to happen. So what I
did was I created my what what I call it,
it's a bss N one model. And let me tell
you the business stand for the foundation. I look at
your foundation, of your book of your business, and we
fill and we build the structure. So I used to
(05:31):
work for a civil engineering company back in Michigan City
and Indiana called Hives and Associations. Right, Tim and I
we were to high school together. Matter of fact, grade school.
Matter of fact. This whole family and our family, I
think we come from a family of ten that come
from a family of eight. So all our siblings know
(05:52):
was one of another parents was very good friends. Hold
on ours right. So I was working for Tim at
the time. And the reason why I got the strategy
and how to describe myself Tim as a civil engineer,
it's not the architectural. He look at the foundation of
your business. The structure of your uh oh is of
(06:13):
your building, right. And I told myself that was a
great analogy because that's what I do.
Speaker 2 (06:17):
For a company.
Speaker 1 (06:18):
I look at the structure of their business, what's taking place.
If you have a strong foundation, you can build your
business anywhere. Most companies don't have a strong foundation. So
if you don't have a strong foundation, you're gonna have challenges.
And most companies that I work with, they have challenges. Right,
So I look at the foundation, look at Okay, what
cycle are you.
Speaker 2 (06:38):
In your business? Just like you know, how you grow up?
Speaker 1 (06:41):
You know, you're born, you know, then you have to
go through your terrible tools and then he goes teenagers. Well,
here's a sad thing about it. The business does the
exact same thing. So you could be mentally in your
maturity stage or a young adult stage, but business wise
and your terrible twos. So if the treat you're completely
different terrible twos, and then now you're trying to find
(07:02):
your identity. There's so much stuff going on, right, So
I wrote a book called Unlimited Business Growth, and I
talk about all this type of concept of that goes
on with the business. But then the symptoms of a
business we focus on a couple of times. We focus
on leadership, culture, team building, and mental metals. We even
focus on the addiction part of it because in the workforce,
(07:25):
I see three types of addiction food, alcoholic drugs, So
we work on that as more of an assessment to
figure out where you're at. You could be a healthy
company of celbrais God. If not well is what tweak
it out? We look at your culture. We do the
same process of salesforce. It's called the Ilhano ways, taught
(07:46):
by a good friend of mine, Scott Conway.
Speaker 3 (07:48):
Excuse me, dot yourir Conway sixty five books. You know
the guy's a genius, right, So we do a lot
of different culture and the team. But in the in
the leadership wise, we said, okay, what type of leader
are you? Are you an effective leader, neutral leader or destructive?
Did everybody think that they're an effective leader? But they're
only twenty percent of those bad boys? And we'll talk
(08:08):
about more about that as well. Then we system We'll
only systemize three things. We systemize the time management. We
systemize the sales process. I talked to companies.
Speaker 1 (08:21):
Some people are making twenty five thousand and forty thousand
a month and another guys are making five thousand was
the same products and service sales process.
Speaker 2 (08:28):
And last, but at.
Speaker 1 (08:29):
Least, we use educational markets and we educate our clients
so we become the expert.
Speaker 2 (08:34):
The last mos been not.
Speaker 1 (08:35):
At least man monetize We turned confusion into cash in
thirty minutes and thirty days. And the reason why we do.
We look at your gaps, We look at your cost optimization.
We see what we see what you're spending, and where
we negotiate to make it lower. But then we show
you strategies and tools what I call profit stations to
grow your business. Right, So that's pretty much of a brief.
(08:56):
And you know in what we any why I say
that's a listen to me, I says, I worked with
over ten thousand IS companies in the last thirty years.
You know, when you work with the great Tony Robinson,
Chut Holmes. Many I worked from smaller companies, fortunately.
Speaker 2 (09:08):
Five hundred companies.
Speaker 1 (09:09):
Say even mom and pop comp his companies say anything
about it. They need the exact same thing. So what
I did was I took him to the BSSM model
and I showed him some gaps in his business, and
m let me expend you a couple of 'em. And
I ask him this, I'm asking you, guys, is the
guys the exact santem? I give you one of 'em, right,
(09:30):
give you gifts? I said, do you have a systemize
referral program?
Speaker 2 (09:38):
Well, and you said, what do you mean systematized?
Speaker 1 (09:40):
I said, okay, So I remember an example. I was
working with w with his doctor at one time. He's
making about five million dollars a year. He had like
seven officers. He says, do you have a systemized refral
it is program the exsert is before he said, oh, yeah, yeah,
we ask for referrals.
Speaker 2 (09:56):
So I said great, So I called up every office.
I said, hey, you know doorways.
Speaker 1 (09:59):
Hey man, this is coach Man, just trying to figure
out some stuff.
Speaker 2 (10:01):
You're not gonna get in trouble.
Speaker 1 (10:02):
But she's trying to figure the same tiut out of
ten people that comes inside the dental office, how many
people do.
Speaker 2 (10:07):
You ask for a refer And then she paused, well, coach,
don't get mad at me. I said, now, I'm not
gotta get bad. He's trying to figure out some numbers.
And she said what.
Speaker 1 (10:16):
We answered two people because we're pretty busy. I said,
no problem, no big deal. So what around the whole
the involve officer? Some was two, some was three, some
almost one, some was even none. I had no big deal.
So we added all that stuff back up.
Speaker 2 (10:28):
No big deal.
Speaker 1 (10:30):
We figured out what it was did you know that
he missed out on five million dollars. Now, guys, listen
to this five million dollars that he can't get back.
It's gone, it's done. So those are the times the
things that we focus on the structure of your business.
(10:51):
That's just one strategy. Then you threw on the cost
of optimization. Right, he had insurance that he was doing
for he had retirement, and he had a merchant account
that he was using.
Speaker 2 (11:03):
Right, he had shipping, he had products.
Speaker 1 (11:06):
Right, we know, we we did the whole damn thing.
We would negotiate all that and guess what happened?
Speaker 2 (11:12):
He nothing.
Speaker 1 (11:13):
So we look at every We got about twenty five
different ways to grow a company.
Speaker 2 (11:18):
We probably about ten fifteen for year.
Speaker 1 (11:20):
Business.
Speaker 2 (11:21):
Every month beforecus on a different profit station and by
the end of.
Speaker 1 (11:24):
The year you got nine different ways, ten different ways
of bringing in money.
Speaker 2 (11:30):
Do you see how your business can grow? Absolutely?
Speaker 1 (11:34):
This is what we take a person through and everything else,
because the more an outcome is is to grow your company.
And and well here's the thing about it. People make
it so hard, but you have to have a systemized program.
But then you need to have somebody that's on you, right,
someone's gonna like work with you and train you and
understand what you're going through in your business and hold
(11:55):
your hand and make sure that you're getting stuff done.
That's it. So that's the process. Took forty seven minutes
most of the time. What we do is we do
a six hour assessment. In six hour assessment, we hit
through literally every aspect of your whole business, literally everything right,
and through those six hours of the assessment of that,
(12:17):
of of that you do, you learn more about your business.
And the six hours that you probably new in the
last twenty thirty years, I thought your business is open.
We uncover every rock that we can to show you
how to grow your business exponentially. Right if you look
on the website, uh uh, I throw a link in here,
you l if if you look at the website, you
see some phenomenal testimonies. Three years, fifteen hundred percent less
(12:44):
than eight months, double the revenue and double the business.
You know, so those numbers are are easy, Caul, could
we work on the foundation, We work on the nasty
part of your business.
Speaker 2 (12:54):
Right, So that's what we do. So here it goes.
If you guys are in the Irvine area.
Speaker 1 (13:00):
Orange County area of California, right in not Texas, but California.
I'm doing a I'm looking for sponsorships for my team
program and sponsorships as sponsorship goes from seven hundred bucks
to five thousand to sponsor your kid.
Speaker 2 (13:18):
For to for leadership program.
Speaker 1 (13:20):
I put a link down and but it's below again
as well, and this way we want.
Speaker 2 (13:25):
To uh uh.
Speaker 1 (13:26):
It's a great program, two day program. The this is
gonna change the quality of these teens lives and all
the lives of improvigens.
Speaker 2 (13:34):
Of that they have a touching people. It's a it's
a cool program.
Speaker 1 (13:38):
Num. Number one. Outcome is is to get these kids
back where you need to go back in if you're
from the Vine area or Orange County, the LA area
and if you have some kids, let me know and
we can actually throw 'em in. Uh kids pay nothing
And I'm looking for sponsorship right now anyway, looking at
uh uh link below you guys. Have a blessed and
positive and productive day. Guys, until next time, take care
(14:02):
and ne're to make this day, this week, this month magnificent.
By for now MHM
