A little bit of history about myself. I had an

honor and privilege of working with some of the great
titans of the world, right, And those titans are like
from Anthony Robbins to the late chet Holmes to the
most genius guy in the world, Jay Abraham, Gary V.
Dan Kenny. What talk about the list goes on. It's

been a completely pillaging hounder for me doing this stuff right,
And what I do is I look at what they're doing.

I'm a modeler.

I'm modeled bits and pieces. Then I throw some afrush
in on it and I create my own style. With
a lot of times I was working with some of
the titans like the chet Holmes and the Jay Abrahams
and Tony Robbins and the whole nine yards. Also in
the trenches, so I was coaching clients. I was growing
their business. I was training people to become coaches. So

I've done a lot of different things and done a
lot of different roles to actually make sure that the
systems work. All of the systems that I'm telling you about,
I tried, I worked, and I've grown companies right. So
with this show, guys, I'm excited because this is thirty
years of working.

In the business growth. Right. What I concern to myself
is ultimate.

bits and let's rock. So the name of the show is,
no one can guarantee you one hundred K in ninety days.

What my outcome is today, I want to shatter a
belief that's holding too many business owners back. And when
I just said, no one can guarantee a hunch a
K in ninety days, here's the question I have is.

Speaker 2 (03:13):
For you, what is a belief? I hurt somebody? You're right,
A belief is a feeling of certainty.

Speaker 1 (03:23):
So just say I'm sexy, but I really do believe that,
you know, and then I can say no.

Speaker 2 (03:29):
So if you look at a belief, right, four legs.

Speaker 1 (03:33):
Each leg has to support what I just said.

Speaker 2 (03:37):
So if I say I'm.

Speaker 1 (03:38):
Sexy, the first lag would be if you're six foot seven,
you're sexy. Guys, I'm six seven, I'm sexy. The next
one could be, if you got a bad head, you're sexy.

Speaker 2 (03:50):
I believe that real men really is bad. This is
only my opinion. Right, you're sexy.

Speaker 1 (03:55):
And if I say, if you drive a black SUV,
you're sexy, guys of a black EXU me, I'm sexy, right,
And then the next one could be if I'm creative,
I'm sexy.

So a belief is a feeling of certainty.

Speaker 1 (04:13):
So when I told the general that he can have
ninety thousand dollars one hundred thousand dollars in ninety days,
he looked at me like I was crazy, Like I know, yeah,
what type of crack are you smoking? Are you drunk today?
Did you tipped the bottle a little bit? And I
laughed at him, Right, so let's continue the story. And
I looked at his eyes. He said, Doctor Oda, you know,

(04:34):
I'm just overwhelmed. No one can really promise me one
hundred k in ninety days. I looked at him and
said with my eyes, I said, I've told countless of
high performance who already.

Speaker 2 (04:50):
To jump inside the leap of faith. So here goes.
Listen to me, ladies and gentlemen, if you are a

And during three hundred thousand, five hundred thousand dollars per year,

Right question is have you have you ever regretted anything
in your life? Have you credded anything? You know I've
of course, most people say yes if you're honest. If not, yeah,
you say probably not.

So I do. So.

Speaker 1 (06:09):
Back in two thousand and five, I was at the
time I was married, right was living in this place
called Vancouver, Washington, right by Portland, Oregon, about five minutes away.
A friend told me about a three bedroom, two baths
beautiful neighborhood. A rand style price was about one hundred
and sixty sixty five thousand, six five thousand, right back

(06:29):
in two thousand and five. Right, But at the time
my expects my wife had been she didn't like it
at all.

Speaker 2 (06:40):
She didn't like it.

Speaker 1 (06:41):
She said, I wanted upstairs, I wanted something different, I
wanted more fun shuey, and I'm looking at it, I'm like,
oh my god, there's no way.

Speaker 2 (06:48):
So I didn't want to hear them all. I passed.

Speaker 1 (06:53):
So ten years later, guys, guess what the house was
worth If you said one million dollars, actually be right,
one million dollars.

Speaker 2 (07:04):
That decision didn't.

Speaker 1 (07:05):
Just cost me money, It cost me freedom. Tying option
talking to made million dollars all time. Here's the truth,
and that that's exactly the regret I heard from business

(07:26):
owners who don't take action I'm coaching with me. They say,
I wish I'd done it sooner because the market doesn't wait,
doesn't wait none at all. The market doesn't wait at all.

(07:48):
But when I explained to them, Okay, here's what's the
biggest challenge with people. Gotta understand, right, and you know
I'm a master trainer. What it cause narrow linguistic programming? Right,
we have the NP six lodge level is a model, right,
So the first one but I told him was what
you need to change your environment?

Speaker 2 (08:07):
Right?

Speaker 1 (08:08):
Your environment is where you need to focus on. How
is your environment? Is your environment supportive? Give a great example.
I was talking to a client recently and I, uh,
you know, I told him about the business coach and
he was excited xyzing and then he said, I have
to talk to my wife about it. I said, then
that's gonna be interesting. I said, how's your wife? She

(08:30):
says she's negative about everything she's and I said I
And I says, I said, are you who make the decision?

Speaker 2 (08:38):
He says, well, my wife. I said, interest.

Speaker 1 (08:40):
I said a question for you, said what it says
when she buy a couch, or buy furniture, buy any taste,
does she ask you for this permission?

Speaker 2 (08:49):
He says no, she just gets I get home. It's
something new. So she's the CEO of the house. He said, yeah,
And she say she should be the CEO of your business.

Speaker 1 (09:02):
Cause sometimes you ask your wife and she's a negative
state or a negative mindset. It's not gonna help you
out that much. She do gonna tell you no, And
then what you're gonna do with most people is you're
gonna feel bad because you wish you would have done
this sooner because as I said, and then the market
doesn't wait, your competition doesn't wait, Your business is not

(09:23):
gonna wait, and it just won't magically scale on his own.
So the next thing that you need to focus on
here the focus on is focus on their behavior, right
because you should. Here's a question that you should ask yourself.

(09:44):
What are you doing.

Speaker 2 (09:46):
On? What do you avoid doing?

Speaker 1 (09:53):
Sometimes people avoid making the phone calls. Sometimes they avoid
during the marketing strategy. Sometimes they avoid always doing this stuff.
What are you avoiding in your business? Cause here's the
hard facts. Here's the hard facts. Did you know that
forty nine percent of businesses fail within five years?

Speaker 2 (10:13):
Non? Why would you think that?

Speaker 1 (10:19):
My opinion only, I believe that they're not using a
proven neuroscience based system called the BSS in one model
we focus on for us to b stand for the business,
the structure of your business.

Speaker 2 (10:33):
We're not the architecture. Was a civil engineer?

Speaker 1 (10:35):
Were work in the structure of your business to make
sure you're on a strong foundation to make your business go.

Speaker 2 (10:42):
We work on the symptoms of your business.

Speaker 1 (10:44):
Leadership is huge, I mean poor leadership kills it about
eighty percent of the businesses. Anyway, if you have a
destructive leader, you're not going to grow your business anyway.
What's the culture, what's teamwork? Team building? And what's mental health?
Are you dealing with ment health issues, addictions?

Speaker 2 (11:05):
Whatever? And then we systemize only three areas.

Speaker 1 (11:10):
We systemize time management, sales, We use educational marketing. You look,
make you look like the expert in your business, and
that's not not at least. We monetize. If you're over
a business doing three hundred thousand dollars per year, we
do what so we call it cost as optimization. The
first thing we hit on it's a merchant accountant. And
with that we can probably save you about twenty two

plus percent. Right because if you're saving money right now
and now, we have a trust right now, and to me,
that is that rate.

Speaker 2 (11:43):
There is the easy little hagging feud.

Speaker 1 (11:45):
Most companies are paying too high on merchant accounts, too high,
but they can still take money.

Speaker 2 (11:53):
Some people take too much.

Speaker 1 (11:54):
Money, right, So I told him, I said, here is
my invitation. So that's why I created a hundred K
h business sprint. It's not a course, it's not a theory.

Most people don't ask them self questions, and ask them
self questions, you're not gonna actually get the results of
that you want, So just send your first month. You know,
we bring you in thirty thousand dollars right and you're.

G and you're jacked. You're like, heykay, this stuff might work.

Speaker 1 (13:09):
What we just did on there on the fourth step
were works on your beliefs and your values. When you
hit the goal of thirty, then sixties and a hundred,
then you can leave the day you gonna walk on water.
Now that's where I get my guys when they're working
on their business. I explain the guys. I worked with
this guy recently. He's making two million dollars. He says,

(13:30):
I wanna make ten.

Speaker 2 (13:31):
That's I said. When he says in two years, I
said great. I said, let's chunk it.

Speaker 1 (13:36):
I said, so you had two million dollars right now,
and you're about a hundred sixty thousand per month. He
said something like that. Let's said great, So let's say
one fifty. I said, Okay, your next port's gonna be
three hundred. Then it's gonna be four fifty, right, I said,
then there's gonna be seven hundred, then it's gonna be
a million. Once you hit a million dollars, y, you
gonna be unstoppable cause of that belief system that you're

(13:58):
gonna build up to make it takes place. And that's
what most companies gonna do. They try to They shoot
for from one from one dollar to five million, which
is fine, but we need to hit through ports. You
might take twenty ports to get there, but you'll get there.
As you hit the first four ports. Your whole bulle
system can change. You know, the you know the little

(14:19):
thing that I said I'm sexy, You're gonna say I'm
a millionaire. You're gonna give yourself four legs and you're
gonna you're gonna support that belief.

Speaker 2 (14:28):
A belief is only full uncertainty. Does that make sense? Everybody? Yes,
said it's beautiful. Great, So that is that's the biggest thing.

Speaker 1 (14:39):
But then when we build the beliefs, we have to
build another step number five.

Speaker 2 (14:43):
We need to build your identity. Who are who you are?

Speaker 1 (14:50):
Yourself? Concepts in your old and here's a huge one.
Here's the one that you act yourself. How do you
see yourself?

Speaker 2 (15:03):
Whatever?

Speaker 1 (15:04):
You focus on your fil If you see yourself as
a loser, you see yourself as barely making it, Well,
that's what you're going to bring to the table. Does
that make sense to everybody? And last, but not least,
and business. You have to focus on your mission and
your vision or some people purpose or speciality for whom

(15:33):
or for what connections to something larger than yourself. What's
your purpose of why you're here? What's your mission? And
are you living it? Are you applying it in your life?

(15:58):
