Speaker 1 (00:00):
Doctor Suhyunin discusses her strategies for recovery without surgery. Hi,
I'm doctor Suhyunin. I want to talk about how I
help people recover without having to go through surgery. I
know surgery can be scary and it's not always the
only option. Over the years, I've worked with many patients
and found that there are safer and effective ways to

(00:22):
help the body heal naturally. One of the most helpful
methods I use is regenerative therapy. This includes treatments like
platelet rich plasma p r P an umbilical chord stem
cell therapy. These treatments help the body repair itself by
encouraging tissue healing and reducing inflammation. I've seen many people

(00:43):
regain strength and feel better without needing surgery. Along with that,
I use chiropractic care, especially a technique called chiropractic biophysics CBP.
This focuses on improving posture and making sure the spine
is aligned properly. Bad posture or spinal problems can cause
pain and lead to more injuries. By correcting alignment and

(01:06):
helping muscles work better, patients often feel relief and stronger
in their everyday activities. I also believe recovery isn't just
about treatments, It's about what we do every day. I
help patients create simple exercise routines, stretching habits, and eating
plans that support their healing. Strengthening muscles and eating healthy

(01:27):
can make a big difference in how fast and while
someone recovers. Mental health is another important part of healing.
Feeling stressed or anxious can make pain feel worse and
slow down recovery. That's why I encourage my patience to
practice relaxation techniques like deep breathing, meditation, or even talking
to someone they trust. A positive mindset helps people stay

(01:50):
motivated and consistent with their treatment. Teaching patients about their
own bodies is something I focus on too. When you
understand how to move safely, avoid bad habits, and recognize
early signs of trouble, you can prevent injuries before they
become serious. It's empowering to take control of your own
health and feel confident in your body. Every person's situation

(02:13):
is different, so I make sure to personalize the treatment
plans based on what works best for them. Some might
need more hands on care, while others benefit from lifestyle
changes or injections. My goal is to guide each patient,
support them, and help them build habits that lead to
long term health. Recovering without surgery is absolutely possible. In

(02:36):
many cases. It's not about finding a quick fix, but
about building strength, improving health, and preventing future problems. I'm
here to walk with you through that process and help
you feel better each day. If you are worried about surgery,
know that there are other paths to healing with the
right care. The body has an amazing ability to repair itself,

(03:00):
always ready to help you take that next step.
