two from last episode of Dynasty two, the Kolby's after show. Last episode
we talked about the originals two seriesand the through line of Cecil Colby and
how he made Alexus to Colby andwhat all and actually how that changed the

course or everything. Now we're gonnatalk about the reboots. That was gonna

Sheridan. That's how she started theshow. That Elaine Hendrix. I have
to say, I love you sawLaide Hendrix. She was so good.
I loved to Nicholas Sheridon. Westarted loves to Nikola Sharon and loved her

was personal reasons. I think shehad leave that it was nothing against the
shot. It was like something shouldleave. It was a what I forgot
what it was but it was somechance she had to do something, and

Nikolas shared. I want to tryand say this correctly. I didn't
want to just talk out of turn, so on the door to look this
part up. She put out astatement on February nineteen that Sheridan would be
leaving Dynasty to focus on some personalfamily responsibilities. Shardan said her own statement
that she was leaving to spend moretime with her terminally ill mother in Los

Angeles. So she last appeared inthe season two episode Motherly, overtecting this.
That's why when I heard that shewas stepping out of a relative care
of her terminally ill mother, Imy heart. Would I have to think
less? Share it? I've metit, Goles shared him and literally she
was super sweet and super nice andI had a little conversation with her.

She was really really nice. Thatwarmed my heart on some level. And
you know, it's like as aperson myself a little I don't really talk
about my personal life on here,but I'll give you us a little inside.
I almost lost my mother last year, I lost my stepdad, almost
lost my step and I also lostmy mother last year, almost lost her.
And after the first six months oflast year of twenty twenty three,

I couldn't work. I was acaregiver for both my stepdad, my mom,
and truth of my aunts. Itwas a whole thing that was going
last year. And I understand havingto walk away, and you always think,
how can you do that? Itjust naturally happens, and I had
to walk away. Time passes andyou're like six months later, like I
haven't worked in six months. It'sit's it's extraordinary, but it's anybody.

I mean, for Nick, letat me and I've seen her some stuff.
Now she's come back in a coupleof she was that eighties ladies moving
thing with the other ladies of eightiesrecently and it was fun and she looked
great, and I said, forher good deed, it will not go
unpunished. So she will have shewill have great I think she'll have some

great stuff coming up. But shewas a great actress. It was sad
to see her ago, but thatshe left for reasons that I totally understand
now I totally well she did.I had no idea, but now I
have an idea. And I getit, totally get it. But yeah,
I just say i'd only share likeso, I don't aways show my
personal life on it with you guys, but it's a little tidbid for you.

Josh Ream said in October twildwenty nineteen, obviously she's a Lexus and is Dynasty,
so I would imagine to make showup at some point. Then she
came on and and and it's itwas. She had an energy as self

style as such to humor that justwas and it was great. She debuted
in the episode the sensational Blake CarringtonTrial. It was a throwback to the
original, but she had her ownthing. Now here's what's funny. So
because this new reboot was kind ofmixed up. I know, just some

critical non acclaim I liked it.They had her Mary. Jeff called me.
First of all, it was interracial Sam and Goki was playing Jeff,
so it was it was totally interracial, different ages. But they
thought she looks great. I meanthere was you couldn't I couldn't tell the
age difference. It was great.And she actually says this because she was

trying to be a survivor, right, she said, and Elaine says this
quote. They're putting it out thereto the world that they love each other,
but of course nobody believes them personally. I really think she does care
about Jeff. I agree, Ithink. And they played it when even

when they got divorced in the seasonthree finale, she admits she has feelings
for him. She does and hekind of he does too, And that
was the reveal. It was oneof those things. It was a pure
business arrangement. It was done forhe was using hers, using him,

he was going through Helstonium, didn'tmatter. But there was a point where
she likes being missus Colby and shedeveloped feelings for him, which that's that's
multi dimensional storytelling. It's like,oh, you're going for one thing for
something else, and then when Jeffshe walks into Jeff and Mia, it

really hits her and she has feelingsfor him. Now she was on with
you know, dex Dexter. That'swhy I want to walk that another time.
But it was I liked it.I did. I liked it,
and I was just it was justwonderful. So that's so she was like
Lexus Karatchen Kolby on there. Ibelieve the rest of the series. Read

a Gooby? So both marriages weretoo long, but they proved both both
