Three years ago.

Actually this coming week, I started this after show, the
Dynasty to the Coulby's after show here on JLJ Medium.
And for some reason, I don't even know how to
even this.

Speaker 2 (00:15):
No.

Speaker 1 (00:16):
I did hum put out a new episode in a
little bit because I take a little breaks in between.
It's the number one show Friday this past Friday on
JLJ Media.

Speaker 2 (00:28):
I mean like number one with a bull like it was.
It was.

Speaker 1 (00:32):
It was just great numbers that day and there's no
new episode. So I want to thank whoever was listening
to the show on Friday. Thank you so much. I
appreciate it. But one thing about this is a show period.
I started this show three years ago in December. Fifty
one episodes, around seventeen hundred download.

Speaker 2 (00:53):
So it's not a huge hit for us. It's a
it's a modest hit.

Speaker 1 (00:57):
We'll say that it's a modest hit, but it's been
a top channel release, which is always good for us.

Speaker 2 (01:01):
And as like I said, it's completely this uh.

Speaker 1 (01:09):
Uh something different. I didn't do a Dynasty after show.
I was very cognitive that. And here's what's funny. I
stopped doing the show at one point because it got
too heated between me and a couple of people online
for no preparent reason, and then I so I started again.
I've talked about all the dynasties on it. Now I've

(01:31):
turned it into a Colby's basically, that's what it is,
or anything anything Colby related. And that's why it's still
it's kind of a limited series, like I haven't it's not.
Fifty one episodes in three years is not a lot.
And I said, for a while, I stopped doing it.
So you guys, I have a whole You can listen
of the episodes where I'm like squeay on and fuck y'all.

I went crazy.

Obviously, these people I'm going to get on my nerves,
but it's them bring some coffee.

Speaker 2 (02:00):
Okay.

Speaker 1 (02:06):
This is one of the few after shows I do
that I've done that's gotten attention over the years. And
some of you who are newer will be like, why
didn't you do a Dynasty one? Well, I wanted to.
I was watching the new Dynasty OCW, but it was
already on this last season when I started this. I'm
sorry it was already it was already kind of too late,

(02:26):
I felt at a time. I guess I could have,
but I was but I was actually rewatching the Colbys
and I thought, this is something.

Speaker 2 (02:36):
Very niche, very different.

Speaker 1 (02:39):
Why well if I do that instead, that's seriously, that's
series what I thought. I was like, what if I
do that instead? That's something something a little different. So
that's why I started doing it. Literally, I was like
just because I was like, I'm I'm thinking how many
of those episodes? And I wasn't gonna do episode by episode,
which I still can do. The show can still go on.

I've been just doing characters, character studies, storyline studies, but
I do plan on the future to actually do some
episode reactions, so that will happen too. But it was
just like I thought something different, and I purposely kept
a dancing to the Callbay's. That's how That's how I

was introduced at first. Later it was just the Colby's,
but I thought it's kind of fun Apple show. But
the fact that it was a number one show. I
have like eighty five ninety shows in this network and
it went number one recently after three years on. I
love it, and that's when I thank you. You know,
there's a lot of staff just fifty one episodes to

listen to more in twenty twenty five more on the way,
and I think I successfully as silenced a couple of
people who were after me. It seems like on these things,
I just I decided like the one person, particularly this,
I had it like just they were just they I'm

believe it about excuse me. And it wasn't even about
Dynasty to the Kobe's. It was about dioacety versus the
new dynasty uh that are off the air now, But
there was a whole thing about that, and I thought.

Speaker 2 (04:19):
I enjoyed all of them.

Speaker 1 (04:21):
I enjoyed Dynasty Kobe's, Dynasty CW, and Dynasty Original. The
original of course it's worse is the best. But I
really enjoyed the Dynasty CW. And I know that's a
polarizing one. It's just like Dallas and Dallas TNT. There
are folks like me who didn't like the reboots. There
are folks who loved it like this, and that's natural.
That's what that's what it is. For this after show.
I'm open to discussion always about what you like don't like.

They're like, that's fine, it's all. That's all fine with me.
But we're not going to harass people and bully them
is we don't do that. Then they got to a
point where it was just too much for me and
I just couldn't take it. But now it's all calm down.
So it was funny. One of the most offbeat podcast

I do create a lot of drama. That crazy. That's
just crazy to me. Crazy.

So again, you never know when you start something who
or what fan base will react to it. But I'm
glad I've done it. It will it will continue, and
