Speaker 1 (00:00):
But bart Shadowy twenty five.

Speaker 2 (01:01):
Welcome back to Earth's Ghetto, the podcast that reminds you
daily that common sense still hasn't made a comeback, and
the group project that is humanity.

Speaker 3 (01:10):
Continues to block. It's Thursday, which means we're.

Speaker 2 (01:13):
Deep enough intol the week to be tired, but not
close enough to the weekend to give up completely. So
here we are past caffeinated, fully irritated, and still trying
to figure out why the universe gave the loudest people
the weakest opinions.

Speaker 4 (01:27):
Whether you're listening from your chemical, your car, your couch,
or your emotional support parking lot, just know you've made
the right choice. We've got thoughts to unpack, boundaries to enforce,
and delusions to gently push back into the.

Speaker 3 (01:42):
Void where they belong.

Speaker 4 (01:44):
So grab your drink, adjust your expectations, and.

Speaker 3 (01:47):
Let's get into the foolishness because.

Speaker 2 (01:50):
Earth is still ghetto, and baby, we're just trying to
survive the group chat. Let me know if you want
a more petty, dramatic or soothing tone next time.

Speaker 5 (02:19):
Ghetto just putting me on the right track of being
able to actually introduce my podcast.

Speaker 6 (02:25):
I never do, But yeah, it's Thursday.

Speaker 5 (02:29):
We're getting closer to Friday, the weekend. It's upon us almost.
How are y'all doing today? I had a good day.
I worked out at home, lifted some ways, rolled my bike.
It was very hot, got in the pool so nice,
the pilates in the pool, just relaxed. There's some laundry.
I feel like I'm doing more laundry than ever. I

(02:52):
was telling my husband, like, normally, I feel like in
the winter time, I'm doing a ton of laundry. But
I feel like now lately the laundry is just the laundry.

Speaker 6 (03:00):
And I'm like, geez, Louise wat so much laundry. But yeah,
I don't really have too much a yap about.

Speaker 5 (03:09):
Let's get into what I liked on X before I
let cha Tisha take over this news. As you can see,
HBO Max is back to HBO Max. I don't I
still don't know why they did that, but I don't know.
Let's get into what I liked on here, though, y'all.

Speaker 6 (03:25):
Let's see what we got.

Speaker 5 (03:28):
So talker cross and says what everybody's thinking about the
Epstein cover up. How can you say that thousands of
children were assaulted but not going to find out who
did it.

Speaker 6 (03:38):
Let's see what he's talking about.

Speaker 7 (03:40):
You say that, I agree. I agree. They said that.
By the way, when Pam Bondi went on television.

Speaker 8 (03:44):
Said I have a videotape of kids getting abused. I
didn't I follow this case closely, and I know a
lot of the people involved. As I've told you, I
had no idea. I didn't know that. Really thousands of
children got raped. Who raped them? Where are the rapists? Like,
why weren't they in jail?

Speaker 7 (04:00):
This is a department of justice. Yes, that is so crazy.

Speaker 8 (04:05):
This is like the This is honestly one of the
craziest things I've ever seen in my entire life. And
I just think it's very dangerous to play around with
this stuff, like very dangerous. Well, I don't want a revolution,
but if you wanted a revolution, this is how you
would act.

Speaker 5 (04:20):
Let's it is kind of strange that they swore to
had all this stuff and now there's nothing. I don't
know what's gonna come with this at all, but is
definitely it smells a lot.

Speaker 6 (04:35):
Like a cover up. Let's see what else we got.

Speaker 9 (04:37):
Do you ever have any kind of sex relationship A
tool with him?

Speaker 7 (04:42):
I'm sorry what was that?

Speaker 9 (04:43):
Did you actually have any kind of sexual relationship with
Did he a tool?

Speaker 10 (04:48):
No?

Speaker 7 (04:48):
Did he?

Speaker 3 (04:48):
And I did not know?

Speaker 11 (04:49):
Well, not to my knowledge.

Speaker 12 (04:54):
Say what do you mean by that?

Speaker 3 (04:58):
Not to my knowledge? I don't.

Speaker 11 (05:00):
Honestly, I'm questioning a lot of things right now.

Speaker 7 (05:03):
What you say not to my knowledge?

Speaker 11 (05:05):
I have no, I don't think anything right now, just
not to my knowledge, because honestly.

Speaker 9 (05:11):
That's a very strange response to not remember whether you
did or not.

Speaker 3 (05:17):
Yeah, isn't it? It is?

Speaker 11 (05:21):
Yeah, it is because honestly appears before now Again, Before
I went through my text again, I hadn't read Confessions
in twenty years.

Speaker 3 (05:29):
I wrote it.

Speaker 11 (05:30):
It was painful to write, so I never wanted to
retraumatize myself and go through those those years again and
think about this. I'm a middle aged woman at this point.
I don't want to go back into my twenties and
see what happened. But in gathering information for this interview here,
reading that passage again for the first time in twenty years,

(05:51):
I questioned a lot of things like.

Speaker 3 (05:54):
Well, why was he so afraid?

Speaker 11 (05:55):
And why did he try to, you know, make my
boyfriend feel if I wasn't trustworthy and when you.

Speaker 9 (06:05):
Under the influence of alcohol and drugs.

Speaker 3 (06:10):
I don't know. Honestly, I don't.

Speaker 7 (06:12):
Know, And you never thought that.

Speaker 9 (06:15):
I never thought everything.

Speaker 11 (06:19):
Honestly, yes, give given the context now that I know,
Because again I never knew any of these things about
him before.

Speaker 3 (06:25):
So the things that I learned.

Speaker 11 (06:26):
In the trial, I did not know. I never saw
that side of him.

Speaker 3 (06:30):
I did not know. I never understood.

Speaker 11 (06:33):
And again in two thousand and five, when I published Confessions,
it says.

Speaker 3 (06:36):
I did never it says I don't.

Speaker 11 (06:38):
I didn't understand why he was so fearful of me
because our time together was pleasant, and I was like, wait.

Speaker 7 (06:43):
What is he so afraid of?

Speaker 3 (06:45):
What does he not want me to tell?

Speaker 11 (06:47):
I didn't see anything at that point. At that point,
I hadn't seen anything. At that point we had had
I thought just a friendly, platonic night together. So I
was confused then and twenty years later i'm views now.
So to my knowledge, I've never had sex with Strong Holmes.
We never had that kind of relationship.

Speaker 9 (07:07):
But you can't be sure.

Speaker 1 (07:11):
Given what we know now, I can't be sure.

Speaker 9 (07:14):
And how does that make you feel?

Speaker 3 (07:16):
And that saddens me?

Speaker 11 (07:17):
Yeah, yeah, it saddens me honestly. Yeah, because honestly, during
this entire process, I've been shying away from publicity.

Speaker 3 (07:28):
And just letting the trial unfold. You know, I knew.

Speaker 11 (07:33):
Things from just being around and people talking, but I
didn't know what was gonna come out. There's a few
things that I saw that without contacts were strange to me,
but I didn't understand them until the trial. And so
I've been quiet this whole time, and I disappeared off
of social I just disappeared for the past year, waiting

(07:53):
for this thing to unfold, in the unfolding of what
I believed to be facts and definitely the testimonies of
Cassie and Jane and even some of the men, and
then looking back at the text, I'm like, wait a minute, okay,
when he said if anything got out, and I'm like,

(08:15):
and I remember at the time being so.

Speaker 3 (08:16):
Confused, like anything, like what got out?

Speaker 11 (08:18):
Like we nothing happened, We hung out, you were kind.
At some point I went to sleep, I don't know when,
but I woke up and then we had breakfast and
you were kind, and I left it.

Speaker 3 (08:29):
Nothing happened.

Speaker 11 (08:31):
I don't know, Pierce, It just I feel just in
the last twenty four hours. I just I questioned what
I thought I knew about my time with them.

Speaker 9 (08:44):
You detailed in your books romantic relationships with a lot
of famous people from that world Jay z Dmxvan Diesel,
Lil Wayne method Man, named Bill maher At, Old Cool J,
Mister Carle, and others. You had a lot of famous
guy if you dated. And who knows what the nature
of what happened with Dady was about.

Speaker 5 (09:05):
But oh lord, I'm glad they didn't put her on
the stand. This case is bringing out all the retired crows.
It's bringing out everybody at a retirement like they didn't
get a piece of the pie. Superhead was like the
original pro honestly, the girl she has got around the

(09:31):
industry and she probably wait, I'm gonna promote my book,
but I didn't even get paid. So she's always so
pushing her book but also thinking like I need to
get paid, And this sounds like this.

Speaker 6 (09:42):
I really miss Wendy Williams.

Speaker 5 (09:44):
Because Wendy could tell us the tea for real, because
she was in the industry, and it's.

Speaker 6 (09:48):
Just so soury now that.

Speaker 5 (09:50):
She's somewhere with dementia locked in a glass hotel room
or some I don't know, but this case, this everything
is surrounding. This is just a messy Everything that's happening
right now makes you feel like you're a part of
some crazy matrix and you're just watching just a bunch
of buffoonery. But let's let cha Chi should get in

(10:14):

Reddit scenarios and comments. One mistress question scenario. A woman
is venting to her sister about finding out she's the
mistress but didn't know until she saw the signs. Comment.
If you don't want to be a mistress anymore, you
need to leave him.

Speaker 3 (14:15):
My comment.

Speaker 2 (14:16):
Sometimes it's not even about the affair, it's about respect
and honesty. If you feel disrespected, you have the power
to walk away.

Speaker 3 (14:24):
Stop waiting on a miracle to fix what's broken.

Speaker 2 (14:28):
Two man stumbles on wife's past with two men.

Speaker 3 (14:32):
Scenario. A man discovers a photo.

Speaker 2 (14:34):
Of his wife being intimate with two men before their marriage,
and he's questioning whether he should move forward with the relationship.
Comment what the hell she really did that? My comment,
He's not wrong for feeling shocked, but this feels like
a situation where communication should come first. If it bothers
him to that degree, he needs to process it. But

(14:56):
if he can't get past it, maybe it's time to
walk away. Three woman's husband cheated with plus size woman scenario.

Speaker 3 (15:05):
A woman vins about her.

Speaker 2 (15:07):
Husband cheating with a plus size woman, focusing more on
the woman's appearance than the fact that he cheated. Comment,
you're focusing on the wrong part here. Your husband is
the issue, not her body. Body shaming the other woman
is misdirected anger. The problem is your man's disloyalty. Own
that and address it directly. Focus on what really matters

(15:28):
the betrayal. Four Emotional versus physical cheating debate scenario. Someone
asks if emotional cheating is worse than physical cheating.

Speaker 3 (15:39):
Comment.

Speaker 2 (15:40):
Both are betrayal, but emotional cheating is harder to forgive
because it means the emotional connection with severed. My comment.
Emotionally cheating hits harder because it's the long term connection
that's compromised. Physical is a mistake, Emotional is a choice.
Trust is the foundation, and if that's broken, everything is
on shaky ground.

Speaker 3 (16:01):
Five Therapy for the mistress situation scenario.

Speaker 2 (16:06):
A guy's asking if he's wrong for wanting to divorce
his fiance after discovering she has an OnlyFans account and
feels betrayed. Comment you need to get therapy and figure
out if this is something you can accept. My comment.
Therapy is always good, but if he feels uncomfortable with
the lifestyle and it goes against his values, he can

(16:26):
walk away without guilt. It's about compatibility, not just accepting
it for the sake of the relationship. Your comments. You
had a lot of strong, no nonsense thoughts throughout the conversation,
especially when it came to not tolerating disrespect in relationships,
pointing out the deeper issues beyond surface level conflicts like

(16:48):
body shaming versus infidelity, acknowledging that emotional betrayal can be
worse than physical as it involves deeper trust and personal connections,
holding people accountable in relation relationships, and emphasizing open communication
instead of letting things fester in silence. Summary thoughts, You're

(17:09):
not wrong and I agree with your vibe on most
of these situations. Boundaries matter. Communication is key, and you
don't have to stay in situations that don't align with
your values. Whether it's emotional cheating, discovering your partner's hidden past,
or feeling like a mistress, it's always important to prioritize
your self worth and respect.

Speaker 6 (17:31):
Want me no, but yes, that is she did better
with the reddits today.

Speaker 5 (17:38):
I'm the war's order somewhere on it. You know, I
provided her with it. That's told her to give me
the comments, but give me your comments, said, all right,
she did. All right, Let's get into these story times, y'all.
See what I got today.

Speaker 13 (18:05):
I live at Mountway, Nebraska, and Uh, I'm the only
one that lives here in town. Everybody else has either
passed away or moved away, and this is where I
chose to stay. My parents moved to a farm whole
about a quarter of a mile out of town here
when I was about a year and a half old.
Been here ever since. We fourteen years now next month

(18:26):
that I've been here by myself.

Speaker 3 (18:29):
I have a s daughter and a son.

Speaker 13 (18:31):
They have both lived away more or less ever since
they got out of school. So people say, don't they
worry about it? And I say, yes, they do worry
about me, but they also respect the fact that this.

Speaker 5 (18:41):
Is what I want to do.

Speaker 13 (18:43):
The uh post office and the little grocery store closed
about the same time that we bought this in seventy one,
so that kind of put us into the owner business.
I opened up the bar at nine and uh, there's
trucks coming and coming and customers coming and some I'm
just coming to visit and have a cup of coffee,

(19:04):
and they leave messages for one another, they call to see.

Speaker 14 (19:08):
If somebody's here.

Speaker 13 (19:09):
It's it's sort of a meeting place, a hub. And
I think everybody feels welcome to come. That's everyone needs
a place like that, I guess, including myself. Yeah, being
I'm the only one here in town. There are other
responsibilities beside the bar. I am the mayor and I
am the town board basically. But then I don't worry

(19:32):
about elections because there's not much competition. I get kidded
about it some, but I tell them, a sorry, you're
not in the city limits. You can't come in and
vote for.

Speaker 15 (19:42):
The town of Manawai.

Speaker 13 (19:43):
And I guess, to a certain extent myself, we have
kind of become a household word.

Speaker 4 (19:49):
I don't though.

Speaker 13 (19:49):
I guess people to kind of find it interesting or
fascinating or something. And I have people that have been
here from forty seven of the states, and I have
had from what do you want or two of foreign countries.
You know, and when you get to me eighty four
years old, there's a comfort and kind of annoying everybody.
And and around here they they're always somebody's always checking

(20:11):
on me and looking after me, and you know, doing
things for me. And so they kind of maybe they
got me spoiled because I can I they kind of keep.

Speaker 6 (20:21):
Tracking me and looking after me.

Speaker 13 (20:23):
And yeah, I really really don't have any desire to.

Speaker 3 (20:27):
Live anywhere else.

Speaker 5 (20:29):
They're looking after her because they want that town after
she passes away. So yeah, this lady literally lives up in.

Speaker 6 (20:35):
This town by herself. Interesting, he what's up there.

Speaker 12 (20:43):
I'm not good at making videos, but the purpose of
this video. I just trupped this young lady off that
I met from TikTok and today it was my first
time I ever made her.

Speaker 16 (20:57):
And I went and picked her up, she said, and uh,
she didn't have a license to drive hair to me.
Sleep it from Memphis, and uh she didn't wanna get
in trouble, so I.

Speaker 12 (21:09):
Picked it up in the white hand the area we
all marked. Well, anyhow, we came back to my house,
we chilling and stuff. Uh we went to breakfast this
morning and uh, against the stomach was hurt when she
had to go and used her.

Speaker 16 (21:23):
This room and then uh, while she was in the
restman when she finished, she asked me can.

Speaker 12 (21:28):
She take a shower? I was like, of course. She
asked me for a shirt and all, so I give
a sh shirt to put on.

Speaker 16 (21:35):
Well, while she was in a shell, her person was
sitting on the uh nice stand and the fans on,
so I guess the family was evaporated. Her purse from
the nice stand to the floor. Well, I went up,
purse fell over.

Speaker 17 (21:52):
Uh, I went over this side of the bed and uh,
she had stuff scattered out over the floor. And then
but I seen this pill part and it said, uh.

Speaker 16 (22:09):
I don't know how to pronounce it, uh secret Dan
in chrisy Vane.

Speaker 12 (22:13):
But it's spelled c r I x I v A N.
So me being who I am, I looked it up
and it's spelled if you got HIV. So this young
lady clearly the boy got her name on it. She

(22:37):
got HIV.

Speaker 17 (22:39):
So I just left everything on the floor and till
she got out. So when she got out, she walked around.
Now she's seen all the stuff on the floor, and
the look on her.

Speaker 12 (22:50):
Face was like damn.

Speaker 17 (22:54):
And I said yeah, I see your purse fell over
and I seen your pillbo. So I aked her even.

Speaker 12 (23:05):
Though I got her name and I still asked her.
I was like, so you got HIV. She was like yeah.
And I was like, you didn't feel like you was
need to tell me? She was like, well, why would
I expose myself if you don't aks or inquiry. I'm
not gonna see her and just tell you.

Speaker 11 (23:25):
So uh.

Speaker 12 (23:27):
I was like damn.

Speaker 16 (23:29):
And I was like, what about if if we would
have had sex and now wanted to go wrong?

Speaker 12 (23:34):
She was like, well, that's your choice. You made the
choice to go raw. I was like, damn, So I
guess what I'm telling you, man, be careful. This girl
is young, beautiful. I mean, I know, diseases don't look
like nothing.

Speaker 5 (23:52):
You can be unly.

Speaker 12 (23:53):
Do they have a disease? You gonna beautiful to have
a disease? But Yo, it's al him. You know it's
that man. I always say, the Lord always looking out
for me. But yeah, and y'all get killed.

Speaker 6 (24:12):
So the comments was eating him up.

Speaker 5 (24:14):
They was like, you picked up someone you met on TikTok,
you took her to your house and she's from Memphis.
You oh, goda praise. Somebody said, I guess I'm blown away.
When I look at you, I see a clean shaven
gentleman who looks to be professional and of his right mind.
I wouldn't think you would be out here meeting young
women on TikTok. She was willing to get in the
choir with you at Walmart and come back to your house.

Speaker 6 (24:39):
That said a lot about her.

Speaker 5 (24:40):
She does that a lot.

Speaker 6 (24:41):
That one night stan could have cost you your life
and more eras than one.

Speaker 5 (24:46):
Somebody said, come on at your your age, Yeah they would,
They wouldn't plan. Somebody said the fan did not knock
the purse down.

Speaker 6 (24:54):
That was none but God.

Speaker 12 (25:00):
Say a baptis your linger again? And uh.

Speaker 5 (25:06):
Uh.

Speaker 12 (25:06):
She got a group of friends, and I guess get
her and her friends like older men.

Speaker 17 (25:13):
So o, sugar dad, I'm just laying here at it
though I ain't no sugar dad.

Speaker 12 (25:18):
I'm more than a splendar day. No imitation.

Speaker 5 (25:21):
But on a serious note, it don't just be killed
for brother, stop go back to church and be a deacon.

Speaker 6 (25:30):
Please.

Speaker 18 (25:31):
What's your best dating advice? Don't confuse good pipe with
a good person. One unclogs the other drains you. What's
your best dating advice.

Speaker 7 (25:41):
Don't fall in love till you've seen his fridge, his
X and his credit score.

Speaker 6 (25:47):
What's your take on men who bring you flowers?

Speaker 18 (25:49):
If he bring a new flowers, he better on the garden.
I don't do effort without equity. What do you say
to people who call women gold diggers? The closed mouth,
don't get fat and a rope one shouldn't open his
what's your take on love versus money?

Speaker 15 (26:05):
So love don't pay for valet?

Speaker 3 (26:08):
And I've never cried in a Bentley?

Speaker 18 (26:11):
And what this qualifies a man?

Speaker 7 (26:12):
Instantly?

Speaker 18 (26:13):
If his car louder than his income, I'm not even
rolling my window down?

Speaker 3 (26:19):
What's your body count? Enough to afford what I drive?

Speaker 6 (26:23):
And too many to care?

Speaker 3 (26:24):
What you think?

Speaker 7 (26:27):
What's the first thing you notice on a man? His
shoes and his silence?

Speaker 6 (26:32):
Sure?

Speaker 10 (26:33):
I love these?

Speaker 12 (26:35):
Just wanting to give you guys an update.

Speaker 14 (26:38):
I am going to open up.

Speaker 12 (26:39):
This is a very vulnerable post.

Speaker 14 (26:41):
I made a big time mistake and I'm going to
own it.

Speaker 7 (26:45):
I ventured into the hinge world of online dating thinking.

Speaker 14 (26:49):
I was ready for that, and boy was I wrong,
because I got myself into a little pickle.

Speaker 12 (26:56):
Hence the hat connected with an older woman, somebody that
was older than me.

Speaker 14 (27:03):
She had kids, she had been through a divorce, and
I was like, okay, okay, you know, maybe we can
connect on some things.

Speaker 11 (27:09):
And she was.

Speaker 14 (27:12):
Very wonderful person, like. We hit it off right away,
went to a nice dinner, had some wine. I'll keep
your mind on on my scooter. So I'm already feeling
like kind of weird because I've just had surgery, and
so anyway, we had a good time, ended with a.

Speaker 7 (27:27):
Good night kiss.

Speaker 12 (27:28):
Everything was great.

Speaker 14 (27:29):
Then the text started coming in really quick, really quick,
and I mean, and I was texting her.

Speaker 12 (27:35):
Back to like not gonna say that she was.

Speaker 14 (27:38):
It was one sided, like we were connecting and it
felt good. It felt good to talk to somebody throughout
the day. But then she hit me with the voice
memos and that's what got me.

Speaker 10 (27:50):
She said, hey, babe, Hey babe, babe, babe.

Speaker 12 (27:57):
Don't like the nicknames that early.

Speaker 7 (27:58):
But to be fair to her, I hit her.

Speaker 14 (28:02):
Back with a baby Why did I say that? For
the love of God, I said it. I did it,
so again, that's on me. Apologize. Here's where I really
messed up. Though we had day two planned, but I
was starting to have some conflicting feelings.

Speaker 12 (28:22):
I wasn't really feeling it.

Speaker 14 (28:25):
She would have never known that though, by the way
we were talking, like to be honest, like we were
connecting in a way, but like it was kind of
scaring me and I shed have just told her that,
but I canceled our date right before we were about
to meet. I was like, yeah, I'm so sorry, but
I just I'm not ready for this. I thought I
was not ready, still thinking about my exum. I don't
feel like that's fair to you. And I mean, don't

(28:46):
never say that because she went rogue. I mean, there's
a ninety nine point chance she's gonna post me on
every platform there ever was.

Speaker 3 (28:58):
I mean, are we dating the same guy?

Speaker 12 (29:00):
Yeah, yeah, I'll be on there.

Speaker 14 (29:04):
And the only reason I assume that I'll be on
there is because she said, don't you worry, you will
be on everything. I will warn every woman about you.
You were a I'm not eve gonna say what she said.
I mean attacked my character. She went out on me,
and I felt that I kept apologizing on I didt'
ghost her. I was like, look, I'm truly sorry. I

(29:26):
should have thought about your feelings. I made a mistake.
I wasn't ready for this. I don't know how to
do this, Like I made a mistake. And next day
and just like that, no more good mornings, and just
like that, no more good afternoons.

Speaker 12 (29:39):
And I was like, oh my god, what have I done?

Speaker 19 (29:42):
What have I done?

Speaker 14 (29:44):
So as a man, I'll own it.

Speaker 11 (29:46):
That was on me.

Speaker 14 (29:49):
I wish I heard nothing but the best. I'm so
sorry that I heard her feelings. I will work on
communication going forward. This is a reminder to everybody that
we all have feelings and we should communicate our feelings.
And here what we're filling with people that we were
talking to. I do think it was one date, so
I thought she was going a little bit overboard, but

(30:11):
that was her her way of expressing herself.

Speaker 6 (30:13):
So we were saying one day was not the issue.

Speaker 5 (30:18):
It was the way you dove into communicating constantly and
making her think you might have feelings. He said, You're right,
this is why I just stay on my couch. Just
as thought.

Speaker 6 (30:27):
Some women that are divorced do not know how to
be girlfriends. They only know how to be a wife.

Speaker 5 (30:32):
No need to feel guilty, no need for her to
behave that way either, It's way too early to be
acting that way. Honestly, I'd rather be hurt by a
man for being honest and be ghosted.

Speaker 20 (30:47):
I was wrestled to the floor. One got my right
arm twisted it. I said, oh, this is how long time?
Remember Ellie Thompson, the.

Speaker 19 (30:59):
Recouncil was she calls a painful and chaotic Sunday morning.
Three on your Side obtained exclusive video of the altercation
at Mount Olive's Missionary Baptist Church. Thompson could be seen
being dragged out of the mother's board section and out
the door by two.

Speaker 12 (31:15):
Scott County deputies.

Speaker 19 (31:16):
According to Scott County Sheriff Mike Lee, she and other
members received the court ordered letters not to attend services
any longer. However, Lee told us they violated the court's
order and came to service anyway. The others learned Sunday
they were stripped of their longtime positions.

Speaker 21 (31:33):
I am the Sunday school teacher here, and mister Johnson
came in this morning and said that his pastor had
asked him to teach the Sunday school lesson and he's
taking it over.

Speaker 3 (31:45):
I was not informed.

Speaker 7 (31:47):
Now you may ask what led to the big blow
up well.

Speaker 16 (31:50):
Thompson claims there are several.

Speaker 19 (31:52):
Things, including speaking out against Pastor Charles Bell's leadership.

Speaker 15 (31:56):
He called himself a pointing a finance committee. The church
did not put that in effect.

Speaker 7 (32:04):
We have by laws and rules that we governed.

Speaker 19 (32:07):
Thompson also claims other leaders of the church are not
being included in church business.

Speaker 15 (32:12):
Why he doesn't include my husband, who is the oldest
man here in the church, who is the oldest deacon,
I do not know. He makes decisions without his knowledge.

Speaker 19 (32:28):
Three on your side did some digging and found several
things found in Scott County Chance to record. Back in
twenty twenty four, leaders of the church found a restraining
order in preliminary injunction against seven members, including Thompson. He
claimed that those members assaulted a deacon both physically and
verbally on September fifteenth, twenty twenty four.

Speaker 12 (32:50):
He had to be hospitalized.

Speaker 19 (32:52):
It goes on to say that all those defendants verbally
threatened and assaulted the pastor, first lady and other members
of the church. Now, Thompson filed a statement to the
church's lawyer saying she had no involvement in that altercation.

Speaker 7 (33:06):
All the preachers that have been.

Speaker 12 (33:08):
Here and gone.

Speaker 15 (33:09):
If you get in touch with them, they would tell
you that I have been a faithful warrior. Nothing but
welcome and grating gifts that comes in three on your side.

Speaker 19 (33:22):
Requested to speak with Reverend Bell Sunday about everything that
has transpired, but was told he wasn't available.

Speaker 6 (33:30):
What is going on in that church?

Speaker 5 (33:35):
It looked like a lot of problems. It's a lot
of mothers and elders in there, and ooh. Somebody said,
God is watching. Somebody said in my granny voice, oh Lord,
they fighting in the church. Somebody said they had a
court order not to come back. Somebody said, just because

(33:55):
her husband was the oldest seacon, that doesn't entitle to
anything special. He still only has one vote as a
chairman of deacons. I still ain't have one vote. A
majority of votes from the deacons. Ministry controls what's presented
of congregation. Shall the old Saints don't play about their church.

(34:16):
Somebody said the sheriff's did not need to handle her
so rough. They could have disokayd her joint.

Speaker 6 (34:22):
This is just all sad, y'all. It's so sad what
is happening.

Speaker 7 (34:29):
You can't play the whole out of no pit. She
gotta want to change.

Speaker 6 (34:37):
Who's gotta be AI, Who's gotta be A? I please,
I'll be.

Speaker 10 (34:45):
Trying my arders to like people, and then they start
to like, like breathe and talking stuff, and then I just.

Speaker 7 (34:51):
Don't like that.

Speaker 12 (34:54):
But you deeting now.

Speaker 7 (34:56):
It ain't no fun. Lord, have mercy Jesus something horror
the horror.

Speaker 12 (35:08):
Horrible, Oh horrible, awful, Oh.

Speaker 7 (35:15):
Gosh, But you're.

Speaker 5 (35:18):
Dating now, poor jack k.

Speaker 6 (35:32):
I'm just in there doing anything.

Speaker 7 (35:34):
Timo Deep's darky secret.

Speaker 17 (35:35):
But look, A you can turn around and show your
face to the world, or B you can walk away
and nobody never know who you is.

Speaker 3 (35:41):
A nigga.

Speaker 11 (35:42):
Am my ask in the movie theaters and he threw
up in the popcorn.

Speaker 12 (35:46):
You want to show your face that you want to
walk away?

Speaker 3 (35:49):
Walk away?

Speaker 12 (35:49):
Bid walk away?

Speaker 6 (35:56):
I cannot, I cannot. Somebody's and have you on bed
walk away? She had no other option, went to walk away.

Speaker 5 (36:06):
Now, he thought, this what is happening?

Speaker 3 (36:09):
Oh my gosh, before.

Speaker 10 (36:11):
Me that's on this line, they can look and say
they fuck you, fuck, I appreciate.

Speaker 12 (36:16):
You you fuck now.

Speaker 17 (36:17):
I gotta so I guess my turnover with so the
next one you line up.

Speaker 12 (36:21):
It's over you fuck you.

Speaker 18 (36:24):
Because we ain't fucking and and and and and and
I don't know when the last time we fucked.

Speaker 3 (36:29):
So ship, I got a plenty of coochie. You know
what I'm saying. I got plenty coochie.

Speaker 16 (36:35):
Okay, they well, they will, beauty, they will, they will.

Speaker 3 (36:40):
The bitch the motherfucking got damn.

Speaker 7 (36:44):
Truck lining at this pussy.

Speaker 2 (36:48):
Please come eat this pussy so she can leave me alone.

Speaker 6 (36:51):
Who is boss.

Speaker 11 (36:54):
One?

Speaker 6 (36:56):
Listen? I gotta end it on this note, y'all. Stay
bless for real inspiration. It's on the way.

Speaker 7 (37:15):
I need some roots.

Speaker 10 (37:16):
And because we kept on preaching this stuff, people leave
and go out into the real.

Speaker 7 (37:20):
World and they deal with real devils.

Speaker 10 (37:24):
They go out deal with real devils, and then they
turn around and blame a real God because we have
not been discipled that our choices can create seasons, and
it is possible that you're behaving your way into a season.

Speaker 7 (37:36):
We need discipleship, we need.

Speaker 10 (37:37):
Accountability, We need the Word of God. We need holiness,
we need purity. This is not old school, this is biblical.
I understand that there has been a famine of sound doctrine,
and maybe this is why we struggle. You're watching this message,
You're like, Okay, I've been trying to change, but I'm
trying to get you to see that you don't end

(37:58):
up at the place you desire, you end up at
the place you crave.

Speaker 7 (38:05):
That's just so good, man. I say that at the
very beginning of twenty twenty. The problem. So I want

(39:17):
to show you why.

Speaker 10 (39:18):
We constantly feel as though our life isn't a tug
of war. Can y'all come in from it?

Speaker 7 (39:23):
I want to show you this.

Speaker 10 (39:24):
I want you to see how it is and why
we struggle, and why it feels like many times we
can't break free from things while we're stuck.

Speaker 7 (39:34):
I want to try to give you, guys, a vivid
demonstration of this. It's this good, it's this good. Okay.

Speaker 10 (39:41):
So, Josh, I want you to be the flesh, Amber,
I want you to be the spirit. All right, the
rest of y'all, y'all could just stay back for a second.

Speaker 12 (39:53):
Back back, back bag.

Speaker 7 (39:56):
So look, all right, So anytime we come to Christ,
we come to Christ, we're dealing with the flesh and
we're dealing with the spirit.

Speaker 10 (40:08):
Is in anybody honest enough to admit this bad boy
on his own is a mess. Let's not even talk
about nobody else. Just my flesh though to what I desire,
what I crave? Stop looking at me like that, How
I think, how I respond, how I clap back? My petty,
I'm talking about your flesh. Is anybody honest enough to

(40:29):
say that? Just this salon is a mess, Just my flesh. Now, Neil,
you're gonna be the memory. Come on next to Josh.
You're gonna be the memory.

Speaker 1 (40:38):
All right, most.

Speaker 7 (40:39):
Beautiful lady on stage, You're gonna be desires. It's my wife.

Speaker 10 (40:43):
You're gonna be the desire. Yeah, yeah, Now, Carl, I
want you to come over here. You're gonna be my cravings.
Let's just stop right there. Let's just stop right there. Listen,
when you get saved, please hear me, y'all, please hear me.
This is so powerful when you get saved. This is
how you look in the spirit. This is how you look.

(41:06):
You have your spirit, but you got cravings, you got appetites,
you got your memory, and you got the flesh.

Speaker 7 (41:14):
And you're trying to boo up somebody right now. Look
at your spirit.

Speaker 10 (41:20):
Trying to you, trying to I want obey it's code outside.

Speaker 7 (41:24):
I want somebody to struggle.

Speaker 10 (41:25):
With You don't even see this is how they look
in the spirit. She fine, and her body has more
curves in the highway, but this is how she looks
in her soul. He's handsome, beard, game on fleet, just
how you want him, six feet, he even make a
lot of money.

Speaker 7 (41:39):
But in his soul, this is how he looks.

Speaker 10 (41:42):
And this is why I've been preaching this series because
I want you to invest in your soul care, because
we will never have healthy.

Speaker 7 (41:49):
Marriages as long as this exists on our rope. Wow,
So this is what happens. I want you to kind
of pull a little bit and I want you to fight.
Come on you the spirit. I want you to represent,
wash them nails. I want you to present once you.

Speaker 10 (42:01):
Represent y'all pool, y'all pool, And I hold on, hold on, wait, wait, wait, Look,
this is how it looks when people.

Speaker 7 (42:09):
Wonder, how is it.

Speaker 22 (42:12):
That I'm saved but I keep on giving in the sin?
How is it I keep on claiming to be kingdom,
but I keep on giving.

Speaker 7 (42:22):
In to the weed.

Speaker 10 (42:24):
I keep giving in to the adult here. I keep
on giving in to the pride because I thought that
I was saved. Wow, So you're you're stuck and you're dumbfounded,
and then you will start to actually question your salvation
and did God really even save me? Because of all

(42:45):
this stuff that's pulling her.

Speaker 8 (42:47):
See.

Speaker 7 (42:48):
I want you to get this and want you to
get this when you get married.

Speaker 10 (42:52):
If you don't have the proper training, premier to counseling
and wisdom, you're going to enter into a war zone
that they already have outside of you. This is why
the relationship feels like a fight because before you ever
came on the scene and their soul, they're already fighting,
already fighting.

Speaker 7 (43:13):
So I have this stuff on my life. But let's
just say you decide to I don't know, watch the
cuffing season series, Praise God.

Speaker 10 (43:22):
Let's just say you decide to pray because you know
there is like a for real for real. Has anybody
ever been like for fake for fake and you real
enough to say, I know the times when I was
like for real for real. When you like for fake
for fake, you like coming to all night prayer, but
you still have a condom that's like for fake for fake,
when you like ooh wash again hot like this, when
you're really really striving to be like for real, for real,

(43:42):
you praying and you fasting outside of a corporate prayer
Like it doesn't take the church to announce a time
for us to fast, for me to really fast, but
I decide to do this on my own.

Speaker 12 (43:51):
Okay.

Speaker 7 (43:52):
So let's say you.

Speaker 10 (43:53):
Start watching I don't know the Cuffing season series, and Tiffany,
I want you to come over here. So now you're
starting to get that word in y'all clapping up for
she's getting that word and yeah yeah, And then now
you're starting to pray. Come on, tiff you're starting to pray.
So now, okay, I'm adding some spiritual disciplines in my life. Okay,
so my spirit I'm watching the word. Okay, I have

(44:14):
a prayer life.

Speaker 7 (44:15):
Now let's see y'all battle it out. Let's see what
we do. Let's see. Oh oh, we kind of back
and forth, a kind of stuff. Oh okay, hold on,
hold on, holdo.

Speaker 3 (44:25):
Home is where the key is?

Speaker 7 (44:26):
Is it the key?

Speaker 3 (44:27):
Dot com to unlock a new chapter for aging at home?

Speaker 9 (44:31):
Hey can't see is your boy in?

Speaker 7 (44:33):
Game?

Speaker 13 (44:33):
Day starts early and at Living Spaces we run the
Ultimate Playbook.

Speaker 10 (44:38):
Has anybody ever felt and wants you to rock with me.
That your life kind of goes back and forth. One
day I'm saved, next day I'm ratchet. Sometime I love Jesus,
sometimes don't try me. Sometimes I'm cool, sometimes I'm hot.
Sometimes it's drink, the next time it's KP.

Speaker 7 (44:55):
Have you ever felt like this, Like your life is
this back and forth. You want to do good, but
then you keep on doing bad. And now I understand
what Paul is saying.

Speaker 10 (45:04):
He's like, listen, I want to do good, but every
time I want to do.

Speaker 7 (45:07):
Good, I got cravings, I got appetites, and I.

Speaker 10 (45:09):
Got my memory, and I need somebody to deliver me
from this body of death.

Speaker 7 (45:14):
And I'm trying to preach a message that will try
to get you to understand.

Speaker 10 (45:17):
If you allow Jesus to touch your heart, then okay,
I'm gonna make your weakness your strength.

Speaker 7 (45:23):
I'm gonna make your weakness your strengths. A car go
over there, Yeah you're gonna be uh. Let's have you fasting.

Speaker 10 (45:28):
So we got fastened, we got prayer, we got washing,
the cuffing season series, we got the spirit.

Speaker 7 (45:34):
I want you to come over. You're gonna be community.

Speaker 10 (45:37):
Hey, let's look at this.

Speaker 7 (45:38):
Look he's bracing themselves, like, Hey, I'm a man. They
ain't about to show me up in front of everybody.

Speaker 8 (45:43):
I got this.

Speaker 7 (45:44):
This is sponsor. Now look listen, listen.

Speaker 10 (45:49):
Now. I have more things in my life to help me.
But I didn't touch the memory because I believe in
the spirit realm. When the enemy sees you got community,
you fasting, you praying, you're watching the word, you edi
find your spirit.

Speaker 7 (46:08):
I gotta go chop it.

Speaker 10 (46:09):
Up with the memory because if I can mess with
the memory, then I can cause the memory to cause
all that stuff to go back. So I'm gonna start
reminding you, bro. You remember last year you had a babe.
This year you're trying to be godly? What you're gonna do?
I'm gonna try to have your memory cause you to
reflect them all the times you used to get high
when you get stressed, and now you're trying to pray

(46:31):
when you get stressed. And you heard somebody preach that
the most high it's better than a weed high. But
I don't really know if I could do it. And
then we have petty things like Facebook. Who has share
your memory? Y'all ever seen those I'm talking about share
your memories from nine years ago.

Speaker 7 (46:45):
I don't even do that no more. We don't even
talk no more. I'm saying that was not a memory.
That was a nightmare.

Speaker 10 (46:52):
So now it makes sense when the Word of God
tells us, Okay, I need you to be renewed, be
transformed by the renewing of your mind.

Speaker 7 (47:01):
Your memory's real.

Speaker 10 (47:02):
But if I can get you to store the Word here,
if I can get you to store faith here, come
on over there. So now I have renewed my mind,
I have community, I have what would you prayer life,
prayer life honed, what you were faster prayer life, watching
Cuping season series and the spirit.

Speaker 7 (47:19):
Now let's pull. Oh that flesh coming, Oh that flesh
giving in. Look at them, that flesh not even trying.
And that's how we want it to be. Thank y'all
so much. That's how we want it to be.

Speaker 10 (47:30):
Well, your flesh God, about to the Spirit, your flesh God,
about to the Word, your flesh God, about the faster
Your flesh can't make it because we have to crucify
the flesh along with it sinful desires, so that we
could carry out the works of the spirit. This is
why you struggle because of all the stuff you have

(47:50):
on your heart. So why is this so hard? Number one,
I haven't had a heart that God has detoxed. Yes
you're saved, and yes Jesus has your heart, but the
stuff you crave.

Speaker 7 (48:02):
Still has you too, And so I need community to
help me detox.

Speaker 10 (48:07):
This can be music, This can be shows stuff that
we used to put on in the radio in the car,
detox that somebody.

Speaker 7 (48:14):
Say, detox, detox. I don't have time. I got to
keep moving fast.

Speaker 10 (48:18):
I was gonna show you the scripture, but I just
want to tell you when God brought Locke and his
daughters out of Sodom and Gomorrah, they brought them out
of Sodom and Gomorrah, But Sodom and Gomar was not
out of his daughters. And a lot of us need
to recognize just because God has called you out does
not mean it has got out of you a non

(48:41):
detoxed heart.

Speaker 7 (48:43):
Number two, why is it so hard?

Speaker 10 (48:45):
We have an overfed, overfed the flesh, and underfed the spirit.

Speaker 7 (48:51):
Roman chapter eight.

Speaker 10 (48:51):
Verse five, It says, for they that are after the
flesh do mind the things of the flesh. But they
that are after the spirit the themes of the spirit.
Maybe the reason to struggle us so much is because
of all the stuff you have on the flesh side
and the minimal things that you have on the spirit side.

Speaker 7 (49:15):
Number three, why is this so hard? Peer pollutant? You
have people surrounding you that are pollution to your growth.
It's gonna mess you up. Listen, y'all, listen.

Speaker 10 (49:27):
We have to make sure that we are not hanging
out with people who live where we struggle. Make sure
not to befriend people who live where you fell. You
had a moment, but they live like this.

Speaker 7 (49:45):
Everyone uses the internet, okay.

Speaker 10 (49:50):
Psalms Chapter one says, blessed is the one who does
not walk in step with the wicked, or stands in
the way that sinners take, or sits in the seat,
or sits in the company of mockers. So sometimes it's
so hard because all your friends, Ranchet. Sometimes it's so

(50:11):
hard because everybody I roll with, my day ones keep
me living like day one, And they try to make
you feel bad by saying you change.

Speaker 7 (50:19):
Yes, I did change.

Speaker 10 (50:20):
You said that like that's a bad thing. But you
acting like you forgot where you came from. I didn't
forget where I came from. I just refused to live.

Speaker 7 (50:27):
Where we met, all right. Number four, the pace of change.

Speaker 10 (50:34):
This is a marathon, not a sprint, and a lot
of us expect a drive through process when it's gonna
take a crock pot time.

Speaker 7 (50:42):
God has to allow some stuff to set in, some
character to set in.

Speaker 10 (50:46):
And if you get on the treadmill and set the
pace too fast, you're gonna run out of there, run
out of breath, and quit the faith.

Speaker 7 (50:52):
You may have to start on two. And this is
all you do because you're learning how to fast.

Speaker 10 (50:57):
You can't do forty days yet you're gonna pass out.
Just do day pace yourself. The pace of change Number five.

Speaker 7 (51:05):
Will end with this The Lazarus effect. The Lazarus effect.

Speaker 10 (51:10):
When Jesus came to lazarus tomb, he told them to
remove the stone.

Speaker 7 (51:15):
I need people who remove things that keep me in
the grave.

Speaker 12 (51:20):
So good, y'all.

Speaker 10 (51:21):
I need people surrounding me that remove things that keep
me in my sin, he said.

Speaker 7 (51:28):
Lazarus come out.

Speaker 10 (51:30):
The second thing they heard Jesus, do you have friends
who can hear heaven? Are you the only one who
prays in your circle? Are you the only one they
come to to tell you their issue.

Speaker 7 (51:40):
Who do you go to? Because I need to have
people who can hear heaven.

Speaker 10 (51:44):
After Lazarus came out, I told us before he was hopping,
which means he's bound, which means it is very possible
for you to be called but still bound.

Speaker 7 (51:53):
He then said, y'all loosen who looses you?

Speaker 10 (51:57):
Do you have people community churches that loose grave clothes
off of you? Or do you have a community that
put grave clothes on you? I just firmly believe the
best growth is internal.

Speaker 7 (52:12):
Growth. That glow hits you different when it's internal. And
I wanted us to.

Speaker 10 (52:17):
Understand maybe the reason we struggle is not because we're
not saved. Could it be due to the contradiction of mixture,
or could it be due to all the unaddressed things
on the rope of a heart?

Speaker 7 (52:31):
So God, would you change us? Would you give us.

Speaker 10 (52:34):
An appetite for you to long for you. I may
not know what I'm doing, God, but I'm starting by
just saying help me. I may not know the first
step to take, I may not know how to end
the struggle, but God, I'm just saying, help me, help
me to just be consistent with getting the word in.
Help me be consistent with watching sermons. Surround me God

(52:56):
with Kingdom friends. I need some anointed friends in my life, God,
because as the anointance breaks, yolks, I want to be
surrounded by people who break stuff off of me. And God,
would you give me the strength to represent you will?
Because it is not your will that I forever live
life multitasking between my struggle and my surrender. We surrender,

(53:20):
We tap out so that you may show out in
our lives. In Jesus' name, we pray Amen,
