Alex es un hombre trans comprometido con proporcionar un espacio seguro para la comunidad trans, las mujeres y las personas neurodivergentes.
Estudió la licenciatura en Nutrición y Bienestar Integral por el Instituto Tecnológico de Monterrey. Tiene un diplomado en Experto en Atención Sanitaria de la Diversidad sexual y de género de la Universitat de Barcelona, y un Curso en Endocrino Nutrición avalado por el Colegio Mexicano de Nutriólogos.
