Leadership in ministry training. We're going to be doing that

we're doing in the background and that we we want

of a format for UH, for the live stream because
it's it's just what God wants us to do. Amen.

and let's get into prayer. Father God, we just come
before you, humbly God, tonight in the name of Jesus,
seeking your face, Lord, seeking your presence, asking you God
to intervene in tonight's broadcast in the name of Jesus,
and we thank you for it in the Mighty Name
of Jesus. In the Mighty Name of Jesus. Let's open

(05:05):
our Bibles please, and we're going to get in right
into tonight's topic. What we're doing is we're going over
Romans chapter eight as a chapter. That's what the Lord
wants me to do. So therefore here we go. We're
going to go ahead and get into Romans chapter eight.

(05:26):
And you know, as you know, it's one of the
interesting things about how we teach, or how I've I've
been teaching, is I don't really understand one hundred percent
what I'm teaching until you know, the Holy Spirit just
opens it up, you know, and we we learn that

(05:47):
way a lot of times is really just by the
Holy Spirit teaching through through the ministry. Amen, as we go.
But anyways, that's neither here nor there. Okay, Romans chapter eight,
there is therefore no condemnation to them which are in
Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh but after

(06:12):
the spirit. What does that mean? What is there is
no now therefore no condemnation. Well, in the previous chapter
they were talking a lot about how people follow the
after the flesh sin, you know, in the body, and

(06:32):
after after their own mind, or after their their mind
or their heart, or the way that they you know,
in their spirit. They want to keep the law right,
but for some reason they can't seem to do it.
They got the can't help. It's you know what I'm
talking about. They can't help, but do this thing or
do that sin. And that's where a lot of people
get this, this doctrinal idea, this idea that you can't

(07:00):
help but sin. But that's a misrepresentation of Romans chapter seven.
That's a misrepresentation of Romans chapter seven because they don't
properly discern what they're reading in Romans chapter eight, where
it says there is now there is therefore now no
condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus if you're

(07:26):
in Christ, Jesus, what are you going to do? You're
not going to walk after the flesh. If you're in Christ,
you're not going to walk after the flesh and mind
the things of the flesh. You won't do it. You
won't be hell bent on sinning. It just won't be.

(07:49):
It won't be happened that way. You won't be stuck
in sin. Amen, you won't be stuck in sin. Who
walk not after the flesh, but after the spirit. For
the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus
has made me free from the law of sin and death.
In other words, I no longer have to live after

(08:13):
that law of sin and death, and it's no longer
part of my DNA. The law of sin and death
is the worldly kingdom and the demonic kingdom. It is
not the heavenly kingdom. It's not part of the kingdom
in which I live under. And I remember a couple,
a couple, I don't know if it was the week

(08:34):
before last or whatever, we talked about the kingdom. And
I'm going to get back into that too, about how
amazing the kingdom is, how simple it is, and yet
how amazing it is. The Kingdom. You know, it's so simple.
A child can understand it. But you know it's so easy.

(08:55):
What we do is we amen, thank you so much
for that seed, and thank you for those who sowed
today earlier too. I appreciate it. But anyways, so it
is so so simple. But here we see it in operation. Okay,
the kingdom. For the law of the Spirit of life

(09:16):
in Christ Jesus, there's a law that works in our members.
There's a law that's working in my body. Amen, And
we're going to see that further down in this chapter.
There's a law operating in me that makes me free
from the law of sin and death. The spirit of
the spirit of life in Christ Jesus, the spirit of life,

(09:41):
the spirit of life, the Holy Spirit, has made me
free from that law of sin and death. Amen, Because
look what it says for what the law could not do. Right,
we're talking about the rabbinical law. That law, even the
Ten Commandments can't do, because why the ten Commandments is

(10:03):
proof that you were in sin and there was nothing
that you could do about it. That was what the
purpose of the Ten Commandments were. Because people could not
keep that law. Amen. For the law for what law,
what the law could not do, and then it was
weak through the flesh. Okay, God sending his own son

(10:28):
in the likeness of sinful flesh and for sin condemned
sin in the flesh. Right, that's what he did, that
the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us
who walk not after the flesh, not after the worldly
physical way of living, right, but after that heavenly economy,

(10:52):
that spiritual way of living. Right, but after the spirit.
That's capitalized that means holy Spirit. What do we talking about?
There is a different way to live other than the
five senses natural world that you can perceive this way, Amen,

(11:13):
there's a world beyond your five senses that you just
you know and the natural laws that you understand with
the natural human mind. Amen, there's something more. Amen. For
they that are after the flesh do mind the things
of the flesh. But they that are after the spirit

(11:36):
the things of the spirit. So what are we saying here?
What are we saying here? Let's go back for the
law of the spirit of life in Christ, Jesus has
made me free from the law of sin and death.

(11:57):
In other words, I don't have to continue to sin
and I don't have to operate by the carnal nature,
by the carnal nature. Amen, Amen, because look what it
says in verse six of chapter eight of Romans. It says,
for to be carnally minded is death. You're in a

(12:23):
constant state of dying when you operate in the carnal mind.
In a constant state of death, when you operate in
the carnal mind. And it's awesome that you've got a choice.

(12:46):
A matter of fact, it doesn't even become really a choice.
It becomes your second nature. It becomes your nature, not
your second nature, it becomes your nature to be spiritually minded.
If you're in Christ, you can't help but be uh.
If you're in Christ, if you're in Jesus, if you're

(13:09):
if you've dedicated your life to Him and you said,
I'm going to do whatever it takes, Amen to follow
the Lord. Amen. If that is your attitude, then you
can't help but live the regenerated life. Amen. You can't
help but do that, for it is for it is.

(13:31):
To be carnally minded is death, But to be spiritually
minded is light, is life and peace. You ever see
a Christian who's not in peace, it's because they forgot
who they are They forgot too, They forgot that they're
in Christ. They forgot and they and they're thinking their

(13:53):
own car their old carnal way of thinking. Amen, because
the carnal mind is you know, for to be carnally
minded his death, but to be spiritually minded his life
and peace. Because the carnal mind is enmity against God.
It's at odds against God. It shakes its fist at

(14:16):
God and says, no, I will not, I am not,
and I cannot obey you, and I cannot be whatever
you know. And that is what the carnal mind does.
It shapes, it shakes its fist at God in in enrage.

(14:37):
That's the that's the fallen nature of man, right, because
the carnal mind is enmity against God. You ever get
around a bunch of intellectuals or people who are you know,
like in modern the modern what's the word for it,

(15:01):
the modern learning system? Okay, academia, you know, the academic world.
They they mock the idea that there is a God.
They mock the things of God. Why because they are
in enmity against God. For they this is what it

(15:26):
says for because the carnal mind is enmity against God,
for it cannot be, can't be. It's impossible for it
to be subject to the law of God. Neither indeed
can it be. For then they that are in the
flesh cannot please God. There is no way in the world.

(15:49):
But ye are not in the flesh, but in the spirit.
If so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you.
What does that mean? It means if you're born again,
you're not going to be in enmity against God. It's
not possible. If you're saved, your nature has changed. You're

(16:15):
in by your spirit. Amen, because you are not in
the flesh but in the spirit. If so be that
the Spirit of God dwell in you. Amen. Amen. Now,
if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he
is none of his. If he doesn't have the Messiah

(16:40):
spirit in him, Amen, that Messiah spirit. If he doesn't
have the Messiah spirit, the spirit of Christ, which Christ
means Messiah, he is not none of his. In other words,
you don't belong to God if you're if His spirit
isn't dwelling in you. And you know you know when

(17:01):
when that happens, when you are born again, when you
receive Jesus Christ as your Lord, savior as when you're
when you're you're born of spirit. There is no denying
that there is not there is no guess work, and
there is no there is no doubt in your mind

(17:29):
that you are saved. Now, the enemy will will attack you.
He'll try to get you to doubt, especially if you're
if you're newly born again, if you're if you're just
a babe in Christ. Of course the devil is going
to try two get you to doubt your salvation. But

(17:49):
it's very easily uh disputed. Amen, Amen, Amen. But you're
not in the flesh, but in the spirit. If so
be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now,
if any man have not the spirit of Christ, he
has none of his. And if Christ be in you,
the body is this is this is just crazy. This

(18:13):
is this is what it says. The body is dead
because of sin, but the spirit is life because of righteousness.
What is it saying your natural body, Your natural body
is in a constant state of dying, is what it's saying.
Why because of the sin nature that operates in the flesh.

(18:36):
But that is not what's in your spirit. And I'm
going to show you something that that's aff that brings
people a misunderstanding of this statement, and just focusing on
that statement alone brings people into that fatalist view. Right,

(18:57):
fatalist view that you can't but sin. Right, but you
are not in the flesh, but in the spirit, so
that the Spirit of God dwelling you. Now, if any
man be not in Christ, he is none of his.
And if Christ be in you the spirit. The body
is dead because of sin, right, but the spirit is
life because of right, of because of righteousness. So we're

(19:22):
still waiting for the redemption of our body. But listen,
there's a there's a butt in here, right verse eleven.
It says, but if the spirit of Him that raised
up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, either raised
up Christ from the dead, shall also quicken your mortal

(19:42):
bodies by his spirit that dwells in you, not in life,
by and by. But now you're being quick in that. Well,
how else can someone live in divine health? Oh? Praise God.
I just that's a that's a revelation in itself. See.

(20:05):
But the spirit of Him that raised up Jesus from
the dead dwelling you, he that raised up Christ from
the dead, shall also quicken your mortal or dying bodies,
right by the spirit that dwells in you. Therefore, brethren,
we are not debterters and those we don't have to

(20:26):
be controlled by, not by the not to the flesh,
to live after the flesh. For if you live after
the flesh, you shall die. But if through the spirit
do mortify. See this is this is where it's so
port powerful. If you buy the spirit, and it's not
by your strength, it's by the strength of the Holy Spirit.

(20:48):
For if you live after the flesh, you shall die.
But if you, through the spirit, through the Holy Spirit,
do mortify the deeds of the body, Not mortify the body,
but mortify the deeds of the body. And in the
words that nature that it wants to follow, you shall live.

(21:09):
Why will you live because you're not operating in sin.
You're not yielding yourself to sin because you don't have to.
You don't have to sin. Right for as many because
this is what it says in verse fourteen, For as
many as are led by the Spirit of God, they

(21:29):
are the sons of God. And of course sons and daughters.
That's not a gender specific amen, but it's sons and
daughters of God or children of God. Amen. And what
does it say in verse fifteen, This is so beautiful,
for you have not received the spirit of bondage again

(21:52):
to fear, but you have received the spirit of adoption.
Whereby we cry, what is aba mean? It's like Daddy God,
all right, Abba Father. You know the spirit itself bears
witness with our spirit that we are the children of God.

(22:13):
So you have a knowing. There is no doubt. Excuse me,
there is no doubt in your spirit that that you
are a child of God. And if we're children, then
we're heirs of God. And in other words, we have
an inheritance right and joint errors with Christ. If so

(22:33):
be that we suffer with him. Now that's not what
we want to hear, but that's that's the reality of it. Amen. People, Okay,
let me put it to you this way. If you're
live in this world, you're going to suffer one way
or the other. Suffering is part of living. Amen. You
can do it with a reward or without. Right, Amen,

(22:56):
that we may be also glorified together. So if we're children,
if and if children, then heirs and heirs of God
and joint heirs with Christ. If so be that we
suffer with him, that we may also may be also
glorified together. Amen, We're gonna walk in the glory. And
that's the thing is the glory isn't for some other

(23:22):
time or some other day, because we can be in
the glory in the future. But why wait, why not
live now in the glory? Right? What does that mean?
Does that mean you won't have problems? No, it just
means that you're operating in a different, a different realm
than the world that's around you. Amen, For I reckon

(23:46):
that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy
to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed
in us. For the earnest expectation of the creature waits
for the manifestations of the sons of God. For the
creature was made Vanit was made subject to vanity, not willingly,

(24:07):
but by reason of Him who has subject the same
in hope, and the hope That hope was not a
good thing. This hope that they're talking about is not
a good thing. It's talking about when Adam and Eve
took the apple and bit into it, and their eyes
were made open, and they were hoping that they would

(24:28):
be made like God. Right, because the creature itself also
shall be delivered as the creature. It's talking about creation
as a whole, because creation itself also shall be delivered
from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of
the children of God. What is that talking about? Well,

(24:50):
the whole of the universe, all right, has been brought
into destruction because of sin. For the creature was made
subject to vanity, not willingly, but by reason of him
who has subject subjugated the same. And hope, because the

(25:14):
creature itself also shall be delivered, So the earnest expectation
of the creature waits for the manifestations of the Son
of God. Right, because the creature itself or creation also
shall be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the
glorious liberty of the children of God. For we know

(25:34):
that the whole creation groans and travails in pain together
until now? What is it saying until now? Because there's
something happening now, amen, Right, And not only they, but
ourselves also, which have the first fruits of the spirit,

(25:55):
even we ourselves grown within ourselves, waiting for the adoption
to with the rejobs, the redemption of our body. Because
there is going to be a time that. This is
why I know that the predice doctrine is not not
one hundred percent right, is because there is coming a

(26:17):
redemption of our bodies. You know, those who are dead
in Christ will rise from the dead, they'll be transformed,
and they will be caught in the air first and
then the rest of us. A man that's in Thessalonians,
I believe. So there is a redemption of the body
that they were waiting on. Amen. For we are saved

(26:41):
by hope. But hope that is seen is not hope
for what man man sees. Why does he hope for?
But if we hope for that which we see not,
then we do patiently wait for it. And they're talking
about the faith, the faith that we have of the
of that redemption. Likewise, the spirit is also helps uh

(27:03):
helps our infirmities, for we know not what we should
pray for as we ought, but the Spirit itself makes
intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. Let
me read that again. Likewise, the spirit, the Holy Spirit
that's in us because we're children of God, also helps

(27:24):
our infirmities, our weaknesses, right, for we know not what
we should pray for as we ought. This is why
tongues is so important. But the spirit itself makes intercession
for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. And he
that searches the heart knows what is the mind of

(27:46):
the spirit, talking about the Holy Spirit. Right, he that
searches the heart, talking about the Holy Spirit, which is
the mind of the spirit. Because he makes intercession for
the saints, which is you, according to the will of God.
And we know that all things work together for good
to them that love God, to them who are called

(28:10):
according to His purpose. So, no matter what you're going through,
no matter what your your circumstances, Amen, whatever it is
you're going through, it it has a you win in
the end, Amen, you win in the end. For whom

(28:32):
he did four No, he also did predestining. Let me
back up, for we know that all things yet according
to his purpose. For whom he did four No, he
also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of
his son, that he might be the first born among
many brethren. Amen. So what does that mean? That means

(28:56):
that we're going to be that it's God's will that
we become more and more like Jesus. Amen. For whom
he did. Fore, No, he also did predestinate to be
conformed to his image, to be just like him of
his son, that we might be the firstborn among many brethren. Moreover,

(29:16):
whom he did predestinate them, he also called. So he
knew that you were going to follow Jesus. But he's
the one who called you in the first place. There
is no one who just decided one day I'm going
to be saved. But there was a calling involved. Amen. Moreover,

(29:40):
whom he did predestinate him, he also called. And he
who he called he also justified. In other words, you're
forgiven right. And whom he justified, he also glorified. So
you're operating in the glory of God. What shall we say, say, then,
to these things of God be for us? Who can

(30:02):
be against us? If God be for us, who can
be against us? What's the answer to that? No one? Right,
He that spared not his own son, but delivered him
up for us all, how shall he not with him
also freely give us all things. Who shall lay anything

(30:23):
to the charge of God's elect Who you are? It
is God that justifies, Who is he that condemns? It
is Christ that died. Yeah, Rather that he has risen again.
In other words, we're not focusing on his death. We're
focusing on the resurrection. Right, who is even at the
right hand of God, who makes intercession for us, Who

(30:48):
shall separate us from the love of Christ? Right, no
one right shall tribulation, because you're going to go through
some kind of tribulation. Right, or distress, or persecution or famine.
These things all happen, right or nakedness or pearl or sword,
as as it is written, for thy sake, we are

(31:09):
killed all the day long. We are counted as sheep.
For the slaughter is what it says in some place,
one place in the Bible. But nay, but no, no,
And all these things we are more than conquerors. Through
Him that loved us. We're still winning. Amen. For I

(31:29):
am persuaded that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities,
nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, there's
nothing that will ever be able to do this, nor height,
nor death nor any other creature shall be able to
separate us from the Love of God which is in

(31:51):
Christ Jesus. Amen. Amen. Amen, All right, folks, that is
the end of what we're going to share tonight as
a teaching. I don't know if you can call that
a teaching or not, but that's what God wants me
to do tonight, is to go through Romans chapter eight.

God leading her and guiding her. You've been God has

to know that it is the Spirit of God that's
giving you instruction. I don't know what this is about,
