has appointed us. He has anointed us for such a
time as this, go into all the world, preach the
Gospel to every creature. He that believes in is baptized,

(00:58):
shall be saved. He that believes not shall be condemned.
And this Gospel of the Kingdom must be preached in
all the world as a witness. And then the end
will come. And we are, ladies and gentlemen living in

expectation of the coming of the Lord Jesus Christ. He's

(01:20):
coming as a thief in the night, and you and
I must be ready to them that look for him.
Shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation.
So Again, we are grateful to the Lord for a
man saving us, a man we were lost and without
hope in the darkness, a man in the throes of sin,

(01:45):
a man and Satan's grip. But Jesus came and loosed
us and set us free. And heed, whom the Son
sets free is free. Indeed, thank God again for this
great salvation. Again, we thank God again for all of
you who listen to and support and pray for. Amen.

(02:51):
plainness of speech. Amen. All right, we are in a
series that we've begun a couple of weeks ago, and
we're going to continue this all about Jesus. Amen. Part three.
Today all about Jesus. And today our focus is on
the necessity of Jesus, the necessity of Jesus the Christ. Amen.

(03:15):
If anyone is to be saved, it is through it
is by It is because of Jesus Christ him alone.
He is the one who made the declaration. I am
the Way, the Truth, and the life. No one comes
to the Father but by me. Before we begin, by

(03:36):
the way. If you have your Bible, you can go
with us to the Gospel of John chapter number one.
We're going to be reading a few verses there. But
as always, of course, let us take a moment Amen,
in prayer to the Lord, our god Father. Again, we
are grateful. I love you with an everlasting love, as
you have loved us, rather with an everlasting love. And

(03:57):
we love you because you loved us, and you forgave
us and brought us into this great salvation. Because of
mercy and grace and love and compassion and forgiveness. Lord,
we are now the children of God, and we thank
you for that blood that was shed for the remission
of our sins. Help us now to walk worthy of
this calling of this vocation. Lord, to speak the truth

(04:19):
and love. And may these words amen, this gospel. Amen,
You're amen. Word that you've sent forth, May it prosper
Lord in someone's heart today, that someone will be obedient
to hear the voice of the Savior calling them Amen,
into this great Kingdom and glory, God, be glory, finding

(04:40):
your people everywhere were your thanks for all things. Amen
and amen. The Gospel of John, chapter number one. We'll
pick it up at verse number six. There was a
man sent from God whose name was John. The same
came for a witness to bear witness of the light

(05:00):
that all men through him might believe. He was not
that light, but was sent to bear witness of that
light that was the true light, which lighteth every man
that cometh into the world. He was in the world,
and the world was made by him, and the world

(05:23):
knew him not. He came unto his own, and his
own received him not. But as many as received him
to them gave he power to become the sons of God,
even to them that believe on his name, which were
born not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh,

(05:46):
nor of the will of man, but of God. And
the Word was made flesh and dwelt among us, and
we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only
begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth. John
bear witness of him and cried, saying, this was he

(06:08):
of whom I spake. He that cometh after me is
preferred before me, for he was before me. And of
his fullness have we all received and grace for grace
for the law was given by Moses, but grace and
truth came by Jesus Christ. The necessity of Jesus coming

(06:37):
into the world, Amen. And we're going to focus just
on four Amen, very very necessary reasons why that Jesus came.
There are others, but our focus today is going to
be on these four things. Number one condemnation, number two Amen, darkness,

(07:03):
number three mediation, and number four blood atonement. Amen. Number one,
Jesus came into this world because all men, first and
foremost are under condemnation. And why are we under condemnation

(07:23):
because of sin that is in our dna and we
have no ability. We have no not only do we
not have the ability, we don't even have the wherewithal
within us the well, Amen, Amen, and the desire if
you will to fully obey the law of God. Now

(07:45):
God gave us the law. Amen. The law simply pointed
out our sin and made us guilty, showed us our guilt.
But the law could not save us. And that is
why it was necessy for Jesus Christ to come to
deliver us from this condemnation. Romans eight, verse one tells us,

(08:09):
So if you have your bibles, you can see for yourself,
read it for yourself. There is therefore now no condemnation. Remember,
we are under condemnation because the law condemns us. The
law tells us thou shalt not. We don't have the
power to resist, to overcome, Amen, the forces of evil,

(08:34):
the forces and the power of sin. Paul said in
Romans chapter seven, as a matter of fact, when I
would do good, evil is present with me. I desire.
There is something in me that makes me to know.
I know that the law of God is good. I
know what I ought to do. But Amen, there is

(08:55):
a war in my members. Amen, and it brings me
into captivity to the law of sin and death. Amen.
And so we don't have the ability. We don't have
it in us, Amen, to overcome a man. The desire
of sin, the lust of the flesh, the lust of
the eyes, and the pride of life, all of those

(09:16):
things that draw us away from a man being a
man holy and righteous and acceptable to God. Amen. We
can't do it on our own, we don't have it.
So in Christ, Amen, we can be a man delivered
from this condemnation. The Bible tells us again Roman chapter eight,

(09:38):
verse one. There is therefore now no condemnation to those
who are in Christ Jesus, who do not walk according
to the flesh, but according to the spirit. That's what
the Bible says about the law. There are two laws
at work, the law spirit of life and the law
of sin and death. Two laws at work. You're either

(09:59):
being govern and lead and living under one or the other.
You're either under an end and being led by the
law of life, the spirit of life. Brother, that is
in Christ Jesus, or you are under the law of
sin and death. And by the way we were born

(10:20):
shaping in iniquity under the law of sin and death,
we inherited that from Adam. This is one the Bible
says again verse number two of eight Romant eight. For
the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus
has made me free from the law of sin and death.

(10:41):
The law sin and death condemns us. Sin in our dna,
sin and our members. A man causes death, the Lord
said to Adam, and the day that you sin, thou
shalt surely die. All have sinned and fallen short of
the glory of God. A man. But the Bible teaches
us and the law again came to a man not

(11:04):
to save us, because the law cannot save anyone. Amen.
And again the law, the perfect law of God, demands
our obedience. But the problem is we don't have the
ability to do it. Amen. We don't have the ability
to obey the law of God fully. Amen. So this
is why Jesus came to free us from this condemnation

(11:27):
a man. That the law brings on us. What the
Bible says verse number three For what the law could
not do. The law could not free us. The law
could not save us. The law could not deliver us.
The law could not set us free. Amen. The law
could not help us to a man to overcome the

(11:49):
urges a man the power of Amen, the temptations of
the flesh and of the devil. Amen. The law. What
the law could not do, and that it was weak
through the flesh, God did by sending his own son
in the likeness of sinful flesh on account of sin.

(12:12):
He condemned sin in the flesh. Instead of sin condemning us,
Jesus condemned sin for us. Jesus condemned sin in the flesh,
that the righteous requirement of the law verse four might

(12:35):
be fulfilled in us who do not walk according to
the flesh, but according to the spirit. So those of
us who are in Christ Jesus. And again, this is
the only way that you can be free from condemnation
is in Christ Jesus. If you're not in Christ Jesus, Amen,

(12:58):
you are under the law of sin and death. And
the condemnation, by the way, does not come from being
a sinner, but from being a sinner who refuses God's
free gift of eternal life. And for this I take

(13:18):
you to the Gospel of John, very familiar passage, Chapter
number three, verse number sixteen. Everyone knows John three sixteen,
But is the following verses that are far more relevant
to this condemnation that men find themselves under. For God

(13:41):
to love the world, that he gave his only begotten son,
that whosoever believed in him should not perish, but have
everlasting life. However, listen to these words that followed that
Jesus spoke. For God did not send his son into

(14:03):
the world to condemn the world. Jesus didn't come to condemn.
He came to save. Listen what the Bible says. These
are the worst of Jesus. God did not send his
son into the world to condemn the world, but that
the world through him might be saved. He that believeth

(14:24):
on him is not condemned. He that believeth on Jesus
is not condemned. But he that believeth not is condemned
already because he hath not believed in the name of

(14:50):
the only begotten Son of God. Now, wait a minute,
he's not finished. He's not finished, Jesus says in verse nineteen.
And this, this is the condemnation. Now, the condemnation, again,
is not because you're a sinner. The condination is not
because you were born in sin. It's not because you
inherited the Dna of Adam. Is not because you love sin,

(15:14):
the pleasures of this world, the pleasures of lust and
all of that. No, no, no, that's not the condemnation.
This is the condemnation. Jesus says that light is come
into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light

(15:35):
because their deeds were evil. In other words, the condemnation
comes because you reject the gift. You reject the one
who can free you from the condemnation. You reject the
Son of God who has been sent into the world
that you do not perish, but have everlasting life. This

(15:57):
is the condemnation a man, that light has come into
the world, which takes us by the way into necessity
number two, the darkness. You see, ladies and gentlemen, we
are born into the darkness of a world that is
in the throes of the darkness that is again brought

(16:23):
on by sin and perpetuated by Satan, who is the
printing power of the air that wicked one. A man
who again all of the temptations, all of the lust,
all of the wickedness, and the evil of the forces
of the darkness of this world, led by Satan, a

(16:43):
man continues a man to work in man. Now, please
understand also just in the nature of man himself, a man,
there is evil already, a man there's rebellion already Satan.
Only as the tempter continues to stir up in man

(17:06):
a man, and to work in man, and to move
in man, and to agitate and to a man further
facilitate the darkness that we are in. And without Christ
Jesus coming into the world, all men would forever be
blinded and groping in this darkness under the influence of

(17:29):
the powers, the principalities, the spiritual wickedness that is lurking,
that is working a man in this world, a man
again fall in world because of Adam's transgression. That Satan,
who the Bible speaks of as the God of this world.
He is the one who blinds the minds of men

(17:53):
a man and keeps them in the darkness. Our separation
from God is what initially a man if you will
threw us into the darkness, that is what sin separates
us from God. Amen. Sin is the great divide Amen.

(18:14):
And so our separation from God has left us in
a darkness, a man mired and groping with no hope. Amen.
And only the light of the glory of God, Amen,
can cause these scales to fall from our eyes, which

(18:34):
takes us to media. I'm sorry, necessity number three of
Jesus coming into this word mediation, Amen. See, because we
by nature are children of wrath, the Bible tells us.
And because our sin and rebellion has separated us from God,
we need it away, Amen, to bridge this great cat

(19:00):
that sin opened up when Adam again disobeyed God. See
the problem is, the Bible tells us, these are the
words of the scriptures. Ladies and gentlemen, all we like sheep,
have gone astray. There is none righteous, no not one.
There is no one who seeks after God, none, no one.

(19:28):
And this is why the Bible says, Jesus said this,
The Son of Man came to seek and to save
that which was lost. We were not seeking for him, Amen,
He came seeking for us. Amen. We have no desire
in us, In and of ourself, we have no desire
to come to God. As a matter of fact, we

(19:49):
are running away from Him. So if this breach, if
this chasm, if this great divide is to be repaired,
if there's to be restoration, it had come from outside
of man. It had to come from outside of us,
because again, we have no ability, no desire. And how

(20:10):
could we How can we come to God when we
are running away from him? Amen, all of us. Again,
the Bible makes it clear gone astray. Amen, running away
from God and Jesus was necessary and is necessary. Amen.

(20:33):
As the repairer and the restorer of this great divide,
he alone is the mediator, the one and only. The
Bible speaks of this, the one and only mediator between
God and man. No priest, Amen can make atonement for you,
can bridge the divide, can put away your sins. A

(20:56):
man can atone for your sin. No man, no man
can do this. No man can do this. Amen, Only Jesus. Amen,
he alone is the mediator between God and man. And
without him, apart from him, you don't live. You don't
have life. Your sins are not forgiven, Amen, Your sins,

(21:19):
which brings us to necessity number four, are not atoned for.
Necessity number four of Jesus coming into this world is
the blood atonement. Now. The Bible is clear about this.
The life of all men, the matter of fact, the
life of all living flesh is in the blood. Now,

(21:44):
the problem for us is that the blood of all
men is tainted with the sin gene that we inherited
from Adam. In our dna is blood, in ours is death.
The blood of man has a limited life expectancy, no

(22:09):
matter how much you do in and of yourself, and
there's nothing wrong with trying to eat healthy, exercise, do
all of these things that will hopefully enhance your life
and your days and your expectancy.

Speaker 2 (22:27):
Death is in your blood, and your blood has a
limited life expectancy.

Speaker 1 (22:39):
As a matter of fact, the Bible is very clear
about this. It is a pointed unto man wants to die.
There is an appointment that each and every one of
us has, and we will die. Every man is living
under the sentence of death. And the problem for us

(22:59):
is no man has the ability to escape this sentence.
If you live seventy years, good, if by reason of
strength you live to be eighty, great few make it
to ninety. A handful, by comparison, make it to one hundred.

(23:22):
And very very very very few live past one hundred
years of life in our day today, very few men.
Your blood is tainted. Your blood has the DNA of

(23:44):
sin in it, and no one, none of us, have
the ability to cleanse, to purify, nor to escape from
this DNA that we even inherited this sin problem. And

(24:05):
there is no self sacrifice that any of us can
do that would be sufficient, that is sufficient to avert
this death sentence. Now, this is why it was necessary
for Jesus to come into the world. The blood that

(24:30):
circulated through the veins of the body of Jesus is
the blood of God, is the blood of God. Where
do I get that from Ephijian? I'm sorry, not Ephigians.
It was the apostle Paul who was speaking to the Ephesian

(24:51):
elders and Acts chapter twenty. I believe it is when
he gave this warning to them, to the Church of God.
Listen what he says, which he has purchased with his
own blood. Now, what do we mean, what do we know?

(25:12):
How do we I mean? What is this the blood
of God? God is spirit. A spirit doesn't have blood. Amen,
the blood of God is the blood of Jesus. Now
how is it Jesus being a man the blood of God. Well,
it was the miracle of the virgin birth, when Jesus

(25:36):
by the way of the incarnation, by the way he
already was in the beginning, was the word the work.
We read it already in our first Amen session, all
about Jesus, John chapter one, the Gospel of John. Jesus
always was as he said to the Jews before Abraham,
was I am in the beginning was the word words

(25:57):
with God, word was God. The same was in the
beginning with God. Jesus is the self existing, preexisting. Matter
of fact, the Bible makes it clear. He is the
lamb of God that was slain from the foundation of
the world. So the blood that was in the body

(26:18):
of Jesus, the body that he took on when he
came in the incarnation. And by the way, that was
not his first appearance on earth in the form of
a man. Nevertheless, that appearance, that incarnation that came through
the womb of Mary by way of the virgin birth.

(26:40):
Remember when the angel that was dispatched from heaven Gabriel,
came to Mary. When she asked a question, how can
this thing be? When she was informed that she was
going to be the mother of the Christ. The angel said,
the power of the Most High is going to come
upon you and overshadow you. And that thing that shall

(27:01):
be born, that holy thing that shall be born, is
shall be called the Son of God. So the virgin
birth happened by the power, the creative power of God
inside of the womb of Mary, bringing life. The blood

(27:24):
of every human being follows the blood line of the Father,
not the mother. Your blood, your blood type comes from
your Father. The blood, the life that comes inside of

(27:46):
us or of us to us, comes by way of
the far. There so the life that was inside of Mary,
which by the way, was not created God, Oh great
is the mystery of God. God, the Bible says, as
I believe we talked this in our last session, was

(28:08):
manifested in the flesh. This is God coming down in
the person of Jesus Christ. God was in Christ, the
Bible tells us. Amen. And so when Jesus came in
the incarnation, the blood that was in him was not
the blood that proceeded or came from Adam. He did

(28:32):
not come, He did not have, He did not proceed from,
if you will, the blood of man, the blood of
God was in him. And he said, well, how can
this be? How can this be? I don't nderstand, don't understand.
How about how about okay, let's take you back to Genesis.
When God created Adam, the first man. The Bible says,

(28:55):
he made He formed Adam from the dust of the earth. Now,
when God, if you go back and read the text,
when God finished the formation of atom, there was no
life in him. Adam was simply as it were, if

(29:15):
I may say so, a corpse without life, a body
without life. Now what happened? The Bible says that God
breathed into Adam the breath of life. Now again, where
what does the Bible brother say about the life of

(29:37):
the body. The life of the body of man is
the blood that flows through our veins. The blood that
is in us is what gives us life. So, if
you will, I believe what God breathed into Adam was

(29:57):
life giving bloodlood and Adam, the first man, Eve the
first woman who was taken out of Adam. Again, blood comes,
life comes from the man through the man. Oh my God,
Oh my God. If we can only understand God, when

(30:18):
he created Adam, he breathed life into him. Blood began
circulating through Adam, and that blood that was in Atom,
and that blood that was in Eve was not tainted.
They are the only human beings who've ever lived on

(30:41):
this earth who were not subjected to sin by way
of birth. They are the only individuals who lived sin free,
no core version of sin, no DNA, and their members

(31:04):
the only individuals who were perfectly without sin, in perfect
harmony with their creator, God, would come down to Adam
in the cool of the day. They had perfect fellowship
and union with God. But what happened the serpent, sin, darkness, separation,

(31:31):
blood tainted. And now we need a blood transfusion. And
that blood that circulated through the veins of the body
of Jesus is the life giving transfusion agent that transfers

(31:55):
new life to dead men, men who are dead in
their trespasses and sins. The Bible tells us, why are
we dead in our trespasses and sins, even though we
are breathing and walking and living and moving, because of
the sentence of death that is waiting to take us out.

(32:21):
You see, you can be living and breathing and moving
and operating, and yet you are dead. Why are you
dead because of sin and the death sentence that is
in your members? And what did Jesus come to do?
Blood atone, his death, his blood atonement, the shedding of

(32:49):
his blood at cavalry, atoned for our sins, gave life
for our tainted blood. And that is why if you
are in him, you have life. This is why Jesus said,

(33:09):
I've come that you might have life, and that you
might have it more abundantly but the only way that
you can have that life is through Jesus the Christ,
the one who is the mediator, the one who gave
his blood, the one who delivers from the darkness, because
he is the light of this world, and the one

(33:31):
who can free you from the condemnation of sin and death. Father, Again,
we thank you that Jesus, all about Jesus, all about
Jesus the Savior, who is the way of the truth
and the life. We thank you that he has come
that we might have this great, great, great door opened,

(33:57):
this salvation, this opportunity to come to you, to fall
down at your feet, O Lord, and receive the forgiveness
of our sins and the eternal life that is only
by you, the Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Open eyes,

(34:19):
open ears, open hearts, is only you can do by
the power of your Holy Spirit. It's in the name
of Jesus Christ. We pray and give thanks for all things.
Amen and Amen.
